My first time experiencing the Thai combination. What a great experience from the time you walk in and when you leave. You will be greeted by two wonderful ladies (Candice and Niki).So professional and friendly staff! Clean and soothing environment! The therapist I had was Ann. She was great! I will definitely come back! Must try this place! They make you feel welcome! This place deserves more than Five stars!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Sunny is my healing angel. My partner and I have tried many other places, but this is the only place that consistently gives THE BEST massages. The ladies here are gifted, know exactly where to do what to heal all kinds of pains, knots and ailments. We introduced family members to Therapeutic Thai Massage in Sugar Land, and now they also don’t go anywhere else. Why would we, when the best masseuses are here. Absolutely fair prices, fantastic service, and the best massages you’ll find anywhere. They also offer so many massage options, there’s something healing available for anyone here. Try them. You will not regret it!!

Based on the review, I had Sunny for.a deep tissue massage. It was torturous. She was rough and had no concept what a deep tissue massage should be She gave me a lot of rough rubbing. It was a waste of time & money.I still gave her tips but she certainly didn’t deserve it

I have been getting Thai massages for eight years, trying different locations but Jo gave me an amazing session today.She might be not the best back-walker but she is an expert massage therapist.I requested to focus on my left back down to my waist. Before the session, she double-checked on my focus area, asked 1-2 questions just to make sure we on the same page.Normally, other therapists spread out the massage area all most evenly even you request the focus area. But Jo was really focusing on my back. She took time and was very detailed on all the muscle group around my back as well.Highly recommend Jo if you are looking for Thai Combination or Swedish Massage.

The place is beautiful and smelled very nice. Me and my husband did the Shirodhara massage for 90 mins, for the first time. It was absolutely amazing! Soon we left the place we were ready to go to sleep haha. Highly recommended if you never had one!

I was curious as I walked by, so I went in to find out what set Thai massage apart. The receptionist was very welcoming. She offered me a glass of tea, explained services and rates, andI booked immediately. I have only recently resigned my membership at a local chain whose therapists are wonderful but their management team is annoying, and my back muscles have lots of knots in them. This Thai therapist used a combination of familiar Swedish technique and totally new to me Thai pressure technique combined with comprehensive stretching that stopped shy of hurting, but moved my muscles and joints in unfamiliar motions. It was a fantastic experience. I’ll be back soon!

I have never had a Thai massage before but I hurt my back today and was surprised I could get in later after work. The place is wonderful when you walk inside. They offered me a drink then changed my shoes. I was taken back to my room shortly after. The room is lightly lit and it’s very private. My masseuse was amazing! She did all sorts of crazy things to stretch me out. I have never had someone walk on my back and at one point I was like omg what did I get myself into but it was amazing!!! I could hear and feel my back cracking. She worked my whole body. I got the Thai combo. My only regret was asking for the one hour, I should have gotten a longer time. They even make you a tea before you leave. I definitely recommend them. I made an appointment already and can’t wait for the next one!

Mind-blowing experience. Booked a 60 minute deep tissue with Jo and was left speechless. Clearly the best deep tissue massage Ive ever experienced (and Ive experienced a lot of them)This massage establishment gives off a very high end feel even though it is located in a small suite in the shopping complex. Its definitely worth the money, and the tea at the end is the icing on the cake.Prepare to be pampered.

First time ever getting a massage. Asked for a deep tissue, and asked for strong pressure. I am an athlete that trains every weekday. Felt a lot of pulling in my back, shoulders, and neck. Legs were tight all around. Tip (therapist) did an amazing job finding all the knots and issues I had. Applied the strong pressure I had asked for without failure. I walked in having pain when I turned my head left and right. I left being able to turn my head without pain, having much more loose shoulders, and legs feeling much less stiff. Worth the money and time and Ill be returning again. Thank you.

My masseuse, Amy was fabulous! I haven’t had a massage in some time now, and have been overly stressed lately…after my massage, I felt relaxed for the first time in months! The Bael tea was deliciously and soothing, the ambience was serene - and the staff was professional and catered to not only me, but the other clients with full attentiveness.

My first time to try a Thai massage and it was fantastic with Tip! I typically like deep tissue massage and this experience combined both. With my permission, Tip walked on my back -- which is always tight -- and legs and then stretched out my arms, hips and legs. I slept so well that evening. I highly recommend for those who like deep tissue massage, as this takes it to the next level. Also, the staff is amazing. The entrance is beautifully decorated; they take your shoes and offer tea (free) -- this service just adds to the positive experience. I plan to schedule with Tip again soon.

