I had services done with natural L& N for lash extension,brow lamination. It was the best experience i had ever!!! They have amazing decorated salon and so clean.Also they offer beverage like wine,sodas and coffees,which is so cool!!I highly recommend them for sure! Thank you so much for all amazing team!!

Excellent customer service and nail care. I came here in May for a deluxe pedicure when visiting the area and had to come back. Not a chip in my polish, just grown out. If they are busy, they are accommodating. Great selection of polish colors. Appointments are recommended, but they will fit in a walk-in.

I love this place!!! I have never gotten lashes that stay on for so long!I also had henna on my brows to enhance them and I got SO many compliments! That also lasted . I’ll definitely be making this place my go to whenever I am in Tampa!

Gigi was my nail technician and she was absolutely above and beyond THE BEST IN TOWN and I will NEVER go anywhere else AGAIN!! I live 4 hours away, and i was just visiting for the WEEKEND BUT I WILL BE BACK FOR MY FILL! I am sooooo grateful for Natural Nail Salon 🙏 and for Gigi!! She gave my nails a much needed TLC facelift. Stumbled upon this place driving by about 7 months ago and it was the best find ever! If you’re looking for a place that pays attention to detail and has a friendly environment this is the place. Gigi is amazing! She is so attentive and always goes above and beyond. Her staff is top notch too. I went once and haven’t stopped going back. I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

It was an amazing experience, went with my mom and we really a good time, the staff was awesome. We also did our eyebrows with Seda I highly recommend her, she brought my eyebrows back to life ☺️

I don’t recommend this place at all.I made an appointment for 9:30 am for eyelashes and nails. I asked the lady to do a hybrid set and also mentioned I had a nose surgery two months ago and to please be careful. First off, the lady never put gloves or mask on, she never offered a mask and she talked through the phone at all times in front of my face. So not even bother for 1 start when it comes to sanitation.. Second, based on the experience I’ve had with eyelashes, they’d clean the area to make sure there is no make up residue on the eyelids, they put a cloth on your forehead to put the eyelashes and then, they work from there with tweezers without putting their hand in the face. But no, this lady, would not only not clean the area and go right away to put the eyelashes on, but could also not find a position to be comfortable and unprofessionally rested her hand on my nose 90% of the time. I told her I felt pressure on my nose. But she didn’t change her position so I guess she did not care. She also put her pinky finger on my nostril where I had my scar healing. I even stopped her and used my hand to move her pinky. Besides that and the on going calls, her colleagues were chitchatting next to us and the experience of finding a relaxing time was not achieved at all. But the most frustrating part of this whole experience was the eyelashes result. She made the eyelashes to look with extreme volume and completely different length than requested. She apologized for the misunderstanding as I specifically explained to her what I wanted at the very beginning and when trying to fix it, She squeezed my eyelids with the tweezers. At that point I made her to stop, paid and left the place. I didn’t even bother for the nails. With situations like this, a customer doesn’t even pay but I wanted to demonstrate her the decency and professionalism that she didn’t offer during this service. A shame for the place…

Went today for the first time and will definitely be coming back! Brian and Ashley were wonderful! It is a beautiful, family friendly location. Clean, relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Ashley did a wonderful job on my nails and this is one of the only times Ive had my cuticles cut and didnt get hurt or bleed. Our first time here and the staff was super friendly and very professional. My daughter and I both got a full set and pedicures. They did an amazing job on my daughter’s Halloween designs on her nails. We will definitely be making them our permanent nail salon.

Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and about to pop and they were also so wonderfully attentive. My manicure and pedicure were both great. They really pay attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

This nail salon is in my neighborhood and I absolutely love them. The salon is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. They use new tools for every customer and they have liners in the foot baths for pedicures. Gigi is my usual technician and she does a great job. She’s friendly and also does a very thorough job. They play peaceful music and offer complimentary soft drinks and wine too. I will continue to go here for regular manicures and pedicures and I’d recommend them to anyone!

