Ive visited at least 3 of the 5 locations so far and while Im always satisfied, today I was blown away by the kindness, class, and professionalism of the young man working the counter. I believe he said his name is Payton (Im so sorry if I got it wrong, Im a bit hard of hearing). He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Thank you so much! I used to love shopping here before my most recent experience. Don’t waste your money on their ooze vape pens. On the 3rd one and it was defective out of the box, the manager doesn’t do returns or exchanges. They don’t have a sign letting you know this so I hope you are reading this review.

So I’ve been shopping at 420 for three years now. But this just solidifies why you need to shop here if you haven’t. I purchase a device through the store. There were issues with the device. I went into the location I purchased the device at and told them my issues. The worker was not only understanding but he listened provided feedback, and just talked to me about the product. He tells me he has to take my number down to give to his GM and I should be hearing from them. A little over 12 hours later my phone was ringing and it was the owner of 420. First things first. It’s The Weeknd I wasn’t even expecting a phone call back until Monday or Tuesday that’s amazing response time. He then proceeded to hear what’s going on with the device and then his response was “what can I do for YOU to make this right”? For me hearing a business owner say that, that means he cares about his customers and his store reputation. He ended up taking care of the situation and resolved it in less then 24 hours. That’s service. Chad and the 420 staff were not only super professional but also super compassionate and helpful and I can’t thank them enough. If you haven’t been into the shop you need to stop in at any of there locations they all have fire glass, and awesome customer service! Thanks again guys!

They have great pieces here and have a wide selection of vapes and glassware. They get their glass blown at the shop next door so they have a lot of exclusive pieces that you cant get elsewhere. You can also get custom pieces made. Good service too. Prices can be a little high sometimes otherwise rating would be 5 stars.

Hannah and Jamie (I hope I got the names right) were absolutely fantastic! They were very helpful with all I was trying to find. But more importantly, they were amazing people. Super kind and friendly. Ive been shopping there for 12 years and still wont go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Jamie was such an angel!! My brother in law recommended this store because of their 4/20 sales and when we got there she made sure that all our questions were answered and that we for a great deal. She made sure my fiancée and i celebrated 420 right! Definitely coming back to see her again. I felt like a little kid in the candy store. Recommending to everyone with tobacco needs!! ;)

Absolutely best shop in town! The second you walk in youre greeted with a smile and offered assistance. Peyton is the man to ask for. He is very knowledgeable in everything pipe related and will make you laugh and just truly enjoy spending your money. The only other shop I go to is in Michigan and that strictly when Im on vacation.

They have some sick local glass pieces at the Stuart and PSL location. Friendly workers, amazing deals, fair prices, and very knowledge about each item in the store. Will always come back here!

Pretty sure this place purchases glass from a importer in China thats importing the glass before hand because the quality is similar to the satisfaction of having your home burned down. Plus the staff is about as knowledgeable about the glass as it is cheap. Go north or south to one of the other smoke shops in the area . If you find yourself here you already made a mistake. 75 % of their inventory is fumed tubes from what looks like the early 200s

Rudest lady runs this shop, and they dont back up their products. She apparently guesses on the prices of items too, because every time I went in there the prices were different than the time before. Dont know why you can only give this rating a five star when in fact it isnt worthy of a one star!

This place is absolute trash! They will sell you theyre junk by giving you this bs line about how they have locally blown glass and they stand by theyre brand but after you spend hundreds when it comes time to buy replacement parts you cant find them anywhere so youre 500$ rig is now useless. If you ask for the owners number no-one knows it for some reason. I went to the psl store on federal today during normal operating hours and there was a sign on the window that said Be back soon. Im done with this place you will get better prices online anyway with alot less problems.

Honestly Mercedes was the sweetest most attentive person to greet you with a smile she left you with a smile she’s so polite her outfit was cute she just made the whole experience fantastic I will be back because of her

If youre looking for glass bowls or pipes this place has a wide variety and inventory that look fantastic but if youre looking for CBD theyve got a very limited selection maybe one or two brands and most of the time not many of either on hand.

Jaime is the absolute best!!!! She has lots of knowledge and answered all of our questions. We got some great quality stuff!

Absolutely terrible policies and employees. They are rude and snobby especially if you attempt to ask questions for your own edification they scoff and reluctantly answer as if the questions are stupid and they try to make your paraphernalia knowledge inferior. Long story short other than poor service this one kid sold me a pipe and packed it up from which I placed on a cushioned seat, brought home and never touched the floor. Upon opening the bubble wrap I find the piece split right in half so clearly low quality or the kid broke it while wrapping it and just passed it off to me. Upon return to the store to find a solution, I am met with extreme rudeness and a myriad of accusations The short haired middle aged man quickly began using profanity, making outrageous claims that the pipe was used and there was residue which was dust, to which I said well then you must sell your products with residue in it because I had never put a thing in it The man was ridiculously rude and instead of attempting to talk to me like two rational adults he begins slurring profanities, name calling and all around bouts of extreme disrespect. As a many time repeat customer, whos spent thousands there over the years I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN nor would I ever recommend a store that condones such behavior. Overall their glass is poor quality and terribly overpriced but the absolutely ridiculous behavior of the employees and the lack of attention of customers, especially repeat customers is sickening They have lost a large customer and I would give ZERO STARS if possible. Unbelievable and unacceptable

Went to the port St Lucie Blvd. Store got a drip tech pen for $65 only lasted for about two weeks before the battery wire came apart. Went back today Wednesday and was told to come by on Saturday? Wow not good customer service at all. THERE WENT YOUR REPUTATION. DONT RECOMMEND THEIR BUSINESS TO ANYONE. BE WARNED, NO GOOD.

The selection here is second to none. Waterpipes, glass pipes and vapes of all kind. Employees are very helpful. Highly recommend!

Horrible service 20 years old and they stated i was not 18 yet guess they dont tech the workers how to read ids. All items are wayyyyy over priced most of the stuff they sell you can find for 30-50% cheaper online. Good luck
