This is the Most laid back and affordable smoke shop I have been to in a long time , but seriously the prices are definitely fair bargain. My sister and I just walked out of there with two packs of Marlboro blacks and we only paid $11.13. thats pretty cool ,yeah I definitely urge more people to hit this spot and service on point.

For some reason, the owner was upset with me because I purchased two items with coin change at total of $2.14. He said it makes his head crazy in the morning and he wish I would bring dollars only I told him money is money. He was very upset and rude with me. I will never go back, he does this to women.

Ive been coming here for over 4 years and its has always been professional. Even with the craziness of the Covid they have still been professional. They always have their mask on. Always willing to help and always tell you Thank you and see you later.. By far my favorite smoke shop in the East Valley. and I have visited a few. Keep up the great work guys and Stay Safe!!!

I simply asked if it was possible for him not to handle my ID when he asked for my ID for my credit card purchase and offered to hold it up however he wanted to see it and he blew up and started yelling at me that his hands were cleaner than mine and if I didn’t like the people don’t come into his store again,which of course I never would again. I was just trying to protectmyself against Covid and I told him it had nothing to do with him and he just became very rude and scary.I did nothing to provoke him and his threatening behavior is completely unwarranted and inexcusable. I haven’t been in his shop for a couple of years because I quit smoking and I was stunned at his reaction.

If I could give this store more than a 5, I definitely would. Outstanding customer service, prices are reasonable, and the owner always puts the customer first before anything else. I’ve been to many smoke shops, and I can say confidently that this is by far the best smoke shop in AZ. 🙌🏻

If I could rate this place 0/5 I would! TERRIBLE customer service. I received a defective product and the owner argued with me about it. I just wanted to exchange it for a product that actually WORKS. Complete waste of $30. The owner is a straight up theif!