It was my first time going to this nail salon, and it blew any other nail salon I’ve been to out of the park. Everyone was super friendly, accommodating, and professional. I showed them a picture of what I wanted (almond shaped nails with a red French tip) and they turned out exactly how I wanted, from the shape to the color. I paid for the gel pedicure with a 10 minute foot massage. Most places aren’t very thorough with their foot massages, but he definitely took his time and made me feel so relaxed. I went with my best friend who is pregnant, and they were very accommodating to her. They also offer wine, soft drinks, water and have a huge variety of nail colors. Honestly I could go on for so long, but I think you get the point. 100/10!!!!! Thank you guys & happy holidays!

I went here to get my homecoming toes done and it was an awful experience, i was bleeding from how much they cut my toe nails and they proceeded to tell my friend that they bought the incorrect pedicure… he insisted that we i had the money on the gift card for a kids pedicure when when my friend bought the card telling them it was for 2 of her friends… then proceeded to argue that we had to pay the difference not only that he also was begging us to take a video to talk about how “good” the service was there for there website…. never again will i be back here. worst experience at a nail salon.

Well as usual these ladies went over and above and beyond expectation and really took good care of us! Its so relaxing on our day off to be able to go over there and get pampered like this! We go about every 3 weeks or so to get our gel nail pedicure services done we completely love this place we highly recommend! 👍⛱️

I had a great first experience at Natural Nails. They took their time and did an amazing pedicure for me, I am very satisfied with the work they did! My young daughter got a kid mani/pedi and it was way better than what I have seen at other salons and they were very patient and kind with her picking 10 different colors lol. I have been coming here for about 3 months and I love it!!! It is a family owned nail salon they are all very nice and actually care and listen to what their clients requests. I always feel welcomed and I never feel uncomfortable asking for what I want. This is big to me because I’m super picky and look at all the details when I get my gel manicure and pedicure. They have the best massage chairs while you get your pedicure and give the best foot massage it’s amazing. I would highly recommend this nail salon you won’t be disappointed.

Needed to find a new nail spot closer to where i moved and i have found it! they shape my nails beautifully. they recommended no longer using acrylic as my nails were so long on their own and that dip would ensure they don’t break. well, they were right and i have fully learned to appreciate my natural nail with dip powder. they recommend well and are super friendly. the vibe is family/friends everyone knows each other.

I would honestly give a higher rating than 5 stars if it was possible. This was my first time visiting this salon as I have moved to the area recently from Fort Lauderdale and found this salon on Google.First, the ladies that work here that I met were the SWEETEST! Really accommodating and kind, great customer service. She gave great recommendations when I asked about their different pedicure services. (I had the chamomile pedicure and it was fantastic). I had initially called to make an appointment but the phone was busy when I called. They called me BACK, just from seeing my missed call. Amazing.The technician I had was Nancy. NANCY, I LOVE YOU. WOW. I have had enough pedicures in my life to be kind of snobby about it and let me tell you that Nancys hands are made of **pure magic**. The massage that came with the pedicure was literally the best I can ever remember. Strong, thorough, and relaxing. Thank you Nancy, I walked out feeling like a new woman.

I loved the variety of colors to choose from. The place was also very clean and they have kind nail technicians. The girl who did my nails did not know if she could do my design but she still tried and did it perfectly. When my nails were done they looked and felt great. I overall had great experience.

I live right above this salon and have been wanting to try it for a while. My biggest regret is that I haven’t been sooner. Everything about this place was great. The nail technicians are friendly and professional, the place is super clean and beautifully decorated.I felt super relaxed during my services and they did a fantastic job on my mani and pedicure.Can’t wait to go back for my next service!

The ladies here are very hospitable. It’s very clean, and I never feel rushed. Love their chairs, they give a very good massage. I get a regular pedicure and gel manicure every three weeks. When I started coming here I had no nails because I just moved here, the packing and unpacking did a job on my nails. But now they look beautiful. Thank you Gigi, Nancy, Ann.