Therapeutic Thai Massage is awesome! Ive been to many different massage parlors and this one is ranked near the top of my list. The staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the tasty beverages in the beginning and at the end of the massage. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Therapeutic Thai Massage is a very clean and professional establishment. I enjoyed my 60 min Thai combo massage. The massage table is comfortable and spacious. The massage therapist had good communication and was very nice. She incorporated stretching techniques, hot stone therapy and other heat therapy during the session. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning soon.

Phenomenal experience, phenomenal staff, and phenomenal location. from walking in, to my whole massage, and finishing with refreshments. there is nowhere else in sugarland, maybe even houston, who does it better! the receptionist who checked me in and showed me to my room was so kind, my 90 minutes traditional massage was awesome and the ambiance of the facility was so cozy and soothing. i cant recommend this place enough!

I went after a long week of work and it relieved so much pain in my body. I got the combination deep tissue/thai massage with medium to hard pressure, but I will say Its not for everyone. It hurt but extremely worth it!

The best place to get a nice deep tissue massage. We did a couples massage and really enjoyed it. We’ve been going here for years. The staff is nice and the massages are amazing. I feel relaxed and refreshed when done. The prices are reasonable too. Can’t wait to book the next massage.

It is more expensive than many places but I have never been disappointed. You definitely get your moneys worth. Why am I giving 3 stars then? Well, all the therapists have stopped wearing masks. When they are massaging your face and forehead (when you are lying on your back), their outbreath literally falls on your face. We need to be ever-vigilant for COVID, RSV, Flu and other forms of air-borne illnesses. Please start wearing face masks !![Update 4/2/2024] I am changing my rating from 3-stars to 1-star. Apparently, they now have a policy according to which you need to give them all your credit card details while setting up an appointment over the phone !! This is like some doctors who charge before they have even seen you. Ridiculous.

I have been coming here for a few months, seeing Amy almost exclusively, and I can honestly say I feel her undoing my many years of slumping/slouching .. it’s amazing.

Excellent customer service and treatment. They take walk-ins, but would recommend to make an appointment. Ask for Jo as your massage therapist. I would recommend her for the THAI COMBO.

First time there. Got a gift card for a couples massage for Christmas. I was looking forward to a nice massage with some muscle tension release. I asked for deep tissue with pretty good pressure. They asked if they could walk on my back and I said oh ok Ive never had that before sure. Do not say yes. They will try to murder you. I think I have a bruised rib. I couldnt breathe. They didnt let me have enough time in-between steps to take in air. At one point I cried from the pain. We have bruises on our back. I am so sore. Out of the 1hr massage only like 10 mins of it was actually massage. The rest was just them crushing me. I finally was able to ask for lighter pressure and then she basically stopped putting any pressure at all. Will not be going back. I think once I recover from this experience I will have to go somewhere else to get a real relaxing massage and not a beat down. A real disappointment as I just wanted a muscle massage to relieve some tension. They should have known better than to go to that level of extreme with first time clients.

I just left this place and Im so disappointed. Ive been here multiple times and have always walked away with a good experience. However today was a different story. My friend and I booked a couples massage. My masseuse was Anne and I scheduled a 60 minute Thai combo massage. It started off pretty good and then slowly started declining. It seemed like she started zoning out and not paying attention to what she was doing. Once she flipped me on my back she didnt touch my arms or legs and she didnt sit me up to stretch my back. She massaged my face a little and then she went to my neck. She spent pretty much the rest of the time there. She wasnt applying any pressure and it honestly seemed like she zoned out and was just killing time. I told the front desk after and she said she would talk to Anne and the manager. She came back out and said Anne said she did do everything. I repeated she did not and she just worked on my neck. She said she probably just focused on that and didnt have enough time to finish, I think thats what Anne was trying to tell me. Thats two different stories. And Anne was not focused on releasing any knots in my neck. I could hear my friend in the bed next to me getting the massage of a lifetime. Her lady (Mann) turned her over 30 seconds before Anne turned me over and Mann worked on her legs, arms and sat her up stretched her out and did everything you should get in a combo massage. I was shocked that the manager never came to talk to me and they did not take responsibility. Instead, I was indirectly called a liar. I have never left a review of any place but this was just disappointing. I should not have left a massage more stressed and angry than when I went in. Needless to say they lost a customer today.

My favorite massage parlor. I always leave feeling relaxed. The staff is kind and accommodating. You get all of your time you pay for, no waiting. Ive had many people work on me and all of them are well skilled and professional. I would recommend trying the combination message for your first time. Be sure to get the tea is amazing!

