Ive been coming here since my brother and sister-in-law are regulars. They have nothing but positive reviews. Ive been to Eva for deep tissue massages and shes excellent. I keep all my tension in my upper back mostly (from lifting weights and stress), and shes able to get rid of it by the time I walk out. Shes also fantastic when you need less pressure, to just relax. The place is always spotless and they offer snacks/hot tea for before/after your massage. Everybody is very friendly and accommodating. My brother goes to Devlen, and my sister-in-law goes to Cindy. Rave Reviews for all of them!!!

This is probably my favorite massage parlor. As soon as I stepped into Cloud 9, I saw that it was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was smiling and made me feel very friendly. The masseuse Cindy gave me a 90-minute Swedish massage. The whole experience was superb and I fell asleep in relaxation. I will come again next time.

I come here weekly, if not biweekly, for a 90 minute foot massage. When I first tried out this place, I sampled about 3-4 different therapists on the roster before finding Tina and have been booking with her since. Shes my favorite! She applies the perfect amount of pressure and her technique is great. I even bought the 10 hour packages because I knew how often Id go. Have been a happy camper since finding Tina and I always look forward to my weekly massages.The receptionist also welcomes me by name and shes super helpful. All around a great experience here!

My husband and I were clients prior to Cloud 9. We love the services they provide. I personally love a 90 or a 120 minute Swedish massage while my husband prefers the foot and body combo massage. After I was involved in a car accident, weekly massages with Maragret was so beneficial and well needed. All of the massage therapists here at Cloud 9 are exceptional and professional, and Andy is one of the best! Christian, Skylar, and the rest of staff always greet you with a welcoming smile. Great foot massage! I really liked my massage by Andy - firm, gentle pressure. I loved they cover you with a blanket and cover your eyes. I would have give 5 stars, but taking one off because the person we booked the massage with should have told us - dont wear earrings, a necklace and mascara! Other than that, everything was 5 stars. Clean, classy and great foot massage!

I was fortunate to have a deep tissue massage from Devlin which was a 5-star experience. She was a consummate professional who was thorough and attentive. Couldnt have asked for a better massage!

Devlin was awesome. I never had a Thai massage before . It was great, massage with light stretch. Will be back again. Also the guy at the desk is super nice, funny and charming. What a great addition to the facility.

This sucks! I have to edit my review and go from 4 stars to 1 star . First off , I had wanted the 90 min Swedish massage with essential oil . First off, I COULD NOT EVEN SMELL THE oil. How pointless! The room was cold as hell & my therapist name was Tina. She sucked!! I do not recommend her . Her hands were so dry and it was not fun. The oil was used on my back and my legs . It was not even used on the front. The music was real low and it was not relaxing at all . Do yourself a favor and please seek another tech . The front desk chick is weird as hell too . She looks like she doesnt want to be there . She has this unwelcoming attitude and a straight face . She stares at you in a weird way and is weird as hell . There are better places out there !! Avoid this trashy place! They took off the 15 dollars for the oil and gave a discount . That was much appreciated but of course they got too!! They told me they will give me a discount the next time I come ? lol next time.. honey they aint no next time .

I had the 40/40 combo massage. 40 minutes on feet and 40 minutes on body. My masseuse was Andy. Baby, he kneaded me like I was dough. He hit spots I wasn’t aware of. Be sure to speak up if you want softer pressure. He will ask though. He was very thorough and noticed every moment I made (I.e flexing my hands, cracking my knuckles) and took action. Will be back next month!

I first went in for a 90 minute massage with cupping. There was a significant language barrier with the therapist. She didnt focus on the areas I asked for (calves and ankles) and didnt do the cupping. They have a small discount and I really wanted the foot massage so I came back. This time with different therapist. I asked several times to increase the pressure but again it seemed like a language barrier issue. The massages were ok for the price but not exactly what I wanted. I doubt I would go back.

After more than 30 years of getting massages I found the best spa anyplace I have been in the world. The booking was fast and easy, the front desk ladies are super helpful and friendly, the prices are slightly lower than most places but the huge difference was the therapist Emily. She was the best massage therpist I have ever met. Emily combined wonderful techniques and a superb knowledge of what I would call Eastern holistic healing. She would work on one area for a bit then let that area rest while she worked a different spot and then return to the first area to continue the treatment. I had been having abdominal pain for months and no MD could figure out the cause but as soon as Emily touched the spot she asked if I had any pain there and told me what was causing it. She did some deep massage to my abdomin and the next day the chronic pain and spasms were gone. Cloud 9 spa is THE place to go for massages.

I receive massages on a regular basis and Cloud 9 has some amazing massage therapists. The Sugar Land location is hard to find, as it does not have any street presence or signage. It is tucked behind Double Dave’s pizza on Hwy 6. It huge and has tons of private rooms for full body massages. It is clean and relaxing facility with comfortable massage tables. For deep tissue massages, I highly recommend Devlin and Andy!

