Mimi did an amazing job during my facial. It was my first time ever getting one (& I don’t know why I waited so long). It was an amazing experience and I felt so comfortable with her. She was very careful and made sure I was comfortable during every step (which she also explained before doing it). I left with my skin looking so amazing I didn’t recognize it. I will definitely be retuning to Mimi in the future. Everyone else during the check in and check out process was also amazing and super nice as well!!

I came to this location for a massage, the person Doan who was supposed to complete it was not there, I was told he was stuck in traffic and wasn’t told what time he would be available. The Hispanic lady with tattoos said she was the manager on duty but refused to give me her name when asked. Instead she gave me the name of a person named Joel and then walked to the back. This lady lacked professionalism in every sense of the word. The other black lady with glasses , a short haircut and too much makeup. that was sitting at the desk also would not provide her name when asked.

Chris is my massage therapist. I love his massages he always checks in to see if Im ok and pressure is good. He even text me when he has availability and if I want to come in. I have been healed by those magical hands thank you Chris for always taking care of me, this is why I will keep my membership ❤️

I highly recommend Massage Envy. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Sign is smooth and easy for first timers— all digital and brief. Once you’re all signed in, you are escorted into a relaxing waiting area. It’s a perfect start on your relaxation journey. From there your masseuse/masseur will walk you back to your massage room.My masseur was Chris. I had pulled something in my neck a few days before. Chris was very thorough in making sure he understood where the pain was and what level of pressure I wanted around my neck/shoulder. He is an excellent masseur! I have been going to Massage Envy Greatwood for about 13 years now. Great staff. And been seeing my massage therapist Chris for at least the last 8 years. He is awesome!

After a great day at Massage Envy, where a specialist provided an excellent massage for my husband and a good facial for both of us, the checkout experience left me extremely angry and upset. Lexi made me feel highly uncomfortable by aggressively pressuring us to tip more than we intended. Despite planning to tip $10 each for a 30-minute facial, and $20 for a 90 minute massage we felt our contribution was sufficient, especially since we had already purchased a one-year membership in advance. Her unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, and it seemed as though employees were being underpaid and compensating by urging clients to tip more.Adding to my frustration, one of the staff members contacted me an hour before our appointment to inform me that they could not provide both a facial and a massage on the same day, despite what I had booked. This indicates a serious lack of knowledge about the services offered and poor scheduling practices.This has left me infuriated, as there is always an issue at checkout. I demand to speak with a manager immediately to address this unprofessional behavior and seek appropriate compensation. This will be my last membership, and I will not be returning once my credits are used up.

I have been here multiple times for a facial with Mimi and Madilyn who had great service. The front desk girls Paulina and Kanada are beautiful sweet, nice and kind. The staff as a whole are amazing❣️

Don’t ever to go here and for sure don’t ever get the monthly membership here. I got on the monthly plan a few years ago and I was gaining a lot of one hr massage credits. I got up to around 30 hours of massages I could use. The monthly cost was around 65 dollars for a hour, which now I look about at being pretty high. I called them to freeze my account Mutiple times to try to catch up on using the massages and that was 20 dollars a month. And that was with no added massages, just to keep the account active. So basically a wasted 20 dollars every month. And after like 6 month I had to reactive my account and pay the 65 dollars again to keep my account active. So then I would freeze my account again to try to catch up again. Then I called and asked could I send some massages to friends so I could catch up and that also cost 10 dollars for every transfer that I already paid for. Unreal. And you can only transfer like 2 massages a month so I could never catch up. That’s their whole idea is that they hope you accumulate a lot of massages and they trap you in to paying them every month and they screw you in the end, which you will find out in a minute. They are money thirty crooks. So I got busy and could never catch up, so I decided to cancel my account. They told me I had 60 days to use all my massage credits or they would void/cancel all of them. I called them and complained that it was my money I purchased for those massages and I wanted my money back for the 21 massage credit hours I didn’t end up using after the 60 days. They told me they wouldn’t give me none of my money back and I would lose all my credits. So I ended up losing over 1500 dollars with the month freezes and the lost massage hour credits I had gained. This company is so greedy. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company in my life and this was supposed to be a relaxing rejuvenating time for me. Please don’t support this company and for sure don’t ever get the monthly plan.

