There is a 50/50 chance this place is even open during business hours, on a good day.

I knew I should of just came right to this location. I called, and they were very thorough and so polite and nice.. I had such a terrible time today finding what I needed, wasting my time calling around and driving over 45 mins out of my way just for another smoke shop to tell me they had what I needed and then DIDNT !! But these ppl right here were such a MAJOR HELP TO ME!!! Provided everything that I NEEDED.. offered me so much and more!! … always looking out for their customers.. i was coming from Oswego and I knew I was making the BEST CHOICE going straight to them. They never let me down EVER, no matter what the situation is regarding !! They’re always there for their customers and so amazing at what they do!! They ACTUALLY HAVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWWW WHAT THEY’RE talking about!!!!!! The #1 BESTTTT PLACE TO GO IN SYRACUSE AND THATS 100% correct !!!!!!

Nice shop, service and selection but the product was trash. Definitely not Black Runts. More like junk. Highly dissappointed for 40$

Twice now, I have stopped to shop, both midday.Both times the doors were locked. I could see people inside, they completely ignorred me!Never stopping there again.

They don’t allow returns so if the product (CBD) doesn’t sit well with you, you’re unable to return it.

I love this store. You can get everything in one stop. The staff will always show you the highest priced item however, that is sales. I dont mind I just say do you have anything more reasonable. They kindly oblige.

Personally, I go there for their cigars. Nice little selection of a good variety. The only thing that bugs me is that once Im through the door, they stay right with me, as Im trying to see what they have and make a decision. Kind of unnerving to have them right there, watching me and the storefront... The cases are locked so, its not like Im going to be able to snatch some, without paying and Ive spent some cash in there.

Super nice and helpful! Not sketchy at all, like other smoke shops. Plus they had such an awesome selection!! Fronto! And much more!

This location has some great employees that do their best to help other customers.To the other reviewer: I dont know what your experience was really like, but it is Smokers Choice policy to ID customers that appear to be under 40. If you see them not doing that, theyre either a regular customer, appear to be over 40 or theyre waiting to ID them when they make a purchase.Ive seen Mike deal with all sorts of customers and the only time he has ever bordered on not professional was when met with vulgarity, rudeness and attitude. Hes just a guy making ends meet by helping them quit smoking and is just another human - no one deserves to be treated with anything less than general courtesy and respect. If you cant manage that, maybe thats why you were met with the Rea tion you were met with.Or youre lying, or youre misinterpreting what happened.

Well, when it comes to service, I would say average. They wont take a lot of change but they were polite about that.

When I showed my NY drivers licence at checkout I was told to put it through their scanner. Not asked - told. And the manager was extra rude about it.So if you dont want to have your info scanned and sold on the internet I suggest you shop somewhere else, I did.(Im 73).

Helpful staff except the not being racist but he was a darker skinned fellow who convinced me to buy things I didnt need which kinda sucks with no return policy, otherwise awesome people that are informative.

This location is the worst. Normally one employee on at a time, and theyre slow. If theres more than one, the other is hanging out, chatting, regardless of how many customers are waiting. Theyre frequently out of stock for popular items, and employees seem uninterested in being helpful. Other smokers choice locations arent as bad, so you have options. Avoid this location.

Employees always on there person phones. And Employees arent capable of keep there hands off your personal property! If you want id then read it! Your not a cop!!! Its in English!

Before i spew my rant i would like to say smokers choice has what im looking for and the oswego staff is great especially the one next to aldis.To the little asian man working the counter at the genesee st. shop that feels the need to be especially unprofessional I invite you to come meet in the parking lot one night after work and come talk to me about it. If you see this feel free to message me. Ill show up asap. It is completely unnecessary to tell someone they need id when they simply set foot in the store. Then laugh and snicker at them as they walk out then my wife walks in and isnt even carded even while making a purchase. The funniest thing is i give this store quite a bit of cash weekly sooooooo..

Employees are some of the most inconsiderate. They have closed the door in my face once, and when I tried to open the door it was locked. I stood outside confused and watched the employees smoking freely in the store. Keep in mind that it is 3 pm on a Tuesday so their signs all say open. I figured that this was just a bad couple of employees and attempted to come back another time (during business hours) and the door was locked again. I called and watched the employees inside once again ignore me while smoking inside the store. So needless to say I will never be giving Smokers choice my business again and have already spread the word to all of my friends. Thanks for sucking!

Smokers Choice was a great choice for purchase of my first vape! The associates working there are both fully capable and have more product knowledge than any other similar business. They have a large variety of vape pens and big vaping units plus every flavor you could imagine from top vendors. I had many questions since this was my first experience with vaping and only wanted to invest around $30 at first. Both employees answered my questions and spent the time to explain how to use the vape and which one would be best suitable for me. All in all they spent about an hour with me while taking turns going to help other customers, keep in mind i was only spending $30 and they both treated me like a stockholder! The store manager Ben and his associate Ryan are very professional and knowledgeable plus their prices are lower than most other vape shops by about %25 from what Ive experienced.These guys have a variety of smoking accessories and also offer premium cigars and much more. When it comes to anything smoking or vaping Smokers Choice is the place to go!

Always have a good time when I go in there every member of the staff has great knowledge of all of their products I havent smoked cigarettes in 2 years because Mike hooked me up with an amazing ecig and taught me how to use it recommend this place one hundred percent
