Waiting room is comfortably designed, soothing, ambience, and not overcrowded.Massage staff is extremely talented. Definitely knows what they’re doing. Listens to what you have to say to see if there’s anything else that they can do for you.I have been going here for sometime and have tried other places, even in Scottsdale, but I still think this is the right place.

I was thoroughly impressed with Miller Massage which was referred to me by one of my bar regulars. I did a quick search online while at work and was able to make an appointment the very next day with the owner herself. Pricing is very reasonable and actually cheaper than a big name corporate massage company. The massage itself was very relaxing and the perfect amount of pressure to heal all my aches and pains. I cannot wait to book another appointment soon!

I went to Miller for the first time on Thursday, I’ve been having a lot of discomfort from sciatica shooting down my leg. My therapist, Jessica, was Amazing!! She was able to locate every knot on my left side and address it. I named her the Knot Finder! I felt better almost immediately! I made an appointment for Monday and I’m truly looking forward to it! Also Jessica gives your full time, Which since I’ve come to Arizona I’ve had issues with other massage places cutting off five minutes, sometimes even 10 minutes of my massage time by turning the clocks back, but not at Miller. I was truly impressed and I will definitely be regular. I’m grateful I was with Jessica she was fantastic!!

Absolutely 💯 the best massage company Ive been to! All therapists are talented. They are amazing! Make an appointment, and youll be hooked! Facials are Devine as well! This place has it all.

Dont allow anything to cause you to miss your appointment. If you use their gift card to book an appointment and for whatever the reason you miss your appointment your entire gift card $150 is gone. They will pocket the entire thing. They wont try to work with you or fit you in at another time. Youre just screwed out of your money. This is not how its done. I dont care how good their amenities are. Or how good there massage therapists are.

Im very happy to have found Miller Massage! Recently I was feeling very dizzy for about a week and Nicole did some reflexology during my 90 minute massage and my dizziness was completely gone within 24 hours. AMAZING!!! I will continue to come back to Nicole and Miller Massage. The only reason I give Miller Massage 4 stars is because its difficult to get weekend appointments, but I suppose thats understandable considering how fabulous they are!

I thoroughly enjoyed my hot stones massage with Nicole. It was a sublime experience. Nicole is very conscientious about targeting “trouble” spots, and constantly checked to make sure she was applying just the right amount of pressure. It was sublime experience!

I was extremely disappointed in my massage yesterday. This is not my first visit but will be my last. Patronizing, demeaning and insulting treatment by Deanna was beyond acceptable. I always find Danielle to be pleasant and helpful and have not received that level of professionalism from her two other employees.Amy

Awesome experience! As a fellow therapist, kudos to enforcing boundaries with clients! Often clients think we should cater to their disregard for our time. Poor David thinking he was special, after you had previously given him a courtesy forgiveness with a last minute reschedule. Clients need to realize that no client equals no $$ and we have financial responsibilities just as they do! You were AMAZING to honor the gift certificate from the 1st time. That is our perogative as a business owner, but then to expect it on a 2nd occurrence…Well Bless his heart!

She even remembered my name when all we did was exchange a few messages on Facebook.Analicia was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing!I’m the pickiest person when it comes to a massage therapist. I’ve been in Arizona for 5 years getting frequent massages and I’ve NEVER rebooked with anyone I saw. I immediately rebooked with her. She maintained consistent pressure. When I asked her questions she didn’t trail off and continue talking throughout my whole entire massage.***Analicia, I had such a rough week and you have no idea how much better you made me feel. I received a gift certificate to Miller Massage as a birthday gift. This week I had an appointment with Analicia. She is an amazing massage therapist. I appreciated she did not chit chat, but gave me quiet time to simply relax into her amazing deep tissue massage. Perfection! I felt like melted butter when I left the spa that day.

Jessica is a wonderful massage therapist. She listens carefully, has a variety of techniques to address my muscle soreness, tension etc. She is friendly, professional, caring and sincere. I’m reworking my personal finances to be able to benefit from regular massages with her.

Jaz gave a great massage, along with some reflexology. She was knowledgeable and really listened to me so that I could get a wonderful massage. There was a misunderstanding with what I booked but Nicole listened to my concerns and made it right. I appreciated that - Ill definitely return!

I have been getting messages once a month as a regular health treatment. I find it helps me avoid muscle stiffness and adhesions which can be very painful. I am very active so this treatment is essential to allowing me to stay active. My therapist (Luis) is excellent at focusing on what my body is saying/needing and focusing the treatment for maximum benefit. I highly recommend Miller Massage.

