Great place... Has a good selection of flavors and different accessories. Only place in town I get my juice.

Always friendly service but I can never get the flavor of the juice that was made for some reason. At times I get headaches from using the juices but I do go back often.

Flavorphoria! You can choose from their extensive flavor menu, or they can work something more custom. There are a ton of coils on stock. And all the staff members have been more than helpful.

I try juice for days they make I no taste much and it expensive....... I like candy king strawberry watermelon bubblegum I wanted something like taste but this taste nothing....

Been going here for almost three years and have never had an issue. The staff is always helpful and seem knowledgeable in their products. I usually call ahead and they always have my order waiting for me. They get to know their regulars by name and treat you very well. I would recommend Nice Cloud to any of my friends who vape or are interested in starting.

I have been very impressed with every visit. I love the vape juice selection and quality. I buy the 240mg bottle and they will split into 2 120 mg so I can get 2 flavors and pricing is better than most. Im a lifer.🚭♿

Update: Brad took care of situation, Thanks Brad!Orders juice by phone 2wks have not received it. Called and he said he would check and call back to let me know what was up...no call back. I have been into the store and it went good that is why I am giving the 2 stars.

The customer service here is excellent. The guys are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Best tasting E juices in town. Ive been to several. They are top notch.

Wonderful staff. Everyone is super laid back, and always helpful. I bought a flavor, and wound up not liking it at all. They let me exchange it free of charge. They bend over backwards for good customer service. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Only housemade juice, its places like this that are the reason the FDA came down so hard on vaping, and drive the poor public perception and fear of vape juice, no regulation or oversight...places like this shouldnt exist, they are just a disservice to the vaping community, and littleore than a cash grap scheme.

I will never go to another vape shop! I thought I was vaping good juice, until I discovered Nice Cloud!! Before then, I was vaping flavored pepper!!! Nice Clouds juice is so smooth and the flavors are on point!Everyone that works there have been so amazing to me!!! My account got hacked right before I was suppose to pick up some pre ordered juice that was on sale!! Matt, an employee, was very sympathetic. The owners were so understanding and truly cared about my situation! They made a very stressful situation a little less worry some; they held my juice for about a week and refused to charge me the current price, even though the sale was over days before! You are not just a number or dollar sign to anyone at Nice Cloud; you are part of a huge vape family!!Im so glad I now know what good juice is!!! Not at too many businesses, can you say, you dont have to wonder about the quality or authenticity of what your buying. And where you are treated like family too!? I will forever be a Nice Cloud customer/family member! They have my loyalty and heart because they give you theirs every time you step foot in there!

HORRIBLE! everyone saying this place is amazing you have no idea about vaping then, prices are ridiculous, they recommended these flavors too me that were honestly terrible I think they were just trying too get rid of them. Staff says whatever they want you too hear too get a sale. I got a $150 Mod there broke the same day said hey were gonna order a new one for me and gave me a replacement one, 6 months later still hasnt came in and now they told me they cant exchange it... Terrible way too do business just trying too hustle and make there money. And when I called the owner told me a complete different story told me that this conversation was done and hung up on me. I Would never ever ever ever spend a dime there again and I suggest everyone follows. sorry nice vape just being honest shouldnt of did that very unprofessional!

Service does not disappoint. Just like other reviews, the people who work here (Heather downs) k is his stuff and was very helpful. I like the boutique feel of the place and does not feel like Im going to the bar for drinks like other places.
