Went in today for a facial and a Swedish massage. They were both amazing! I believe the ladies names were Paula and Giovanna (I am awful with names so sorry if I am wrong on the names).Swedish massage: it couldn’t have been better. She was so kind, attentive, and I left from there feeling so loose. Was very knowledgeable and helped me learn about my pain and what I can do to help my body. She also explained lots of things and made me feel comfortable.Facial: was so relaxing. She was very knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. My skin feels so smooth and clean. She also gave me great tips to care for my skin afterwards.Recommend these ladies for sure!

Everyone is very nice and make you feel comfortable. The soothing smell when you walk in is wonderful. Had the best massage I have ever had. Came in with a very painful back and left feeling so much better. My daughter & I have been more than once and will be going back again! I highly recommend!

My daughter purchased a one hour and a half combo to gift me. This massage was the strangest I’ve ever received. I couldn’t tell you how many minutes were wasted with her poking my back slowly and gently, poking my feet, and poking my hands with almost no pressure for a long time. I asked for more pressure as it was supposed to be a combo, but did not receive it. Waste of time and money; I feel robbed. I’ve been here several times and it’s unfortunate one massage therapist can bring the rating down. For soft massages, and breaks throughout, ask for Sarah.

My mom and I came to lavenders for Mother’s Day. This was my first time here and brionna did my deep tissue massage and it was AMAZING. Everything was very clean, peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

A Surprise gem! Nice ambience, warm and attentive staff, and talented service providers. The new master aesthetician Sabrina is not only knowledgeable and professional, but kind and patient. No pushy sales. Just an amazingly relaxing self indulgent experience! Naturally sourced products leave my skin feeling incredibly plump and well cared for. I’ve enjoyed facials in many states, and in many price ranges. This is truly a high-end experience and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I had booked an hour massage each on very short notice and Lavenders Day Spa took amazing care of us both and I really wanted to take my time and let the management and potential new customer know that this place is wonderful and you won’t be disappointed at all. I had a combo half Swedish and half deep tissue for an hour. My massage was priced below a lot of other places I’ve been to before. My fiancé did an hour deep tissue and was treated very well and loved his massage! Lavenders is so clean and calming as soon as you walk in you can feel it, the relaxing vibe but super professional. Other massage spas have cheated me in the past by charging for the hour and only spending 35-45 min on the session. At lavenders I was massages the whole time! I was placed with a new massage technician named Luna, she was very professional, super strong but gentle hands and asked how I liked the pressure and was pleasant to talk too. I’m going back to Lavenders Day Spa next week to see my new friend and massage therapist Luna! I suggest that you ask for Luna as well! Thank you Luna and Lavenders. Can’t wait to see ya next time.

My sister in law and I got massages a couple weeks ago. We are from South Dakota but we own a place near Wittmann. I don’t remember my massage therapist’s name but I think it was her third day there. She’s been performing massages for twenty years or so. Anyway, besides a great massage, she gave me a neck exercise that has done wonders for me since my massage. It’s the first idea in my entire life of having fairly serious neck problems, that I have found relief outside of a massage or regular chiropractic care. I will be back next time I’m in the area! Thank you!

Can’t believe I did not know this was just 5 min from my house, but they don’t advertise. I loved my first visit for facial and dermaplane. It was so relaxing and Sabrina did a great job. I will be going back for all my other needs.

I have had many massages in my life, especially around here. I woke up with back and neck pain. I explained to them over the phone idk if I want deep tissue but I do know I want a firm massage. She explained the three different ones they have to offer and said if you do the combo they will be able to apply Swedish where you want and deep tissue in the area you need. Sounded great, her words “best of both”. The place was beautiful, hints the 2star I’m leaving just for that. However, the massage was worthless! She did “Swedish” the entire time. I even asked her to go harder, I won’t cry. And she still was soft the entire time. Her bones kept cracking which is whatever, but with not getting anything from the massage it was actually quite annoying. Once the massage was done the front desk asked how it was. I explained it was terrible because she didn’t go deep at all. They said next time just ask for a deep tissue. Really! You’re gonna explain I was suppose to get that. I’ve had one deep tissue in my life and it hurt. I knew I didn’t need that. If I did I needed it just in my neck like I explained to her over the phone… which is why she said combo. So now she even changed her tune on why I should of just done deep tissue. This place doesn’t care about the customer, they care about the money and that’s it. To blame the customer was pathetic. Then to ask if I told the massage therapist to go harder.. ya! Of course I did. So after 2 days I’m in even more pain from my neck so now I have to call the usual massage places I go to, to hope they have an opening which they probably won’t like last time (they are fully booked for a reason).

