Topline Massage

My husband and I went in today for a couples massage for our anniversary and it was amazing. We have been getting messages for years and recently moved to this side of town and have been looking for a new massage place. Well we found it. We can’t thank you enough Topline Massage. Our message was one of the best we have ever had.

Visited for the first time today and received a couples massage. The please is nice, clean and organized. This was also my first time ever getting a massage and it was amazing! I got the deep tissue with hot rocks! And I felt new and recharged once I was done. If it’s your first time I would definitely recommend the 90 minute session, I received the 60 min session and regret not getting more time. I will definitely be back to receive a longer service.

Amazing massages, we had a couples massage for $140. The staff is very friendly and they give you water once you are done. The massages were deep they used awesome products that smell good and dont leave you feeling greasy!

Me and my boyfriend got the couples massage for his birthday and we also received the add on service of cupping and wow 5/5 experience! One of the best massages I’ve ever received! I accidentally fell asleep for a few minutes it was so relaxing. All of my knots in my neck and back were eased out completely. The pricing is definitely fair compared to other places in the area and the ladies we both had were amazing! The receptionist was very polite as well and accommodated us for our 4:30 appointment immediately after arriving! I would highly recommend this massage parlor for an individual massage or a couples massage!

Lucy and Sophia are fantastic massage therapists! They were very professional and made sure to check in with me throughout the massage to ensure the pressure was just right. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The massage studio was also very clean and inviting. I will definitely be going back to Topline Massage on a regular basis.

My husband and I have been getting massages from Elements massage for a while and THIS IS THE BEST massage I have ever received. My husband and I got a couples massage and I got the foot reflexology and it was amazing. I didn’t know I could feel this UNsore. They are very professional and the establishment is VERY clean. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed if you come here to get a massage. We had to drive 35 minutes to get here and we will be doing this again!

Went in for a deep tissue massage. Asked about their other massages and stuck with deep tissue being that I had some pain in my shoulders and lower back.I did not receive a deep tissue, I got a Lomi which is very relaxing but doesn’t address issues like a regular deep tissue massage.I would not recommend going here if you have particular issues. I would if you’re just going for relaxation.

Of all the massages I have received, this was one of the best. I always get a deep tissue massage due to the work I perform. Coco was my theripist and did an absolute amazing job. She knows her craft and is very professional. My back and legs were tight and knotty. I could tell when finished that both areas had a workout. Excellent massage for me. I will return and highly recommend a deep tissue from Topline.

A different type of massage. I requested a deep tissue massage. I dont believe they know what that is. 20 minutes of the massage is on top of the sheet. When she applied oil, I could feel it dripping my body. It was up and down movements, like when you ask your significant other to give you a massage. Or when you get a pedicure, if that makes sense. Maybe they just offer a relaxing massage. I shouldve just waited 3 weeks for my normal place.

My husband and I got a couples massage. I have been getting massages for 22 years. This was my hubs first time. This is the best massage I have ever had, literally. My hub now likes massages and sees the benefits of it, and will continue getting them because of this great first experience at Topline. We will definitely make the drive to go to Topline. They are very affordable, professional, and friendly.I highly recommend!! ❤️

I just drove for a few hours to get here and was delighted to discover this place and enjoy a truly great massage! The environment is very comfortable, and the staff are very warm and friendly. My masseuse was very professional and constantly checked on how I was feeling. Highly recommended!

I went in today for my very first full body Swedish massage & everyone there made the experience amazing! From the front desk receptionist, to Sophia(my therapist), it was overall amazing! I felt so comfortable with Sophia and she definitely knew where my tension was and she instantly relieved them! I will definitely be coming back!!!

They were able to get me in same day within just a couple hours. Their texting service is very prompt as well. They suggested the holistic massage for my migraine & it helped a lot. Very clean & everyone was super nice. Kind of tucked away on the side of the building but not horrible to find.

