Sky High Smoke Shop

This man is prejudiced , blatantly told me he does not care about any customers , knowing the area is flooded with questionable people to say the least, will not service unless we leave our expensive electric scooter outside unwatched. Told me he is the manager , but wouldnt give me a name, wouldnt give me a customer service or complaint source. It is sad how they continue to treat black and brown customers whom are the majority who shops here. I would suggest spending your hard earned money somewhere else. There are plenty of other shops around. Will NEVER SPEND A DIME there going forward. They are expensive to add to it. Other employees are a joy. But if this guy is the manager, that speaks volumes.

I love coming to sky high because it is very close and I mean close to doors away. Another reason I love coming to sky high is because of the customer service I receive from the young people that work in the store like Joseph Gillian and Tee💕 The reason for the two star rating is because now that the “Staff” Has taken over the duties of running the store I feel the customer service has tanked. I’m a regular. I come in at least 2 to 3 times a week. If only just to say hello when I walked past the door every time I see the kids working in the store. So coming from a person of 40 years customer service experience I can honestly say the customer isn’t always right, but in my case if I ask to feel the product for moisture, I should be allowed to because after all, it’s my money!😊

The only place I go to for my King size Cones by sky high. With many other smoking essentials. The variety is amazing definitely go check them out.

Always out of stock on the coils I need when they used to have them consistently. Asked if they could order some and I would buy them consistently just told me to go to another location. But this location is on the same crossroads as my house so I come here often or i did .. idk yall could do better

Great service. Super friendly and always such a clean establishment. Everyone is always so helpful when making recommendations. This is the only smoke shop I will come to know I found it one random night and now will always make the drive to come to this specific location.

I have been coming to this Sky High location for years and out of all of the locations this one is by far the best. I have been welcomed like family but all the workers here and im always impressed with the customer service here. I would recommend this place to everyone :)

Sky high has as very chill and inviting atmosphere every time I stop by. The employees are all very pleasant and helpful, long as youre kind to them you get the same in return. Courtney in particular has always been very helpful, she has helped me decide on good new vapes or drinks to try many times! She has great product knowledge to answer any questions I might have and is a pleasure to buy from! Its employees like her that keep me coming back and help make Sky High the great and inviting place it is!

This shop leaves me feeling good every time I stop in. The employees make the difference. I’ve been recommended great products every time. The glassware I’ve purchased has been great quality and reasonably priced. I’ve gotten some amazing deals and freebies here too. Everyone I’ve talked to there is down for a good trip story too. The whole shop has a great vibe.

Employees who work between 4 pm to 8 pm are very rude (especially the girl with the pink hair). They don’t know how to treat their customers. I went there to shop for some stuff, and they were so rude that I ended up leaving empty-handed. Im never going back.

Always polite and know their product well. I actually often feel comfortable asking and taking their recommendations. Can’t say that about any other smoke shop. Never really paid a bad price either, very fair. Great selection of disposable vape pens, also carry lots of alternative products. Amazing when you’re in a pinch and need a specific tool or piece to rig set up.Favorite store for cannabis, vape and tobacco needs.

I go there quite often to get cigarettes. Everytime they are so polite. Doesnt matter if its an employee that that has been there for months or a new one. They make you feel like youre part of the family. If you dont know about a product, they are knowledgeable about it and explain it so I understood what I was buying. Referring to when I was buying CBD gummies. My hats off to you gals and guys.

Fire service every time folks never let me down Tee Joseph , and all the staff is just amazing.

Prices are pretty much high across the board anymore, so with that said. Sky High has very competitive pricing, a good variety of products, generally very knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere and offer special prices for med card holders. The newer stores that have opened in the last few years are very well organized and very easy to shop. They don’t always have everything I need but I often am shopping for harder to find items. As well as the fact there will never be a smoke shop that would be my one stop shop, but that’s just me. That doesn’t take away at all the fact these stores deserve nothing less than a glowing five star review. As with anything sometimes people wake up on the wrong side of the bed and leave a bad taste in someone’s mouth which leads to some of the bad reviews I noticed. Personally I’ve never had nothing less than an exceptional experience shopping with Sky High.

Usually pretty cool sorre. Went in today bought two packs of king pins. Opened one and all four wraps where cracked. I was told they can only exchange one because the other was open.... something about tobacco sales blah blah blah...not cool! Hasnt even been an hour since I purchased

Sky high is the best from staff to products. They got the best everything. I was living by the main location for a few years. Moved and conveniently sky high moved with me it seems! Lol they bought out the shop near me and made it sky high Express by far the most convenient and best option for smoke supplies and accessories.

This place is trash. The staff here are dirty, smelly, smoking inside and the “bigger” women who works there is super rude. The rest of the staff is no customer service skills whatsoever which I guess makes sense for this location because it looks and feels like that only serve their tweeker friends!! Don’t recommend and will never vIsit this location or this franchise locations ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t buy cigarettes here the cigarettes are dry and when I asked to replace it the manager said we can’t do anything about it because it is tobacco!

By far my favorite smoke shop here in the valley. All of their products are sold in good faith and I’ve never been turned away asking a question. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the layout/location is very customer oriented. I’d recommend to anyone.

Sky High does a really good job of keeping all their stores with employees that are so down to earth and genie. I don’t know who hires these people but they are doing something right. Of course the store itself is clean and has a lot of stuff. I come in and get CBD but there is much more that’s offered.

Above and beyond this store and it personal staff inside at this location make a lasting impression when it comes to their business, I am often in there and cant express enough how truly amazing they are! Thank you sky high staff for being knowledgeable and on your A game always!

Go to the McClintock location. Everytime I come theyre out of stock on something Im looking for. McClintock has better customer service with the exception of juju shes the highlight of the Broadway location

Well the place has change young kid with long hair no customer service skills would not help me find a coil for my vape in recent years I have had good service but this bad apple they have now wrecked that
