Purchased a complete vape kit for around $150.00I had the unit for exactly 4 days at which time it stopped working. With receipt in hand I returned to the shop thinking it would be an easy exchange not even looking for a refund. I was told that it was my problem and that they would not exchange or refund. Long story short I payed for junk and am now out of my money and my item. I then tried to cancel the transaction via my bank and upon investigation realized I had been charged twice on two previous purchases. I then returned with my bank statement demanding a fix and was told to leave and that I was responsible for the charges. If you are looking to buy trash and get swindled then this is your shop. BEWARE.

Employees there are well rounded with their product knowledge. Their also very funny and easy going people. The discounts are hit or miss depending but its nice to save $5-50 bucks. Store is also clean with products on nice, open, clean displays. 10/10

Would give them 0 stars if I could.. bought 2 Esco Bar disposable vapes from them. One wasn’t working, returned it and both the vapes hit burnt and no available refund because I was not given a receipt.

I absolutely love this store. Jon is amazeballs, chill, patient, & wicked cool! Super knowledgeable, yet can communicate with noobs like me and not make ya feel like a deet-da-dee. Gotta say hes my favorite. The other chick is full of info and crazy helpful, shes always somewhere at 11, & totally speaks vape-ese with fluency. Both folks will get you exactly what ya need, not lie to make a sale, or sell ya junk! Trust speaks volumes and why I shop no where else!

This is always my go to spot for Vape gear and flavors. Ive never had a bad experience no matter whos working. Now they have a lot more products and more items to choose from. Cant wait to make up a reason to come back for goodies.

These guy are awesome! I’ve been to other vape shops and most times the guy working there barely even has a pulse. These guys are funny and know their stuff. They usually have what I’m looking for. As far as prices go, it’s retail. I’m not expecting to pay online pricing in a store. For everyone who likes to add in that the prices are high, the prices are normal for retail. They are an independently run vape shop that have a store front and overhead. Buy it online if all you’re going to do is complain about the price.

Been going here since they were mainly located on Texas Ave, fair and respectable prices(Respectable Prices: for example.. I went and bought a 510 vape battery for $27 (total) i could have ordered it online for $20 but i would have had to wait, and deal with over the internet help, risk it not even arriving, and you have to respect business), unique pieces, knowledgeable AND friendly clerks. Definitely recommend to any friend!

This place was my favorite smoke shop, they had 2 locations in Texas city which was super convenient coming from Dickinson. After closing the shop on Texas Ave. it seems the Palmer location has gone downhill. They have been without my fave ejuice for weeks. Keep getting told different story about when order was placed and blah blah blah. They dont even have basic bags to place purchases in. They used to have special on Friday but 3 bottles juice get 4th free. Thats gone too. Will have to get recommendation for better shop. Really disappointed.

Their Kratom is very old and clumpy. I wouldnt buy it from here. Update gave them a second chance. Was ignored and was never helped after being in store for 20 minutes so I just left.

Im very disappointed in my recent purchase. Ive only had the item for 2 weeks, used it once and it has malfunction giving me bad codes even when its not being used. I called and was told to contact the manufacturer. I bought it for 29.99 at this location and it sells for 19.99 on the website.

High prices on ejuice. I bought 60ml Lemon Twist for $22 and the box says 60ml x2. I looked online and found same thing for $20 and you get what the box says. 2 60ml bottles of ejuice not just 1.Also Im new at vaping and the 2 guys working there didnt make me feel very comfortable but rather joked about my lack of knowledge. Wont be going there again.