Ive been going here for years for massages, Ive had almost entirely fantastic experiences. They offer an array of very bizarre health treatments; that is a real turn off for me. I wish they would offer specials for their traditional spa treatments. Recently repainted and refurnished, and very nicely done.

Highly recommended! Emily educated me on skin care that was logical and without the sales approach to sell the natural products she used.She made suggestions I felt will help me and answered all my questions honestly! Comfy clean environment and will definitely return for other SPA services.

Experienced the $85 facial yesterday. The products were lovely but the young lady NEVER turned on the bright light to examine my skin closely and did not extract ANY blackheads. I asked if she does extractions and she said yes but you dont have any blackheads. This was incorrect and how could she know without looking at my skin under the light. The room lights were dim. My girlfriend was in the next room getting a facial also and the exact same thing happened to her. What a ripoff! Not worth $85 dollars at all! I used to get great facials at Lavenders several years ago from experienced technicians. Now I remember why I quit going. What a disappointment.

Long time listener, first time caller.. 😆 but seriously my wife and I have been receiving massages at Lavender’s Day spa for over 15 years. There is a reason that we have been going to the same place for 15 years, they are great! The owner is absolutely amazing and super friendly. She definitely has a passion about all the services that Lavender’s provides. She continually evaluates and looks to expand their wellness services. Wellness is not her business model it is her passion and it shows! She is always willing to share her knowledge and excitement with you. The massage therapists are the best. I have never once walked out not feeling refreshed. These massages really do help me relax and reset. I will definitely be using Lavender’s for years to come! In addition to the massages you have to try the Cryotherapy. It is amazing. I can’t wait until my next appointment to do it again!!

My friend and I enjoyed Swedish Massages here. I had to call a few times to book an appointment, because their phones were acting funny during a remodel and my messages werent returned. The remodel was the same reason that was sited when we waited in an empty room for a few minutes before being greeted. I am sure it will be lovely when they are finished! The space is very large with lots of rooms, both of us had skilled masseuses & all staffed members were very nice. We agreed that it was a good value & would be open to returning in the future.Heads up that the $10 aromatherapy charge is to put a scent in the diffuser only. Pro tip: Ask for a room away from the reception area to avoid overhearing conversation.

Masseuse was nice and do a good job. I fell asleep lol. Front desk was nice and very accommodating. My friend and I had to move our appointment a couple of times due to timing with other planned events.

Phenomenal service! I had a Swedish Massage with Nicole and it was by far one of the best Massages I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I will definitely be seeing her again

I loved my experience. First time ozone treatment. Felt very well afterwards. I learned some very important health information and also enjoyed the light therapy. The therapists are extremely helpful and friendly and informative and made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time. I will go back for more. Maybe even try some new therapy as well.

Had my first session with Olivia earlier this year. My hour massage was amazing. I went in with both legs and my lower back bothering me. After a full body massage, I was in bliss and had less pain. I have had many massages and hands down Olivia was the best Ive had. Her pressure was spot on. She was attentive to my needs. I gave direction and she focused on those trigger points. What more can one expect from a massage? Ill be back! Ask for Olivia when you book.

I had a gift certificate for a stress knot package, it was my first time into Lavenders and I was lucky to get Maria as my therapist. She did an amazing job and I left the appointment feeling refreshed. Maria and the front desk staff were all so nice.. made my first experience at Lavenders one to remember! I will defiantly be returning in the future and referring all my friends!

I am giving this rating because of the poor receptionist that they have at this time. I have been coming to the spa for over 15 years the owner is amazing and the massage therapist are great. Since this new receptionist has started my appointments have been messed up I get no confirmation calls and she is extremely rude and short. Had I not called today to confirm my own appointment I would’ve missed the one that she had booked me into because of a therapist not being there. She seems to have no concern whatsoever for the people that patronize your day spa. I am not the only one in my family that has experienced this poor customer service with her would hope that you may look into getting a more pleasant representation of the quality spa that you are.

I went here for the first time today. I had a lovely massage with Nicole. Its the first place Ive been in a long time where they advertise a 1-hour massage and I got a FULL hour. I will definitely be going back.

I came here for the first time and got a 90 minute combo massage. It was amazing! I love the spa, it’s very relaxing and everyone was so friendly I felt super comfortable! Will definitely be coming back for another massage and can’t wait to get a facial!

