Pia is amazing. The whole experience of my appointment with her was top-notch- from the personalized care, to the eyebrow shaping itself. One of the best shapings I’ve had in a while! She also makes you feel like a valued customer. I can’t wait to come back again.

Happy 20th Anniversary! I’ve been going to Pia Day Spa for the last 13 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Pia and her staff are wonderful and talented people! She has created such a warm and welcoming place. Every service I have received exceeded my expectations and I had no hesitation booking appointments when they could reopen after the pandemic began. I absolutely love it there! Here’s to many more years!

I just had my eyebrows micro bladed at Pia’s and they turned out fantastic! I have been going to Pia for over 15 years for eye brow shaping. The staff is top notch and I always enjoy my experiences there. Pia took so much extra time with the micro blading making sure I was satisfied during each step. We finished the touch up yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I already received several compliments, my eyebrows POP!

Always a perfect experience at Pia’s. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Pia and her entire team work together and provide exceptional service to everyone. I don’t mind driving from RIverview because I know that my precious “me time” is always relaxing and rejuvenating at Pia’s!

Pia staff and front desk are absolutely the best! Every service from facials, manicure, pedicures and waxing are second to none. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the front desk staff who welcome you and make sure ever need is taken care of. Unfortunately we have had to part ways. The customer service Pia’s associates used to provide is no longer there. I had multiple bad experiences and when I asked to speak to the manager she was very nasty to me. I love Pia - however; I just don’t want to go where my needs are no longer met and the Manager was aggressive and rude. I wish her the best of luck! Call me when you have new management!!!

Services are great but the only reason for the 3 stars is because booking online is hard. It shows that the technician who does my eyebrow microblading (Pia) is not available at all, ever, which I know is not true. Now I have to call and have a big conversation about it and book on the phone, which is a waste of 20 minutes. Between waiting on hold, explaining myself, hearing the person describe all the dates that the person is free, and booking the appointment, that’s 20 min.

Don and Tracy made me and my best friend feel absolutely fabulous!! I know I will definitely be back and I told my boyfriend about how wonderful our experience was and how I will be scheduling a massage for him with Don. I wanted to give my girl a relaxing and much needed girls day out and you all helped me get that mission accomplished. THANK YOU!!

I can honestly say from the first time I stepped into Pia Esthetics Day Spa, I knew I wasn’t going anywhere else for self care. Not only is their customer service superb, their knowledge with nails and skin makes you question why you hadn’t found this place sooner. I’m beyond impressed with every visit I’ve had! Regina does my nails and she is an absolute gem. She is very gentle, pays attention to detail, and educates me on how to care for myself better. I literally feel like I’m in safe hands. Have been going to Pia Day spa for years for nail services and it is by far the best place in South Tampa for nails. The service is so high quality and my Dazzle Dry mani/pedi lasts for weeks with no chipping. The technicians are always lovely to talk to and those pedicure chairs are so comfy and relaxing!

Everyone at Pia’s is the best! The nail tech ladies Magali and Ines are friendly and are thorough with what they do! The best in ST! The upstairs estheticians Lidia, Leslie, Sol, Carmen, Pia, Cindy, and Tracy are also some of the best in ST! The massage therapists Don, Barbi and Karen are also amazing!! Plus the amazing receptionists they have make it worth coming from far away to get services. Going to anyone at this spa is the correct choice when getting your services done… the best spa possibly ever!

Don may be one of the best massage therapists I have ever had! Listened to my concerns and addressed them all in a massage I felt was tailored just for me. The massage suite was perfect. The lights were perfectly dimmed, music at the perfect volume. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Looking forward to trying another service and to my next massage with Don. I highly recommend Pia Day Spa.

I got a wax here last week and it was exceptional. The ambiance and entire experience is truly worth it. Cindy made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job! It was the best wax I’ve ever received. She explained things that I never knew or understood and made sure she did her job right! I 100% recommend this spa.

Tania did my first ever facial and that was fantastic too. Only disappointment is that if doing a girls day with my sister we wouldnt be able to get our massages at the same time. The best deep tissue massage with Don! He really targeted my aching neck and shoulders well and made the pain go away that was bothering me for months and causing migraines. Thank you!

One of the best mani / pedis I’ve had! Ines took her time and pampered me. She also pointed out some issues with my nails I was unaware of and recommended I speak with a physician. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and made recommendations before I could even ask the question. She was super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Definitely look forward to my next mani / pedi! Finally found the right place for me in Tampa!!!

I went in for the deep pore cleansing it cost me $170. I did not know it included an arm and a hand massage and a foot massage80 minutes. . What she did was an excellent job but next time Ill go back for a regular facial.