Luis, Miller Massage, did a great job of helping work out a muscle knot in my right arm from using crutches because of a broken foot. In just one session great progress was made.

I received a lymph suction massage from Nicole. It’s a little different than your typical massage, but it was what I needed as part of my detox and very soothing nonetheless. Nicole is wonderful. I’ll definitely be back.

My first massage. Luis did an incredible job. Full body massage left me pretty sore for half a day, but I followed recommendations to drink lots of water. Looking forward to a long walk today!

I go to Miller Massage monthly and love the massages, and the relaxation they offer. I have gone to Jessica, whom I heartily recommend, but have been to several others. All of them, including the owner Nicole, are excellent! It is a nice relaxing atmosphere, clean, and efficient in their scheduling. I’m happy to recommend this business! Jaz was excellent. The time went by in a flash. After 30 minutes there was a noticeable improvement in my mobility. She also gave me a few stretches to try at home. I have made another appointment with her.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my trip to Miller Massage! Went not expecting anything special, but I received an exceptional experience. From the minute I walked up to the receptionist desk, to my leaving the establishment I was treated like I was very special! Everyone was accommodating and friendly, making my stay there the best it could be. The masseuse was amiable, easy to communicate with, and listened to my needs. The atmosphere was calming and perfect for relaxing mind and body. Will recommend Miller to all my friends.

Very nice establishment that is located at a golf course. I had the signature facial. First facial ever. Was greeted at desk and shown to the back securely. Questionnaire very helpful for medical history to ensure no allergies, concerns etc. Angelica gave me my facial and was very polite, informative, patient, professional and tried to make sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. The facial she gave was great and relaxing. Was easy to set an appointment and redeem gc online. Informed of appointment reminders through email/text also.

I signed up for a therapeutic massage with Luis.I thought all of my previous massages were therapeutic, so I didn’t know what to expect. Boy was I wrong! None of my previous massages could come close to what Luis provided in his therapeutic massage! He addressed my concerns and issues with great focus and touch. The pains I’d been having were greatly reduced. The follow up appointment with Luis, 4 days later, finished the job! I left pain free in most areas and in the most chronic area, the pain was reduced below what it has been for years. So low that it no longer had an influence on my activities. Oh, as I was waiting for my session, the gentleman who had just finished with Luis, sat next to me and said, “Wow, it feels good to move again!” Best massage ever, and I’ve had many.

I honestly hate to share my experience at Miller Massage because I don’t want to share Jazmin and Danielle. There is no better way to start your day than a massage with Jazmin and a facial with Danielle. They are both very knowledgeable in their field.

I just had my 2nd deep tissue massage with Analicia. She does an amazing job & I booked another on my way out. I highly recommend Miller Massage at Cimmaron. We are fortunate to have such a highly skilled facility in our community.

Miller Massage is a top notch facility! I have been to a lot of different massage firms but, this one is head and shoulders above most all of them. There are very few massage companies that can offer the amenities that Miller Massage has to offer.However, since COVID-19 and the recent inflation the price has climbed out of my reach. I do think it’s very overpriced now. This I blame on the facility not Miller Massage.

I have had two amazing massages with Jazmin Lopez! I have TMJ and neck pain and Jaz has been able to pinpoint the problem areas to help relieve built up stress! It is hard to find a massage therapist who understands TMJ and I am so grateful to have found Jaz!!

Had a little hiccup in the scheduling, but another therapist agreed to stay late and do my massage. Analicia turned out to be the best massage therapist. I will definitely ask for her when I schedule my next massage.

My experience started out great. I received a gift from my daughters since one of my daughters have been to the spa and head a great experience. They booked an experience that included a Vichy shower. I arrived on time and sat in tranquility lobby while waiting for my experience. Once I was in the room for the body scrub that included the Vichy shower, I was informed that the shower was not getting warm enough and they would have to use warm wet towels to get the scrub off. I really only wanted to go there for the shower since my daughter enjoyed it so much. You can’t cancel since I was already there and didn’t want to cause any scene. The employee made it seem like it was no big deal but for me it was. The massage was good but I could have gone anywhere to receive a scrub and massage. When it was over, I told my daughters that the experience was nice but I was disappointed about the shower they were both upset that I didn’t get the full experience they paid for and I was expecting. My daughter called the owner and offered a credit for $25 to use at a later time. The experience cost $200 which is not something in our daily budget so a $25 credit will not help much. My daughter also asked why they didn’t offer to reschedule or give me the choice to continue without the shower. She was told they are booked up until March so that was not an option. She also tried to say I got a partial shower however that is untrue. Very disappointed and will not go back.

