Elements Massage

First time here, I booked a 2-hour massage with Les. I was in a lot of pain, particularly in my traps and lower back. I appreciated the thoroughness of the appointment. Les demonstrated various pressure levels, allowing me to choose my preference. The massage was very comprehensive, employing techniques that specifically targeted my pain. Each time Les worked on a new area, he checked in to ensure I was comfortable and feeling okay. I left feeling great and much more relaxed.I gave four stars because the facility could use some improvements. The walls in the room I was in were dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint.

Mr..Les is absolutely amazing at his craft. In my 20 years of experienced therapists I have never met someone as knowledgeable and effective as Mr. Les. As an ultrasound tech my body is required to adjust to each patient and Mr. Les found muscles that no therapist has ever paid attention to. I didnt realize where my pain was coming from.other than the regular shoulders and back. Mr. Les thoroughly worked through knots big and small with precision and unrelenting focus! I highly recommend you make Mr.Les your number only therapist.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mila! She worked tirelessly to relieve my back pain when nothing else seemed to help. She is absolutely amazing!

The schedule is SO flexible and I was able to book my massage the night prior! Mila, was absolutely AMAZING. She knew exactly where all of my stressor points were and taught me different stretches to help. She was able to really get the tension out of my neck and shoulders and I have not received service like that in a long time. When I first walked in I was welcomed very sweetly and it smelt amazing in there! I filled out my form the night prior to expedite the steps the day of which was very helpful since I am late most of the time. I will definitely be coming back and getting a membership for my husband and I. So so happy with this location and the service I received :-) !

Fantastic experience. The ambiance was calming, the therapists were skilled, and the overall service was exceptional. I highly recommend them for therapeutic or rejuvenating massage. I have experienced both so many therapist to choose from.

Great pain in my left hip had taken over my life for several weeks. I called for a massage and was given an appt at MY earliest convenience. My therapist, Mr. Les, was kind and effective. I left the appointment feeling much better with decreased discomfort.I will definately be back soon.

My massage was AMAZING! I absolutely loved my therapist, Chas. The facility was well maintained and very clean. The front desk lady was pretty welcoming as well! The table and room were extremely comfy and the perfect temperature. It was simply a 10/10 experience for me. Ill be visiting again soon! Thank you guys ssooo much!

This was my first time at Elements. My experience was great! From check in to being called by my massage therapist. Ms. Lanisha is very nice and very thorough. She misses nothing. I received a great massage. I actually committed to a contract and I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve been to multiple therapists at this location but Mauricio is my go to ! I have lots of tension in my shoulders and upper back especially when I go a long time without a massage and I require firm pressure , which he can deliver! He also provides great relaxing lighter pressure massages as well, as he was also my therapist during my prenatal sessions when I was pregnant. All around great therapist no matter what you need. Very pleased!

Everything was amazing! This was my first massage in over 2 years so I was looking forward to it. I read reviews and Chas came highly recommended, so I went with him. WOW! I was so amazed with his consultation. He definitely had a ton of tight muscles to work on! By the end of massage all those muscles were definitely gone. I was “sore” but a good discomfort. I’ve gotten the BEST nights rest these past few nights! I am looking forward to my next massage next month! Thank you Chas for working those “stones” out of my upper back!

Ive had 2 massage therapists and both were absolutely amazing. I love pressure and they definitely get you where the pain is! I got a membership and it makes it so much easier to book and I love how the massages you dont take for the month roll over. So you dont lose money you keep the credit! :)

Ted dug his elbows DEEP into my shoulder blades, spine, hips and thighs. It was very painful. I was constantly pulling away and he said “it hurts but it’ll feel better afterwards” he told me that I had the back of a 60 year old (I’m 26). And that I had humps like a camel and I must live a miserable life by how bad my back is. He didn’t even “massage” it was just his elbows and constant insults about how I don’t take care of myself and how horrible my back and hips are. Ladies at the front desk did not even ask how my experience was. If they did, i would’ve said “horrible!”Update: They offered me a do-over with Kelli and she was AMAZING. Definitely would go to her again.

