The service was great! Quiet and clean. The staff was welcoming, respectful and polite 😊 so you can really enjoy your time with them. They focus on your physical needs and take the time to serve you. Before I knew it, 1 hour had passed. Most importantly, the price was very affordable! I will be back in 1 week!

My first time getting a massage I didnt know I needed so bad ... Went in for massage cream and they asked if I had 20 minutes and I did . Im a definitely fit this place in my schedule. Very fair priced.

Hands down the best massage I have ever had in my life. I’m a nailtech and I have scoliosis. And my back and shoulders are terrible. I had Hao and the pressure and the throughness was unbelievable. I got up in the most euphoric state.

Every single partitioner is amazing. I cant believe the massages we get for the price.

Ming is my favorite but Hao is a close runner up. Both do excellent deep tissue as I need heavier pressure with my scoliosis. I always feel so much better and the pricing is super reasonable.

This review is for Relax Zone, located next to the Dillards wing of the Franklin Park Mall, (close to the GameStop). Ive been frequenting this massage service since they opened around January 2021. I enjoy their reflexology as Im on my feet all day at work. The staff there are trained in multiple massage techniques. Ill usually schedule an hour of reflexology followed by 30 minutes either in the chair or on the table.They rates are very reasonable. So, if youre walking around the mall and need to take a break, even 10 minutes, they have multiple time options. Give them a shot, and Im sure youll come back. They also have a reward punch-card too.

The actual service is good, however, customer service was unprofessional. When I walked in a lady walked up to me holding up all ten fingers stating it will be 10 minutes without asking me anything, the began pushing me in the back telling me to have a seat. A male worker tossed a face cloth on my face prior to my foot massage and handled my arms unnecessarily ruff. I will not return do to the lack of manners.

Been there this afternoon to have a 30 min massage. It was an amazing massage...I felt like Im in the dreamland...the massage therapist hands are so gentle and yet strong to pin- point the pressure in my back.Thank you

The best place for a quick decompress. The whole staff is accommodating and the massages help you leave 100x better than you came in. My favs are Hao, Ming and Jun although they all are skilled, I’ve gone to those 3 and just haven’t tried anyone else lol. Literally a weekly ritual for me to visit, you won’t regret going!

Went there for the first time and let me tell you my back and shoulders are feeling great. I have no pain definitely recommend. Will be coming here again.
