Great location to rent a suite to run your buisness! Very clean space. They have a Tv in the entry way to help you find the suite number you’re going to. They offer washers and dryers and a lunch room with microwaves. There is a convenient parking garage where you are also able to validate 1 hour of your clients time. 10/10 highly recommended this location forsure.

I have been in these suites for the past 2yrs & have enjoyed every minute of it… The parking isn’t the greatest but the location is. It’s pretty chill & we all get along well…

EVERYONE should remember the beautiful name FLOR because she is truly an amazing miracle worker! Here’s a bit of a back story with my hair, I’m probably one of the worst people to be consistent with keeping my hair as healthy as it should! That’s where Flor comes in, she gives it to me straight and tells me exactly what I need! My hair is very temperamental and like most, changes every season. Flor is more than a hair stylist that you see every so often, she is also a great educator! I’ve never met anyone who takes so much pride in the work that they do, and Flor truly goes above and beyond to keep her knowledge fresh with different products, styles, colors, brands, you name it! This isn’t great clips ladies and gents! Flor will give you honesty and the best route to take for you to obtain your most desired look! And guess what, WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN along with expectations of your hasty decisions, trust me, I’ve been there! Now enough about me, let’s talk about location, and the salon itself! Flor couldn’t have picked a more perfect location right there on Mill Ave next to AMC and other bars/clubs. She validates parking which is always a plus in my book! You just walk through the doors and straight back to the coolest edgiest unique, all in one hair salon! Flor is always putting her clients first with comfort levels and needs you may have, with free water and if your hungry she will run out and grab you something while you process! She’s got a huge mirror and tv so you don’t miss any part of the movie you decide to watch no matter which way she turns you! I have been coming to Flor for so many years now and any chance I get, I refer her to colleagues, friends and family! Sure everyone goes for bad reviews to check out the flaws, one might have, which is completely fine(because I do the same thing) but I believe in this situation, with YEARS of first hand experience, you should give Flor a most deserving shot! This is an awesome place to rent a space for my business. With Mill ave just a rock throw away my clients love coming out for an afternoon in downtown Tempe. There is always something going on at this location or very close to it. You can get yourself/ business really in the mix of things at this location. The landlord is also very responsive for any problems I come across. Highly recommend starting a business here! ✌🏼💜🙏