I received a gift card for a 90 minute massage and while the massage was good. I am highly disappointed as my massage lasted about 70 minutes (including check out etc.). Even though I asked and said, it hasn’t been 90 minutes - they refused to listen. My appointment was at 4:45pm (didn’t start until 4:55-5pm) and I was home by 6:15pm which should’ve been when my appointment ended. While the massage was good, overall disappointed in the management especially it costs over $100.

I had Tricia in the Sugar Land location. She is also a Raiki master and was so wonderful. It was the best massage I have ever received. I came to her with so much anxiety. During my massage I had a huge moment of clarity about next steps for me. I left feeling relaxed and hopeful. Who can ask more than that from a massage?

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review because I know mistakes happen, but this place is super unorganized and does not care for its clients. We had a membership and I went to use my massage (prenatal). I show up on my appointment time and they tell me that there is no one to do a prenatal massage for me even though that’s what I was scheduled for. Even a call 30 minutes before would have saved me the trip there. It was frustrating because I had been missed on the schedule the day before as well. A manager was supposed to call us to discuss the issue, but never did. Very unprofessional.

Extremely impressed with the facility and staff. First visit 01/22/22. Selected Ted with his 9-10 yrs experience. He was a great communicator. I really wanted a head to toe massage, but years of neglect, sedentary sitting long periods, and poor posture called for the deep pressure in targeted areas, not for the weak. I can sit down now without feeling the pain from Piriformis and that speaks volumes. I will go back for more of this maintenance and then hopefully after another or two visits, Ill be a candidate for the head to toe.

I usually enjoy massages by both Amelia and Brandon. Brandon is definitely my go-to for specific trouble areas and over all technical massage. The staff is friendly and caring. Safety protocol is consistent with employees wearing masks and mask/temperature check required by customers. Beautiful and clean facility with attention to detail and personal safety. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Professional and kind front desk staff. I have experienced 3 different therapists and 2/3 were AMAZING. Trish has a lighter pressure and amazing technique esp w the combo of energy work! Brandon has a firm/deep pressure and knows exactly what and where you need work. Both great therapists. Can’t wait for my next appointment(s)!

The receptionist was always polite and professional when I interacted with her. Also, she has a lovely, articulate voice! I say this as a voice over professional, and I appreciate communicating with someone who speaks so clearly and sounds great! I used a Groupon for the 90 min massage, and it all went perfectly. The massage therapist, Lori, was completely accommodating to my needs. She was professional and friendly. I also love that we are asked several times if we need to use the restroom- before meeting the therapist, and before getting on the table. That is very much appreciated. Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Loved it all!

Steve, the only therapist I have gone to do far, is just fantastic and massages exactly to my requests. The management is very kind and customer - friendly, and I love the complimentary fresh cucumber citrus water they keep available in the waiting area! It is just a great experience overall every time I go.

The massage was very relaxing. I choose to upgrade to the Himalayan salt rocks, which was oh so relaxing. I would recommend anyone to give it a try. Due to the pandemic, I had been very reluctant to doing a massage however my daughter gifted me to the massage & Im so glad I did it.

I got treated by Les.. my body AND soul got the care it needed. Highly suggest booking with him. Hes awesome.

I went in to visit Kim for a deep tissue massage, and it was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. I advised her that after rotator cuff surgery and physical therapy for 10 months, my surgeon recommended fascia release; so instead of going to Airrosti I proceeded to get a deep tissue massage which was exactly what I needed. After Kim’s gifted hands, I was convinced that the this level of therapy would be beneficial to my continued rehab

I booked an appointment for my mother at the Sugar Land location ,mind you I’ve booked appointments before for her at the Missouri location and had never had a bad experience. I booked an appointment with Trish and asked for a Level 3: Medium to deep pressure massage with trigger point work. However, I was informed by my mother that it was very light pressure and when she asked the masseuse to apply more pressure she refused. My mother then told me that apparently someone had called ahead of the appointment letting me know that Trish had an injury on her arm and that she could not preform deep pressure to my mother during her massage. Neither I nor my mother were called to be aware of this is issue.My mother is not someone to question or to speak up so she didn’t not say anything else during the appointment but when she told me I was in shock of the poor communication that the staff had. I don’t understand why they would allow an employee to come to work with an injury or to take on an appointment that required to apply deep pressure and then lie by saying that they had informed me ahead of time. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be booking any appointments at the Sugar Land location again.