I got a gift certificate for the Day Away Package. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by a lady at front desk. My services started on time. I had two different people doing my services of which both we’re absolutely AMAZING! The place is very big and clean. Anyone looking for great place to get massage, body wrap, body scrub and facials should try this place. Awesome!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying the woman who did my massage, wrap, and scrub was very pleasant. I am giving them only 3 stars due to the horrible manager. I had made appointments for myself and my bridesmaids to get massages, body scrubs, and body wraps. I called beforehand (about an hour) to confirm only for them to state, we lost everything on our system and its a first come first serve basis. (okay, very inconvenient but not their fault) I asked if we could still be seen at the time we had originally scheduled and the manager had the audacity to tell me well because you arent here, we cannot guarantee that your services will be available, you can come in now and we can see what is available. So I go in with my girls and we sit and wait. And wait. And wait. Almost an hour goes by without their acknowledgement and one of my girls asks, do you know if we will be seen soon? I only have a babysitter for a short time. The manager states, They are with clients and will see you soon. (Okay lady, weve been waiting for far to long at this point for you to just say this). Finally we all make it in for our sessions and are heading out to pay. As I walk out into the front, I overhear the manager speaking to a couple. The couple voiced the same concern about their systems crashing, complained about the wait, and stated that this wasnt the fist time this happened. The next thing I heard from the managers mouth made me never want to go there again. The manager states, Id love to hear what you have to say but I need to do something. and then she literally walked away from the couple and walked to the back. The poor front desk girl was clearly sick and apologized for her managers behavior. Even though our services were nice, I will not ever go back there simply because of that manager.

I have gone in many times and I have never had such a poor massage/experience. Im 37 weeks pregnant and am not comfortable on my back for long periods of time. I spent 85% of the hour on my back. It wasnt relaxing at all. The woman that gave me the massage was very nice but she spend the time wasting oil and digging her knuckles into my body. I tired to tell he how I would prefer it and in the spots that needed more TLC. She didnt listen to any of my concerns. I payed $80 for a very very poor massage. I walked out feeling more uncomfortable then when I went in.

This is by far the best spa in the valley!! I was looking for a spa day to treat myself and a friend. I called and they were so friendly and accommodating. We each got a massage, a body scrub and a facial and all of these exceeded our expectations. I honestly thought we would have been paying resort prices with the quality of service here but i was so surprised how reasonable everything is! Im coming back once a month from now on!!! I loved it!

Went in to get my first wax ever, friends of mine said youll love the after effects! I being a male have always been a little uncomfortable about body waxing. Lol. I chose lavender day spa due to its location and hours of service. The esthetician that works there I was told had many male clients and almost 10 years of waxing.I scheduled my appointment and immediately could tell they were in a hurry due to closing time. No worries, like I said this is my first time. Throughout the process the esthetician was extremely pleasant and professional but also in a hurry. She rubbed 2 different types of oils on my skin which besides the speed, I feel contributing to my massive all over body breakout. I have tried reaching out to the owner on numerous occasions and have yet to receive a call back almost as if she could care less. Not only did it ruin the vacation that I took less than a week after the waxing its been 3 weeks and my body is still horrendously broke out! For the $300 price tag I am extremely dissatisfied and blown away by the owners nonchalant attitude towards this matter. NEVER AGAIN will I go here and I will tell everyone the same thing.i wish I could post pics on here to show the outbreak and also the hair that was left behind in this speedy shop job.

I booked a 30 min reflexology treatment for myself and a facial for my wife. My reflexologist was Monique. She first listens to my concerns and then focused on those areas in my feet and also massaged my lowers legs. My feet and legs felt great after the treatment. I had no more pain in my feet or legs! My wife had a facial from the aesthetician Stephanie. Although she is new to Lavenders, my wife told me Stephanie asked her questions about her skin so that she knew what type of facial treatment to give her. My wife told me it was the best facial she has ever had. Her skin looked bright and smooth. We certainly will be going back soon. Keep in mind that this spa is very busy so you need to make sure you book your appointment a few weeks in advance. It is worth the wait.

This place is amazing! The staff and people are great! I have been with a lot of the therapists and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend going here for a great day of relaxation. Just saw they will be offering cryotherapy soon and can’t wait to try it out. Remodel is looking phenomenal. Check this place out!!! :)

The manager is quite impersonal, unapologetic, and downright rude. They have various issues with gift certificates and packages and refuse to refund if there is an issue from their end. I originally bought their works package only to find out their manicurist was no longer working with them. Then when they credited it for any service they were going to automatically take the difference and give it as a gratuity, to which we had to insist no. Our 1 hour massage was 50 min. and when this was brought up they didnt comment or offer anything.