This was my first experience at Miller Massage. Jessica was amazing! She is an intuitive and expert practitioner providing both a therapeutic and relaxing massage experience. I felt extremely comfortable in her care! I am looking forward to my next appointment.

As always, I left very relaxed following my massage with Brenda. Miller massage (no relation) is always so pleasant. From the greeters at the front desk to the nice waiting lounge. Also, the area is kept so nice and clean. Loved the added heated massage table on this chilly morning.

Third time is a charm. I met Angela this week and was extremely happy with my massage. This was my third visit to Miller Massage in three weeks and my third masseuse. I am trying out the different masseuses to find which one works best for me. I would definitely recommend Angela to anyone booking for the first time.

My experience at Miller Massage was wonderful. Justina was my masseuse, she did a phenomenal job massaging my stress away. I was able to relax and shut out the cares of the world during my two hour massage. Justina’s calming voice and skilled hands relieved my headache and loosened those knotted up muscles in my upper back and neck area. I made sure to schedule my next appointment before leaving as they book up pretty quickly. The entire staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. The prices are also very reasonable.

Deanna did my facial waxing yesterday. It was excellent. First time I used Deanna as Nicole wasn’t available. Found Deanna to be pleasant, professional and personable.

Jasmin did a wonderful job on my 60 minute and the next 30 minute session. She worked diligently on relieving muscle knots in my neck and shoulders. Miller massage is a calm, relaxing spa very conveniently located in Grand.

Ive had dozens of massages and the one I had at Miller Massage was one of the best (if not the VERY best) that Ive ever had. I can hardly wait to book another massage with Nicole Miller (my masseuse). The ambience of the spa waiting area was relaxing with complimentary herbal tea, cucumber water, magazines, and comfortable chairs and foot rests. The spa provided luxurious robes and lockable lockers. The massage itself was perfect and Nicoles technique was exactly what I wanted and needed. Ahhhh!

I was experiencing lower back pain and thats very rare! I needed a help quickly and was able to schedule a same-day massage at Miller Massage with Analicia. She really worked me over (at my request) and did an amazing job. I asked for a deep tissue massage and she dug into all the right places. I feel so much better today! The facility is clean and restful, the staff is professional and friendly. I enjoyed my experience and Ill happily re-book!

I had a massage with Brenda and from start to finish the service was good. Upon check in I was given a robe and slippers, greeted by name. Brenda did inquire with me about what areas to focus on however I feel like the pressure could have been better and I wish the locker room was more private and not shared with the gym. Overall a wonderful place to stop in for a massage.

This was my 2nd time getting a massage at Miller Massage. I thought both massages were excellent. ... the spa lounge is lovely with tea and treats... the treatment rooms are dark and relaxing . I liked the warm table and the masseuse was excellent. I also got my eye brows shaped during the same visit (by an aesthetician) and that was nicely done as well. I recommend Miller Massage.

Danielle is wonderful! My skin has never looked better. I will be seeing her every month for as long is she is working. Convenient location and great facility. I have seen the other estheticians as well and you can’t go wrong with any of them!

Ive been getting regular massages for almost 40 years and the very best ones have been from Miller Massage (specifically, from masseuse and owner Nicole Miller). Every aspect of my massage experience was top notch, from check-in to check-out. Ive had the Swedish and Lomi Lomi massages and recommend them both.

Wonderful and reliable service. I’ve seen multiple massage therapists here and I’ve never had a bad experience. Friendly, courteous and consistently good. And super convenient to be right in my community. Lani is amazing, she provides individualized care and makes sure her techniques are effective. 10/10.

I love Miller Massage! It starts with a fluffy robe, sipping on cucumber infused water, listening to calming music. Ive had the Deep Tissue Massage with Jazmin and the Cupping with Angela. They are both wonderful! You cant go wrong with Miller Massage - when you check out you can re-schedule easily for future massages.

This was my first professional massage. I can’t say enough wonderful things. I suffer from low back pain and sciatica. Brenda did some amazing work, and I don’t think I have felt so great in many years. This massage was a little bit more than I usually pay at my regular chiropractic office but I was in significant pain.and my chiropractic massage was a week out for booking. Miller was able to get me in the following morning and I must say that it was worth every penny. My therapist, Jasmine, was very thorough in working out some serious knots that developed and I was very appreciative that I paid the extra price. This will be my new go to place for a massage.