I have been a client for about a year since I found it on my way home. I have been treated by many of the therapists that work there. I have not found one that hasnt given me the most relaxing or therapeutic massage. The staff and the therapists care about you and dont treat you like another account. Occasionally, Ill stop in and make an appointment and chat with the front desk staff. They want to know you by name, and not by just another account.

Amelia was wonderful! She is a medical massage therapist and is new in this establishment. I recently fell on my elbow and had difficulty using it for the last few weeks. She found some kind of magical spot that when pressed allowed her to move my arm with minimal pain. I was able to dress without wincing 👏👏👏This was a Christmas gift that I just had an opportunity to use in January! But, already made an appointment to see her again.Great job in finding her Elements!Thank you❤️

Trish goes above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a personalized massage every time depending on my needs. She is top notch skilled and her tableside manner is a delight. She is the sole reason I come to elements. That said, the facility suits her style with their warm, personal attention combined with uplifting professionalism. All total, this the most welcome appointment on my books each month.

I had Chaz for my prenatal massage and he did an AMAZING job! One of the best massages I’ve ever had!! I am definitely going to book him again before and after I give birth!

The service was good but the business model/cancellation policy is very similar to the large franchise gyms. Do not sign up for a monthly service, theres almost no discount and in order to cancel you must be there in person (a problem since we had since moved). In addition to this, credits we had accrued during my wifes pregnancy are not able to be used anywhere but the Sugarland location despite there being Elements Massage businesses nationwide.

I really liked Elements massage. I felt at east as soon as I arrived and all the staff were lovely. My massage therapist was Daimon and he was really good. Professional as well as friendly, and responsive to my comments and requests. The Himalayan salt stones are well worth the extra because they are so relaxing and soothing, and you will leave here carefree with all your knots released! I used to only do Thai massages but honestly Elements massage has really helped me, and my shoulders and neck which were sore and tight this morning, are free and soothed right now. You can choose whatever massage you want from feather-light and relaxing to super-deep tissue! The place is lovely and the staff are well-educated and sweet. I will be back most definitely. Excellent all round!

I wish I could give zero stars. I called and asked for a 90 minute appointment and they said they had one at 11am on my short notice starting at 11am. I got there about 15 min early. I filled out paperwork and had about 5 min to spare.They apologized and said the last person was getting up and they would aromatherapy free.When I was on the table ready I looked at the clock and it said 11:25. Mauricio took several more minutes to arrive. He massages me and stopped at 12:10. When I saw the time I didn’t even say anything to him since my frustration was already at its height after the late start.When I told the front I was frustrated because I asked for 90 min she said they had me for an hour and he had an appointment at 12 and that they walked me back at 11:15. No apology for booking for 60 min instead of 90. They gave me a free aromatherapy card for my next visit, which I left there because I won’t be back.

I had a WONDERFUL deep tissue massage by Morese. He was so kind, allowed me to adjust the music volume and lights, asked how I was feeling to ensure I was comfortable but still getting those knots out of my back.He also took the time to show me some extra moves to help relieve lower back muscles.Haven’t had a massage as personable as the one Morese gave. He did such a great job on finding the knots and attending to then with attention and force (the good kind).Highly recommend!!

There was no music the entire time, I had to ask for the warmer be turned on I was freezing, the deep tissue massage was done with knuckles and elbows. No aromatherapy even though I had requested it. It was horrible, and very uncomfortable. I am much more sore than when I started. I need another masseuse to undo the damage. The ladies at the front desk were great though.

My massage therapists name was Dyesha, she was absolutely fantastic!! You could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. Elements was very relaxing and enjoyable and I will not only be going back but I will also recommend them to all my friends!!

I visited Elements Massage in Sugar Land for the first time this weekend and I am ready to return right now! Mauricio was amazing. He was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I went in with pain covering almost every inch of my body and left feeling rejuvenated. Will return again and again.