I have been coming to this location for monthly massages since February, and every time have a positive experience. Chris is the best massage therapist I have gone to. He is extremely friendly, always greets his clients with a smile, and does a wonderful job. I always feel great after my massages with him. He takes the time to listen and is able to customize perfectly. I am looking forward to my next appointment!***UPDATE:Chris has been my massage therapist for 2.5 years now. He is amazing!! I recently moved to Spring, but still make the drive every month to get a massage from him. I feel much less stressed and tense afterwards. He is always so cheerful and makes every effort to make me feel comfortable. I enjoy my conversations with him during our sessions - he’s become such a great friend of mine. I highly recommend Chris, he is the absolute best!

Chris is my massage therapist and has been for 3+ years. I love his massages he always checks in to see if Im ok and pressure is good. Thank you Chris for taking care of me. Chris is amazing. He is very professional and makes sure his pressure is on target. He is always friendly and positive. I love my foot scrub enhancement and so do my feet! I look forward to my monthly massage and foot scrub. Will keep my membership and coming back for a long time as long as Chris is there!

I joined because I travel constantly and sitting in a car for hours 5 days a week... It wears me down. All of therapists have been great from a massage to facial!! However Doan sticks out. He does a type of pressure point massage that you simply must try to appreciate it!! As for facials both Mimi and Bethany are wonderful!! Great professional front desk staff as well! Stop in and give Massage Envy a try!!

I am very very upset and disappointed in the services that I received on March 4th, 2023. I am also highly upset in the treatment that I received from management. I scheduled a 30 minute stretch session as well as an hour massage with Nino. I was excited and ready to relax and enjoy the treatment for that evening. Little did I know I would go in excited and come out unpelased and disappointed. I requested a firm massage treatment with focus on certain areas. For my stretch session the only thing that was stretched was my legs, and for the massage portion he only massged my back and shoulders and completely ignored the rest of my body including the other focus areas I requested on the diagram I filled out prior to my session beginning. On top of that my massage was no where near firm it felt as if my toddler was using her hands to do the massage...Extremely gentle and way too soft. After getting dressed and returning to the from desk she asked me how was my session, but her tone when she asked was if she already knew what I was going to say. So I explained everything to her and she was like , on yeah Nino is too soft, we have had complaints about him they gave you the wrong person. So why would you all book me with him knowing I requested firm. Error on the business side again. So to be honest I felt as if since my services were not to my likings nor what I booked for that I should be compensated for my full complete session. The lady who claimed to be a manager , but not a manager manager if that makes sense stated that she can only comp me for 30 minutes but call next week and speak to her manager and shell work something out. So after calling today and explaining again everything that happened, guess what of course theres nothing no one can do about it. I didnt even ask for a free full session I said a 30 minute would be fine with me. This is not how you handle business. After being denied any type of compensation for my inconvenience and money and time spent i then asked for the district or regional contact and of course denied. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me and it ended up being a disaster.

Amazing massages from Tracy! She applies just the right pressure and gives the most relaxing massages. This is my favorite location to go to because of the staff. Theyre all genuinely kind and treat me special every visit. Perfect spa place! (Katie was awesome getting me squeezed in for a session!)

Went for first massage in 15 years. Needed it for my nerves. Had Kevin and he was great!! He is VERY knowledgeable in his practice and gives very AMAZING massage.was surprised by his 25 years experience Good amount of pressure and very thorough with great technique. Definitely recommend.Also girls at front desk were very helpful. Polite and professional.

Chris is awesome!!! I get a massage from him about 3-4 times a month. He is very professional and gives a great deep tissue massage. When I started going to him my knee and my back were really in a bad way. His massages have truly transformed them both. Everyone at the front desk has been great as well. I recommend Chris wholeheartedly.

I love this place! This is part of my regularly scheduled self-care. Don, Mark and Jonathan are simply amazing. I always feel so refreshed, recharged and renewed after leaving my 90-120 min massages. I cant imagine what my body (physically, mentally and emotionally) would be like if I didnt make this a priority. I deserve it...and so do you :-)

Massage therapists are all very good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to make an appointment. Several other clinics do not have enough therapists but this one is less convenient for location but better than a lot of the others I have been to as a member for 15 years.

