Scary placeLooks like they have a lot of things in there, but I’m not sure, I never made it past the door. The person behind the counter was clearly having a shouting match with someone inside who didn’t have I.D. but had to be in their 50s. We were targeted next and shouted at to leave if we didn’t have ours. We did, but my wife’s was in her purse in the car. It didn’t matter, I wasn’t about to go back in an ask my questions!! There was is surely a way to get your point across without scary my wife into making us drive somewhere else.

Purchased a disposable from them this morning - allowed me to try it in the store (which I thought was very nice). Brought it back in about an hour and a half later, as I got about 10 puffs into it and it was flashing that it was dead. I was told that nothing can be done (by the same employee that sold it to me) and that I am basically out of luck. Something can be done, you can decide to make reasonable decisions and not hang your customers out to dry after they purchase a product from you. I would have even be happy with a simple 10% discount offer, anything other than “sorry man you’re out of luck”. Wont be returning here even though I will have to go out of my way to find another shop. Find a different shop that will take care of their customers.

As I’m reading the reviews I’m not understanding a lot of them? I’ve been going into this store every week for about 2 months maybe 3 ( we used to go to the other one but discovered this one is closer we live 30 mins or so away, plus out of town’ers ) any way I know they had a worthless crew before, house was cleaned so I’m assuming there based on those folks, Rebecca is amazing and always goes over the top for me or my husband, Very people friendly and helpful. The prices are alil high but that’s to be expected with what we purchase like I said we’re from out of town. The manager is always helpful as well.

This was my regular ship. I agree with the most recent post if I could give no Stars I would. I called in and asked a price of a product I was told they have and the worker over the phone was very rude and told me they don’t discuss product price over the phone. Sounds to me like they are over pricing their products and can’t compete with local competitors. I’ll be never coming back.

Had a great experience speaking with the manager Sam and meeting his employee Makayla. Very attentive and knowledgeable , Walked out with a few things, shes quite a talker! cant wait to check it out again. By far BEST shop in Topeka.

Went there tonight and didnt know what i needed. I didnt get a name but the lady that helped us was very nice. She was very knowledgeable on everything. Got us exactly what my friend and i were looking for. Very happy with my experience. I will be back.

Not only does this place have bad management but upper management won’t do anything about it. I also have been blocked from reviewing their Facebook page by the manager. It’s a good place to shop but I have to agree with the other review, not a good place to work.The manager will nit pick you to death. She must get bored in the mornings and find little stuff to get mad about. Her favorite thing to do to her employees is to “publicly shame” them for not doing things exactly how she asked them to. But how she wants things done changes so often it’s impossible to keep up. You are expected to be available to listen to her constantly complaining off the clock. And respond. You get promised hours and a certain pay rate and get nothing close to that. Whenever she decides she is not happy with you she will cut your hours and blame the owner. At one point she was mad at a girl at their Lawrence location so she cut her hours to 14 or 15. I talked with my regional manager 4 times about her behavior. The 4th and final time he told me he couldn’t do anything about it “because of who she is”..... I tried to call the owner the same day but no answer. Maybe the turn over won’t be so high after she decides to move on or gets fired for treating people poorly.She was so busy trying to get the regional manager fired she asked me to record him screaming at his wife on the phone so she could have his job. And he was too busy trying to sleep with her to notice what she was doing.She has harassed another employee, to get me to change my one star review.Shopping and bank runs for the store are done off the clock. As well as nightly cleaning duties if you don’t get them done before close. So that means if you are helping customers up until close then you have to clock out then clean. You are not allowed to be clocked in for more than five minutes after close.Since I can’t get in touch with the owners after multiple attempts, to let them know all these things are happening, I figured I’d leave them here.

I had been visiting this store off and on for a little while now, and will be just heading here from now on. Rebecca was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d been meaning to make an upgrade, and honestly feel a lot more comfortable with my purchase with the insight and help. They’re keeping up with the current COVID-19 requirements well, and they remain well stocked. This’ll be my recommendation to others moving forward!

What is going on? Came in and there’s no heat in the store, it’s freezing and miserable. I couldn’t even stay and look around cause I was sooooo cold. The poor workers are great, but I just can’t do the cold. Not sure how they are able to be as nice and helpful under the conditions.Figured y’all would fix this by now. Came back a day later and it’s still not fixed!!!! I’m livid, y’all are going to lose a faithful customer, also you guys are cruel to have people working for you in these conditions. Shut the damn store down and get these problems fixed!!!!

