Lily sold me a pink voopoo drag e60 when I needed an upgrade from geekvape h45. I am super picky, so she stayed with me for a long time and explained the differences between the two brands. I like this vape a lot and I don’t feel the need to fill it up everyday like I was before. The other people in the store are super awesome too, everytime I come in they’re super happy and super nice. Honestly my go-to for any vape products. Quality products, friendly staff, and low prices. Buying vapes at other places I could tell what I was buying has been opened before but I’ve never had that problem at Red Star. And they make there own vape juice in house!

Fantastic place. Came down to Arizona for the holidays to visit family. Red Star has all the juice and Pods/coils that I used while I was in Florida as well as Chicago. The staff here are extremely helpful as well as friendly and they know their stuff very well. Every time I come in he is always smiling and greets me with enthusiasm. Red Star vape shop in Surprise, AZ has always had top tier products, clean and organized shelves, and most importantly top notch service and friendliness from each and every employee. I would never consider going to any other vape shop in the country. A-1 five stars doesn’t do this business and employees justice.

We have been going to this location for quite some time, and they are so great at this store!! The staff are so knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is ALWAYS very clean and organized. I love that I can just tell them what I need and they know exactly what I am talking about. On one occasion I bought a box of coils and got home and after opening the box and one of the coils I realized that somehow I was given the wrong item, I went back and the staff was very apologetic and swapped the coils for the right ones even though it was opened! They were more concerned about me being happy than losing out on the sale of a coil, that was enough for me to stay a loyal customer going forward, that will not be forgotten!!! They also have a great selection of juice as well as vapes, lots of girl colors too (us girls like the pinks and purple vapes 😉) i will NOT be going anywhere else!!! Red Star in Surprise for the win!!!!

To add, I was very impressed to learn they carry replacement glass for all dif tanks... I dropped my Valyrian 2 pro A while back, busted the glass and it sat dorment for months.. Now she is.back in action thanks to Red Star!! I learned about this vape shop from a very good friend. Took me a bit to actually get to the shop to check it out. Update! The new flavors are great!!I was looking for a new vape, didnt really know specifically what I wanted but knew what I didnt want. I went to this store because the internet said they had the coil my rapidly disintegrating current vaporizer used (and we all know, the internet doesnt lie). I figured at the least, I could get a coil for my old puffer and possibly get names of models to Google later. This being my first visit to RSV I was expecting the usual eye roll and spew of random wattage/air flow/power usage information from the guy behind the counter. I fully expected to leave frustrated and (double fingers crossed) with a coil for my dying vape. My experience was the complete opposite of what Im used to. I walked in and was happily greeted and listened to. Thats right, they both listened and the coil I need was brought over. Then, based on what I didnt like a suggestion was made on a new vape I ended up also buying, along with a new flavor of puffer juice. I left very happy with my purchases but realized I didnt get the name of the guy who helped me. I get home, fill up my vape and puff away. After 3 puffs I get wicked heartburn, a headache and waves of anxiety. I drink some water and lay off and feel better after a little bit. I changed the coil in my old vape and puffed on that (using the juice that was left in that tank) the rest of the night. The next day I tried using the new vape, only to have the same issues. I cleaned out the new tank, removing the new flavor and filled it with other juice I had and resolved that the new flavor wasnt for me and set it aside with the box and receipt for the new vape. A few days go by and the new vape is great. Then about a week into use I start getting a vaporizer short message on the screen. I pulled out the tiny book with microscopic writing from the box and look for trouble shooting but dont find anything so I Google it and find recommendations to send it back to the manufacturer and wait 4-6 weeks and hope for the best. I was sad but something told me to take it back to RSV and pray a new battery will fix the issue. I also took the juice back. Now THIS is the part where I was really pleasantly surprised! I go in and Ricky listened to me and asked if he could help. He didnt say, sorry to hear about your bad luck; make better choices, now pound sand or buy something. Which I was honestly expecting because Ive been told that before, not at RSV but at other stores. Turns out I just needed a new battery (which they had in stock!!) Finally I told Ricky about how the new puffer juice flavor made me feel and asked if he had any suggestions, based on my fruity preference. He not only suggested my 2 new favorite flavors but he also cleaned the bad flavor from my tank, and filled it up with the new flavor that I love. Red Star Vape has restored my faith in customer service and possibly humanity. Thank you first guy and Ricky!!!UPDATE: This is one of my happy places. No matter whos there, Ricky, Tyler, and now Lily, I always leave with a smile and feeling better. All of you guys are AWESOME!!

Moses and Tyler solid dudes who helped me out with a bottle that was mislabeled can’t stand iced juice and one of my go to bottles that I vape is not iced. Went to buy said bottle and it was iced these two dudes. Verified it easy exchange no charge, no questions asked easy fix, and why I always go to Redstar because they take care of their people with good prices too on devices

Love coming to this store and the prices are very reasonable, always have what I want. They have a rewards program and the points system for that program offer great deals as well. But most importantly the staff is incredible. Great team at this place.

Ive always liked their store layouts, inventory and most of all their staff. Their house juice is not only awesome its quality I have been able to trust through the years. Be blessed!

The most friendlies people work here. Always helping you with anything you need. They answer all your questions and they dont mind digging into boxes to find what youre looking for if its not on the shelf. Also, they let me bring my puppy inside so he didnt have to sit in the car and cry. All around I love this place and the workers.

My boyfriend and I are regulars here, so much that all staff remembers our orders every time. Always welcoming and able to help/fix any problems I have. Rickey and Shane are our favorites! Super cool and pleasant, we usually get stuck in here just talking if theyre slow. If I ever move from the area, I will continue to keep driving the distance specifically for the service I get!

I was in the shop off Bell out in Surprise today and had a great experience! Alex was super friendly and helpful. I wanted some new juice but forgot my glasses and can’t see enough to read the flavors, he seemed happy to list off a bunch of them until i found one i wanted! i have found that this isn’t always the case, fairly often i feel like whoever is helping me gets irritated with this and i end up just settling on something too quickly so that i can avoid feeling like i a pain. I will for sure be going back next time i’m in the area!!

I went to 5 other vape shops before Red Star to find a specific kit. Red Star went above and beyond reaching out to see if they could get me the kit keeping me up to date on if they found one I wanted. When they got it they held it for me till I could pick it up. The customer service was amazing and I would go back again.

Im editing my rating because last year I didnt write anything, I just gave 5 stars. In the few years Ive been going to Red Star they have been awesome, very knowledgeable, nice, patient and helpful! I go there when my stuff isnt working right, (one time I clicked my mod 3 times and freaked out because I couldnt get it back, all I had to do was call and they helped me.) Ive always received super great service from Rickey, Captain Kirk, and Jordan. The kid yesterday was great but I didnt know his name. Keep up the great work

I have been to just about every vape store in Surprise and even some in Peoria. I cant ever seems to find a shop that is consistent and that has good people working there.Thankfully, I can now say that Red Star Vapor is my new go-to shop. I needed help with my broken tank glass and Alex and Shane were both eager to help me with my issue. The shop has a wonderful selection of juice, coils, etc. The guys were happy to suggest juice flavors for me and made me feel like a valued customer. Even though this location is further from me than others the employees here have amazing knowledge and are the friendliest you’ll ever come by. Ricky helped set up my first rebuildable and walked me through the whole process. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Recommend this place over any other hands down. You will not be disappointed.