Hortexperiance. Wife and I had couples and it was so rough we need a chiropractor. Repeated requests to lighten up went unheard because I don’t think they spoke English well enough. You gave me the best message I have had in many years and followed it up with the worst I have ever had. I’m in pain. I won’t return.My health is good contrary to your comment or accusation. I asked for a Swedish message. That is a light message. I also question if your girls are licensed and experienced since neither could understand our please to stop and not as hard. Your rebuttal is a futile attempt to convince your business is reputable. I suggest it not. I am. From this community and will spread the word as that is not something you can stop. I hope you will look internally to pay close attention to what you stand for and the service you provide

OMG…This place is HEAVEN!!! This seriously was the BEST massage ever!! It’s hard to find a really good place that gives the best DEEP TISSUE massages…. But this place delivered and then some!! The deep tissue was absolutely perfect!!! I have had extremely bad back pain due to a work injury for months…. I’ve tried everything…PT, needling, cryotherapy, injections…. Today I was desperate, the pain was getting to me, so I called to see if I could get in, and got lucky with a same day appointment!! This massage is exactly what I needed!!! I actually have some pain relief!!! I can move better now without the sharp shooting stabbing pains. The scalp massage was great! Got rid of my migraine too. Wendy was my massage therapist. She’s very strong! She focused on all of my problem areas, and never half fasted anything. She is AMAZING!!!!! Emily is the office manager, very sweet lady! Thank you for taking care of me!! This was my first time here, but I will definitely be back…. Probably next week!!!! 😁 THIS PLACE IS THAT GOOD!!!! Best in Surprise!!!!!

Best Chinese massage I’ve had since being in China! It’s not a set routine “one size fits all”. If a specific spot felt tight to my therapist, he kept working on it until he was satisfied it had been taken care of. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Just in town for a few days and after traveling from Seattle to Vegas and then Surprise, I needed a massage in the worst way.Made a quick reservation but I really could have just walked in. Place was clean and service was friendly. They make you pay before you have your massage. Which was unusual.The masseusr was fantastic. I needed and received a deep tissue massage. Very strong hands. (He probably needed a massage after massaging me!)I really wanted to tip him personally. I am very leary about massage owners who dont pay their masseuse/masseurs and make them work for tips only. I left a $20 tip but i sure hope he got the full amount. Overall, great massage but it was just a one time visit.

Had an amazing experience here at Topline Massage. My body was aching and I came out feeling renewed after a great deep tissue massage. I loved the cleanliness, and professionalism. Decided to treat myself to a birthday massage and found this place on Yelp. It opened fairly recently, but the few reviews it had were good, so I gave them a try. This was the first place Id seen that offered 2 hour massages, and Id heard about Lomi Lomi massage so booked that. The location was clean, friendly, and respectable. It was also nice that my massage lasted 2 full hours, not time at beginning and end wasted with undressing and getting dressed. I will be going again. The only slightly negative thing was I was told that if I paid cash, Id get $20 worth of essential oils, but that never happened. Apparently youre supposed to pick one for your massage, but I was never told that. Ill know next time.

7/4/24 update: I don’t know how we went from ‘best massage ever’ to ‘worst…painful even’ but in a matter of 3 months since my last review, it did. We got a couples massage and the pressure was so hard we were cringing. I’m usually one to get a deep tissue massage and familiar with the amount of pressure applied to release knots in my back. But this was a whole different level. We asked for a Swedish massage this time. My husband and I had to tell them multiple times to lighten the pressure. We walked out disappointed and sore. Both of us did. My husband‘s head kept getting smashed into the face opening. My massage therapist kept going over the same spot with her elbow over and over and over again. When she used a warm washcloth to wipe off the oil, I swear she almost took a layer of skin off. Needless to say, The experience was bad enough to never want to go back.My husband and I came here for 90 minute massage. He got the Swedish massage, and I got the deep tissue massage. We both said it was one of the top three massages we’ve ever had! Excellent place to go.

It was a very pleasant experience- the atmosphere is set up to induce your mind to a peaceful, relaxing environment. The masseuse is knowledgeable, professional and caring.I will go again .. I will definitely recommend Topline Massage !!

We just got back from the Texas Eclipse Festival and this was fantastic! I messaged them online lastnight at 8pm, and got an appointment for a 90min Couples massage for 10am today. Nice room, friendly people and great massages. THANK YOU!

10/10 I had the best experience, they took their time and focused on all my stress areas. Better than hand stone hands down. I will be coming back every 2 months and I will definitely will spread the word to my family. Walking out feeling like a new person less stress and I feel so relaxed.

