Golden Feet Reflexology

I had an emergency tire that was failing and had to go to Discount Tire for new tires. I was sitting there forever and was wondering if my time could be spent better somewhere else. A nice relaxing massage came to mind. I googled massage near me, and Golden Feet popped up and was a five minute walk. I headed over there, and they were able to get me right in.It is a nice-looking place, and Nancy gave me my massage. The massage table is very comfortable, and I was very happy with the quality of the massage.I would repeat.

I wanted to post a great review seeings that this couples massage was for our anniversary, but my massage was the worst massage I’ve ever received. My husband’s done by a lady was great, I had a gentleman and he was completely untrained and had no idea what to do. I would have let it go but she tired to charge me for deep pressure! I wasn’t even asked for that. It was very light like nonexistent. It was so obviously bad that she even stepped in to show him what to do at one point….In Response to reply: instead of firing the poor guy maybe you should train him on employees first, he obviously had no idea what he was doing. I was not even going to say anything, but when your girl started arguing with me about charging me an extra $10 for deep tissue that’s when I had, had enough, it was fine to charge my husband, She asked him and he said yes but I was not asked and since the massage was so awful I definitely was not going to pay an extra $10. The sheet used to cover me it was also the size of hand towel, where my husbands was a full size sheet so I was left freezing cold and very exposed.I was a licensed massage therapist so I know what is expected and training him on employees first for a while would probably be a better idea, teaching him how to drape clients appropriately and different massage techniques instead of having someone step in mid Massage to try to teach him what to do.Also making sure that you ask each client and wait for a response from each of them before adding on anything additional and charging them.Thank you for your response. I did receive your text messages, but I am not interested in giving your location Another try after how I was treated by the other woman at the front.I appreciate it and thank you though for trying to make it right.

Got a Groupon for a 1 hr aromatherapy but upgraded to deep tissue for $10, Had a very relaxing massage with Nancy!! She was able to relax my leg muscles and tendinitis I had on my hand! Deep tissue massage was great! She was great hopefully I have enough time to get another again!💯 place is clean and ambience of room relaxing. Thank you!!

Perfect 60 min Swedish massage. Their staff is so friendly, welcoming, and communicated great with their clients pressure requests and focal areas. Been coming to this establishment for years and look forward to doing so in the future.

If you are stressed and in need of a relaxing massage this is the place to go. My wife and I came here because of our sons christmas present. It was amazing. All of the pain and stress melted away. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best massages of my entire life!!!!

I was searching for a place for the wife and I to get a decent deep massage and finally found Good Feet Reflexology. I called and made a 1:30 pm appointment with no problem. We arrived at location and settled on the $70 Deep Tissue Message. Talk about getting all the knots out of the back - definitely, hurt so good but was all worth it. After the 1hr message was completed, we both felt awesome! We both needed this and forget how much getting a message is important to your everyday living. Next time we will get the Combo message. As long as we are living in the area - close to Golden Feet Reflexology, we are definitely customers.

I have been looking for a massage spa for the last six months. I am a nurse of 35 years, and I normally get a massage anywhere from every 2 weeks to once a month and have not had one over six months. Today, I went to golden feet. While I was on the table, I was thinking. This is probably in my top three best massages ever. By the time Coco was finished, I was convinced that this was the best massage ive ever had.

