Gave 4 stars for the following reasons; hard to find at night as most of the stores around are closed. If you are a novice, you might want to consider buying somewhere else. I knew what I wanted and knew the products so it wasn’t so bad. I asked a lot of questions and was answered with extremely vague answers. Had absolutely no clue about the product I was inquiring about; however, they had it in their display case in plain sight. I do have to admit the store was very well kept, and the employees were very polite. I’m sure if they took a little more time to know their products they would be booming.

The young lady that helped me was exceptionally nice. I forgot an item that I had paid for and she called in a few minutes to come and get it. I cant remember her name, something like Bianca, but I was very impressed by her customer service.

Daniel was extremely helpful when my old mod died with helping me finding a new one and helping diagnose my old one! Super friendly too and great prices!!!!

Good selection however they promote using their point system and the rewards you get by shopping there however they do not tell you that you can not use more than $100 worth of store credit at once. I went to make a purchase today and was informed I was not allowed to use all my points are once. I will not be a customer anymore adding into their point system since I cannot redeem them to get the items I would like

Can I just say literally the most amazing smoke shop? I have a few smoke shops closer to my house, but I always make it a point to come out to this one. It’s only a little bit extra of a drive but it’s always worth it. They literally have almost every single product that you want. The store is extremely clean, And it’s so inviting as well as all the wonderful employees that Are so so sweet and kindness, like that really makes all the difference. They are honest people and will never steer you wrong

MADE A PURCHASE OF OVER $300, GOT IT HOME OPENED ONE OF THE JUICES TO POUR IN THE KIT AND IT BURST OPEN JUICE EVERYWHERE! WENT TO THE STORE THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF THEY WOULD REPLACE IT AND WAS TOLD NO BECAUSE IT DIDNT HAPPEN IN THE STORE. THAT WAS MY FIRST AND INDUBITABLY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE UNDERTONE OF WELL YOU KNOW, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN..!

Been to this one before and had great help and such. Today however tried to make a call to see if they had a particular coil in stock - and once I got an answer I was told one moment and I’ll be right back. Now, this wouldn’t be an issue. The issue was me listening to a 10 minute conversation with his co-worker and him never coming back. Tried to call back to get his attention however the phones not ringing to the phone must be off the hook- so if you don’t get any calls today it’ll be the guy working his shift today. Other than that I’ve had a great experience here but this won’t be something I forget.

Good vape place, has a great amount of options available, and its not so far from my house. Would definitely come here again!

I come here often! Get nothing but the best service and they literally have EVERYTHING available! They practice safe social distancing as well. Especially the service from Dylan from the north highway 6 location was filling in here in sugar land and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The best shop in sugar land AND they’re 24 hours!!!

Stopped here just because it was 24 hours and Ive been eyeballing this place for quite a while. There and its not a very big shop but I walked in and the guy was very helpful he told me all the prices as much as he could tell me about the top of his head and goes pretty much did I ended up not buying anything because being that are 24 hours in a little bit higher but thats all right I think they do good business and the people there are very friendly I definitely recommend if youre looking for a smoke Vape shop in the middle of the night.

Louis, the owner/manager was so kind to me. Very knowledgeable when I brought in my broken vape. He was very good and helping me with choosing my new vape and juices according to my taste. VERY HONEST with his opinions even if it meant me going online to something else.I recommend this vape shop if you’re nearby. Excellent place for CBD, smoke products, wraps & information. The individuals weve met, especially the manager, are very knowledgeable and give very good suggestions. AND, by the way, the CAMO brand wraps are extremely tasty & good!! Try those ASAP 😎

Came into this vape city location. Gaby helped me out, she was very friendly and helpful. She tried to understand what I was looking for abs which would be the best product for me. I love the variety of vaping products at this store compared to others.

Went in to get something and forgot my id at home so I had my friend come in with me since he brought his and the guy behind the counter REFUSED to serve us. Stating we were “liars” and told us we could not complete our purchase. Very disrespectful, disappointing.

I just got the best water pipe I ever had from here. And the customer service is excellent. Definitely coming back here next time.

First time I went it was closed 30 minutes early. No big deal. I go in the next day and I find out everything is overpriced and it would have been much cheaper to drive a few miles more to pineapple express and get the same exact thing.

Ive been a customer at various Vape Cities for four years. Usually just at graveyard hours. Stopped in to find that not only are my favorite juices out of stock, they are overpriced too. Can buy 3x cheaper a little down the road. Coils overpriced 2x as well. Why are 0 nics overstocked and 3s and 6s so sparse? Not sure whats going on, but I wont be coming back.

They recently switched owners and now this shop is overpriced. Went to buy a couple of things and it cost me about 40 dollars. Same week I checked out another shop and those same items went for 20 dollars.

Worse experience and too expensive. Its better to buy online and save alot of money and its super expensive 17$ vape juice they selling for 37$ dollars its my last time in vape city.

Everything was overpriced from other nearby smoke shops & there’s a $5 minimum on debit cards, so you buy anything under $5 they barely have any flavors for tobacco & hemp rolling papers. I suggest y’all save your time & money & shop somewhere else