I had a great experience with my masseuse; she was excellent. However, Im not a fan of pulling and stretching. I have arthritis in my right shoulder, so the next time, Ill just need a simple massage.

I really enjoyed the massage I received from Ann. She was personable, professional and through. I am visiting the area and had never been to Ann and Company before. I am glad this was my choice. I was certainly pleased and recommend Ann. They answer my call right away and gave me very useful information. I love this place!!!

Sunny was amazing. I had a 60 min Thai massage with her and wished I had book for a longer one. At check in they serve a complimentary cool tea and at checkout you get a complimentary hot tea. You can check in online via a email form and save time. Sunny focused on my right shoulder and neck with care and precision. I asked for firm pressure and boy did I get firm pressure. She even worked on my glutes, which unbeknownst to me were all knotted up. I highly recommend this place for their facility, service and therapist. We will return.

My muscles were really stretched & pain free. I felt awesome after my Thai Combination.I also came back after lunch and shopping. I had my first Shirodara Massage with Therapist Amy. I did not quite know all the health benefits and calmness that Shirodara massage could give. Amy was informative, calm, highly skilled and patient with me. I never fall asleep during massages but my mind, body, and spirit were so calm. I fell asleep very peacefully during part of the therapy. I loved it and will go back forever and definitely recommend this type of massage to anyone. I went in for a 2 hour Therapeutic combination massage today with Joy. She was very knowledgeable, informative and comforting. I have very sore and tense neck/back muscles and migraines. The massage was so detailed and involved pressure and release of every muscle in my body. This type of massage does not compare to franchise massage places. It’s one of a kind. The place was clean and front desk was welcoming. They give you tea before and after. Veryyyyy highly recommended. I plan to go in once a month.

First time I tried a Thai massage. Was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I got the Thai combination where the messause walked on me and did some stretches while getting a massage at the same time. The walking is an optional thing, they ask first. Already recommended to some people. Will definitely go back.

This is a real massage with lasting pain relief! I’ve tried a lot of massage places in Sugar Land but this is by far the best. They actually focus on pain points and knots and relieve those spots before moving on. Other places give you a general massage and it feels alright during the massage but this place will fix you up and have your body feeling great during and after! Thai Massage is where its at.

Joy has been amazing. She didn’t realize it but she was consoling me without knowing. This was a tense day and wasn’t in the mood for chit chat but I’m glad I had Joy. Her massage was exactly the pressure I needed and she gave me great tips.

Avoid this location-I had a terrible experience yesterday with Joy, who was my masseuse. I explained to her that this was my first time with a deep tissue massage and requested if she could please tell me when she would be adding more pressure or if I could ask her to adjust the pressure based on my discomfort. She did not speak to me at all, aside from telling me her name, nor did she communicate at any time to make me more comfortable or trusting of her as a masseuse. She continued adding extreme pressure to the point I felt it was difficult to breathe when she was working on my back. Even when I voiced my concern she continued with the same amount of pressure until I explicitly told her not to work on my back. She placed extremely hot stones next to my arms and they kept touching my bare skin, when I told her this, she never apologized and it continued to happen. She seemed very irritated that I could not handle the pressure and it seemed she did not know how to adjust to a lighter pressure so she just continued to make me feel in pain and discomfort nearly the entire time. I went in hoping to relax but felt extremely anxious, uncomfortable, and wishing that my time would be over. Never returning to this place due to my experience with Joy.

Not satisfied with service….. This Tuesday 10/25/2022 I went for aromatherapy massage and ask them do light pressure but I guess the lady didn’t understand me. She used her knees to massage my lower back. She took breaks during the massage. I even complained that the stone is too hot on my bare skin, she completely ignored and instead of making it cool down a little bit she didn’t use them at all. I’m having More pain and swelling on my lower back and shoulders till to date. I went to my PCP and got myself perception pain medications. Only mistake I did was to trust the masseuse and never stopped the massage when I was completely uncomfortable after 20min. Please keep an eye on you masseuse if they do massage with one hand that means they are using their phone. Good luck everyone my money went to drain and caused more pain physically and now mentally.

My husband and I went in after a long week of work. We had a couples massage for an hour. He did the swedish massage and I did the Thai combination. I feel so relaxed and all around better after I left. Mayuree was so nice when we got there. Pam was such an amazing person to work with. We are already planning our next appointment! 10/10 recommended Therapeutic Thai Massage!

This place is AMAZING! I scheduled a couple of massages online and received a very polite call to clarify. When I arrived for my appointment, I immediately felt a sense of tranquility. I was offered a tea and provided slippers before going to my room. My therapist did an excellent job of checking with me on my level of comfort with the Thai Combination massage. Afterwards, I was extremely relaxed and left feeling like a had the back of a 20 year old! I received a second tea in the waiting area as I checked out. I’m definitely returning…this is a hidden gem in Sugar Land.

