This is by far the best customer service smoke shop in town! The father, son duo are the sweetest, kindest people I’ve met since I moved to LA a few years back. They are knowledgeable about their various products and are very patient. It’s not the closest to where I live, but I will make a trip across town, then to support another shop. Thank you for your help and service!

These guys always have exactly what I need. If by chance they dont have it, usually it is there the next time I come in. They are very kind and knowledgeable when it comes to their products and always show me the new stuff they get in. Best smoke shop 👌

This place is a rip off it doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star.. yeah they have good glass but the prices ain’t worth it. I went in to buy a bubbler and the price for them were outrageous. 35 for a nice medium bubbler? I bought a bubbler here a mini one and he said $20..! Really? The only reason I bought it was cause I need it one to smoke cause I was going out of state. Never again.

I was looking for cigars and one of the staff members Ray gave some recommendations that turned out to be fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for more recommendations.

I must say I have to disagree with the one star rating because the people who work here are not there to rip you off. Their prices are competitive and fair, and loyalty goes a long way here. They are always honest about their prices and they hook you up. It’s the best customer service I’ve ever received from a smoke shop, and most other places in general. If they don’t have something you need right then and there, they call you back when they do. I know the customers are always their number one priority as it should be. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable about their merchandise, and for cigarettes, they’re the cheapest I’ve seen since the tax increase.

Excellent customer service provided by owners, father and son. Their prices on vaporizers are excellent... even lower than online retail prices. Received valuable help selecting a new variety of American Spirit cigarettes and also got a couple of packs for $2 each. I will return to Lime Star Tobacco.

Excellent service! I used to go here about twice a month and I greet the same guy who new the vapes well. I bought a Nord 2 pod system and it worked fantastic. He told me how to use it and everything. I even bought some lighter fluid and a Zippo lighter. Awesome prices! Thank you. Theres nearly everything from pipes to wax pens (thc not sold here) but they have things for it. Enjoy!

Big store, wide variety of things. I come here when Im the area since im not usually in the south bay. Every time I walk in I always feel welcomed no matter how many times I have been. They always remember me. Prices seemed pretty good compared to south bay. I always find parking nearby which is a huge plus.Cashiers have always been very friendly and helpful, and not pushy re specific items or brands if i am browsing.

This is Definitely a 5 Star Shop in this area. They are very people friendly and shops is excellently clean and organized. PRICE is GREAT! Varieties of Vape such as AIR BAR (My favorite) and flum and so on… Thank you 🙏

Thanks Ray first of all for your kind and patient assistance. I went to limestar for my first vape. I knew absolutely nothing about them. I was helped by Ray for at least an hour. He was not only patient with me but showed me how to use every single part of the vape inside and out. This shop has everything one would want and is a totally nice place . First shop I went to and am going to be a loyal customer.

I bought a rig from here over a year ago still going strong broke like 5 before that and they always give great deals and work with you on the price. If they dont have something you are looking for they will order it for you. All around great shop with amazing customer service

Ive been shopping here for 2+ years and they have been great since day one. The owners and every employee are very personable, they make you feel very welcome as they hook you up with the best deals in town on all the newest/coolest smokeshop accesories and fresh tabacco products. Other shops cant compete.

Called ahead of time to verify a price before going into the store and was told it would be $5 over the phone. When I got there the employee then told me it would be $10. I explained to him that I had just called and he told me it would be $5. I was even willing to meet on his side of halfway at $8 for the product and he refused and let me walk out of the store. Poor business, unhelpful and dismissive. Just go somewhere else, dont waste your time or money.Additionally, a woman in front of me apparently purchased a defective vape that was under warranty and he wouldnt accept it back in exchange for a working one. He wanted to charge her full-price for a new vape... something she had just bought that didnt work.

Not really the type of customer service i expected based on the reviews of this place. I went in looking for a nice starter kit and basically got the cold shoulder and left the shop empty handed. Come on guys, we all have bad days but this was ridiculous.

Amazing smoke shop with super friendly & helpful staff that really reaches out for its customers requests! Almost every thing you could need for vapers, smokers & tokers from glass, vapes, juice and the largest wrap selection Ive ever seen! Even non-tobacco, nicotine free herbal wraps!
