I’ve been going to this smoke shop for years and have had pleasant experiences with all of the employees. I buy vapes here and the deals when you buy 3 are why I return there. The last time I purchased three vapes, the two that were the same flavor stopped working within the first 4 days and the third one is fine. However, It is a different flavor. The life of a vape pen for me is usually 2-3 weeks and sometimes longer. I don’t leave them in the car, expose them to heat or cold and haven’t really even dropped them to a degree that would do any damage. I encourage anyone who has experienced this to use a credit card when buying any product. That way, at least you can dispute the charges with your financial institution and hopefully be reimbursed.

I recently stopped into this shop, and have to say it was the most personable and satisfying experience i’ve had in a smoke shop. i just recently learned about kratom and didn’t know much about it, the young lady working the store was happy enough to explain the different products she had to offer and gave me all the information i needed. i left happy and will absolutely return!

Best Smoke has been my go to for years. All of the workers and the owner have been welcoming every time I go in and always have a minute for a quick chat. Prices are fair and always offer deals on different items. Super local and have good working hours to come by before/after work. Only ran into an issue with a dying fume one time, I called and went back and they replaced it for me same day. Highly recommend if you are looking for easy in and out. Not expensive, HUGE selection, and great customer service. Love these guys and happy to be a regular customer since they opened 7 years ago.

They were the only shop open during the eve of this hurricane, granted I didn’t expect anyone to be open at this time but I called and they were extremely helpful and kind, sold us the product we were looking for and even gave us a discount due to my tight budget. This store is amazing! Super clean and has a wide selection of products. Rowan, Hailey and Taylor have helped me find whatever I need each time!! They’re all super nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products. I don’t ever feel rushed when I’m taking my time looking at glass or vapes. The owner AJ was there one time and he immediately greeted me and made me feel at home.Everybody here is very professional and fun to talk to. I drive a half hour and pass 4 different smoke shops just see everybody.

Great customer service! I went to this shop for the first time recently and I will definitely come back. The manager was social, friendly, and professional. He recommended a new juice for me to try, and I was weary about purchasing it because I like to stick to what I know I like. However, he said it was one of his favorites so I decided to buy it. The juice is awesome and I’m glad he convinced me to try it out. They have a lot of cool glass pieces in the back of the shop too.

A ton of items in a small little shop. Very friendly service. The woman at the front holds good conversation and knows the products pretty well. Always a great experience. Best prices by far as compared to other smoke shops, and yes Ive traveled to a bunch of them, and this one is the cheapest, I drive from 25 min away to come here.

A hole in the wall that needs to be covered over. I went in to purchase a torch blue lighter, and the girl didnt ever hear of it as a brand. After much reviewing the selection that was available, I chose one that was sealed in a box. After purchase, I went to my car and opened the box; it just didnt feel right holding it in my hand. I went back inside the shop. Mind you, I didnt even move my car out of park.) less than 3 minutes. because the girl that was attending the shop had gone to the backroom. and came out fixing her pants. and she would not accept the return. Our policy, all sales are final, I had to argue with her. The moment you have to argue with a customer, you lose their business. I chose this shop, to shop local. very close to where I live. Im not going to shop here again and advise you not to shop here either. If you cant return a non-perishable item for whatever reason...and argue about the return, then this store does not deserve to stay in business.

Amazing customer service, the girls in here are always so lovely and amazing (especially the girl with the green bangs. absolutely love her) I come in here multiple times a week and there’s always discounts and amazing deals. It’s so clean and lowkey and simple. Absolutely reccomend!!!!

First time that I came to this shop and I have to say that as soon as I entered I was welcomed by the manager and he was amazing at helping me out with my selections, he compromised and also provided excellent customer service. I work at the Dunedin location and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to make sure there employees are happy along with the customers. I fell ill and landed in the hospital and the owner would text me everyday while she had to cover my shifts making sure i was okay. They are very hands on with the stores and if I need help with something either the owner is in the store or I can call her and she answers everytime no matter the time or if she is busy. Its sad beyond belief to know an ex employee would accuse them of such horrible things when she knows they are arent true. I hope in the future she handles things like this more mature and I hope she never gets treated poorly by people she has done alot for because noone deserves that especially after how good you were treated.

AJ truly took care of me. I bought a very nice glass piece that was blown in-properly and would not allow you to pull through. Quality cigars, I stop in from time to time. The carry top quality brands. The kratom teas are also high quality. Every time Im there the staff has remembered me and treated me with a smile and respect. The shop is clean and well organized. I dont use vape juice but they have an immense selection.

I bought two Fume ultras, which are disposable vapes that have 2500 hits. They both died 1 day after starting to use them. I never had a problem with them before. I would not recommend buying disposable vapes here, they have probably had a long shelf life.

I’ve been thinking about trying CBD for a while now for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. After doing some research I found best smoke on macdill. After reading reviews on google I had to stop by. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately unlike other smoke shops I’ve been to in the past. The manager showed me a huge selection of cbd products; all of which are very easy to look around and choose. This store is very clean and organized so there is no problem finding exactly what you need. I will definitely be returning in the future.