Each and every lady at Pia’s has been amazing. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and enter into a very clean spa. I have utilized the services of 3 technicians (Gabby, Ines & Leslie) so far just because of having different services. Each professional has exceeded my expectations. They are always on time, don’t cut corners, care about your comfort & happiness and the results are wonderful. Pricing is very competitive and I LOVE their online booking! Something else they consistently do, that I love, is when you are ready to pay for your services, the always friendly receptionist will clearly itemize your fees for that visit, they don’t just tell you your balance due. It’s such a professional experience. My next 2 appointments are already booked too :)

My first experience was an enjoyable one to remember! I had such a fun and relaxing time getting my deep tissue massage, and the customer service was out of this world! I have never been to a spa before, so Don the massage therapist walked me through my whole massage experience and he was wonderful! Such a genuine and nice gentleman, he made me feel at peace by just talking with him. The people at Pia are all very heart warming and know how to treat their clients like royalty! I loved the complimented drinks, the scents you smell immediately as you walk into the door.Everything was wonderful! I would recommend this Spa to everyone I know, and next time I will bring my boyfriend along to share the experience! He was happy to see me leave happy and relieved from my previous back pains. 5 stars all the way!

Great clean and relaxing space. My boyfriend and I booked a pedicures and manicure and were very satisfied by everyones service (i was with the lovely Ines). It isnt a location for nail art but for great high standards classical nails. If you are going to an event or looking for a place that actually cares for your skin and nails health, this is it! Plus, the prices are fair for the quality. Would recommend and would come back! Thank you to the Pia team for the experience.

I got my eyebrows microbladed here with Pia and she is so sweet, funny, and AMAZING at her job. My eyebrows look better than they ever have and it was relatively painless! They put this gel thing to numb the area so I barely felt anything at all. She gives you an envelope with care instructions and ointment for aftercare and my eyebrows healed amazingly. I usually come here for waxing (which is also so fast and painless with pia, I usually get a Brazilian wax and my armpits done and she is like a ninja with the strips) but I decided to try something new and it was the best decision I have ever made. I will definitely be coming back to try their other services. This is my new favorite spa!

Love this day spa! Staff is great, the spa vibes are just lovely, and the aroma takes me away. They always have good smelling candles and essential oils for sale. They quick and timely with appointments.

Lisa was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable and honest. The whole experience was above and beyond my expectations. I got a 90 minute microdermabrasion skin treatment. I layed down on table table with comfy blankets. The room had nice ambiance a lighting. The facial included a massage for your arms, neck, chest, legs and feet which I was not expecting but it was lovely! Lisa was very knowledgeable in all of the different products she used and they all smelled wonderful and I wanted to purchase them all! The facial was heavenly and my skin was so soft and glowing afterwards! There was barely any redness or negative effects in the days after. She gave me 2 samples of products to take home for aftercare. After the facial they even give you a glass of sangria which was an unexpected nice touch! The lady at the front desk with long black hair was also wonderful, helpful and kind. She talked with me about products in the lobby and I purchased a great smelling body oil! The prices all seem very fair here and the place is in a bungalow style home which was very cute! I will be recommending Lisa and Pia day spa to friends and family in the future!

I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in until I floated away! Reception was extremely clean and had an amazing smile behind the desk! The therapist was amazing after I told her in was there for therapeutic reasons, she threw all that I knew about massage away and rewrote the book! I have never had a session be so truly relieving! Another fabulous experience from the minute I walk through the doors and greeted.Everyone is polite and pleasant... helpful and thoughtful. I scheduled one service and while there had some questions about a sudden breakout I was experiencing. Natasha who has done my facial before, I wasn’t there for a facial, made time to talk to me and make recommendations.Gina, the receptionist ...I hope I have her name correct, was absolutely lovely. She gave me a little sample of something she thought would help and it did. I should mention in my previous visit she gave me a sample of a primer which I loved so much I made sure to buy a tube for myself this visit.I’ve suffered with acne since I was 13 and have spent as many years researching treatments and become aware of ‘scams’. Natasha knew her facts and I felt I was in knowledgble hands and not being taken for a ride or being ‘sold’ to buy more treatments or products.

This was my first time at the Tampa location and I can’t wait to come back! The staff is so kind and helpful, and Pia was amazing. I’m so glad I finally booked my services now that they are open. Everyone was wearing masks and the entire spa was clean. I’m thankful for the regulations in place.

