I stopped in to purchase batteries for my Vape, the guy was AWESOME he thought he had a set that he just chrgd up recently so he kept lookin through his sets but couldnt find any that were fully charged, so he gave me a discount since he couldnt find the set n apologized, what a SUPER NICE GUY for goin out of his way n above n beyond to help meI ended up buyin 2 sets of batteries for my Vape

Bought a bottle of juice that was not the store brand that popped its lid the 1st time I used it. Lost all the contents on the counter. All over the counter, cloths, floor, etc. a total freakin mess.So I went back to store and the littleGuy with dog told me since it’s not their brand, too bad, no refund. lol.i told him nicely you owe me a replacement, it’s defected. He told me this happens rarely. Again …what?Please replace this for me. Nope! What? So if I buy a hungry man frozen dinner at fry’s and it’s bad, I have to get a hold of Swanson for a refund? Or a used car where its engine freezes the next day. Too bad sir! That’s ur car. Hahaha. Sucker!! Are you kidding me? lol. I told him over $20 and ur gonna lose me. He told me “that ain’t fair” lol times 1000.I’ve spent THOUSANDS here since Chris owned it. Probably one of the best customers this buildings ever had. You guys are horrid if that’s your policy. My money goes elsewhere.Bring back defective product? Am I child whose word and PICTURES weren’t enough? The entire contents was on me, floor and counter. When I showed him the picture, that wasn’t enough? I’m taking you to the BBB. Yep, over $25 and ur idiotic policies. You’re not taking advantage of me because you’re a small business and couldn’t care less.

I would just like to take a minute and give a huge thanks and props to Chris that works at both avondale and surprise locations. My patronage at this business pre- dates the current owners. When they bought the business I continued to come because Im loyal. That said, now I really continue to come because of that guy Chris. He is so helpful, kind, friendly and is just real. Chris, if youre reading this, THANK YOU!!!! I hope they know how valuable you are to their business.

Everyone here is very personable. I come here every couple of weeks and its nice to build rapport with nice people who remember. Nick always has a great conversation to offer and I find myself spending a good while just having a fun time LOL. Great service too

Knowledgeable folks here. Interactions with customers, staff, and the Chihuahua are great to see. Many deals and new items come in all the time.

I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years or so . I have purchased 2 mods and all my coils and juice only from GKs and have always had a great experience until today. I purchased a mod in November and the unit stopped charging. The manufacturer has a 90 day warranty which it is well within, so I took it back to the shop as directed by the manufacturer only to be told there was nothing they could do for me except sell me a battery charger because the purchase was over 30 days old. If a retail shop is selling a product, they should support that product consistent with the manufacturers warranty. Not acceptable in my opinion, and they lost a loyal customer.

Its not a big store, but they always have everything I need at a good price. And all the people are very friendly. Good store!

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always clean and they are priced competitively. They stock everything from starter kits to RDAs. Ive never left here empty handed and theyve never given me reason to venture out to any other shops.

Stopped here to pick up a couple disposable vapes. Im from out of town and didnt know where to go to get some but I found this place in Google maps. The man working was really nice and I paid way less than I would at the vape shop I go to at home!

I was a bit concerned when I stopped in and the coils I bought were different than what I had been buying forever, it seemed like the guy just wanted to make a sale. Well one lasted only a day and the other lasted 4 days which is unlike what my coils usually last. I can deal with the 4 days but 1 really u got to be kidding me. And of course it turns out he did sell me the wrong coils. Thanks allot. I would rather drive super far than go back here!!!

Joel is incredibly knowledgeable about all things vape. Extremely personable and great to work with. The store offers all options from expensive to budget friendly. 100% recommend for your cigarette cessation needs.

This is a nice chill place. They friendly, helpful and intelligent staff. The selection is great and they have a great in house brand that is flavorful and affordable. It is great for a quick stop or to ask questions as needed.

A bit pricey on juices, and very limited stock of RDA hardware (went in looking for Profile RDA mesh strips, Firebolt cotton and stainless steel wire..only had one small gauge of wire, nothing else... previous trips have also left empty handed on the accessory side, even when looking for popular premade coils) People working there are always nice and seem helpful, but often dont seem very familiar with their products.Not necessarily a store to avoid, but generally only stop there when Im completely out of juice and happen to be passing by.

Great selection of tanks and rdas however i bought two e juices and they werr by far the nastiest i have ever tried. Its actually a joke at my house, friends will try the juice. I have yet to find a friend who likes them. 7 people so far have sampled them. They will just sit in my collection collecting dust until i throw them out. I will not be back.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Their house brand e-juice is really good as well as the price. They have good specials too. Oh, and Joel....GO BLUE!!! Lol!

Cleanliness of store gets a 5!Friendliness and knowledge of staff.... also a 5.Prices.... well its a business so nothing is free... I would have to say theirs are fair and appropriate.I am new to vaping and as expected I had quite a few silly questions.....but here is the thing, at no point did JOE make me feel silly or dumb. He answered my questions and gave explanation so I would understand. Being that vaping done wrong can produce safety issues this is very important and too often ignored.I am a hands on kind of guy and they offered to teach me how to make my own basic coils.... I suggested he charge for classes, to which he responded my job is to teach more so then sell, so I wont charge... thats awesome.I recommend this pub to all who want to learn about the evolving practice of vape, you will walk away feeling appreciated for your business. Also (more important in my opinion) you will know you can come back any time with questions for this team. I saw more people come in for knowledge than E_Juices.Good job GKs Vape Pub........ I approve ✌

Asked for a decent single coil rda and the gentlemen suggested the Wasp Nano. He did not try to sell me something more expensive and took the time to show me how to install the coil. Proud to have a vape shop of this caliber in Surprise.

Guy inside was cool but completely over priced i purchaseda esco bar witch is disposable you can buy them every where for 17 bucks and there charging 27 juice selection is sub par and there hardware is dated over all 2 stars is a stretch im going to continue going to the closest smoke shop

Always cards which is a great thing to see for once, great flavor suggestions and quite friendly staff. Google maps has the wrong address (or at least guides me to the wrong side of the building), I put in a suggestion edit for the google maps location, should be fixed upon approval.

These guys know their stuff and are extremely helpful, especially since I an new to vaping! Always helpful with a smile and never treat you like youre asking a stupid question!