I bought a gift card online for my wife for 3 free massages worth 90$ total during a promotion. She received the first of the 3 massages and was NOT given the gift card by the staff, which we have come to find out is their procedure.When my wife called to schedule her second massage, the staff member who answered the phone told her she had to have the gift card in order to redeem the 2 massages that were left. My wife was never given the gift card after her first massage. She then looked up the receipt for proof of purchase. The extremely condescending staff member claimed to be in charge, but WOULD NOT give her name and told my wife that she must have lost the card. She also said that the receipt meant nothing and that they had no records concerning my wifes gift card. She even went as far as accusing my wife of giving the cards to someone else and trying to scam them for free massages, which was not the case.After all that, I decided to call and see what I could do to resolve the issue, since this lady almost put my wife in tears. I called and was calm, and the staff member once again would not say her name or title. She then proceeded to say that I was trying to get 2 free messages, and did listen to the fact that my wife is owed 2 messages.In the end Lavenders Day Spa would not do anything to help us. We are now out 60$ and all the staff member could say was its only 60$. I do not recommend this place to anyone, since this is a business that does not honor its commitments and steals money from its clients.All my wife wanted was a nice relaxing massage, but instead she was accused of fraud and is now more stressed than ever.

My first massage experience. I did a couples massage with my wife and we felt very comfortable. We were put at ease. In a dark room, nice music, ... the dudes were very knowledgeable in their art and we could tell. I had a hurt leg from soccer and my guy worked out most of the stiffness. Thanks guys!

I recieved a massage as a gift. Unfortunatly no one in the facility was masked. When I asked the massage therapist if she was vaccinated she said she was not and was surprised I asked. No vaccine and no mask and giving a massage? We are still in pandemic by the way. When I got up from my massage there was a air purifier in the corner I hadnt seen and it wasnt turned on. Again, still in a pandemic. Shame on your company. We need to keep your staff and clients safe.

First let me just say that the atmosphere is phenomenal!! Upon entering the spa it is easy to instantly feel relaxed and at peace. Second, the staff are both friendly and educated. Both are of great importance when spending the money for spa treatment and trusting someone to manipulate your body in said fashions. JOB WELL DONE!! JJ and her staff are amazing and I would highly recommend this day spa experience to anyone looking for a hidden treasure retreat!

Great prices and friendly staff. The atmosphere at Lavenders is perfect. I have been to this spa at least 8 times and I will continue to go back. The massage therapists have always been knowledgeable and professional. They also offer manis, pedis, body wraps, facials and other great treatments.

I had Monique work on my aching back yesterday. It had been giving me trouble for three weeks. OTC pain meds didnt help much and it was a problem with the muscles/spinal joints in my lower back. Monique worked on this area during the massage session and this morning, I was up with no pain at all! First time in three weeks!!! I played two hours of racquetball without any issues!! She did more for me in the hour I was with her than anything else I have tried! There are measurable medical benefits to massage and she is excellent at making those benefits happen! She is an excellent therapist and knew exactly what the problem was and what to do to correct it. Had I gone to an MD, I would have been carted off to some sort of specialist, had scans done, etc. for several thousand dollars worth of work, which, most likely would have resulted in some sort of drug therapy. Monique solved the problem in less than an hour and has saved me more than a lot of $$ in the process!!! Im going back regularly now to get issues like this solved and not have to deal with MDs, insurance, etc. etc. etc. I would highly recommend her and Lavenders!!

I wish I could visit Lavenders Day Spa every day! Calm, professional and kind caregivers for the entire body. Stephanie is my derma planing specialist. She’s a perfectionist, which I appreciate. I’m most eager to have a facial.

My wife and step-daughter had a terrible experience at this place. They arrived early for their appointment and were told that they missed the appointment by 20 minutes. The staff told them they could still use their remaining 40 minutes. So they did. Then the steamers did not work. At the end they got charged full price. I wont be booking any more appointments.

Love everything about this place! The staff is very nice and welcoming. The facials are amazing and the massages are incredible. I really enjoyed this after a long week of working. 5 stars for sure!!! Definitely check this place out!

