I’ve found staff excellent and professional. They’re friendly and inviting from the moment you walk in.Easy check-in process. They make the effort to address you personally. Ive worked with few Massage Envy locations over the years, and I find that the Surprise location the best. Raymond, Elena and Liz are my faves. Their hands-on, professional approach, with their ability to know me and what I need from them. Very personalized relationship between customer and therapist and front desk as well.

I love my experience here. I got enrolled at the moment I showed up. I got on the schedule the very next day. My masseuse, Daniel , is amazing at deep tissue massage. He takes such good care of me and I’m really grateful that he’s alive! I feel like the next year is going to be very therapeutic and restorative for me. I’m grateful that a place and entity like Massage Envy exists.

I received my 24hour confirmation text yesterday and replied N to cancel my appointment. Today I was called by an extremely unprofessional and rude front desk agent who promptly told me that they had confirmed my appointment so they would be enforcing the cancellation policy and would be charging me half the cost of the massage.I offered to send a screenshot of my cancellation reply to which she responded it doesn’t matter. I asked to speak to the Manager, when the Manager, Julia took the call she was just as rude, did not introduce herself did not attempt to listen or hear my perspective simply dismissed me and repeated that she had to enforce the policy.I have been a member for 13 years and rarely cancel or reschedule an appointment. I am disappointed that this lack of customer service is tolerated and that I was given a blanket response and basically a dismissed. As a longstanding customer I would have expected more and I will be cancelling not only my membership but also my 3 family members.

We have been members for over 10 years. Today our daughter got done with school early so knowing we had appointments I thought it would be nice to get her something. However we are then told she needs to have someone in room with her, Yes our daughter is 15 However she has been going to this massage envy for years and years. For the last 3 years getting massages and facials on her own. Today that all changed and as Im sitting in room with her my husband calls and says he is locked out of car I have the only key fab so I have to go but I will be right back. I get a call saying they ended her facial in middle of it.

Update: there is no update other than my lower back has not stopped hurting everyday since this botched massage by Xavier!!! I used the link the owners replied here and heard nothing back and no real apology other than this automated one here. They didnt even try to make things right. AVOID this location as they dont take responsibility for their poor service!!!Worst so called massage eve!!! So bad I dont think I want to bother with one again. My 1st 90min massage by a guy for firm presure and I was ready to go almost immediately. However i tried to give it a chance. It wasnt even a massage, rather a glorified slathering in oil if that as the oil or lotion wasnt even worked in. My husband could have done a better job grudgingly. My 8year old child could have applied more presure. I asked for my feet and hands to be addressed, they bearly got any attentionand absolutely no presure nor enough movement to even aind in blood floow. I was starting to think it wasnt something they handle or I wasnt heard idk or my tec had an issue. Mind you of course Im clean and my feet are pedicured. There was no technique and no real pressure other than on my lower back where I didnt want any attention and my shoulderblades instead of my shoulder and neck.When it was time to go, I had a hard time getting dressed as my lower back was in pain. I had to wipe off with two hot towels as it was way too much oil and there is more to a massage then oil! Looks like I oiled my shoes to a fine shine. Im so ticked off and disappointed and dissatisfied, as this was gift from my daughter who worked hard to save and attend with me after the last one she got me got blown by covid. Her facial was good at least but still was a waste of money and my time! Maybe if youre an older or sensitive person or lonely for any kind of touch or you need assistance over moisturizering your body,this may be for you. But if youre looking for a massage, I can not recommend Xavier. Nice man, and generous with his time as he claimed I was 20 mims late and he made up the time so that I only missed 10mins. Idk as I was ready to get the heck out of there.I even asked how much timewas left, thats how I was even told about the time make up.(Even though I wasnt 20mins late either btw) I now appreciate the weak little job my nail tec does at the end of her day in comparison Oh my lower back😖. Maybe its a secret technique that hurts 1st and feels great the next day🥴. If so Ill update.

Jamie was amazing! Really addressed my problem areas. She made me feel very comfortable while being professional. Ive already booked my next massage with her! Also had an excellent facial with Betty. She explained every step and made helpful recommendations. Loved the arm and hand massage thats part of the treatment.