I have been to several massage places (Hand and Stone, Sole Reflextions, Oasis...) but Cloud 9 outranked them all. Clean and beautiful rooms, nice staff, expert masseurs, reasonable prices! I would recommend to make this place your regular spot!

Had a couples massage with my hubby on Sunday with Eva and Emily. It was just what we needed to start our week! We felt very relaxed after our massages! Will schedule again with these ladies!

This facility is clean and nice. If you’re looking for a deep tissue omg Amy was my girl!! She applied such great pressure and confirmed with me if it was too much so she could ease off some but I needed a good hurt. It hurt so good I was sore the next couple days afterwards. The best and will be back soon!

This place is a hidden gem. Sugarland location on hwy6. Devlin gives the most amazing Swedish massage. I recommend going with the 90 minute Swedish as it is the perfectly paced massage. Went away feeling refreshed and like a few years of aches and pains were removed.

My massage therapist was Margaret and she was attentive and frequently asked how I was doing. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. This was my first time coming in for a massage and I loved it. Definitely more affordable than a full body massage but almost just as relaxing. Even though it’s a ‘foot’ massage the therapists still massage part of your back, scalp, and arms which is really nice. They kept on checking in to make sure the amount of pressure they were using was ok. I had Amy as a therapist and my friend had Cindy. My friend always asks for Cindy- that’s her go to therapist (she had been here before) but since this was my first time I was assigned to Amy and I was happy. We booked as a last-minute, spontaneous treat since the massage place didn’t have two slots at the same time for us, and this was great. We were relaxed and ready to go home and drift off to sleep afterwards. Will definitely come back.

Just had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Helen! She really knows her stuff. I have had multiple massages at big name places but none can compare to this! I suggest everyone give them a try. I was so worth my 30 minute drive! They are taking all covid cleaning precautions so I felt super safe!

I enjoy going to this location, it is super clean, it has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. They have some new massage therapists that are awesome. Jack was my masseuse. He was absolutely amazing. I have had many massages and he was one of the best masseuses I have had. I went in with chronic neck and shoulder pain. He identified the primary cause of my pain and he worked on it specifically. He was professional and kind and up beat as well. Many of the masseuses at Cloud9 are wonderful. Cloud9 is affordable and has several locations and lots of open spots. Such a blessing to have them in our city!

Really great massage. It was a very relaxing massage and the therapists dont talk the entire massage like other places I have been to. I will say the commercials that would come on in between 2 or 3 songs could be very distracting. Other than that, the facility is extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. Weve visited others, but Cloud 9 was Literally On-Point! My wife treated me on a spa/rest day and we did an 80min Combo that had me feeling ALL-KINDS-OF ATHLETIC thereafter. Jack and Dave were great in their techniques and the whole staff made of feel welcomed. The facility and environment was peaceful and comforting. All great escapes from the workplace should begin like that!

This place is the best kept secret in Sugar Land for massages. Its a great value (pricing, ambience, and service), and there are many service offerings. So far Ive only done the 90 minute Swedish, but Im planning to try the deep tissue and maybe the Thai. Joanna is a great massage therapist! I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Margaret, and it was the best massage I’ve had! She is personable and checks in with you throughout the session to make sure you’re comfortable. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain, which is rarely resolved by one massage but let me tell you—Margaret works magic. The hot towels were a welcomed surprise and added to the overall experience! The spa is clean and inviting, the staff are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

Everything was explained to me in a very professional and friendly manner. Just my experience with the receptionist was enough to seal the deal.My masseuse was Ruby. She was very friendly with soft yet strong hands. I opted for the foot massage + deep tissue massage. She maintained excellent strength, technique and pace throughout both massages.I will definitely recommend this place to others and return soon.

Yesterday I pulled my back lifting my tantrum throwing 2 year old, and woke up absolutely miserable today. Ive been looking for somewhere new to go for a massage as the place I used to frequent now has new ownership and has doubled prices while going way downhill.Cloud 9 was recommended to me in a local moms group, so I decided to give it a try, and am so glad I did. My entire experience was fantastic. I saw their newest massage therapist, Alice, and she was amazing. I did 40 min foot, 40 min swedish massage with hot stone combo. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the facility is great. Clean, well decorated, and feels like an actual spa (not like a dirty hole in the wall like many of the foot spas Ive visited in the area). Ive been to some wonderful spas, and Alice easily compares with the best massages Ive received. Dont skip the hot stones!The gentleman at the desk, Christian, was helpful and kind. I enjoyed talking with him before leaving, and purchased their holiday promo (buy one gift card for an hour long service and get a second for 50% off). I cant wait to go back and use my gift cards.Give Cloud 9 a chance if youre looking for a great massage for a reasonable price. You wont regret it!

