This place was fantastic! Ryan warmly greeted me and provided excellent assistance in finding what I needed. Their rewards program is a nice touch, and the selection is truly impressive. The store is also very clean.

I love this vape store! I’m not sure if it’s the owner I always see but he is friendly and always so nice. The customer service is wonderful and they are always willing to help you find what you need. Definitely the only vape store in Tempe I will go to! Come check them out.

I recently moved to the area so I had to switch Red stars. Just like always though the service is excellent, the store is comfortable and clean, and Ryan will always put you in an awesome mood with his upbeat attitude. If you need any vape supplies I recommend this location.

I went into the shop when I lost my vape on the bus. I only had $11 in total and Ryan was able to sell me an older version of the vape I had, a Smok Novo. It was on clearance so I was able to get it. I had to return to the store about a week later and he helped me figure out the problem and told me to bring it back for a replacement if I had any more problems. Unfortunately I did end up having to replace the device, absolutely not at the fault of the store, it just had an issue that we couldnt troubleshoot. They did replace it and all is great now. Theyre extremely friendly and helpful and I feel like we need to promote and support stores and local small businesses by shopping and sharing experiences. Im tired of giving my money to rude or condescending jerks who dont appreciate MY business. Help support this place. Also, just an fyi, if you frequent the Pigeon Coop meeting spot, you get an extra 10% off of all sales. Go see Ryan and co, theyre phenomenal!

Ryan is so fantastic! Every time Ive needed help finding a new mod hes been an invaluable resource. Everyone that works here is super helpful and friendly. I look forward to popping in to grab some juice or coils. Love this store!

I visited the rural rd location for the first time today, I’m a noob that just quit smoking and Kylee helped me with everything I needed. She knows her stuff and was able to direct me to the right purchases after I told her the way that I vape. Sorry about the sanitizer Kylee!!!😭 I usually go to the one in casa grande but I’ll be going here exclusively now. I definitely recommend stopping in.

Great vape shape all the way around. Carries some unique hardware you cant find other places, coils are inexpensive, and tons of juice selections to choose from. The owner Andrew is a totally stand-up guy and I never leave there without a smile on my face, even if I just stop by to see whats new. 10/10 would shop here again!

Made my first trip to Kure today. The selection is amazing and the gentleman behind the counter is very helpful. Will recommend to my friends.

Not all Kure CBD & Vape shops are created equal. This particular shop is 0-2. Theyve had two deals within the last month and werent able to accommodate on both. Not good odds to say the least. No Luxe Qs or Trubalicous nic salt and the promos were based solely on those two items. I suggest you beef up your orders, in order to keep up. I reccomend the Kure in Mesa. Because theyre moto is if they dont have it, they get it. Now thats customer service.~J.C.

Very knowledgeable of products; friendly; great place to hang out with others. Has gaming lounge and pool table. Selection could use a boost, but there is a flavor for everyones taste. Staff helped every step of the way, including removing a coil that was on way too tight.

Sad they closed the Kyrene store, but glad the staff here is so fun and friendly. They have just about anything you need. The basic vape juice is good. Cant speak to nic salts, thc, or CBD though.

Great selection of juice but customer service was horrible. Made me feel like I was annoying him or interrupting his day. Wouldnt let me sample the Vapes unless he took it off my mod. Ive been there before & that wasnt the case. Just hands down rude service. Wont be going back & will spread the word.

Used to think they were great until I realized the $800 total I spent there didnt matter and they were quick to treat me like trash when I needed them to refund a juice I purchased that tasted like gym socks. Blue dragon and Vape Labs are better and their prices are so much better as well.

Service has gone down hill fast with new management. I tried to hang in as the location was great, but they seem to not care at all. Time to find a place that wants my business!

First of all i love this place because they have a great selection of premium namebrand juices, They won’t try to sell you any house juice, which are 9 times out of 10 very disappointing, and I’m not even sure that they have house juice to begin with.The gentleman that was working at E Cig City when I went was named Bird. He is excellent at suggesting flavors based on your preference. I went in there for some country clouds corn bread puddin, And he said “if you liked that, then you’ll love this” And suggested a juice that was right up my alley and is now one of my favs. Bird is the man. E cig city FTW.