Update 7/26/22If I could give half a star I would. Nothing has changed at this location. It seems as if it has gotten worse with scheduling. Yesterday I was contacted by both texts and by a live person to confirm that I had an appointment the following day and that I would be on time. I also got a call later in the evening asking if I could move it up to 8:00 from 8:30. As I was sitting in the waiting room after I had checked in about 5 minutes later the girl from the front desk comes up to me and says Im sorry I just saw that your technician was scheduled vacation and we are unable to provide your massage today. It sounds like a lie to me or a cover-up because they double booked or something because why would you ask me the night prior if I will move up my appointment to 8:00 instead of 8:30? I do not recommend going to this location I do not recommend you go here at all spend at your money at Hand & Stone or at another one of their competitors. This has happened at this location more than once to me and my wife. I think Im done doing business with him.I havent been to happy with Massage Envy lately. Its getting to where you have to schedule almost 3 months in advance now just to get an appointment. Also I took the survey and voiced my opinion a couple of times but I never get contacted back.

Alicia the massage therapist is wonderful. She’s experienced and very skilled in her approach to treating your specific issues. I felt a sense of safety and relief as she worked on my tension manifested in the muscles of my body. All of the people at Massage Envy have been consistently professional, responsive and helpful every time I’ve accessed their services. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a massage and other services at massage Envy in Surprise.

Kathleen gave an amazing facial! Was very knowledgeable about my skin care questions. Chayton was very nice and gives a good massage if youre wanting a relaxing massage. He said he gives a medium to firm massage, but it was not even near medium. Im sure he would have been more firm if I had asked. Great place to relax and unwind.

Although I have only had two massages in my life, this was the most enjoyable experience I have had. If you want to not only feel good after the massage, but days after, then you need to come in for a visit with Alex. He is so patient and considerate. He made me feel at home. He not only rid me of my issues, but taught me how to stop them from showing up in the first place. Again, if you not only want to feel amazing after but also every day after, then please visit Alex at the surprise location!

Gabriel was very nice and did a a great job with the massage! I appreciated that he always had a hand on me so I knew where he was in the room. Definitely would recommend him and would see him again!Hannah was also awesome! Very sweet and informative and I was very comfortable and relaxed with her! I look forward to my follow up appointment with her 😊

My massage with Santana was beyond amazing! Literally the best message I have ever had! He took his time and catered to all my problem areas. I felt legit like a new person after my massage. Definitely will be seeing him. Front desk supervisor Jalilah was extremely helpful with my check in and out process. Very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding the membership and services provided at ME. The best location in AZ is in surprise! Worth the drive!

I’ve been coming here for the past year and I haven’t had a single bad experience! I’ve gotten facials and massages and all of my providers have been great! The esthetician I’ve seen is Hannah— she’s super sweet, does fantastic work, and communicates well! My old massage therapist left recently so I have gone to both Xavier and Mercedes in the last 2 months and they’re both very lovely people and I walked away feeling much better! Overall a great place to go :)

I have never been to massage envy before or even had a massage. Crystal made it super laid back and easy going. She explained everything to me so I would have a good understanding of what to expect not only this time but any time going forward with more massages. I am very happy to have had her for my first massage. She made me feel completely comfortable and I had a great experience. Thank you !!

Justin was an amazing therapist. His skill level is extraordinary. The best massage I’ve ever had. His level of dedication was unlike anyone I’ve experienced. I prefer a very firm pressure, which has been difficult to find with other therapists. He is very strong and effective in his practice.

I have been coming to Massage Envy for years now and will continue to come back. I went yesterday and had a massage followed by a facial. Shakir is an amazing massage therapist and I have been requesting her for years now. Her pressure is perfect for me and she always works the areas that need the most help. She also tells me what areas are tighter than others and what I can do at home to help with these areas. Hannah did my facial and it was my first time going to her. She made the entire experience so relaxing. She’s so sweet and nice and made sure I was comfortable during the facial. I will definitely be going back to her again :)

Had a great experience with Mercedes. She listened to my concerns and adjusted the session to work on the problem areas. The room was clean and smelled good. Lobby was also well kept. All of the employees were professional. I will be back for another massage in the future.