Angela did a wonderful a wonderful job on my massage. I like light to medium pressure and she was spot on making me feel very comfortable. She checked in to make sure that the pressure was good. I felt very relaxed and will definitely go back again.

Went in for a Thai massage. Nicole did not disappoint. I left feeling great with a little extra flexibility than when I came in. She communicated well throughout the massage making sure I was not experiencing discomfort but definitely let a few of my knots know who was in charge at the appointment I will definitely be in again as soon as my schedule allows. First time visit to Miller Massage and it was a great experience. I had requested a two-hour massage mixing both hot stones and deep tissue treatments. Angela did an excellent job of combining the two during the session as she gave a wonderfully tension-relieving and relaxing massage.

I have had many massages in my time. The therapeutic massage I received from Annalise was by far in the top 3. She really had her techniques perfected.The rooms were spotless and the atmosphere was definitely one of total relaxation.I have followed Miller Massage from its inception and would highly recommend its current transformation.P.S. My first massage with Brenda was outstanding. Loved her combos of stretches combined with deep tissue work. Also greatly enjoyed learning more about her a little. Now Im going to have a good but hard time trying to choose between Jazmin and Brenda for future appointments. I guess thats a great problem to have!

I cannot say enough positive about Miller Massage and the wonderful staff and experience there. I recently left 2 establishments that require membership, while receiving great quality massage, the high pressure sales at both was so overwhelming, especially when they catch you after you have had your massage. By the time you are done, you are all tensed up again and felt like I wasted my time and money. I feel none of this at Miller Massage and thank you for this. Thank you to Angela and Jessica for great massage experiences. I am now your regular customer!

Have used Miller Massage twice now and they are a hidden gem in the surprise area for sure. The facilities are very nice, to me a much better environment than the massage places you find in the strip malls. There are tons of options when it comes to what type of service you’re looking for, from pain relief to relaxation. The Vichy Bath is also something I’d never see at other places in the area. There are lots of add-ons or upgrades you can take advantage of like hot stones, reflexology and aromatherapy; but the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable and can guide you if you tell them what type of experience you’re looking for. Overall the feel of the experience is like going to a true spa rather than just a massage parlor. The sauna, robes, spa water and hot tea makes you feel like you can unwind after your massage rather than just feeling like an appointment at a doctors office that needs to make way for the next person.

Ive been frequenting Miller Massage ever since they were located in a single small room in the boutique near the Surprise movie theater. Ive had several massages and more recently a facial with Angelica. Staff is always kind, efficient, and welcoming. If I had to change 1 thing it would be where we have to change into our robes. The other day it was crowded with Sun City Grand people that use other areas of the building (pool, gym, etc.).

I have so missed my regular monthly massages. Nicole found ALL my friends who came with me for my massage. Worked them out and made me feel sooo good again. I cant say enough positive things about the treatment I receive each visit. Just love the new location. Bigger and certainly easy to get to for me. So glad we are back together and safely together. All of the new standards are in place. Feeling completely safe and comfortable while enjoying a massage. What could be better??

I had a Petite Facial by Deanne.Well worth the money for dehydration of the face. This petite facial was done in 30 min and left my face feeling soft and looking amazing. Please try this spa, well worth your time and massages are great as well.

Walking in is lovely. Nice people at reception. I felt welcome. I loved the robe, the water and tea available while you wait or when you finish. The most wonderful part was being on Nicholes massage table. I love deep tissue massage and she is masterful. It was wonderful and I will go back again.

Excellent massage techniques. I have personally had massages by Nicole and Angela and both are very experienced in what they do. I have been going regularly to Miller massage for about 2years now and have never had a bad or even disappointing experience . Prior to finding them I have tried many different massage therapists and you never quite get what you are expecting, NOT the case with Nicole! I know what to expect and it is always just what my body needs. I leave relaxed and feeling rejuvenated! I would recommend her to anyone.

I chose the summer special body scrub and Vichy shower. Lani was my technician. She was professional and did a great job explaining the treatment since I had never done it before. She is an excellent masseuse. The spa itself is beautiful, very nice atmosphere. I already booked another appointment for next month!

I usually get massages and they are always amazing, no matter who does the massage. I recently had a facial and it was amazing. The facility is very comforting, very relaxing and very clean. This was my first visit to Miller Massage. I booked a 1 hour Swedish massage with hot stones. Angela was the message therapist for the session. She was kind and inviting. I felt at ease with her. She had great communication throughout the session and made sure I felt comfortable. The facility was clean and completely relaxing. I plan on going back again.

