Smokers Choice

3 stars because I think the workers are decent nice guys, otherwise it would be 1 star. I was suggested to go here because one of their vape suppliers mentioned it in their website to buy their product. Unfortunately I wasnt able to give them my money and complete the sale due to my drivers license wouldnt scan in their system. Its obvious Im older than 18 or 21, whatever the laws are nowadays with the ID to prove. So I drove all the way there to leave empty handed and the next smoke shop I went to had no issues with my age, thankfully.

Not a smoker, but Ive stopped by quite a few times with my other half who is and have constantly been impressed with both how friendly and customer service oriented the staff at this location is. Kudos to you guys! 👏

Honestly one of the worst smoke shops you can go to. Thats what happens when a smoke shop turns corporate. Full of china glass, and won’t swap anything and I mean anything once it leaves the doors. Make it to your car to realize you got the wrong joint size, sucks you’re stuck with it. They won’t even tack on the service charge for using a debit card under 5$ instead they rather lose the sale. Should just be renamed Tobacco Choice, because that’s all you should be buying there.

Ive been in quite a few times over the past year and theres one guy whos extremely nice and helpful. I had to ask questions because Im a newbie but he was kind with everything. Even if he wasnt helping me out learning about vape stuff, I would just enjoy the mellow sound of his voice.

Great spot to get what you need quickly. Different selection of smoking necessities. Grabbed a lighter leash.

Huge selection of glass to papers Vapes and anything else at a smoke shop plus more. Its like a mega smoke shop, two three times the size of any normal one and its very open and convenient ly set up to look at everything. Staff extremely knowledgeable and fast and also will take the time to walk you through different apparatus and explain it to you. Also conveniently located next to a Chinese and fish place! 😜🤙 420 N Grub....... they got it made, huge bonus

Typical cigarette/cigar store layout, and the customary glass display cases that youd expect. Unfortunately, the cigar selection is barely adequate, Im being generous. The electronic cigarette accessories are minimal as fas as selection goes. The glass paraphernalia is a decent display and the selection of product is good and decently priced. Overall, Ill have to say its ok, but I have seen even better selection and product offerings at other Smokers Choice stores without comparing them to the competition. Good for your basics, meets the needs if you are close in proximity. If not, I would visit a different Smokers Choice nearby.

Overpriced no refunds once item is bought. No smart business practice. I understand location dictates strong policy to minimize waste but wow not even if item is defective you wont even do and even exchange yeah Ill spend my money someplace else

Kyle, one of the staff was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Prices are on par or better depending on what item youre looking for. Great cigar prices!

I usually shop at this location 1-2 xs per month, That came to a cease after today!!! I was approached by a male cashier whom asked me if I needed help with anything, before I could mutter a word he asked me if I had ID; (I have been in this store multiple times and never got carded for browsing) I left my wallet in my vehicle I told the cashier, he then presumed to remove me from the store stating that he has to do this multiple times a day, I WILL NEVER DARKEN THEIR DOORSTEP AGAIN, he could have simply stated that without ID he couldnt sell me any products etc.... the staff was too concerned with making a tent with blankets over the shelves, there is a new shop on James St next to the tip-a-few, I will take my money there from now on!!!!

Store Staff is good but corporate staff is garbage. Selling glass as quartz (not one but two pieces within 10 min broke) an then tell you to screw yourself when it breaks literally the first time its used, thats terrible business where i come from

Very nice store attendant, he helped me find quality cigars for my boyfriend. He enjoyed them and said he would get them again! Cleanly and convenient.

This one is in Shop City Plaza. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly. I prefer to buy tobacco products here over other stores, because the prices are very good.Keep in mind that in Onondaga County the smoking age was raised to 21 years old, which is above the state age of 19.

Pretty sure the guy at the counter told me cash only so he could pocket the money. Just as well because I really wouldnt trust him with my credit card. Guy was not friendly in any way and got annoyed when I asked questions.

The guys who work there ROCK!!!...Id giveem a 100 stars if I could...they take care of their customers like I havent seen in YEARS!!...KUDOS GUYS!!!!!...cant believe it has the rating it does...I am in that store EVERY DAY...and I have NEVER witnessed any employee acting anything but professional..kind and pleasant..Food for thought...For those who said the guys had bad attitudes..need to take a check up from the neck up!!!

The kid with the afro believes no customer knows more than he does about items in the store just because he sells them without knowledge of the item hes selling even after being proven wrong ! Instead proceeds to get very nasty with the customers instead and basically chases them off instead I recommend Zonen , salt city or if you have the time wish Id steer clear of this place ! I wont return until after he is terminated !

I recently bought a smok stick prince and had no clue how to use or clean it. They guys there were so helpful! They showed me how to take it apart, clean, prime and fill it! They are amazing !

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the product i was asking about. The cigs were a little bit cheaper than the corner store(not by much) and the incense smelled great. Cant wait to burn them.

I am an informed adult who was looking into buying an e-cig to help me quit smoking. The condescending staff could barely be bothered to help me and the store was empty. The cheapest pens start at $35 and then you need to buy the liquid. Good luck figuring this all out on your own because you will have to! I might have bought a more expensive product as quitting smoking is very important to me, but these dread-locked lads are far too busy to help with anything. And, their Policy? Selling products from China that they cant set up for you BUT also a no return policy meaning, that its 50/50 you will walk out of there with a broken piece of garbage and that is that; you can try to call corporate on Monday mornings is their customer service policy. Bring lube, because they offer the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER....well short of Spectrum I guess, lol.

May as well have a self checkout because the dude at the register was about as helpful as a stationary computer. I wish there was more of a selection of smoking items instead of lottery tickets.

Great smoke shop! The staff is very friendly. Jason ( sales associate) went out of his way to make sure I had the best vape that fits my budget and needs! Totally recommend to anyone that Smokes/vapes!!!

Went there for the ATM. Bought a lottery ticket. Not my scene, but people were friendly and it had what I was looking for. You MUST show ID to buy anything.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat.... the only reason I feel comfortable giving it one star is because of the employee Cal who went to bat for me with the owner.... I bought a cigar On a Tuesday and because of the rain all the next day and my busy schedule I wasnt able to open up the package until Friday to smoke.... much to my surprise in a pre-packed and sealed cigar humidor pouch I opened it up to find mold on it..... not plume, MOLD.... the owner would not do anything for me to give me a store credit even though they sold me a bad product.... on top of that with the kicker or the price sticker on the pouch being wrong and misleading.... pouch read $6.49, but the actual price when I got the register was $10.09.... ultimately just glad it only cost me $10-11 to find out a valuable lesson about a shady business with a shady business owner that I will never spend another red cent with and I highly suggest you dont either!!

This place is a regular visited for me, am a discount shopper the shop city location is cool, the guy that works there remembers our name when we shop there, he always remembers what were shopping for which makes it worth the trip.SHOP CITY LOCATION,

If your store has all of its lights on and is open you should be allowing people who want to support your business who are wearing proper masks into your store. Such b.s.

The employees here are courteous and kind prices are reasonable its a last minute to go place when everything else is closed are usually open I recommend them
