Had the coil I needed on short notice. Other vape shops ~10 miles away did not when I called ahead. They were super friendly and had an assortment of varieties. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and kind staff working, setting up rewards with their system was easy and fast; we will be coming back soon!

New update. I love this place. Always got what I needed. Ali and the ladies are just amazing. Im usually in and out, but they are just so welcoming, like home.

If y’all are going to close during cold weather it would be nice to have ANY of your social media updated. I drove from Houston to Sugarland and yall were closed. There was no snow or anything just closed and no information about it anywhere for customers to do their due diligence to research. Pretty frustrating:/ I’d assume with the multiple employees you have one could head up the social media….

Well number one their staff is always available. They always open and close at the times they say they will. They have an excellent inventory and is also well stocked, and can order any particular item that you might need. And one more thing their employees are extremely obliging and polite.

Is always an awesome experience here deals are great have a great selection of juices and tanks. The Owner is a supernice dude and they Is carry alotta Juices that are hard to find offline and always have great deals and discounts! Cant say enough positive of these guys. The only shop Ill use!

Amazing. Just amazing. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Even when I came in with a complaint that was mostly my fault they took care of me completely. Theyve certainly made a loyal customer out of me. And their rewards are great. Five stars!

It was pretty good. Prices were great. They were informed and made good recommendations. The only downside is the handling of the house made juice. No gloves assembling the bottles. I hope his hands were clean cause he touched the under side of the dropper putting it together.

I’ve visited twice to buy a cartridge for my cape pen and it fit perfectly! The guys are really cool and laid back. When I went the second time, the same guy remembered me from the first time. It felt nice to know that he remembered me. Also, the place is super clean and organized!

Great shop. I travel all over the country and this iOS hands down the best shop I have found anywhere! They make their own juices made to order. My favorite juice is the espresso (not the sweet espresso, its not on the menu you have to ask for it). They will ship. Thanks for the great service.

The guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Im new to the vape scene and they helped me out quite a bit. Their sour gummy house flavor IS AWESOME! It tastes like sour patch kids. Even signed up for rewards because Ill definitely be back!

Place was packed when I went in, after about 10 minutes of browsing theyre awesome selection I was able to sit down and sample all of their juices. They let me drip in piece and make a decision. They have daily deals and awesome service and knowledge. Would recommend any day!

To start on a positive note, the House Blends are great, flavorful, and priced really well. But almost every time I go in, I seem to feel attacked by the employees with attitude and a rude tone of voice. It is a very unfriendly vibe. Civil vapes is the way to go in my opinion!

Went by near closing time after I had gotten off work, but the employees were still super helpful. Very knowledgeable staff. Coils were almost twice the price as other places, but other than that, I will definitely be back to buy juices here.

The is the only store I go to for my vape supplys and juice. The house juice is not only a great blend with good flavor its also well priced. They have a reward program and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Absolutely the place to go if you want to really figure out what unit and juice is right for you.

Misclicked 4 stars when I originally out in this review( its a 5 for sure). I have been coming here for years and its by far the best vape shop I have ever been to. The people are always nice and very helpful. The selection is good. Its probably the only place on my errand loop that doesnt feel like a chore to go to.

I have vaped for the past 5 years. Almost 4 yrs ago I found a vape shop I was beyond loyal to. But I have moved away from that area. I was fine making a hr and a half trip to that location. Due to my work schedule I am not able to make that trip. So I have been on the hunt for another vape shop. This place has been recommended to me by several co workers. I decided to try them out today on my break. Their house juice is BOMB!! The guys there were extremely nice and knew what they were talking about. The prices are unbeatable! They even fixed my tank for me!! They have gained a new loyal customer!! Thanks so much guys! I will be back!

One of the best vape shops around town. Staff is very friendly an knowledgeable. Dont know what it is but all the juices that I get from them go well with my setups. The layout isnt to complex, and prices are clearly visible. I hate shops were you have to ask for a price and try to guess if your gonna get ripped off.