Alecia did a fantastic job with my therapeutic massage. . Her foot massage skills were phenomenal. I came down with vertigo while on the table, and Alexia sprung into action. She applied Hot compresses on my neck and forehead. . She helped me to the spa lobby and gave me water, sherbet, and a cookie. She saw to it that I was not left alone. The whole staff saw to my care. The owner kept checking in with me about every five minutes, until I was well enough to drive myself home. It felt like my family was taking care me. Thanks, Miller Massage!

We made sure to book about 3 weeks in advance and we are glad we did. We have been to other places for massages and they left us feeling not complete. Those places do cookie cutter massages. But this place…..Just absolutely worth the wait. We will definitely become regulars to Miller’s Massage. Thank you guys for making us feel sooooo much better. Ive been having massages for 25 years on a regular basis. Miller massage is by far the best massages! Easy to use web site, allows you to make appointments. I like the variety of types of massages. They all work for me. The Masseuses are all first class. Truth be told, the entire operation is first class. I wont be going anywhere else.

1.5 hrs of deep tissue massage was very therapeutic. There were moments that I wanted to cry uncle but I persevered . My scapular pain of 2 weeks is virtually gone ! Jasmine is excellent. She found trigger points that I didnt know existed. The atmosphere is calming and very professional. I will be back soon.

I enjoyed my visit to Miller’s Day Spa at Sun City Grand. The receptionist greeted me and I was escorted to the spa facility. The esthetician came out and introduced herself. I came for a facial treatment. The treatment was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this spa. Wonderful massage experience! This was a lymphatic massage that included cupping. I am recovering from surgery and this really helped. I had my best nights sleep in four weeks. Miller Massage was easy to make an appointment, you get a super soft robe and walk into a tranquil environment of dimmed lights, soft music, tea and/or water. Your minds starts to relax before your treatments! My masseause Annalisia was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and provided a wonderful service. There is a sauna if you want heat to relax, and they also have showers in the locker room. I could not have asked for more!

As a massage therapist myself, Im particular about who I see and what I need ... and Nicole was spot-on! Lonnie was very good. Facilities are small, but pleasant. My only complaint is that the linens and robes are obviously laundered in strongly scented detergent and/or softener. I suffer from migraines often triggered by such scents. It would be helpful if they would reserve at least some linens for people with these sensitivities and offer the option when clients are making a reservation. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

Had a wonderful Mediterranean Body Treatment with Lani. Love the Vichy shower and hot stone message too. Clean and quiet facility. Very easy to make a reservation on-line and they call and send out reminders for your upcoming appointments. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The best massages I have ever received. I have had services from Nicole and Lani and both were excellent deep tissue massages. My plantar fasciitis was relieved with the massage by Nicole last year and this year Lani has worked on my tight neck muscles from computer work and stress. Very clean, very professional and I highly recommend it to all.

This was my first experience getting a massage. I have had knots for over a decade and finally decided to try it. I thought Lani I believe that is the one who did my massage was professional and caring. The massage was a good experience for me. Next time I would have to get a bit more time as I felt my knots in my shoulders specifically still hurt a little. But Lani was great! She addressed the parts that hurt. I would def go back and probably get a longer one more Focused on the shoulders and shoulder blade area. I had a positive experience here and have recommended my family to this parlor. Thanks for the massage!!! One thing I would enjoy if they would let you know what areas in the future need more work, if they found more tension in a certain area etc. other than that very positive. This business has very positive reviews the only bad reviews I saw was someone who refused to wear a mask. Yea they do ask you to do that when you enter and when you are facing up but not down. As a business they have every right to practice any form of safety possible. Not a law to wear a mask no but if the company says you can’t come in without a shirt and you do? Ya you can’t come in it’s what the business decides. So other than that this place is like almost 5 stars!!!! No problem wearing a mask? You’ll be fine with this place. Clean, quiet and professional.

I just saw Jazmin for a massage. Jazmin gave me a deep tissue massage. She uses her elbow to really get in there! She is AAAAMAAZING! If you dont like deep - firm massages, ask for another therapist and if you like really deep tissue then Jazmin is your go-to massage therapist! Highly recommend. The spa is so relaxing and you leave feeling pampered and well-cared for.

I have had a very painful hip and I booked several appts. with Jasmin. See is very good and worked on it for quite a while with a deep tissue massage. I like everything about Miller Massage. You have to be masked when you come in, they check you for COVID, cough or temp. Many places dont have their employees wearing masks and allow clients to come in unmasked as well. They are very professional and I would recommend them, especially Jasmin, to anyone needing relief. Magic hands. Glad they are moving in to Sun City Grand.

