It is very disappointing that have to rewrite this review. (Its staying this time) They somehow removed her initial review. My wife went for a simple eyebrow wax appointment, and somehow the technician caused a huge skinned patch on her skin right under the eyebrow. She was super nice, and asked if she can check why it is burning, and why the skin came off. The technician simply said itll be fine in 30 minutes, if not put some Aquaphor on it. On the way out, she mentioned to her again that it was burning, and she said that if it doesnt feel better to call her directly when I get home. Once we got home and the redness from the mistake was gone, I saw a patch of skin was missing. I tried calling them, but of course, they were closed for the weekend. It turned into a scab, and its still healing two weeks after the fact. No one should have to experience this at a spa. It doesnt take much to apologize, but instead, they decided to just remove the review.

Spoke with Khrisha on the phone when I called to inquire about facials for my skin. She gave so much advice and detail to which facial would be best and what skin products I should be using at home prior and post facial. Her recommendations showed how committed she is to her job and her knowledge as a skin tech. Anyone who sees her at life spa would be in great hands!

Elizabeth does my facials and nose wax. I have never received a facial or a wax before and she walked me through the entire process. She is knowledgeable and has gotten me on a great skin regime. I always thought skincare wasnt for men and never thought I could benefit from it. I will definitely recommend her!

I recently joined as a member to lifetime fitness and was surprised that they had a spa inside the club! I decided to get a facial, seeing as I am now in my 60s, and wanted some help with my skin! A delightful young lady, named Elizabeth, provided exceptional service. She was very knowledgeable and has magic hands! Elizabeth set up a skin fitness plan tailored specifically to me and all of my concerns. I fully intend to follow her expert advice to see the results we are working towards!

Listen. Today I got my very first hydra facial from Elizabeth and Ive never been so shocked in my life! Elizabeth is literally such a warm and engaging person and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about her services! When my facial was over and she revealed my skin... Im telling you NEVER in my life have I glowed so much!! Thanks so much Elizabeth!!!!

Love the Life Spa in Sugar Land! Elizabeth (the best) has done about three of the HydraFacials so far and my skin looks amazing! Seriously, I get compliments all the time. And Elizabeth makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Oh, and the free child care while I get a little me time is amazing.

Got a massage with Michelle today and it was absolutely amazing. She did such a wonderful job I was so pleased and happy I now have somewhere to go that is convenient (I’m a LifeTime member).Michelle is very experienced (17 years) and she prepped the room with essential oils/aromatherapy and talked to me about what I needed and wanted. Then she actually remembered what I wanted and needed and delivered it! (So many people have not done that). At the end gave me some great tips for: self care until my next appointment, a way to prep right before my next appointment, and good information that I should avoid working out after a massage to avoid injury (workout before hand if it is not a rest day).I told her I wanted deep tissue/heavy pressure and she did just that but in a manner that wasn’t over bearing and still got deep into my muscles. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

I have been using the Lifespa for 3 years and it has been always a very pleasant experience with Elizabeths facials, Michelles massages, Alexis hair care, Kaylies customer coordination under Aishas management. Everyones awesome!

Worst highlights I ever had. Went there yesterday for the 1st time, spent more than 3 hour to get highlights and my hair was redish/orange. They asked me to go back today to fix it, I did but its still the same, spent again more than 3 hours and she was not able to fix it.

We all caught covid here and they won’t let you cancel your membership for 30 days! This gym is not worth the price and the customer service is bad.
