Only had like two flavors of the Breeze primes...If the products are selling off the shelf, then obviously thats a sign to restock the product, right...Clearly not do an inventory or only stocking 10 at a time. Because you cant afford to properly stock the shelf.

Didnt give no review so my Gmail has been hacked . Never been to wild bills tabacco in my life . Dont even smoke cigarettes or vapes .

I deleted my last review from 4 years ago. This place had changed for the good. My last review was super bad cause I had to go in there for something but couldnt cause I had my kid with me. So they wouldnt let me in. I will say I havent taken my kids with me in a long time. I do not know if that has changed, but they are always super nice when I go in and helpful.

My go to place for vapes. They always have a huge selection and the staff are always super friendly and chill. Rosie is my favorite. Whenever I go in I always make a bee line for her; she’s super helpful and always has great recommendations. Sarah is also a 10/10 👍🏽👍🏽 I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Manager Rosie was extremely rude and needs to be completely fired. Would not come speak to a frequent customer about a simple issue. Might as well have spit in my face, I guess customer service is the least of this stores priorities.

One of the kindest service people Ive run across.. theyre more than helpful every time I go in there theyre kind courteous every one of them that work there I just want to say thank you for being so kind because so many places are rude and not helpful this is a one of a kind place!!!!

I was in the store and this kind young lady named Sarah help me pick out some wax for my wax warmer. I love this store. I shop here maybe twice a week. Great prices also.

Great shop for all your smoking needs, no matter what you smoke. They have a wide arrange of wraps that I buy and I have a good experience with them being fresh. Ive bought a couple of other items over the years and theyve always been quality. They also have a rewards systems thats nice to use as well.

I have been a good customer for sometime. I buy cigarettes from them often and this is the 3rd time Ive bought cigarettes there and they were stale. I tried to exchange them for new this last time and I had the receipt but they say they couldnt. I didnt want my money back, just to exchange. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I enjoyed going there cause its close and convenient.

Spent $100 on 7 no nicotine lemon mint breezes to try and help me quit. I open the first 2 and both burn within the first 30 minutes. The very same day I got them I call and ask if I could get a refund since clearly this flavor is faulty. They say they can’t help even though I have a receipt they won’t even refund the unopened ones. Very frustrated given I’m trying to quit nicotine and these breezes taste even worse than a cigarette. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Wide selection of cigars. Prices are average. The reason for the 2star review are the employees act as if you’re a criminal if you spend more than 2 minutes looking at the large selection of cigars. Don’t walk around and look at anything else, you’ll be watched like a hawk! This review from a +60 year old with wife. Employees were rather rude.I will continue purchasing my cigars through a favorite Cigars catalog online where prices are much more reasonable. My wife bought a vape pen that lasted less than a day… she was never offered or given a receipt… so we had not so great of an experience here.

Just make sure your purchase is what you need, accidentally picked out pods with out coils and wanted to return them and hadn’t left the store, they didn’t have the coils just the pods, the employee opened them to check them out and I couldn’t exchange or get my money back, other than that the prices are fine, I was only out $5, still two stars because I would have left five stars if the employee was better informed.

I have been to two WB locations and can say that their customer service in both is excellent. They are knowledgeable about the products so therefore very helpful. Their prices arent bad either, especially on Wild Wednesday when most items are 25% off.

New place and needed a replacement vape device. Helped right away. Answered all my questions. Never pushy and out the door with my new device and flavors satisfied. Good sale prices going on too. Since then my device is charged and in working order with no issues.

Prices are a little higher than other Vape Stores.🫤 But it is convenient for Me when Im in a hurry.

The tall man behind the counter with the ponytail is extremely rude. Being a returning customer and walking in to a business where somebody treats you as if you’re an inconvenience is very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff is great & informative but I will make sure moving forward that I do not utilize them when he is working.

My husband and I live at least three blocks away we get all of our my juice from here the manager knows me when I walk in and knows exactly what I want everyone is friendly the place is clean very good selection I dont know the managers name but its a girl and she always has color in her hair and shes very sweet

Told me to leave my kid in the car with the a/c on like Wayfair isn’t out here selling mf.Not everyone has the option to leave their child somewhere to run in a store for 13 seconds.Every time I’ve been to this location there’s been some sort of issue.Will absolutely NOT be back.

Great experience. They got me setup with a new nicotine salts system. Bought a bunch of free base nicotine fluids on sale. I highly recomend you drop by, but dont follow Googles directions. Enter through Wild Bills Tobacco entrance on Laskey, not the back door Google sends you to.

They have a good price of tabccoo. But i smoke good stuff and they are always out of it. Yesterday i went to Laskey and of course they were out, then i went all the way to there Menroe street guess what they too were out of good stuff they need to learn that they need to order more so this dont happen. so i had to go elsewhere to get it. Sad they cant keep up on ordering. And this has happened like 6 times.

Had an emergency with my vape otw to work twice now and everyone was so helpful and super polite and got me off to work on time!

They offer a military discount which is cool but they switch up when you can use it and change up on what you can get it on depending on who is working. I’ve gotten the same thing discounted plenty of times but one different person is working they just get lazy and don’t feel like giving it to you. Might as well go to a gas station.

Two stars, for prices.Employees are very friendly. It is a nice store. Just way overpriced. Definately a big mark up. More than most of the other places locally.They open early. This is a great vape shop I go to this vape shop like 3 times a week. I spend soo much money/time here when I have to chance to go. The manager is very helpful I recommend this vape shop to anyone that needs help with anything or wants to start vaping. Everything is priced great and cheaper than a lot of other vapes shops.

Called to get a price for something and was refused the information and when i asked why was told because the owner doesnt want people to price compare and buy products cheaper from other stores hoping that if you come in you wont leave to go somewhere else and just pay what they want