I love that when we arrive we are always greeted and it feels very welcoming. We rarely need to wait for our appointment. My husband had his service via Xavier and going forward he only wants Xavier to provide his massages and I thoroughly enjoyed Raymond as my therapist as well. We love this location.

Alexandra did my facial yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased. She did an amazing job and taught me what I need to know in order to maintain my skin issues. She is very good at what she does. I HIGHLY! Recommend

Alicia is always a joy to be with. She truly listens to my issues and goes right to work. She focuses on areas I request and locates areas I didnt even notice until she discovers them. Ive had many massage therapists and besides Alecia being one of the best message therapists Ive had, she is also one of the most nicest young ladies I have ever met. I highly recommend her.

I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the massage therapists until this visit. She was very nice and professional but I did not enjoy my massage. Pressure was good but there were times that she would start to slow down and hold pressure on one spot for a LONG time. Almost to point that I thought that maybe she was dozing off. It was kind of awkward. Maybe that is her technique. Not for me. Will request a different therapist next time.

Elena was amazing ! I came in with a lot of upper body knots that I felt we never go away without having a few consecutive sessions. However to my surprise she was able to basically get every last one! Thank you so much Massage Envy, you guys really know how to make someone feel valued. I definitely recommend going here every time you want to feel like a new person whether it’s a massage or facial. I will 100% be coming back.

Sat. 5:45pmIm disappointed as I made the trip based on Google listing a closing time of 9 pm, but the stores door indicates a 7 pm closing. Its frustrating to find it closed, especially without any posted explanation. I was hoping to purchase a gift card, and this situation has been inconvenient.

Went in for a prenatal massage, I was having alot of back pain being in my third trimester and so glad I did. This was my first time getting a massage and Liz at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. Lisa who did my massage was amazing, I walked away feeling no pain! Thank you so much.

Provider Santana was great to work with! I may need to return for future visits to really work out my pain/tension, but this was a good start. All the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable getting a massage for the first time. What a calming experience!

I’ve been visiting regularly for years. Alicia is my favorite therapist and I value the relationship we’ve built over the years. She can read my muscles like a map and knows when I need the firm pressure and when to take it easy on me. This location does a great job with communicating reminders, dealing with schedule changes, and reaching out with new openings. I’ve always had a great experience and would highly recommend.

My daughter Ashley and I came to Arizona to visit my mom and dad at their winter home. We decided a massage was definitely going to be part of our plans. My mom agreed upon a facial, her first one ever. All three of us had a wonderful experience!! I was so happy Betty treated my mom to such a great experience and really pampered her! I had Justin and he gave me an amazing massage focusing on my neck, shoulders and upper back. I was hit by a pick up truck while walking back in 2015 and I am still struggling with pain and headaches. Justin was so kind and understanding. I would most definitely have made more appointments if I lived here! Such a kind staff you have! Keep up the great work to all!!! Maybe I can sneak back for a facial before I go back to Minnesota!! Raymond has a gift! I get regular massages at Massage Envy’s around the country since 2007. Raymond is in the top 2! He is quite firm which I love but what seems to be hard to come by is someone who is firm but rhythmic and fluid and NOT jerky. Firm can be relaxing if done by a pro. He should most definitely share his knowledge with your less experienced masseuses. Another very appreciated tip for new masseuses concerning deep tissue work is to start off slow...warm the muscle up with less deep strokes until the muscles “allow” you to work on them. Jamming your way in to deep work immediately doesn’t ever allow for as good as a massage. Thank you for hiring Raymond! I wish I lived in Phoenix (not really) so I could visit Raymond on a regular basis. Don’t lose him - give him a raise - he is worth it. And no, I’m not his mother!

I have had a Massage Envy membership since around 2006. I have had many different massage therapists throughout the time. I can honestly say by far that Citlalli is the best that I have come across. She is extremely receptive to what your wishes are, consistent, personable, reliable, amazing personality, and most importantly the most relaxing massage you’ll ever have. I highly recommend her as a therapist and will never use another person as long as she stays there! She books up quick, so make sure to schedule several months out so that you don’t miss out on that opportunity. Thank you Citlalli for all that you do, stay amazing!