Words do not express how I feel after one massage session with ELLA. She is the so competent, thorough and engaging. I would not be able to lift heavy weights without ELLAs help on a weekly basis. She is able to diagnose where the problem areas are and implement an effective treatment plan. Attention to detail, gentle and caring approach, and a tenacity for results. Came here on a Tuesday night. Nice n quiet. Very clean place. My masseuse was very good. She knew the areas that were tight and worked on it. I felt so relaxed afterward. Will definitely be back when needed. Very close to home. Also very affordable.

Had a 90 min massage today which was utterly fantastic. Great pressure and technique. Kept asking if any changes were needed and if any areas were bothering me. Highly recommend Eva and will be back soon.

She truly knows the body and listens to you. I always feel like a new person after seeing her.Another huge bonus is their reservation system. It is so easy to log in, see availability and then make the reservation.

Im super tense all the time and this was the first time i felt i could relax. i recently got a tattoo on my ankle and they did an amazing job accommodating and avoiding that area. super sweet reception and specialists, definitely coming back soon.

I had an appointment with Margaret after going camping in Colorado. She was able to get the tiniest muscles in my legs and smooth them out. She also took great attention to the areas I was most sore in. The prices are also affordable! Highly recommend!

My partner and I came all the way from Austin, TX just to have a massage from Cloud 9, which we have been to many many times. We both needed a massage and have not been able to find a great place like the one here in Sugar Land. While my partner had such a wonderful experience, I unfortunately did not. My therapist was Ruby. She exposed me 3 different times when draping me carelessly. She was draping me while I was faced up, to reach my left arm and I looked down and noticed my chest was completely exposed. This happened again when she draped the sheets to work on my right arm and then a third time when she was pulling the sheets from my neck down to do my upper shoulders when I was faced up, exposing more than half of my chest. At the very end of my massage she rubbed my stomach and then moved her hands upwards touching my chest twice over the sheets. On top of the exposure to my body and touching my chest without my consent, she failed to read my chart which clearly stated what areas to not work on and worked on them anyway. I left the room in tears, shaken up, and extremely upset.

I’ve had great massages from Eva and Andy! Great amount of pressure and attentiveness throughout the entire 90 minutes.

Very friendly, helpful staff and appears to be clean. You lay on your back in a relaxing atmosphere and a bucket is placed at the bottom to soak feet. The bucket is high and small so while I was laying flat on my back it began to dig into my lower legs and was very uncomfortable. My massage was just okay. My heels weren’t messaged at all.

I booked with Andy the 40/40 of I could stay longer I would. He is absolutely amazing. He listened to the areas I asked him to target and made sure the pressure wasn’t unbearable. He went above and beyond to get the knots out. I left feeling brand new.

I’ve come here a good handful of times now, i typically get the 60min foot massage and it is sooo worth it! I love this place, the ambience is amazing, always quite and music is soothing. Free tea, coffee or water. The best part are the massages , I cant describe it, but you walk out feeling rejuvenated. I always get Helen, I recomend her, she really listens to your needs and applies her amazing skills and makes your pain go away.

I had a great experience here. I am from out of town and after 8 hours of traveling needed to relax. They met the challenge. It is a big place within treatment rooms but I was only 1 of 2 people there. Not rushed, she took every minute of the 90 working on me. Highly recommend!

Eva did my deep tissue massage and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. She has very strong hands and got deep into my muscles.

The place is nice and super clean. Mrs. Helen is the best. The first time I came in I filled out a questionnaire and shared what was sore and and muscles ached.. She always ask of where you hurt or sore and makes sure you are comfortable. Great place, I recommend this place.The person at the front, Mrs. ANA Is very friendly. Booked a custom, targeted massage with Nina. Bad posture plus being an industrial seamstress for 8 months left my upper shoulders and neck all tensed up. Pain and numbness was traveling into my arms. Her massage was amazing! I could feel her heavily targeted the tense muscles. I am not a masseuse but I could feel in my crying muscles that she knows what she is doing.

I started going to see Nina in December and my experience has been incredible. I had ankle surgery in October and was having a lot of discomfort during my recovery in that foot/ankle. Nina focused on that area and alleviated a lot of my pain. Not only that, my range of motion has drastically improved since going to Nina regularly. Highly recommended especially if recovering from injury.

I experienced a very good deep tissue massage from Cyndi. After a long and strenuous week, it was truly needed. I appreciate being able to book an appointment at the last minute without any hassle. Additionally, the facility is always clean and the staff are always welcoming.

I have come here several times for deep tissue message and usually add the hot stone for an hour, 90 min if I have time :) Everyone here is great about customizing to your preference/focusing on the areas requested and it is clean, calm, and relaxing! Can’t wait to go back!
