I come to this shop all the time and all I can say is AMAZING! I get the best service every time I come with a smile from every employee! My most recent visit was about two days ago and Emily helped me out so much, she answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable about everything I needed help with. She also made sure to have good customer service to the people that came in during the time of my stay. Great job, and thank you! Only smoke shop I go to now ❤️

Went it looking for something new to try and was unsure of what to get. Emily, though, walked me through alot of stuff and helped me pick out some goodies. She knew alot about the products they carry and she was able to help me decide what was best for what I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Went 5/23 around 5:20 pm. today, the employee told us that shell be right with us. That wasnt the case. We literally listened to their conversation for 10 to 15 minutes that didnt pertain to buying any merchandise. The employee told us to patiently wait while they talked about Emily and other things. So we took our business up the road....

Friendly service but the selection is low on selection. If your looking for a quick pick up here ya go but to browse or looking for something special, not the place to look.

Mrs. Emily is such a peach!! Her customer service skills and her attentiveness to multiple customers and making us feel like were important. Ive seen up to 8 people in the vape shop and the longest wait was 5 minutes if that. There was one time I did get the wrong coil for my girl, we went back within 20 minutes and Emily was more than happy to switch the coils out. We were very very happy with that. We come back all the time now. Emily is amazing!!

This place is weird. One person will charge you one thing and another will charge you something completely different for the same product. Makes no sense. Just go somewhere else if you want an honest or fair price.

Fast friendly customer service!

I had an issue with a product I bought that was in no way the shops fault or my own. I called the shop and explained my issue. The young man suggested I come into the shop so WE could resolve the issue. When I arrived he contacted the owner and explained what had happened. The owner with no hesitation explained to him how to resolve the issue I had. Long story short they not only went above and beyond what was needed but also earned my respect and business from here on. Thank you very much to the entire team at Still Smokin!!!

Since moving to Texas City about 6 weeks ago I started looking for a local shop. Like I had in my previous small town. I found this one and have not even looked for another. Jordan and his Aunt are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They will even try and custom order tour type of e juice if they dont already carry it. There variety is pretty extensive already though. If you tell Jordan what your used to, he either has it or has something very similar. Wont even think about going to another shop in Galveston county!

Visited by curiosity I was amazed by their vape selection and juice selection. New kit on deal. They have many options for the mods n juices. I got mine(mag kit, 2 batteries and 60ml vape liquid) for $110. Awesome deal and great service. Definitely come back.

Ive had really good experiences with this place. It looks kinda raggedy from the outside but the people are polite and helpful, the selection is slightly better than par, and the prices are always reasonable or better.

I used to always go there and the last two Escobars Ive gotten has malfunctioned. And my friend just brought a fake one from them.

Didnt like as much as I like imperial smoke and vape, as soon as I walked in the women that worked there kept following me around like I was going to steal something.... then when I asked her how much things were she didnt know, it was also dusty af in there idk emperial smoke and vape is better 1438 Texas ave awesome store even the service is better all the way...

If I could leave 0 stars I would! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I’ve purchased two items from this store that have broken in less than a week. They don’t replace or offer any type of compensation for your broken items. My friend purchased a vape from here as well and she went back to find out how to insert new juice into the tank and was told that they were unsure. These people don’t even know their products. Their merchandise it ridiculously outdated and old! STAY AWAY!!!