Massage envy of surprise is hands down the best place I’ve been to. It’s clean and always smells good when you walk in. I work 60 hours a week so I signed on for the membership. Absolutely worth it !!!From the moment I walk in I’m greeted by the girls at the front. Gabby always goes out of her way to welcome me in. She is a delight to see every Saturday afternoon.Daniel S. gives the best massage! He gets a 100 stars! Daniel is always professional and courteous. I love chatting with him. We have some great laughs. He goes out of his way to make my sessions comfortable and relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed.I’ve been going to Daniel for 6 months. As usual, my experience was top notch. Check in was quick and easy. And Toni was just awesome as a therapist. She always double checks if the pressure is ok, and is happy to change up the massage based on what my body needs during that session. I feel so lucky to have found her to be my massage therapist.

I used to own a moving company and so, I have had hundreds of massages over the years. My massage therapist Gabriel was probably the best therapist I have ever had. I am recovering from a bad bout with covid and I have never been so sore and full of tension, but Gabriel worked magic on me and today a day after I actually feel normal for the first time in two months. I deleted this and then put it back up. Thats because Raymond is way too popular and its really hard to get a booking with him! This is a top notch masseuse and I am extremely picky.If you really love massage and feeling the best you can, Raymond is your choice! Some folks can leave me sore but Raymond leaves me energized, relaxed, and full of joy! The work Raymond does on my shoulders left me wondering why the heck I couldnt have found him sooner. He opened channels of energy in my body that left me feeling healed. Just please dont go see him!

I recently visited your location for the first time. The environment was serene the moment I stepped inside the door and the front desk staff was so welcoming. I had both a massage and facial scheduled. I was a bit nervous because I have never had a facial before but Jennifer made me feel so comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, making it very easy for me to unwind and just enjoy the treatment. After my facial was finished she walked me over to the tranquility room where I could relax until my massage began. Leilani made my massage really relaxing and therapeutic. I liked that they each asked me questions and took my needs into account. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here for either or both services.

The overall experience was pleasant however the massage was not what I expected. I told the lady to focus on my back but what was strange was that she worked on one side of my back and then the other so the whole thing felt unbalanced and strange. I do feel that she listened to what I wanted it was just I would have enjoyed it much more if she focused on my back as a whole and not in sections.

This location is by far the BEST ! I enjoy getting massages by Raymond , he is always so friendly and is able to work on my trigger points, and make me feel relief . I have had facials before as well! The estys are always knowledgeable , the products have helped control my acne and my oily skin ! The front desk are always asking how my session was and always on top of things like reminding me of my appointments and able to make accommodations as well ! love this place nothing negative to say !

The place was beautiful the waiting room was so calming and cozy and Santana was amazing! He asked few questions here and there and was overall comforting. He kept me laughing most of the time it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back again to see him.

I have been going to Justin for many months. I have moderate to severe RA and many times I go in for a massage looking to relief from the pain and aches in my muscles that keep me from enjoying life. I thoroughly enjoy my massages with Justin. Friendly, knowledgeable. The front staff is always very pleasant. They are always busy so I have to be sure to book ahead to get my preferred times. They do need to update the horrible garbled Muzak in the massage rooms though. Very annoying.

Santana is the best!!! He always lets me Relax --not too talkative, which is great!!!! He gives a wonderful therapeutic massage. He always tries to pay attention to the areas that are bothering me & does his best to alleviate in areas that I may be having pain in... He is Always very professional. I usually get the Rapid Tension Relief add on and this also helps!!

Citlolli is AMAZING! I’ve been seeing her for my prenatal massages & she does such a great job making me feel so comfortable, and ensuring my concern areas are taken care of. She puts a lot of care into what she does & it makes my massage experience one of a kind each time I come back.

Hannah did a wonderful job on my facial! She explained what each step was, then proceeded to give me the most relaxing 60 minutes Ive had in a long time. A day later, my skin still feels hydrated and firmer!