I really appreciate the quality and thoroughness of the massage provided by Chris M. I receive several treatments at the ME there each month. Ever since we started including pre-massage stretching, it has made a world of positive difference with how I’ve tolerated his deep-tissue massages and strong fingers! He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and respects the feedback I give. He hears what I say and responds accordingly with changes in touch and pressure to maximize my experience. He’s one of the best massage therapists I’ve had over several decades!

Average service. The masseuse was nice and professional but it just seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. My husband didn’t enjoy his massage either. We usually go to a different place but were given gift cards that we wanted to use. Firstly getting an appointment is impossible. Then they give you the wrong prices over the phone. I told the masseuse I have an active lifestyle and need some extra pressure but she seemed confused and wasn’t sure. I was looking forward to it but we couldn’t wait for it to be over.

First timer, went with Gloria after reading reviews and she was great! Focused on my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure requested. Nice clean venue, everything was very fresh and relaxing.

I had such an AMAZING experience at this location. As soon as I walked in, not only was a I greeted by such amazing face, but also the essential oils that they had dispersing through the air immediately put me in relaxation spa mode! Check in was easy with their ipad process. And within minutes, I was whisked away to the back to meet with Luis. Luis was an amazing therapist. He made sure I was comfortable not only on the table, which was heated to my liking, but the amount of pressure that he uses. I highly recommend his services. Everything was perfect! Thank you all for a great experience and helping me feel refreshed and renewed.

Just had my usual customized facial with Mimi and she’s amazing! She has beautiful skin and knows what’s best for your skin. Highly recommended!

I visit Mimi regularly for facials. She does a great job! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend. I also strongly recommend Matthew for deep tissue massage. He is fantastic!

Always enjoyable and relaxing. Several different therapist available to meet the various client needs. Ask some questions and the front desk will help match you with one more your style. Johnathan is perfect for me with the right amount of discussion and pressure. I have used others and never had a bad experience but until you build familiarity with them they do need to be told a bit what you are looking for. No one is a mind reader😄.

I have received services from Emily and Chris. Emily is my 1st choice for massage services. She always does a great job. Shes very professional and her experience shows by the service she gives. Emily is a 5 star therapist. She will not disappoint.

I had a massage last week with Matthew, I was his last client of the day. I experienced excessive dizziness after massage, more than normal, to where i couldnt stand up. I made it to the waiting room. Instead of going home, Matthew stayed and made sure that I got some food and water, and along with the manager. they made sure i was ok to go home, Did not rush me. Thank you Greatwood Massage Envy.!

I got a gift card and went to this Greatwood location based on some good reviews. I had a great experience with courteous front desk service. they called me the day before to remind me. i did not have to wait. the facility was clean, quiet and peaceful with soft music, soft lights, falling water sculpture. the room i used was quiet, neat, and pleasant with a comfortable massage bed, candle, soft music, dim lights. My massage therapist Emily was very professional and quiet & pleasant and worked specially on my shoulder since I had a pain there. She was trained by Memorial Herman hospital and knew what she was doing. Afterwards I felt very good. The desk staff were polite and did not try to push me to buy a membership. Overall, a very good experience.

Ive been a member for almost a year. My therapist, Sarah, is really intuitive and considerate, and her massages are quite healing. In my opinion, this massage therapy was a great aid in quitting smoking, probably because it relieved stress so well. Ive found that everyone here, from the counter help to management, has had a relaxed manner in communicating (which I appreciate). Contracts and fees were explained when I joined, so I had no surprises later. Overall, this location operates professionally, efficiently, and peacefully. This is exactly what I expect from a massage service, and I would recommend this experience to anyone that needs massage for therapy or relaxation.

The worst experience of a massage place in my life! BEWARE!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. First of all the manager Tiffany King is extremely rude and never calls the customer back when necessary. All of the massage techs are horrible and the massages are a complete waste of money. Instead of getting a full body massage, I was only massaged on my back for 90 minutes and was terribly sore! Make sure you read the contract thoroughly before signing up because they wont clearly tell you what is in it before you sign up! It is a 12 month contract for $60 a month. You cannot cancel it until your 12 months is up, so if you get crappy massages for all 12 months youre out of luck. They do not care about customer service at all, they would not give me a refund for a poorly done massage, the manager does not follow-up with you to make sure the issue is resolved, they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card and took 2 weeks to refund me back, and then the manager had the audacity to blame me for what her employees have done. She even supported the fact that her massage tech smoked right before giving me a massage and that every massage place has a massage therapist that does that! Well, I will never come back and hope I save everyone who ever thinks of stepping foot into this place. Everyone BEWARE!!!