I have had memberships at other massage places, and Elements is hands down the best.. My husband can use it for the same price, and I can even roll it onto a gift card for gifts. My massage therapist is AMAZING - so good that I dont tell people who she is because shes already SO HARD to book! Ive gone to a few other massage therapists there, and no one can compare.

I went for a massage which they gave me a discount for being my first time. At the end Jessica in the front desk, tells me if I would like to schedule my next massage tentatively o Sept 1. Which I said it was okay but I will call to confirm since I couldnt guarantee it. She gave me a paper and says that basically thats just to confirm that I have tentatively scheduled Sept 1 st for my bext massage. I asked her 3 times if I wouldnt be charged montly by signing those papers and she replied to me very cleanly No. Maam we will not charge you anything until you decide to move forward. She said by you singing these papers your husband or any other person you want to bring next time, they will have a massage for free. They charged me $99 00 as they said they wouldnt. I went to the place and explained that was not the information they gave me, she canceled my membership I never knew of and said thqt she wouldnt reimburse me my $99.00 dollars because I signed the papers . Please DO NOT come to this place. They say one thing and fool you with paper work. Incredible!

I love the convenience of having a membership! Having a massage once a month has greatly improved my wellbeing and lifestyle. I have seen Dyesha for the past couple years, and she is amazing! She is able to do any kind of massage, and is so friendly and knowledgeable!

I have been coming to this Elements Massage for several years. I have been having massages with Lanisha for the past couple of months and she is just outstanding. Ask for her. She is a game changer for sure.

I initially patronized Elements Massage using a Groupon deal. The massage was great and I subsequently agreed to sign up for a hassle-free membership. The next massage was with a different therapist and not fantastic. I also decided I didnt need a massage every month and attempted to cancel my membership. I was informed I had to provide 30-days notice in person (purposely inconvenient) to do so and I would be charged an additional months membership. When I came in for my last massage and to complete cancellation paperwork, I was told that my intent to cancel was noted and I could put the membership on-hold instead in case I changed my mind but would be able to cancel at any time during the six month period and there would be no charges on my credit card. I called to initiate cancellation during that time and was informed that I again needed to provide 30-days notice and would (surprise) have another months membership charged to my card in order to cancel. Missy, the owner, was no help and shifted the blame for the confusion to the customer. She took no responsibility for the misinformation. One good massage is not worth putting up with unscrupulous business practices. I cant recommend this location to any one.

We booked a couples massage for my wife and I. When we arrived they informed us that there are only single rooms. We would have massages at the same time but in different rooms. Whats the point in that? Other massage places we have been would have two beds in one room for this. Seems like a good time to tell me there are only separate rooms would be when I booked the appointment. They were not very apologetic about this mistake.

Did not get a massage here, but they are more expensive than any other place I have been to in Houston (even on the intro rate). They did have an opening in very close to the time I called, but wanted a guaranteed payment prior to booking an appointment for less than 2 hours until the appointment time.

I have been a member for nearly 2 years. No regrets. Always have received great massages with a variety of therapists. The staff is very professional and helpful.

It was easy to book, there is a ton of different techniques offered and the price was very reasonable with the membership program.

I am a massage therapist, I was hurting pretty bad and needed a deep detailed massage. Dyesha was wonderful she took her time and worked out the areas that needed it the most. She is very skilled and the extra stretching during the massage really helped. I would highly recommend her!!!

This place was extra clean, calming and comfortable. My masseuse, Chass, was extremely friendly, polite and excellent. This was definitely a very therapeutic, and pain relieving massage.

My wife went for a prenatal massage. She said it was an amazing experience that really relieved a lot of pain.

Bought a Groupon. Called the parlor to be sure it was ok and they said YES! Bought it and then they tell me it only for first timers.. Said to read the fine print. They told me it was ok.. said to buy it and call back with the the Groupon number. Would not honor it and was rude about it. DONT GO

Ive been going to Elements Massage in Sugar Land since the initially opened several years ago. I have never been disappointed. They provide and excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Revising my post. I was treated very rudely by the manager and beware of the membership They will try to push on you every time you go in. When trying to cancel I got forced into buying the next month before I could use money I already banked for future sessions.

My therapist spent 30 min on my calf. I do not believe I would go back.90min package