I have been going for Massage for several years to help with sore muscles from bowling four leagues a week and more. I have nothing but high praise and thanks to all the staff. They are professional and extremely good at relieving the aches and pains. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with sore muscles and joints.

Raymond at massage envy surprise location listened to my needs and gave me the best massage EVER! I’m a RN nursing student graduate and have been under a significant amount of stress emotionally and physically. My neck, shoulders and back have become very bothersome from sitting at a desk studying for long periods of hours without great positional ergonomics which eventually translated to knots in my neck and frequent nerve related headaches. I am so thankful for Raymond. I feel so relieved and have more mental clarity with less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Thank you Raymond!

Otto did an amazing job. He checked on pressure, communicated throughout the session when changes and adjustments needed to be made, found trigger points I didn’t know I had, and also helped release the tension I had in my leg. I got this Massage on Friday and I’ve had relief all weekend. I’ve NEVER had that happen before without extra tools being used. Would definitely recommend him!

Would loves to give 5 stars only lacking 1 thing. They never have warm towels for afternoon appointments. Therapists said there’s no teamwork when it comes to restocking for later in the day and that’s a problem for management. It’s unfortunate that this the mindset as the customer is impacted. This is such a wonderful part of the massage. Otherwise they are great with scheduling and the therapists always cater to your specific needs as far as areas of focus. Please improve your teamwork.

I have been going to this location for over 3yrs. While I put my account on hold over this past year, as I work in healthcare and did not want to endanger others, returning recently after being vaccinated, am impressed by measures taken for safety. As I remember, Justin is THE BEST massage therapist! He listens attentively, intuitively asks questions and then acts on provided information. I look forward to my continued care!

My massage therapist Shakeer was FANTASTIC!!! She did massage techniques that no other therapist has ever done before. Techniques that helped my neck, shoulders, arms & sore feet. I was afraid to share how good she is because I’m afraid it will be hard for me to get her when I need her. It was bad enough I had not heard of her because she was always booked, so she was never offered to me. I just happen to fall on this gem of a girl by chance because my usual therapist called in and Shakeer’s client canceled😁 I’m so happy I found her!

This was my first visit at this Massage Envy. I am a member from Colorado. My massage was a disappointment and not likely of my ME experience. I felt bad for my gal because I am not sure she was trained properly. I am not sure she knew what she was doing. No regular techniques I have come to expect (and enjoy) from ME were used. Again, I felt as if she didnt know what she was doing and I would say thats a training and leadership issue.

Tony B is always professional and personable. She zeroes in on the areas where you asked her to. And always does a little extra to make you feel good. Ive been going to her every month since October and will make my appointments for next year when I return.

Appreciate that she customized my service to specifically address my need. I definitely came home feeling a noticeable difference in my skin. Thanks! I’ll be booking for another facial next month!

Mercedes is a massage therapist and she has amazing hands. I always doze off. And usually I am pretty tense. If you need an awesome massage that is who you need to ask for. She is calming makes sure we are doing ok. Thank you!

I first visited the Surprise Massage Envy to work out some issues with my lower back. My therapist Toni was excellent, she knew what to do and took her time making sure her work was having the correct effect. Since the first visit, I bought a membership and have begun seeing Toni a couple times a month. She has never failed to do a great job. My back is doing much better and Ive now begun going in for a relaxation and stress relieving massage. Im hooked on massage now, and hope the Surprise location keeps Toni around. I plan to continue to visit as often as I can. Thank you Toni

JamieW is a highly skilled, caring and friendly Massage Therapist. I am glad I patiently booked 2+wks in advance. The facility is luxurious and the front desk team met my high expectations. So grateful for Massage Envy locations.