If you guys never had a trigger point massage buy Blue at Lavender day Spa. I Suggest you go check him out, there should be no reason why you should wake up with any muscle discomfort knowing this guy. Hes very intuitive and has a great energy about himself I told him when I go on vacation if he can fit in my purse he can go, no lie. Fyi he is so good at Relieving sciatica nerve pain. My husband loves him my mother inlaw loves him and I bet you will too.

Today was the first time I had a swedish Massage at Lavenders DaySpa given to me by Christina she was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything that would take place she asked me my likes and dislikes. Boy did I feel good afterwards she was made this old body (82) feel like a 30 year old body and I am going to find a way to work into my budget a massage with Christini at least every or every other month I jsut feel great

Olivia gives me a smooth and relaxing massage every time. Really sets the mode and is very professional. I love her deep tissue back massages. Very professional and relaxing. I will be going back.

I liked this spa, but I wasn’t greeted by my massage therapist, which unfortunately made me feel awkward for at least half of the massage. They were super kind afterwards though.

If you want terrible PERMANENT makeup then this is the place for you. I went in to get my eyebrows tattooed on and the lady not only did a terrible job at shaping and coloring them but she had the nerve to give me attitude because she wasnt doing it how I wanted. Im pretty sure if Im paying for your services you are to do exactly what I want. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. It doesnt even deserve a 1. And the ink was disgustingly terrible after a few weeks not even months the ink turned green. I thought I was getting a damn infection on my face. TERRIBLE PLACE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This place is the biggest joke and I will make sure no one I know ever steps foot there again. I bought 2 gift certificates over Mothers Day for my mom to use and the same week we found out she has cancer. Turns out you cant go to just any massage therapist when you have cancer so she cant use the gift cards and no, Im not putting the cards in someone rlsss name. Thats defeats the purpose. They wont return my call even though I have called AND gone in to the spa. They just keep telling me that their owner isnt available. What poor costumer service and little care for their clients.

My facial and dermabrasion was ok. I feel like the esthetician could have been more personal and educational however she rarely talked and didnt really smile or anything who knows what she has going on but I just feel like when we pay $85 for facial plus 44 the dermabrasion plus a $20 tip you should have a pleasant experience I will not go back unless I get someone else

Well today I had great massage. The people at the front desk though are scammers. Upsell Upsell is the name of their game. Your not charged until after your service . So you go to pay they double the first agreed on price. Not honorable , sad.

I love this place so much! I can’t get enough of the super sauna, hocatt, and cryotherapy machines! They give me so much energy and make me feel so good I’m obsessed! I got a massage too and it was amazing I can’t wait to get more!

Im very disappointed in Lavenders Day Spa. I came across a gift certificate that I had and called to see if theyd honor it, since it had expired. They said their policy is to only honor expired certificates up until 30 days after. I dont understand why a gift certificate should ever expire--they received the money for it at one point in time. They will never get my business ever again.

Massage therapist did a wonderful job. She first asked me where I had tension and then focused on those areas. I had not had a massage in 2 years; when I left 2 years of tension was gone.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!I spent $185 on a Gift Certificate for my mother who misplaced the gift certificate in her home. When I called to get a replacement the Manager J.J. could not have been more rude to me. She was completely unconcerned about retaining a customer who spent $185 at her business. I have been in Customer Service for 25 years and never treated a customer so rudely. It seems that if I had the Certificate Number then it would have been honored but my Paypal receipt did not have a Certificate Number. This tells me they track what certificates are used but apparently they are not tech savvy enough to attach a name to the number or to the Paypal transaction number? JJ said if I lost a Target gift card then they would not replace it either. Actually, if I have my original receipt (which I had from Lavenders) then Target would replace my gift card. I will not return to this business ever.

Wow. Rosa is amazing. I’ve gotten a lot of massages over the years at fancy spas from NY to Vegas. Rosa wins. Hands down.

If I could give negative stars I would! We were treated so rudely by the manager. Accused of double dipping because my mom and I were using gift certificates one each! Then told it was OUR misunderstanding. She hung up on me the first time when I tried to get a reservation. THE MANAGER has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

My massage therapist Kori Bush is amazing. She is an expert at all types of massage therapies. I have an injury and after each massage I feel much better. I highly recommend Kori.

My son had a hocett appt today...He texted when he got there everbody here is so nice. We have also done the cryotherapy. They are very nice and helpful..

This place is a joke. The nail tech was great. However customer service sucks both on the phone and in person. They refused to honor a gift certificate and did nothing to resolve the issue. They could care less once they get your money. Low class at best. Very disappointing.