My wife and purchased a Groupon for a 60 min couples massage here. This was the worst massage we’ve ever had. They never introduced themselves. We were never asked if we had any injuries or sensitivities. We walked in, were led to the back, and asked to take off our cloths and lie down. No one asked what type of massage or if there were areas we wanted focused on. But we regrettably decided to just roll with it.My “masseuse” spent what I would estimate to be 35-40 min on my back. She barely touched my arms and legs and didn’t touch my feet at all. Not to mention she kept coughing and sneezing, leaving the room several times to blow her nose. I get that these things can happen, but I never heard a sink turn on to wash hands or anything.My wife had a very similar experience, but she did get her feet “massaged”. She is bruised on her back from the lady just beating down on one spot for too long even after my wife complained she was too rough. I’m literally writing this review because we got the massage test and she has been complaining all day today about her bruised back. Her feet were sore when we left because the lady was burying her knuckles into my wife’s arch, and my wife again asked her to soften up.In the final 5-10 min we were asked to roll onto our backs. They oiled up and proceeded to massage my face. My wife asked two times back to back for the last to not touch her face. First of all she doesn’t like that and second she didn’t want oil all over her face and hair. After this a couple of minutes were spent on my thighs before they said they were done and left.On our way out they stopped us to ask for a tip. We politely said we didn’t have cash. Now we had three ladies staring at us saying we could use our cards.We will never go back to this place. I regret the money I spent here. We left more tense than when we got there. I find it hard to believe any of them are licensed massage therapists. I don’t know where any of the positive reviews are coming from unless our experience was just an outlier.

Received great massages here today, at a very reasonable cost. My husband and I were both in same room, which was great. The rooms are sectioned off for privacy . There was lovely music playing that promoted relaxation. Everything was quite clean, and staff wore masks. If you are looking for an affordable clothed massage, check this place out!

Walking in you are immediately greeted by a lovely host to understand your needs and recommend types of massage.We were provided water before/after our massage. it was a nice treat to be in the couples room.I was asked often about pressure and relaxation level. hot stone and steam towel is a treat!Plan on returning soon for a combo body and foot massage!Thank you for the great service.

I can genuinely say that this is one of the best places Ive ever been for a deep tissue massage. The ambiance was incredibly soothing, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The massage, combined with the use of hot stones and hot towels, worked wonders to relieve all the tightness in my back. Highly recommended

Quite disappointed. Tried to get an appointment using Groupon. Called to ask about it and they said they dont have an appointment available. Decided to do a walk-in instead and as soon as they found out I didnt have a Groupon, they saw me immediately and got me to a massage table right away. Throughout the massage, I can see that the door to the room was never fully closed and that this girl kept having conversations with another person through the crack on the door in another language. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable with all my clothes off and the door not being fully closed, easily visible to anyone who may be passing through the hallway. The girl also gave me a hot stone massage which I didnt ask for and they were too hot. And this same massage therapist has the gall to tell me that my tip was too low and that I should tip at least 40% for service that was not even close to satisfactory. Sad to say, I will not be going here again. These people need to learn lessons in customer service.

Rose was great. Very knowledgeable in her profession. I went in with tight neck, shoulders, and headache. Left feeling great. Sinuses cleared, shoulders weren’t tense.I will go back again to see her.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage not knowing what to expect. The last time either of us got a massage was 6 years ago for our honeymoon. I am so glad I found this place because it was great. We got a combination massage feet and body and was well worth it, the massage came with hot stones and that was just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this place. We both work labor intense jobs and our bodies definitely needed this.

Absolutely amazing!!! I just moved here and this will be the only spot I will be going to. Linda goes above and beyond, I came in with chronic pain and came out feeling like I can run a marathon! Love this place 10/10 recommend

I absolutely love This place! When ever I fly to Arizona from Colorado, My Daughters and Grand kids will pick me up at the airport, I always make my massage appointment way before My trip, and I treat whoever picks me up at the airport to a massage, plus I leave each masseuse a $10 tip. Its so quiet and so relaxing. The 1st time I went there the masseuse when working on my feet used her nail a lot, which didnt feel so good, but the 2nd time was absolutely so relaxing. I will definitely recommend this place and every trip to Arizona I will definitely make my appointment!