Updated 4-17-21I wish I could give a negative or zero star.I have came in here a couple of times despite my previous review. I used up the last of my points and will not be returning to any of their stores. They are not informed and try to sell you the more expensive vs what you are looking for. The word is they work on commission. They are not customer friendly imo. More often than not, I leave completely unsatisfied with my visit. I feel rushed to make a decision and get out. I have began going exclusively to top line vapes on Fairlawn, Gary there is great, honest and informed. He gets paid whether you make a purchase or not so he has no motive to up sell or push a product on you. He will take the time to help you with all your questions.End of editBought a new tank here Feb 16 or 17 2020 and had a pleasant visit here the first time. The second time I came in was 3 days after my purchase. I love the crown 4 tank but am having issues with leaks. Brought my tank in. The guy looked at it, said it looks like there was a defect in the glass. He flipped the glass over on the tank and gave it back to me saying, here try it now. You just told me you sold me a tank with a defective glass and refused to take care of me. DONT GO HERE. Just about making money. We spent over $200 in the first visit and this is the appreciation they show. The staff were different between the first and second visit so the other 2 may be better at their job. But unless they replace my glass Ill not be back nor will I ever reccomend these people.

New update; worker with beard and gauged ears was very unprofessional.... Was sitting on couch and didnt greet me when I walked in, did NOT check my ID when I entered or made a purchase and then proceeded to offer me a sample of juice flavor from his own vape, DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. This has turned me off from this store. Will be taking my business elsewhere.Good selection, changed my review because staff has really stepped up, now very friendly and helpful. I go basically every two weeks and they always have awesome vape juices, staff is very knowledgeable and Im never told we dont have that, only once or twice because they were sold out of specific nicotine level. Only negative is last time I went the credit card machine was not working so I had to leave and come back with cash. Other than that this is my top choice in Topeka to shop for vapor related products.

Great selection of ejuice. But be warned if they have a computer problem while you are being checked out and have to exit and go back in you LOOSE your rewards. Happened to me tonight! I had 25% off a juice and the cable wouldnt connect to the card reader. When she went back into it my points to get the reward was gone and she said there was nothing she could do! Really??

Me and my husband went in there yesterday to buy new vapes and bought some silver back juice which is really good very helpful people they got us what we are looking for except mine broke I gotta see if they can fix it I hope they can but over all great staff very welcoming!!!!!Ok so got off work went down to get it fixed. They told me they could not honor the posted on the receipt 2 week warranty. They blamed it on the manufacturers and told me I could spend another 12 dollars to buy another pod. Dont go here also apparently no manager is available. Least not one u could talk to.

Sold me a vape after I asked about its pod replacement availability. They assured me they had them available. Soon after they sold me simular looking pods replacements but incompatible. Yes I showed them the device at the time of purchase. They refused an exchange or return as directed by the manager when I came back with the receipt. They then informed me they did not carry the correct replacements.They made no attempt to correct any problems.

Staff is friendly. Quality of product on the other hand is a different story. On multiple occasions I have went in to get a coil and some juice. On several of those occasions i’ve purchased a non working coil from them and they will not return/refund the non working coil. All in all I’ve probably wasted a total of 50-100$ in damaged product there. Yesterday I used all the point I had to get a “free coil” and once again it does NOT work. I WILL NOT be buying anything from vapors world or vapors rail.

There is no mask mandate, yet you still require masks to be worn in your business - where removing them to smoke is acceptable and the idea of safety is a joke. You also do not provide any complimentary masks for your patrons; instead, you pass that cost on to the consumer ($5) who is already spending money in your establishment..or you refuse them service. Despite the thousands I’ve spent in your store and the relationships I’ve been able to build with your employees and managers, your policy has refused me service two too many times. Businesses can obtain masks that cost less than a penny, for free, or receive 100% tax deduction for money spent, but greed has clouded your judgement and I will no longer spend money with you.

They let go of the two employees that would actually spend time helping customers with questions now employ a bunch of order takers. Also don’t order in what people purchase constantly, always had in stock when previous employees where there now it’s never in stock and never have been offered to order it in. Id recommend finding a different store to get juice or other supplies.

Had issues with the previous person at the store before he was fired and that’s win today I meant Rebecca who is beyond helpful and have the biggest heart she helps me get what I needed in the price range I wanted I highly recommend her when it comes to dealing with vapes.

