M&I Smoke Shop

Pretty pricey considering I’m pretty sure both of my items were used. Once I got home I could literally smell the weed in my grinder and my pipe is definitely used. My fault for not getting a receipt but I definitely advise you to completely check the product before purchasing. Sounds weird but smell it if you have to, Because although clean you will still be able to smell if it was used. You can see in the picture that they couldn’t get to the middle of the pipe to clean. But for sure has been used. I avoid this place because of the prices but really needed a pipe and grinder and the one time I make a purchase for full price the items have been used.

Customer service is excellent. They special order my cigarettes when no other shop would. Prices are good and they have punch cards for discounts after so many purchases. Highly recommend.

This is by far the BEST smoke shop I ever been too there’s customer service is unbelievable good this family that runs this shop are amazing plus the have the cheapest prices in a 10 mile radius any time I have an issue they always try there best to fix any problems I have with any problems with there products

Best smoke shop in surprise by far !! super good prices and the owner keeps the shop clean and organized , the employees take their time helping you find exactly what you need and always do it in a good mood :) there is a HUGE selection of disposable vapes and vape juice flavors. i feel like there’s new additions to the inventory every time i come in, it’s fantastic! i’ve never been shorted change here , never have paid more than what i should for anything in the shop , and most importantly have always been treated with extreme respect ! always leave smilin fashoo ,, as for the negative reviews ; the staff will treat you with the same respect that you show them !! give the energy you wish to receive , they do not owe you anything and yet they choose to cater to their customers wants and needs! upstanding character found in the whole staff , couldn’t imagine going to another shop!!

I will not come here again. I bought 2 honey catchers from here or nectar collectors as some call them. One broke after the second use and the second melted!!! What in the world! I never ever had a piece melt on me. I am no novice smoker either. Insanity. Never coming here again.

I have been going to M&I smoke shop for sometime now. Every time I go, the owners and employees treat me with the utmost respect and patience. There was a particular item that I wanted to get and, without hesitation, the owner said that he would order it for me. Great shop, wonderful people!!

The place is local and has everything you need but recently the owners kid has been getting very upset if you bring multiple stamp cards back when they hand them out so freely to begin with. Kid needs to relax and get off the phone more.

M&I Smoke Shop has been my shop for my kratom needs. I work all over Phoenix AZ and go to many smoke shops not all are equal. The Brothers at M&I beat any price and have above customer service values for their customers. If you dont see what you are looking for ask them if they can start stocking your want. They have for me more than once and I keep my business with them. Not all shops are equal they definitely go a step above the average shop.

This is a great smoke shop I bought a vape there and didnt try it in the store and they replaced it right away no smoke shop does that so make sure to try it in the store

I used to like this place for the great variety but after my last visit Im not coming back. Not once, not twice, but this was the 3rd time Ive had a disposable vape that burned WAY too fast (within the first hour of having it), it wouldnt charge properly, and this last one a rabbeats rc10000just completely shut off, wouldnt charge or hit at all. For each of these all I wanted was an exchange. I came back within a day of having them as I dont live in the area, i pass it on the way to work. When I first open them in shop, nothing is wrong with them. Being the light user I am, I dont get these that often so I shouldnt have problems. M&I smoke shop is off my list here on out. The employees or owners dont care about their customers.(Photo shows display is off when it should show charging status)

Rabbeats vapes just stop working ironically after leaving everytime. Using they’ll last me 1 week but after one day they just don’t work anymore. This time it stopped working 2 hours after I bought it. Of course there was nothing they could do.

This is by far the best smoke shop I’ve been to in AZ. I’ve been going here for years and they always have what I need. The employees are some of the sweetest people I’ve met. They take pride in their shop and it shows. Always clean and always helpful. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you, most of them are crackheads who were asked to leave for disturbing other customers or for being sketchy. They have everything you could need smoking-wise and more. The disposable and cigar selection is huge. I’ve never been unsatisfied with a purchase here and they always have deals going on as well as loyalty perks. I truly appreciate this shop and the employees for the convenience as well as making my day better whenever I walk in there. :)

My honest opinion on coming here. I’ve been coming here for about two years now and probably one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to the vapes are cheap, a lot cheaper than most smoke shops that they have out in Phoenix, Glendale and Mesa. I found that M and I has the perfect price for me every time I come in friendly customer, friendly employees in a very good all around staff appreciation.

This is my go to vape shop! Always have deals, they give out punch cards (10 holes for a free vape), and they have the friendliest crew! They are ready to help and have great energy!

Been there twice, left tips and been nice to the staff. Sold me a torch that broke in a week and will not do anything to help. DONT BUY FROM SMOKE SHOPS they are overprized and as you can tell under quality. Back to Amazon and DH Gate where they have some form of customer satisfaction.

I usually go to puffz smoke over by brookside, great place but this joint is closer to my house so when I’m in a rush I’ll send someone up to grab me a replacement vape. The last two times I got a defective vape that I have to toss. It works in the store and for about an hour after then starts spazzing out. Don’t recommend this place.

Been coming in too long. 3-4| Employees need to know what defective means imperfect or faulty. If it taste burnt it’s faulty saying I just bought it. I came in yesterday around 3-4 and I’ll be disputing it on my card. “I tried to replace a damage product tried it before i left and they didn’t wanna give me a new one.” “They don’t have a no return policy other than try before you leave which I did.” As stated in my dispute. Since it wasn’t easier just replacing the darn thing. I’ll just get my money back. If I could just rate the two employees I would.

First and foremost the review Mr Oscuna wrote is simply out of touch with reality. I have been shopping at this location for years and it is just a superb experience everytime I go in. This place has horrible customer service. I bought a Elfbar and opened it right infront of them and it wasnt working correctly. Showed him it wasnt working correctly and he said he wasnt going to switch it out. He said he can refuse service to anyone he wants. Absolutely a great place!! Mo and the entire staff have made me feel like family. I have requested numerous times that they add Perdomo cigars,ALWAYS, ALWAYS within a few days on the shelves. One area I am always interested in is temp/humidity that Mo keeps his humidor. Always consistent and I have NEVER had a cigar that was dry or to moist. A real sign of someone who cares about the product and customer. Simply a joy to visit and have a discussion with Mo. 11/27, as usual need cigars for weekend and Perdomo always in stock!! The owner is unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful each and every time I go into this store. The store is always very clean and the tobacco products I buy are a LOT fresher than the other smoke shops in the area as he keeps the products I use in the humidifier. The gentleman and lady running this establishment were great. My wife and I stopped in here to pick up some cigarettes a couple of weeks ago while we were hurting for cash and the pair running the place hooked us up pretty well so we were able to actually get a pack of cigarettes and something to light them with. I was delightfully surprised at how much that little shop carried. Their prices go from extremely reasonable to really expensive. When we went in and were looking around after little while we were asked if we needed help and what exactly we were looking for or what we wanted to accomplish. If your medicating this is where you would go to get your pipes.

I highly suggest this smoke shop. They have a little bit of everything. They are reasonably priced. They make their own e-liquid. They have always taken good care of me and helped me with my vape. When it was time to purchase a new one they helped me pick it out and set everything up for me.
