I thought about writing this review for a few moments and then I came to the realization that if the roles were reversed, it would happen to me: I came in after work to pick up some nicotine only to be greeted by the most gaudy explicit hip hop music of which they were talking about dealing cr@ck amongst other things. I understand, that unfortunately the world has normalized such degenerate music but this specific music hits too close to home. That drug has ruined many of my family members and has decimated generations... So, it may just be trendy music to you guys, but its trauma to many. I did NOT wanna hear that bull crap and when I expressed my concern, I was IGNORED TWICE. They couldnt care less. Couldnt be bothered to turn it down or change it. The man behind the counter didnt even FLINCH.At the register, the man told me that there would be separate transactions for the two products I purchased however he didnt tell me the pricing. When I asked him how much the other one cost he said, and I quote I wont know, until you buy the first one. Common sense would dictate: let me cancel and scan the other, so I can get you an accurate total. But then again my whole experience was trash. I do not like feeling less than when I spend hard earned legitimate money in your store. Ill go somewhere more accommodating.

Awesome products and great service but prices vary depending if Management is there. Every time I go in the store product prices change. Apparently Management can waive the taxes.

Very knowledgeable and is able to help you with what you need or looking for. My husband and I went to ask about Nicotine vapes and what will work for us. Took time to let us know.

I live in South colonie about 25 30 mins away Im Glady willing to drive that far the knowledge and helpful staff they have here. One particular employee dj such a knowledgeable person who has gone above and beyond to try and help out

Not open at posted hours. The hours posted online and at the store say they open at 10 on weekdays, but Ive never seen them open earlier than 11. We showed up around 10:40 today. The open light was on, but doors were locked. Tried to call the store, no answer. We ran over to the Cumberland Farms to grab a few things, came back and watched another set of customers try to get in. Still locked. We realized wed forgotten something, ran back to Cumberland Farms, and came back one last time. Looked like the Loomis truck outside was possibly waiting for the store too. 15 minutes had passed from our initial arrival time, and we needed to be somewhere, so we gave up. The store is great otherwise, but this is far from the first time something like this has happened. Maybe just change your operating hours?

Typically a pretty good store. Unless you show up when theyre supposed to open. Open sign blinking, say they open at 11. Its currently 1130 and nobody is here, door locked. Not the first time this has happened. They dont open up when they say they will. Wasted a trip out here thinking I had time before work. Pretty mad. Id go more, but they just dont have reliable people working here. One star for that.

Mostly go for my boyfriends vaping needs. The more I went the more I realized they could meet all my needs too. Super friendly service. Wicked knowledgeable. They have some products Ive never seen any where else that enhances my smoking experience, which I really appreciate.

Eric was one of the top sales associates of any vaping shop I have been to, except for those at Pale Horse Vapors, but that is just a personal preference. They both are excellent places for your vaping needs. They are professional, courteous, compassionate, and do not try to sell you something just for the sake of a sale. If you want a mod or tank that matches your personality and needs whether you are a beginner or advanced user, this is one of the top places to go.

I’m completely new to vaping, I’m learning as I go, and I had such an amazing experience at this location! Remo/Rimo (not sure of the spelling) was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and answered every question I had, going so far as to walk me through using my new pieces and setting them up for me. As far as pricing, I would say very fair. I will be going back in the future!

Ive been to a few places in the area and never have I felt so welcome as I did here. REMO was the most helpful and knowledgable vape store associate I have ever dealt with. Not sure what his schedule is but you would be missing out dealing with anyone else. Thanks again.

Always the place to go - no issues, knowledgable staff, good convos - everything you want and need at a vape shop. Theyve been in business for years so they dont do anything shady business wise. Competitive in their pricing since I think they undercut everyone else.

51 Vape is the best vape shop in the area. Amazing and very knowledgeable staff, great selection on juices, mods, coils, anything you need and the prices arent over the top like a lot of other shops. Everytime I walk in there, the staff doesnt treat me as if Im a customer, they treat me like a friend. I would absolutely recommend this place!!!

Every cashier that has been there has been very helpful treated me very well always help you get the right stuff and if you aint got the correct change or they dont want you to break a bigger bill they just let it fly Ill go there for all my vaping needs