I went here yesterday for the first time and it was an amazing experience! I had Lucy do a Lomi-Lomi massage and it was hands down the best one I’ve ever gotten and I got 2 massages a month for years prior to coming here. Staff is very calming and professional and I will definitely be returning!

Now I come once a week,and each time I have had a wonderful experience! It is such a relaxing place to unwind after work. The environment is so comfortable, and every staff member is so kind. I will recommend it to my family and friends!

The facility is clan and well run. I had Yoyo and she did an awesome job. My muscles fell like gel I highly doubt recommend Topline massage. I even got a Mother’s Day gift 🎁

Absolutely a 5 Star operation here. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable massage therapist. Having had shoulder surgery 4 months ago I am still recovering with stiffness and range of motion issues. Then comes Lucy, she certainly knew how to work the arms and shoulders to loosen them up and allow more range of motion and pain relief. Additionally, her walking on my back loosen my spine where when I walked out I felt myself walking upright and not slouched over. I will be back, and I highly recommend Lucy and Topline Massage.

I had a massage today, with Sophia. I have had a number of massages, over the years. However, I have never had one like this. Sophia was absolutely wonderful. She was worth every bit of the $$$$$ I spent there. I told them I would be back in a month. This was my first massage ever. It was such a a wonderful experience. My husband and I walked in and they saw us immediately. My massuse was very kind , checking on me through out. We had a full body with hot stones and let me tell you we will be back.

My experience here was wonderful. My therapist was Tony and I requested a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage. Tonys pressure was excellent and he did a great job focusing on my problem areas, that being my back and neck. I highly recommend this place. They also were able to accommodate getting me in quickly as I am traveling within a few days.

Scheduled a day in advance for my wife to get a deep tissue massage as a birthday gift. Since shes also a massage therapist I figure let me schedule her for a 2 hr massage. After the massage not only did she feel violated , embarrassed and in pain , she was upset that her massage therapist was massing her in a straddled position at one point and even went as far as putting her knees on her back. On top of being cold the entire time she was getting massaged my wife and I will not be recommending anyone to this facility. Standards did not meet our expectations unfortunately

Had a deep tissue massage. Felt like a factory reset after a lot of stiffness from work and working out. Lucy did a great job with walking on my back and what felt like flushing out stress and tightness from each disc. Would definitely revisit when I am back in Surprise.

I was just in Surprise, Arizona New Years Eve. When I noticed some Young Ladies working in a new Massage Shop. Spoke to Julie who told me they will open on 1/5/24.But I told her My Lady and I where just going back to California could we get a massage. She let Jenny and Lucy give us a Great Massage. Julie helped them. Wow these Ladies are Great. The place is so Beautifully Set up makes you feel so comfortable. Told them we come to Arizona once a month for a week and we will be here once a month. Went for my 50th Birthday and I had the best massage ever! This was my first time getting a Lomi Lomi massage with aromatherapy. I highly recommend it! I really wanted to like this place as it’s the first I’ve tried since moving here last year. It’s actually kind of funny because my masseuse farted not once, but twice. It was one of those 4-part farts too. Like, they got gradually louder and it was right by my face. At first I was gonna let it slide, but then she burped and blew it out. Now I’m smelling her fart and her burp. Then she farted again and burped again. On top of that, the massage was terrible. Dug her elbow into me and bounced on the knots. It was just bad all around lol don’t waste your time. :)

I’ve tried so many massages not only in the valley but all over the world. Eva here is on the top 5 list for sure. She is incredible. The place is clean, comfortable and very nice staff.

AMAZING massage! It was everything I needed and more! So relaxing and the gentleman who did my massage made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I decided last minute to get the Lomi Lomi massage instead of the Swedish, it was $20 extra but sooo worth it! I was not prepared with enough cash to tip what I wanted to after, now that I know better I will be ready for my next appointment with a $40+ tip for sure!!Thank you so much 👍🏻

This is an amazing place! My girlfriend and I got a great couples massage and was a great place to relax for a date night. They also have a visit card that on the 10th visit you get a free massage. We plan to come back every 2 weeks for the amazing service and are so happy that there is such a good shop in Surprise!