Husband purchased a new Mod on the 1st They told him that it needed external batteries and a charger for those and they were around $50. Then turned out he didn’t need them at all the mod he purchased has a rechargeable internal battery. And of course even though this was discovered before he ever left the store they “can’t” give him a refund on the batteries or the charger. So they gave him in store credit which he used to buy extra oils, tanks, and coils. We got these and went home (we live over 30 minutes away) and yesterday discovered when he went to look at the tanks they didn’t even sell him the right tanks! Extremely disappointed as we spent over $120 which wouldn’t have happened in the first place had they not sold him things he didn’t need and could not even use.

I understand making a profit but this place is a rip off.Plus they don’t do refunds and if you try to return something that is broken the manager tries to make her employees go on google and do a bandaid fix instead of giving you a new one.This place is a joke and ps, go online and see how much it’s really worth before you buy from these scammers.

They have vapes from beginners to professional hobby mods. They even offered to help me set up a vape I didnt buy in store. Went in today to purchase Kratom and it was a horrible experience,there is no air conditioning at all which makes shopping undesirable,also I had to wear a mask which made it difficult to breath due to the intense heat. This experience has completely turned me off to shopping here. Either fix this or you will lose a customer.

I have a disability that keeps me from leaving the house often. I asked my mother to pick some vape juice for me. They repeatedly turned her away, although ive been in there with her before and provided my ID.

Went to vape world today for the first time and I have to say , Greay was very patient and helpful . Their product taste good and I am pleased with it . I would recommend this place without a shadow of a doubt this is the place you should go . And I got to meet some nice ladies that was customers as well . Doty and the other sweet lady . Avoid this place! Went in to get a universal charger and some 18650 batteries. Also wanted to try the new salt/nic juice because Ive stopped vaping for a couple years as it was always irritating and made me cough. They sold me the efest 4 bay charger which is not truly universal (I use these chargers on the road to charge 18650s and AA Batteries). The 18650 batteries are flat tops so they wont work in half of my mods. And the juice they sold me was 50/50 vg/pg. High PG juices are notorious for being irritating, or at least high VG juices are way less irritating. In truth, that one is my fault. I assumed that the salt/nic was an entirely different composition so I never checked. I used the unit and the irritation was the same or worse as it always was.The point of this review is this. If you know exactly what you need and they have the best price, then by all means, get what you need. If you go in and youre asking honest questions to try and make use of their experience and make a good choice, youre going to find that theyll sell you whatever the heck they can get you to buy regardless of what you need. When you realize you were taken for a ride and go back to return whats returnable youll find that NOTHING is returnable....as they will happily point out that it says on a single 8-1/2x11 piece of copy paper that sitting 8 up in the air on the very top of their juice display wall. I wasnt trying to return juice. I get it. Some thing just cant be returned.Anyway, long rant. Sorry for that. If youre looking for people to actually help in the selection process and give a cr_p about their customers, go somewhere else. Otherwise buyer beware...be very aware.

Its a great place to get vapor supplies. The shop is decorated very nicely, they provide freedom drinks, and the staff is very courteous and helpful, without being pushy.They also have a massive selection of e-juice.

Im trying to quit smoking cigarettes. Went in not knowing what the best course of action was and the person working (cannot recall his name; sorry) was very patient and walked me through all his suggestions for someone trying to come off of cigarettes. And he didnt attempt to sell me really expensive stuff I didnt need. He gave me many options to choose from.

I bought a disposable vape from them, went to my car to try it out and found it was dead. I tried to go back into the store to refund/replace it, but was told there was nothing they could do since I left the store. I was NEVER told to try it before leaving the store. Never coming to this store again.

Terrible service , bought a battery from them and came back the next day, same person was there from when I bought the battery . Went through the fact it was no good . No question . Asked me what I wanted to do about it . Told them I would like another one . They said we cant do that , no returns . Sold me a bad battery , led me to believe they where gonna do something about it and did nothing . The funny thing is they just went though a staff change because all the staff walked out all at once because of being accused of the inventory being off . This person that I dealt with is new and cant believe she didnt just tell me they wouldnt do anything , I even showed her the battery was swollen and had no charge with a meter and would not charge in a charger or in my Mod . Never said anything about not being able to return it untill I told her I wanted a new one . Unbelievable!!