I drive 53 min to get my spa treatment. I get a pedi and massage every time!!! It’s worth the time, money and experience. They are family owned and have wonderful energy. I have never had any complaints about their work or establishment. Give them a try and you’ll never go anywhere else. Love you guys

Very disappointed not accommodating, the color I picked was wrong wanted to change but the person that n charge very discouraging and argumentative instead of accommodating my needs. Everyone looks like they are wearing the house clothes . What a spa. Charge us for using the pay app they use.Westchase peeps don’t go to this one.Poor customer service . Agree 100% with the other bad reviews.Won’t see me in this place again and won’t recommend either.Should be a 0 star

I called on my way and they fit me in right away. We all wore masks and washed our hands. Gigi wipes everything down in front of me with antiseptic wipes. She started on my feet then moved to my hands while I got to sit in the comfiest massage chair ever. The gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) gave me the best massage of my feet And calves that I’ve ever received in a salon. Gigi worked on my hands while I got my feet rubbed. They were both extremely professional and the quality of mani pedi was the best I’ve received. Gigi was very detail oriented and fixed my terrible cuticles. They are perfect now. She also waxed my eyebrows which was painless and turned out great. Best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. I love half an hour away but will travel back just for this. Thank you!!

This was my first time visiting Natural Nails & Day Spa. I found out about them searching google. I must say everyone was pleasant and the nail technician did a thorough job with caring for my nails. I will definitely visit again.

My experience here was terrible. I had selected this nail salon based on the name “Natural Nails”. Typically, organic nail polish and organic chemicals are correlated with “natural nail salons”. This is not the case for this nail salon. In addition, their polishes were all expired. The worst part of all was the cuticle cutting experience. They kept cutting me which hurt very badly. At one point, I communicated to another nail tech that I was in pain so that they could help. The new nail tech stepped in and kept cutting me like the other. I’ve never experienced that much pain during a pedicure in my life.

Really bummed... got a gel pedicure on Sunday 2/23 and by Monday 2/24 both of my big toes were infected. I had redness, pain, and crusting around both cuticles. I am now on antibiotics with improvement. The staff was very nice and accommodating but I would not go back to this nail salon. I have gotten dozens of pedicures from other salons and they have never resulted in infection.

Disappointed. Not well kept, and a little dirty. Tech was friendly but was on FaceTime for part of my pedi. Cut deep into my toe nail and hurt, a little red and swollen the next day, this continued for a few days.**update 1 week later** still red and swollen where she cut into my toe nail on the side. Called and left a message for them no rerun call.**update 2 weeks later, was contacted by salon and received a full refund, toe still red and swollen but healing **

Well, just moved to the area, came in for a polish change for hands and feet because I just got a mani pedi recently. The price menu when you walk in said $8 / $10 for hands and feet. I told the guy at check in abouT the polish change - he doesn’t tell me the prices on the menu are not accurate.Sat down - she polished my feet. Then I asked if I can pay. She brings me the iPad to pay and says it’s $25 for both. I’m like what! The pricing says $18 and she quietly says yes, sorry $25.No big deal, I paid the $25 but then when I told the (already rude) woman who owns the salon that they should update their prices on the menu, she was yelling at ME and rude to ME and telling me the guy who checked me in was new and that I DIDNT ASK the price as if I was to know that the prices printed on the menu are wrong 😂😂 honestly - I didn’t mind paying but then the blame on me as if I should have asked is a bit ridiculous for a less than par nail salon.This fiasco aside - as others said, the chairs aren’t the ones with the water bowl attached - so some updates needed here. Two stars because the lady who actually did my nails was super nice.I won’t be coming back - likely ever.

I was very skeptic when I made my first appointment because I passed by thousand of times but never checked in. Definately I was WRONG and I had great services( facial waxing, pedicure and manicure). Gigi and Tom gave me the best services and the place helps to be 100% relaxed.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE! Booked an appointment for two pedis and two gel sets at 2pm last Friday. It was 5:30 by the time I left. I was very rushed and they obviously take 0 pride in their work as I felt like had to guide them every step of the way to make sure my nails werent uneven. They made me bleed TWICE on my left middle finger and on my right big toe. Space is very messy and borderline unsanitary. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