My Husband surprised me with a 60 min massage at Pia’s for my birthday (first time I’ve been there). We have a 1 month old and this massage was amazing and just what I needed! Kat was so sweet and is so good at what she does. I was so relaxed and felt like new afterwards. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing massage! Regardless of the type of massage, Don is the best in Tampa. He is very experienced and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Waxing services are also great. Ive been going to this spa for years and have had a variety of services here (nails, facials, waxing) and I always leave happy. So i have been so tired of getting mediocre pedicures. i did my research and picked Pia for 3 main reasons. 1. Five star rating. 2. in depth discription of services. 3. Prices posted on web site.Let me say i was NOT disappointed. i could have not asked for a more relaxing experience. Warm sented neck wraps complimentary drinks (wide variety), and my pedicure was perfect. Miss Marie did my pedicure and lets just say she has a new loyal customer. My feet are happy and so am I.💖👍🌸

I used to adore this place, but lately, they reschedule every appointment I make on the day Im supposed to show up. Someone is sick or they are overbooked by mistake or something, all the time. I make appointments 2 weeks in advance just to have them cancelled the day of the appointment. Not very professional at all, but hey, if you are one of the chosen few that can get in, its great. I’ve only been to Pia twice, but I completely enjoyed my experience! It was excellent in terms of pressure and helping the back pain I had, I would definitely recommend Pia and Don (my massage therapist). I also liked that when I tried to buy the signature oil, but it wasnt available the staff offered to pick it up from another location and bring it to the South Tampa location (which is closer to me).

Beautiful and serene decor and environment! The staff was so courteous and kind, making sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. They took the time to explain various products they had out for sale, nothing felt pushy or uncomfortable. I was so incredibly happy with my entire visit, I would absolutely return again in the future!

Everything was excellent. I called prior to the spa opening for business. Left a voice mail hoping to see if anyone cancelled an appointment. I was called back promptly and I was able to make the appointment. Its just great when have a friendly staff and employees making you feel like its all about you every time. Thank you.

Had my brows microbladed yesterday and Pia was so patient and sweet! I felt very comfortable there even in the midst of COVID. Everyone decked out in masks and shields and honestly it solidified my loyalty to this spa. I’ve never had a bad experience in four years. Even when I stray, I come back. No more straying from me!

Ive recently noticed my skin looking dry with blackheads/large pores, so I scheduled the Deep Pore Rescue facial (1hr facial, half hour clearing congestion) with Krista. Ive never had this service before, and my skin is pretty sensitive (combination oily/dry), but Krista made me feel comfortable right away and spent a lot of time getting rid of congestion.Afterwards, as expected, my skin was sore, blotchy and red from the service, but my pores were clearly diminished and I was very happy.Unfortunately, the next day my skin still hadnt calmed down from the treatment and was actually very red/hot like a sunburn even nearly 24 hours later.I called back and spoke to Gina on the phone to see if they offered any advice for what to do in this situation. She told me to come back into the Spa that evening and Krista spent 30 minutes on my skin to calm the inflammation and redness, way above and beyond my expectations! Great customer service and Krista is amazing. Will definitely be booking another facial with Pia / Krista again in the near future.

This place was above and beyond what I expected. The environment is so calming and my facial with Lisa was INCREDIBLE. She took her time and was so knowledgeable about all skin needs. I’m so thankful I was able to get in and I will for SURE be back!

Pia is truly the best. At 8 months pregnant, I was so worried to go in but desperately needed to have my eyebrows waxed for my maternity photoshoot. Pia has implemented every single process to keep her staff and customers safe and healthy. From a pre-screening form to ensure customers are not experiencing symptoms, traveled overseas or been in contact with those with Covid, online check-in, credit card info submitted online to avoid paying in lobby, waiting in your car until called, temperature check upon arrival, spotless rooms, Pia wore a medical grade mask and shield, and all customers must wear masks as well. For one of the few outings I have made in months, I felt so safe and cared for. Thank you, Pia!

I have been coming to this place for quite some time one I will keep coming here. I just recently moved to Ruskin and I will take that extra 20 minute drive here! The staff is always very friendly! I know most people tend to go to a specific person and I get it but if that person is not available I do not worry about who will I get because they all are amazing!!! They are trained constantly!!! Gabby was great!!!

Sol was exceptional! I received an eyelash perm treatment from her and she was gentle that I even dozed off during the treatment, which is awesome considering my eyelashes were stuck to my eyelid! I would highly recommend her.

I did the microdermabrasion done by Lidia. She was awesome and very nice! She was very professional and attentive to my skin care needs. I would definitely recommend Pia Spa!

Received a great body scrub and microdermabrasion treatment but the pedicure was the highlight of my visit. Relaxing in a reclining chair, snuggled under a blanket, and drinking sangria was the best way to kick off my birthday weekend!

I found this gem through research over 8 years a go. I came here for waxing only back then as that was what they were really known for. I have tried other places in between visits at time (do to schedule or what not) and regret it every time. Ive learned the errors of my ways (lol) and make the trip to Pias for not just waxing anymore but for mani/pedi, eyelash extensions, etc. I love it here, always consistent excellent service, cleanliness and over all relaxing atmosphere.

Had a full set of eyelash extension put on and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say. From my esthetician to the experience it was perfect! And the outcome WOW! AMAZING! Totally worth every penny! Life changing.