Words can’t even explain. Im a massage therapist and im so picky about who does it for me. This place is phenomenal I heard you keep trying diff people and it gets better and better. I always have tight muscles around neck, back, etc. and with age, agility has decreased. Ever since my visit to Thailand, I no longer get regular massages (Swedish, deep tissue) and always seek a traditional Thai masseuse. This location is the real deal. Please don’t forget to let them know of any surgeries or injuries no matter how old. I only gave 4 stars because I felt that they rushed it and were a little rough. In Thailand, they also give you clothes to change into and wash your feet but this establishment does not. I love the atmosphere and everyone was friendly and cordial. Please go early and let them know if it’s your first time too so it can be explained to you what to expect because once they come on top while you are faced down, your first thought might go to the gutter🤣. I agree with all the most recent reviews and pictures posted on Google. I strongly recommend…you will thank us reviewers.

Had a really good experience for a prenatal massage. I was so happy they actually used good pressure and I was comfortable the whole time. My back feels so much better now and I felt so relaxed walking out. Hopefully it lasts!

So I decided to give it a try, and the service is as expected. The standards are the same. Everything is exceptional. Will definitely be back

Massage here is not meant for the faint at heart😄, or if you need a relaxing massage to sleep. Better for someone that really needs all the knots and kinks straightened.Regardless of what type of massage you’ve specified, you get almost the same pressures, kneading, stretching, walk-on, oils, etc.Front desk lady is always personable- gets to know and welcome you by name when you book an appointment or when next you visit.High turnover. Price is reasonable.

Love this place. My first experience getting a Thai massage and it was better than expected. The place is very clean and you feel relaxed right when you step in the door. They bring you tea while you fill out your paperwork... and they also bring you tea while you put your shoes on after your massage, so you dont feel rushed out. I told my therapist, Mam, that I came because of a herniated disc, and she took extra time to show me some stretches I can do at home to help the pain.

Consistently good and puts other massages to shame! They are the BEST and very professional. I was so relaxed after my session and the tea after the massage was just heavenly.

For her back pain from working on the computer 8+ hrs a day and for me working as a mechanic.We’ve tried at least 10 different massage places all around the Houston/Conroe area over the past year.This and one other are the best. We’ve visited here twice. Both times = seriously some of the best massages we’ve had.We’ve called ahead for appointments both times we’ve visited. The staff has always been very professional, they take the time to ask what you need worked on, what pressure, etc. and didn’t make us feel rushed. Overall very zen-relaxing vibes in the front area, as well as the massage rooms.We got our backs walked on the first time, it was intense, but felt great the following days after.This recent time we just visited and got a Thai combination. Included hot rocks, but we chose not to get back walked on (just personal preference based on our mood). Either way, was terrific as well.Definitely recommended. We are moving 30 minutes away, but my fiancé and I will drive back for more massages here, even after we move.

I have visited this business a couple of times and both times Ive gotten a 60 minute Thai combination massage. The therapist was very professional and checked with me throughout the massage to make sure she was using the right amount of pressure. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Beyond disappointed. Today is day 10 after my Thai massage and I am still in excruciating back pain. While the massage was rough, the therapist kept telling me I was very tight through its duration; I assumed this meant I may be sore for a day or two. INSTEAD, here I am on day 10 - I’ve been forced to take pain killers once a day and have been using heating pads and Epsom salts incessantly.Tired from this, I am now forced to schedule an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. Money aside, this entire time period has been a nuisance and I have no clue how much damage the therapist has caused to my spine.

Very satisfied with my massage. Masseuse kept me informed when she was about to put more pressure on the muscles and asked if I was comfortable. She made sure I was covered the whole time and that made me feel comfortable.

***UPDATE***I have changed my previous rating from one star back to five stars due to the following.I received a very genuine phone call from Russ, a regular at the front desk there, and he sincerely apologized for the issues and made it right with me. Again I’ve been a long-time and regular customer so I appreciate them Taking care of me.I have been getting massages here for years, 98% of the time I have a fantastic massage And a great experience, every now and then you have one that is not as great but today was the worst massage/experience I’ve ever had.I paid for an hour and a half and it was only an hour and 20 minutes (yes I looked at the clock - literally I was already on the freeway going home with a few minutes to spare) and 10 to 15 of those 20 minutes involved scratching and lightly rubbing my head. Additionally I requested to not have my right knee bent and it was bent anyways but luckily this time it did not hurt me.