Seriously the only place I will go for house juice except for Artisan Vapor Company. I never thought Id find another place of that calibre, but Imperial is it. Knowledgeable staff, good atmosphere, good selection of premiums. $30.99 for a 120ml bottle of house juice, but theyre always having sales.

I drove from the Montrose area to this shop based on a recommendation. It was well worth the drive! This is the best E-Cigg shop in Houston hands down! They have many great flavors and the best part is YOU CAN TRY THEM ALL! This shop also has buy 2 get the 3rd E-Juice FREE! I have to say they have the best quality juice Ive bought in Houston at a great price. You can also have custom flavors mixed while you wait. I will be back to stock up soon. Oh yeah the have great MODS as well. Over all a top notch shop!

This Vapor Company is amazing. Friendly and Welcoming. The employees are by far very knowledgeable about the products they sell. By far this is the Cadillac retail store of Vapes, juices hardware and accessories. They sell top of the line products and dont try and upsell you in anyway. The people who work there are always ready to get to know your personally needs. They honestly go out of there way to help satisfy your personal and preferred customized style. The house juice flavors are a spot on. The vapor bar setup is top of the line, safe and clean. Its helpful when trying to find out if you want to try different flavors before you buy them. Vast variety. They have sales, promotions and a point system they. They send out friendly reminders of discounts & Sales. My past purchases and expectations are met. To me that really shows customers appreciation. When I walk inside this place, Im always greeting and helped right away. They take time to capture memorable customer care this is a must stop shop for Vape products and services. If this was graded on a scale between 1-10 this is hands down a 8 of 10.

This is my go to vape shop in all of Houston. Great prices on house juice, super friendly staff, Multiple locations so even if im on the north side of town i can still drop in. They have a great rewards system getting stuff for free on the regular. There should be no reason not to make it your go to place at any location!

This place is the BEST local vape shop. The 120ml house blends are great and prices are the lowest Ive seen on them. Hands down the only place I buy now. I dont live in the area but I stock up when i come through just to get the 120 ml deal.

AWFUL costumer service. I bought a smok Al85 just two weeks ago and suddenly it was broken. When I took it back they made me to buy a new battery and they did not even feel sorry about this. And I can’t believe This was the manager of the store. You will not be happy after buying from this store.

I just bought a smok v8 from this fine facility. The battery was having some problems so I took it back and the staff gave me a new battery no questions ask. Both the employees were very kind and helped me throughout the buying process. They have a great selection with a lot of juice flavors. I would recommend this shop to any vaper out there. VAPE ON!

I stop at Imperial almost every time I visit Houston. Great staff with the best reccomendations. Try the Morning Bowl house juice, probably my favorite juice ever.

I bought a house juice on 7/28/18 called grapes of wrath upon vaping it over the past 3 days it has become flavorless I can smell the flavor but can’t taste it at all! I’ve redone my coils and changed my cotton as I use a dripper but still nothing and I’m deeply dissatisfied as I tried it on my friends vape which he bought at the Cypress location and I could actually taste it in full flavor. I will say the staff was on point though

Great place to cool your soles and see or buy great vaping products at a great price. Their customer service is awesome. Its like going inside the cheers bar in real life though with just vaping not drinking.

I went here to get my battery re-wrap and the guy with the orange beard who wraps the batteries switched my battery that I went there with and gave me a different one in return . And he was playing around with his friends and talking on his cell phone while he wraped my battery .This place has the worst customer service ever. There prices are high and there juice is low quality. Never going here again .

These guys are the real deal. I originally went in there to get a new coil and they told me I had a clone and hooked me up with a new tank for a great price. There are probably about 4 vape shops closer than vape on, but its worth the drive and have earned my business 👍

Its a good place over all the only thing i didnt like is the fact that when i bought a new battery.....they put a charger in the bag and charged me for it...i didnt need it...it was only 7 bux but the fact of the matter is.....they didnt tell me the charger wasnt free nor asked if i needed one...they cant say they have specific chargers for each brand because its a huge container with chargers in it. Smh at imperial vapes....ill be sure to tell you guys the next time i come in.....my name is reese by the way 😡