Excellent phone etiquette....I must say I was very impressed with the staff, they are all very polite. I had a massage with Glenda, from which I felt immediate relief for post pregnancy pain, she did such an amazing job I went back again to see her! And received the same treatment from the front desk.... highly recommend this location!!

I’ve come to this location a couple of times and it’s always been nothing but GREAT service. My masseuse, Matthew, was great and made sure I was comfortable and at the front desk, Kelly was very informative, kind and took the time to explain the membership information to me but didn’t make feel pressured into it. Definitely appreciate their services and their perks they have throughout the month. Will be coming back sooner than later.

Ive had several massages at this location as well as other Massage Envy locations around town. This location is VERY busy. Thats actually a good thing. Theyre busy because they deliver a good product. You may have to wait in the quiet room or the lobby if you go at a high volume time slot so if you have issues waiting a few minutes you may want to look into another establishment. There are some very good therapists here and some that arent quite as good (personal preference). You have to find out who is best for you depending on what your needs are. If you want a relaxing massage and get a deep tissue therapist you will be disappointed and very sore. Overall I have been very pleased with my visits here as the girls up front are very pleasant to speak with and the therapists all have their own unique skills and techniques which cater to a large variety of patrons.

My therapist is very good. She listens to me and gives me the kind of massage that I like. I always feel great after my massage. I would love to be able to get one everyday.

I had June and she is AH-MAZING. She always takes her time and customizes the massage for my needs. I’ve found my masseuse. And Julia is so professional and friendly!

Have been going to Chris now for a few months and haven’t felt this good in years. I get the 30 minute stretch with a 60 minute massage and the stretch before the massage really gets my body in a good place. Can’t recommend enough!!

I had a 90-minute massage with Chris this morning. It was AHHHH-MAZING!!! He really listened to me and made me feel very comfortable. In addition, both receptionists were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back. Thank you!

I wish I could do 4.5 stars, but I wont punish them for not being able to ease a migraine. Kevin was pretty good. I enjoyed the amount of applied pressure. There were some inconsistencies in time and pressure from one side to the other. I was hoping to say I felt great afterwards, but I didnt. I did feel better from the upper back on down.

My massage itself was ok. Nothing extraordinary however, when my massage was over, I was to relax and drink plenty of water. However, the water container was out and no-one filled it even when they Massage Envy reps saw me tipping it over to get water. It was also too crowded to actually sit in the quiet area so I had to go out into the bright area by the door outside of the dedicated sitting space. Then, when I went to use my Massage voucher I was told it was expired. The voucher didnt have any terms, conditions or expiration date. I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes while the cashier called another location and had the voucher re-activated and I would not have to pay. A few days later, I noticed a charge on my credit card and called the location. I was on the phone for about 10 minutes, part of which was on hold and was told there was a duplicate of me in the system and the voucher was applied to the wrong location. I was told the agent would have to wait until the manager showed up and I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call back and called them again this week to see if it had been sorted. Now I am being told that the manager doesnt know why I was told on the original date of massage that the voucher was reactivated nor why the person on Saturday said there was a duplicate. Im really frustrated that there is no communication and will NEVER use this location again. Dont waste your time and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

I am a 14 year cancer survivor with lymphedema and I can attest that Don @ Massage Envy Greatwood has exceptional knowledge of the lymph system and lymph massage. His technique is outstanding and, if you are a talker, he is pleasant to visit with! If not, he happily lets you snooze during your session. I am in town for a conference and I liked his technique so much, I went back for a second massage before departing! Regards-

The business practices of this company leave quite a bit yo be desired. The high turnover of staff makes it difficult to develop a rapport. My massage was good, and I appreciated the kindness of the ladies at the front.