My aunt and another friend kept telling me to try this place, after I was so disappointed with Elements, Massage Envy and Hand & Stone. After a really stressful, busy couple of weeks, my husband and I finally had some free time yesterday and decided to try it. I’m so glad we did! Their prices are very reasonable, it’s clean, quiet, and they just get right to it. One of the things I enjoy when getting a pedicure, facial, massage, etc is just being able to relax and not have to talk, think or entertain anyone. The folks here whisper and it’s very quiet. We will certainly make this a regular stop.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Nobody fusses with you or makes it awkward, its nice and quiet, the masseuses are absolute goddesses and Ive never felt better than after a session here. I love that Im able to come in, relax, and nobody tries to make superficial conversation. Everyone is friendly, but not so in your face like mainstream massage places (looking at you, Massage Envy...) 😆Its also worth mentioning that after a session here I actually do feel healthier, more alert, more grateful for the little things, my body seems more in sync with itself, and its easier to get on with the day.You guys do some amazing work for humanity and I am very grateful.

Great value, will definitely be back!Just an FYI, there’s definitely a cultural difference, so come in with an open mind and don’t expect the same communication style that we’re used to as westerners.

My husband gifted me a message as a wedding gift saying to my beautiful wife. You worked so hard on our wedding and deserve a special treat. And so i was gifted a full body message. I have never gotten any message before. Ill be honest I was nervous. I did google prior to going. Yet I still messed up on what to do. LoL. I kept my mesh shorts on and took my top off layer faced down on table like Ive seen in pictures. He came on and giggled as he took the towel which I thought was for the feet and draped it over me. Very kind and courteous of my mistake. I learned. I enjoyed my time and focusing on the hand movements and pressure. Very respectful. My body Snap crackled and popped in ways I didnt think it could but was much needed. I didnt know my body could ever be this relaxed, Ever! Im a working woman from a working family. We arent afraid to get dirty. It was a nice after wedding treat. 🥰 Highly recommend!Slight hiccup upon showing groupon (mainly because I had no idea how to use it or how it works) but I texted hubby and he sent me the screenshot needed. Got it figured out.Tipped the man nicely. As I feel amazing.

Really disappointed in the experience I had today at Golden Feet, Ive been going here for years and have loved it. Today, I left the tip on the receipt and my massage therapist looked at the tip amount and said to me ugh, thats all?. Ever since new management came in, this place has suffered in terms of quality and professionalism. I wont be coming back here and I wont be referring anyone.

I called this past Sat. Because of a special that was going on. I explained to the lady the coupon who answer the phone. She told me to come on out. I drove out for the appointment for anoyher lady to say it was good for Tues and Weds. So.made an appointment for tues. Just to drive out today for my 5:30 appointment just to be told I did not have an appointment. Wasted gas not once but twice. Then she was like you can come back at 7:00 tonight or tomorrow. I said no I am not going to keep wasting gas. Very unprofessional if I could give it a negativie star I would.

Absolutely love this place. I have been to a lot of reflexology places and have mixed things to say about them. I have been to Golden Feet tons of times and have always had an amazing experience. Massages are great. Very relaxing. Staff is friendly. Would highly recommend.

Be very careful going here, after a disappointing session where I dont think the masseuse had any training, I was charged not $45 but $450. They didnt know how to cancel the transaction so I now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund.

I go there once a month with my husband. $90 for two for 90mns. Best place for a decent therapy. They have their routine down, we get exactly 90mns and a water bottle. It isnt fancy but it is clean and relaxing.☺

Was given a great massage to begin with by a skilled women then handed off to the front desk guy because something came up. It felt like he had no idea what he was doing I left with more soreness and stress than when when I came in!

Tried Golden Feet because of their specials advertised on their website. When we arrived, the prices were VERY different than they advertise. When I asked about the specials I was told the website was wrong. The price was $70 for 60 minutes---a lot different than advertised. I was also told that there wasnt reflexology available on that day. I feel that they bait and switch which is very unprofessional. I gave 2 stars because the massage was great; however, not enough to bring me back with the dishonesty.

The rudest customer service I ever experienced. The owner was so rude and talking down to us. As why we were few minutes late , so we just left the without even getting a massage from them. ....how do you expect to relax after this ???,,