Very efficient and on time. Well organized. Can manage your sched online. I found my go-to Thai massage place. ❤️ Just the kind of massage i need: a combination of stretching, hot stone, hot towel, hot sand bag and fingertip/ elbow pressure to get rid of the knots from my shoulders and neck from poor posture— ooh they were merciless on those knots. They can also walk on your back if you allow them 🦶🏽. The hot tea afterwards is so good too. This is my second time and i did 90 minutes session 😆😆.

I went here twice. My latest one was for a prenatal massage for knots in my upper back. Therapist Dara was so gentle and considerate. The very next day I saw relief from the pain.I recommend this place to any of my friends looking for a relaxing massage

This place is amazing. As soon as you get on the massage table they get to work and work hard on your body. Unlike other places I’ve been before where they try to chat or focus on one part too long, this place does a thorough massage of your whole body. Would HIGHLY recommend this as your massage destination!!!

Mia is a wonderful massage therapist. She identified my shoulder , neck and lower back as troubled areas and worked to remove much of the stiffness. She knows the human body well and is very patient.

My tax preparer told me this was the best massage place in the world. I proudly concur! This could only be better if it was closer so I visit more frequently. Great social distancing protocols in place, but DRINK WATER when you leave. The massage breaks up toxics in your body that make you feel like youre sick, but increasing your water intake flushes them faster.

I will not be returning. Extremely disappointed. The therapist never introduced herself. Appeared frustrated. I had to ask her name at the end of service. The deep tissue was not deep tissue. I will not recommend to any friends, colleagues or family.

My first time was yesterday, first of all they accepted me on short notice, on arrival the front desk lady was so welcoming. My massage therapist Emily or Emilia was top notch. I am definitely going back

I wanted to go back to Thailand for a while this year, but I am too busy and its expensive, So I went here for a 2Hr Thai massage, almost the same as going there for the day without the jet lag!

I never book my massages anywhere else. Clean facility, clean rooms, professional therapists and a friendly yet tranquil environment. I love the staff and it seems like they are all trained. Highly recommend this place.

The name of therapeutic Thai massage is a bit misleading. They are unable to perform actual therapeutic massage. The massage was not as deep, when I was trying to tell them where I was hurting, the therapist responded if you dont like it you can go home! I wont return again.

Ahhhhh. First full session thai massage!!!! With Emily (oh she is as good as all her reviews!!! God continue to bless her!!!).I had 3 combo sessions and wanted to experience the full thai massage. I had 3 combos because I wanted to make sure my body was ready for all that stretching. I do a little pilates, a little gym, a little walking.It was great. Underwear only, but Emily keeps you covered up while she stretches you in every which way. The worse stretch was the rotator cuff shoulder stretch and when she walked on my right wrist, but when she finished I was so relaxed, no pain, no distress, no soreness from all the stretching. In fact, I bounced out of the shop feeling so refreshed, I was surprised.I am 62 and just looking for something to give me. I get an hour and a half of just pure bliss, uninterrupted me time. I can think, sleep, totally relax, feel good and remove some toxins and rejuvenate.The most profound part of the experience is how she uses her feet, especially her toes. She can massage a knot out using her toes. She does a great neck massage sitting on a chair using her feet to massage. The entire process is a little invasive but well worth it. I would think some folk might find it a little sensual, especially with some of the stretches and the fact that you are naked except for underwear and a blanket.I would suggest experience it once if your health and body permit. It is a well rewarding experience! Blessings!

I have mild scoliosis in my lower and middle back and currently going through physical therapy. I also have reverse cervical lordosis in my neck. I work long hours (on a supposedly ergonomic desk) and get a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders. I stretch (inside and outside the sauna), foam roll, and stay active but I cant get rid of all the knots / tightness and so the pain builds up with time. I have a massage envy membership that I use on a more recurrent basis, but I still treat myself to a Thai massage every now and then. This weekend, Jenny gave me an AMAZING Thai massage with and without tiger balm, with hot towels, as well as some awesome stretches! Thai massages are like abracadabra healing pills that I absolutely love and recommend! Jenny did an extraordinary job and I will definitely be going back soon!!

Friendly employees. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Thai-combo is my favorite and prefer over a traditional. Helps ease my arthritic pain on my back and hip.

Ne star cause thats the least it will allow me to rate. been a frequent here but last time made an appointment they made me wait 30 minutes in the lobby past my appointment time and when i asked how long they would be running as i was already waiting past the appointment i was told you want a refund without even advising how long of an additional wait there would be. I left with the promise to never return.Place has gown down in customer service.