Where do I start. 1 star is too many. I received a gift certificate after graduating massage therapy school. I was 8 months pregnant so you can imagine how stoked I was. Also, I was looking to become an employee there. My therapist was Toni. The massage started off great... Until she decided to start trying to work out my trigger points in my upper back. After I told her several times to ease up& it was painful.. Also making the baby uncomfortable, she decided to work the second head of my traps.. WHICH CAN INDUCE LABOR! Almost immediately contractions were starting. So I made her aware& she told me she knew what she was doing. At no point did I ever say I want to naturally induce my labor. she began working my legs. Felt great! Until she kept driving her thumb up my shin. Again.. Very tender spot during pregnancy, I have shin splints& ... That point can induce labor. After telling her, she told me that I was the client, she was the therapist I needed to stop& let her do her job because I didnt know what I was talking about. I ended the massage early& made her aware I was also a massage therapist& she looked surprised. The front desk.. Denise was WONDERFUL! Until Andrea butted in& you dont even wanna get me started on her. I left the place more stressed than when I walked in. Im SO glad it didnt come out of my pocket.

Daniel was a great therapist but overall message envy is overpriced. $125 for an hour massage is outrageous in my opinion. $75 intro rate is reasonable (which is what I paid).

Shakeer is the best. The front desk associates are ALWAYS polite and friendly. Ive been seeing Shakeer for about 8 years and its always a great experience. The only problem is shes always booked!!

If youre new to this location or M.E. in general, I HIGHLY recommend DANIEL as a massage therapist. Ive been to a couple others at different locations and left without any results, even though I asked them to apply more pressure if they could. They would only do so for a few seconds then go back to light pressure so I left with my back feeling pretty much the same as when I walked in. I have scoliosis, lordosis and kyphosis so needless to say, my back pain is chronic/severe. I get a lot of knots and calcified muscles. Daniel is able to use trigger point to work these out completely. I never have to show him where they are or ask him to change the pressure. He finds every single one and knows exactly what he is doing. He can also sustain deep pressure for the entire 2 hour session if need be. Whereas I used to have daily pain, since finding Daniel I can go months without discomfort. He has always been so professional, hard working, kind and courteous to me and will check on me regularly to see if Im doing ok. I need VERY deep tissue massages to feel results. However, Ive sent a few people to see him who prefer light pressure, so he is versatile/can address each clients needs. He truly seems to care about alleviating my pain as well. Ive been a member going on six years now and will only ever go to him. Definitely worth the money and gift cards make great presents if you know someone who suffers from chronic pain or just needs to unwind. Benita at the front desk is wonderful, if you ever have any issues just ask for her. Daniel is the absolute best, cant say enough good things about his skill set, character and work ethic.

Clean environment, friendly staff, and caring therapists. Justin is my go-to therapist. He listens to my concerns and does everything possible to make my massage relaxing, and beneficial to my needs.

Mercedes is great..she listened to what my needs were and accommodated all adjustments during my session. You wont be disappointed choosing her as your therapist.

Although it had taken me over a year to finally find someone who can help me, I found Brian! I was cancelling my membership when I was just going to use my points up and he did my massage!!! (Insert 👼s singing)! Love this guy/place, but be forewarned... Start with a lighter pressure than you may think you want, especially if you have never been before. And dont settle in to one person, if it was just okay. A massage should leave you feeling exhausted, yet great! Not sore!

Ive always had great customer service here. My preferred therapist is Toni, although there are a lot of other great therapists there. But once you connect with just the right one, they are your therapist. Toni knows my particular back problems, and knows what to do to fix them. I love her technique (they are not all the same!). While massage is never a relaxing experience for me because my back is so messed up, it is the only cure for when my back gets jacked up. Thanks Toni, thanks ME Surprise!

I enjoyed my massage and facial. I am a member but I was very confused using the website to book appointments. The amt due did not match how much I was charged. Then, after my treatment, the desk person talked to me about a charge she made in error and she fixed it, after leaving a huge message on my phone. Then the next day called again saying oops she was mistaken again and is now charging my card again. If you cant get it straight, how can I?

I have been seeing Toni for the last couple years. I have a job that is very hard on my body and I always have alot of pain but Toni has worked her magic on me once or twice a month and it makes such a huge difference. She is also very sweet and makes you feel right at home. THANKS TONI!😃💙

Justin does a GREAT massage. He really listens to what your needs are and evaluates trouble areas. My knees and back are always so much better after a session with him.