Brenda is an amazing massage therapist. She took the time to understand my needs and provided extra care to personalize my massage. It’s very rare a massage therapist spends time after your massage to chat and talk about any problem areas. Brenda is passionate about the work she does, and it shows!

I have been going to this spa for years when it was called Cimarron. Now being known as Miller Spa it is the same wonderful experience! A clean, calm environment. Lani is sweet, caring and very professional. I look forward to the extra pampering of a cookie and tea as I relax after my massage. They use to have sorbet at times too! I love all the extras because you can go anywhere for just a massage. This is more than special to me. A fan for life!I went for my spa appointment June 8th. Wonderful as usual. No complaints here!The only thing I would improve is.....having those little treats for your local supporters. Seems like after the snow birds go home , you cut back on the little niceties. My sister will be visiting from Chicago on July 28th. I’ve booked us a spa treatment for the following day. . Hope all the little niceties are back by then. You can go anywhere for just a massage. The extras make it special!

We paid for my mom to get a massage for Christmas. Part of the massage was the Vichy Shower, which is basically the entire part of what we paid for. They failed to inform her that the shower wasnt working until that part of her treatment came up. No Call before her appointment and nothing when she arrived. Once my sister called to complain the OWNER stated she was booked out for a while, and offered credit. We bought this specific massage for the Vichy Shower experience and the OWNER didnt even have the professionialism to inform her customers or have her employees inform them that part of their experience was going to be unavailable. Im sorry but it doesnt matter if youre busy you give the customer the option if they want to wait and reschedule or go without. You dont get to make that decision for them. Very unprofessional. Also the OWNER said she didnt do refunds or partials only a 20% to come back. No we arent coming back. You didnt give us our services that we paid for. Why would we come back?

Hands down the best place to get a massage in the West Valley. Such a beautiful building, the staff is so friendly and the massage therapists are there for you. The environment is relaxing and non rushed, with beverages and little snacks while you wait. A+ 🖤

The best deep tissue I have ever had! Jazmin is amazing! Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough knots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible! I think, she will fix my tennis elbow.

This was my first time at Miller Massage. Emily did a fantastic job on reducing aches and pains. Normally, I dont care to have my feet massaged, but Emily did a wonderful job. I truly enjoyed it. The only thing I dont understand is I booked a CBD massage (more money), but then I had to buy my CBD cream (got to keep) that was then used. I can bring the cream back the next time, but I am assuming I will be charged more for a CBD massage. I am supplying the cream they will use yet charged more????

Angela was amazing I did the lymphatic cupping and she was so good at explaining as she went. Every massage therapist I have had there is really amazing and do an amazing job with the massages. I would recommend any of them.

I had an amazing Pumpkin body scrub treatment followed by a facial. Very luxurious, soft robes and tea to die for. When my session was over they gave me sherbet ice cream! I cant wait to go back. Staff is awsome!!

This was my first message in over 2 years. My main reason for the message was that I had a real problem with my back. I was asked what area was my main concern. After discussing my situation the message began. I didnt realize how many other areas I needed worked on. I was in a lot of pain before I got there, but after my one hour session I felt terrific. There was no rushing and you take as long as you want relaxing with tea and water afterwards. I have now decided to do this regularly from now on. Great message, great experience.

I already acknowledged that they can refuse services to me (and anyone else), however, its equally my right to share an honest review of my negative experience. And that experience is even more negative after viewing the VERY unprofessional response - I would caution giving any of your hard-earned money to this establishment. I also have reason to believe, in retaliation, they registered my phone number for solicitations - another example of how poorly you choose to operate your business.I tried scheduling online, as i was directed, and the scheduling system wasnt functioning at that time. Thus, i scheduled directly with the therapist. I received confirmation of the appointment which noted a different address than what I had previously remembered. Upon arriving, I had to fill out an intake form which included several questions around Covid-19. One of those questions involved wearing a mask while receiving my massage service. I refused, canceled and walked out. Masks are not a law written in our federal or statutory governing documents. They are a Socialistic Imposed Mandate at best and to ask someone to wear a mask during half or all of their 90 min massage - ridiculous - plenty of other providers where this burden wont be required. As a private business, you have the right to refuse service, but as an individual I have the right to refuse receipt of your service as well.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Angela. She did a great job and I plan on making more appointments. She was very good and checked on her pressure routinely. Very happy.
