Was on point had lots have cool stuff as well had to get out of there before I spent ally money in there love the backpacks

The staff here is amazing and very knowledgeable!! All the girls are very professional and polite!! They answer all your questions and they will do their best to find you exactly what you need no matter what your looking for in the vape or smoke needs. Heres my honest opinion, the prices are jacked up a good bit and then put women with skimpy clothes on so you feel pressured into buying, i went elsewhere, I dont like the atmosphere.

I had a great experience at the store here in Troy! Had to get my younger brother’s iPad reset because he disabled it due to entering his password in wrong to many times. I brought it in on Wednesday and it was fixed by the next day, and it only took that long because it had to update. The guy who did it was the sweetest thing and even helped me go through the set up process TWICE cause I did something wrong the first time. 10/10 recommend going there if you can’t figure it out in your own. Wasn’t expensive either!

Needed to stop by to get my fix since I was in town and was pointed over to this place. The atmosphere of the shop is top notch and the people here were pretty friendly. Shout out to Echo who is the most cool person Ive had the pleasure of speaking with today. She was very knowledgeable about the products and actually helped me find a new flavor of Elfbar I hadnt tried before that I instantly was hooked on. Definitely a great shop and wish I had one of these places where I live.

Ive bought two vapes from this place that tore up within a couple weeks of purchase and despite me being a regular customer they wouldnt offer any exchange or return, one of the vapes broke the same day as purchase and they still wouldnt do anything.

Called two different phone repair stores about fixing my iPhone screen and neither could get it done until next week and charged ridiculous prices. My mom took my phone up to smokes r us Monday morning and they had it done the same day before I got off work, and charged a fair price. Super friendly staff all around and great customer service. Would 10/10 recommend going here for your vaping needs and phone repairs!!

Staff is courteous but not knowledgable about products. Prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! The selection is not great. Overall this smoke shop sucks, but has potential with better management.

At first I was impressed with this place but now all I really like about it are the staff. A nice girl helped me try to find a pipe today but the store doesnt have a good enough selection of water pipes under $100. Shame because they have quality pieces, theyre just wildly overpriced. A pipe that should cost $30 runs about $60 to $70.I wasnt satisfied with trying to return a busted lighter I bought from there either. I only got the lighter cuz it was cute, but it was empty upon purchase. Returned it and she stuck a plain one in my hand. I wanted to at least get the $3 off a pipe, because who spends $3 on a plain lighter? But I felt stupid asking for a refund. Next time ask how you can resolve an issue rather than assuming the right action. And they asked me to remove or edit my previous review, I dont know which, but it was unclear if they wanted me to remove the statement where I said they sold faulty products. I think that should remain as the people should be reminded by reviews to check their goods before leaving the store. Anyway, I wanted to like this store, but its just not it. Wont be going there anymore. They (referring to management) try too hard to be the best.Shout out to the girl who helped me tho. You were great and I know you were doing your best.

The best smoke shop I have been to in Alabama! By far the best selection of products for any of your smoking needs. Employees are super friendly and welcoming and the ambiance of the place is very relaxing. Highly recommend anyone that smokes stops by here even to just hangout for a few minutes. This place has it all, no joke. Great selection of disposable vapes. The man who helped me out was extremely helpful and showed me a awesome vape I hadn’t tried yet. They have all real stuff no counterfeit vapes , for people who use disposables, you know how important that is. Most gas stations don’t sell the real deal so it is great to know that there is a reliable source in Troy.