The massage was ok at best. Honestly, I have had better massages from my boyfriend who isnt trained at all. I paid to have oil rubbed on my skin. When calling to schedule an appt, the customer should be asked what kind of pressure they are looking for and match the customer with a therapist based on the answer.

I spent a wonderful hour with Citlalli. She was very pleasant and gave a very good massage. I would recommend her with no problem. After that relaxing hour I moved on to a facial with Betty. This was my first facial and thought it was just great. Betty was very pleasant and kept me informed of her every step. Loved my time at the Spa. BTW the store was clean and friendly on the whole. I would recommend that you try both Citlalli and Betty. Wonderful!

JB is the best! He made me feel comfortable and he clearly has years of experience. Since I recently moved to this area I have been at this location 4 times previously each time with a different therapist and I have been completely unsatisfied with their deep tissue massage. If a deep tissue massage with an experienced therapist is what ur body needs...then JB is ur guy 😁

Daniel is a deep tissue healing specialist. He listens to my needs and addresses them thoughtfully with expertise. I advise to book him well in advance.

Nyke has been the provider for my last three massages. I appreciate that all my problem areas are attended to and I come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Nyke knows where I’m hurting on an intuitive level and takes good care of me!

Massage Envy Surprise is a great location with many professional and highly qualified massage therapists. My wife and I have been receiving care for many years, I recommend trying all their services! The Quiet Room is a welcome enjoyment prior to the massage session. Follow your therapist suggestion after the session and drink plenty of water and continue to stretch as prescribed by your therapist. They are wise in the ways of physical care and well being!

I have had Jamie twice now, booked 4 other appts with her through September. She listens to what you are wanting and does an amazing job :)

Im sad to say that I was not very impressed with the customer service here. I came into purchase a hot rock and message for my mom for her birthday. I explained to the front desk I was buying this for my mom and it was a surprise. Long story short by the time I got home my mom already found out my present to her because they sent her an email with appointment time. I understand she was in the system and this would be the normal procedure but I think the attention to detail was lost here and frankly screwed up my birthday present to her. :( I did call and complain but what was offered was another small service (aromatherapy) added onto what I had already purchased. My mom was excited to get a message but she recommended due to the situation we go somewhere else so our appointment was cancelled and we found a much better package at a lower cost somewhere else. Thanks for the big Surprise!

I am one of those people that has a medical reason for not being able to wear a mask for a long time. I understand the reasoning for Massage envy requiring a mask so I put my membership on a freeze. Unfortunately Massage envy still charged me. They refunded the money but that’s not the point my account was on a freeze. I was told it was human error and it would not happen again. I went ahead and canceled my membership as we don’t know how long this Covid situation is going to last. And you guessed it the very next month I was charged even though my membership was canceled. I again went to Massage envy and talked with them. Both the manager and assistant manager are out on vacation, very poor management. Again my money was refunded. Again I was told it was human error.And again I was told it would not happen again. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Daniel knows which muscles to work on to ease my back pain. He uses firm pressure to help relax tense muscles but not so firm I have pain afterwards. I always ask for him.

I was very pleased with the courtesy I was shown. My attendant was personable and responsive to my requests. I chose a deep massage which was too much pressure. I will select a swedish style on my next visit

I think it’s really an excessive fee you charge for cleaning you hot stones. I won’t be booking any more of these massages from you. In fact I will be looking for a new place to be getting my massages as hot stone is my favorite.

I first started at Massage Envy out of necessity to address some hip issues. After working with my therapist Gertrude, I now visit the facility twice a month. The knowledge, experience and quality work that Gertrude offers as a Massage Therapist has helped me in many ways. Her committment to healing, by providing suggestions on stretching, combined with regular sessions has been tremendous. While my mechanical issues with my Hip, Lower Back will most likely never go away completely, at least not until I have parts replaced has definitely helped to minimize the pain and discomfort.

My massage therapist didnt go deep enough even though I asked her to go deeper. I got a massage I wouldve given a toddler. She was very friendly but I will definitely not see her again.

I canceled my membership because i moved. They waited until i was billed again then called me while i was at work and told me they needed proof i had moved. I live nowhere near this location and will not drive there to have them screw me over.