Nino is who I book with EVERY time I go. I’ve been a member since 2009 when my mom passed away. Nino is very concerned about his clients, asks what the needs are and taylors to those specific spots, giving them extra attention as he does his full body. He’s a great asset

I have a massage envy membership and usually love my massages but I have called the last two days during normal posted business hours and no one has answered the phone for the Massage Envy in Greatwood. Today, I decided to call Massage Envy in Missouri City during business hours and I got an answering machine that sounded like one from a cell phone. Have these locations closed? I just returned from vacation and was hoping to get a massage, but it seems like these places are closed. Does anyone have any information regarding their current business status?

I purchased a gift card for my mother and she had a great experience and the price was very reasonable!

So I was a member sometime back stopped because of management. Never could get appointments and therapists kept leaving. Daughter gave me a gift card. Went in. June the new therapist amazing. Go to check out they say oh you had 1.5 credits left iiib for about the expired 16 days ago. Surprise to me originally told that all my pre paid were completed. Still do not have their administrative issues straight I will not start up again. Real shame was hoping to become a member again.

Most amazing thing that has happened to me. My fiancé and I booked a couples message with Tom and Don. I was a little put off by having to have a male masseuse, I was afraid it would be awkward for me. However, to my surprise and delight the message was amazing! Don was my masseuse and I have done nothing but brag about him for the last week. When he found a few hard knots in my back he put damp warm towels down and messaged me with the warm towels to work out the knots and open up my back. I cannot say how impressed I was with Don. I dont care about the waiting area or the water, the masseuse is what matters the most to me and as long as Don works here I will always recommend the place.

Im just leaving my massage appointment here at the greatwood location. I must say it was AWESOME!! Bertha did a phenomenal job. Ive been searching around the Internet for a decent massage envy location but was unsure do to the reviews alot of locations have. I will definitely be returning Bertha changed my entire mindset.

This was my first appointment at 3 pm today .The girl is the front desk is totally unprofessional and rude from the time u walked it ,they misspelled my name and I asked her to correct it and she did not do that ,I said I will pay by cash and she was making it difficult to give me a change .she just wants to be glued in her chair and not get up .Be more professional.

Massages with Chris are relaxing and really fix the pain I have in my neck and back. He communicates well and makes certain I am comfortable with the massage pressure and environment.

I went to Massage Envy because I had received a gift card. Prior to the massage I filled out a form and one of the questions asked was What do you look for in a massage therapist? I wrote Quietness. What do you know? My massage therapist, Lori was her name, talked the ENTIRE TIME she was massaging me. I know her whole life story. I tried to give subtle hints like mmhmm and not responding but she continued to talk. I should have spoken up but I chickened out due to my non-confrontational nature. I dont think they read the forms before your session so if you do happen to go here make sure you mention your written answers to your massage therapist. I wont go back here.

Cheryl is my go to therapist. I like a lot of pressure and she applies the perfect amount. She knows how to work out my trouble spots. Always feel great after a session with her!

Poor skills of doing a massage. not happy at all never enjoyed a bit off it. It was not actually a message but a it was just like having a facial, Not enough pressure no pressure point just she was rubbing her hand on my body. Waste my time, my money never coming back to this place.

Never get my full minutes! Always start late and end early. I have mentioned it several times. We people pay good money for monthly memberships and then they expect a tip everytime and we get cheated. About fed up!!

Front desk if often rude and had limited customer service skills. They can cancel your appointment on the fly and just oh well so sorry. Yet we have to pay to play for everything.

First time at this location and it’s the best one I’ve ever been to. I normally visit the woodlands locations but I’ll most definitely be coming back for Ms. Tracey!! Best massage EVER.

First time at massage envy today and it was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The massage was amazing, I felt so relaxed I almost feel asleep.

Worst massage Ive ever gotten, was supposed to receive a full body deep massage and a facial he just massaged my neck lightly with no oil THE WHOLE HOUR! THEY STOLE MY MONEY! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS RIPOFF ESTABLISHMENT AND TELLING EVERYONE NEVER TO GO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Doan is great, highly recommend. I always leave there feeling like I was listened to a given the appropriate massage to achieve whatever my goal was for the session. Thank you, Doan!

BE AWARE-Costumer service is terrible. Madison(the Assistant to the manager) could not understand my situation and zero flexibility with a member of almost 2 years. Unreasonable.
