Very nice and knowledgeable crew, amazing selection of glass, tobacco, kratom, vapes, vape juice, insence, theyve got it all. Definitely the best smoke shop in troy, dont bother trying to shop elsewhere, Troy Smoke has everything the competitors do and then some.

This place is always so welcoming and the staff are super friendly. They have discounts and deals on everything. They also have everything related to smoking. I come here multiple times a week and i love it !

They don’t even honor their own coupons. I have been coming here weekly for the last 6 weeks and they won’t even honor the coupons they gave me lol not to mention the first few times I was buying juice for $15.00 and now it’s over $20.00 a bottle that’s fine I’ll take our business elsewhere.

Despite admitting he knew nothing about my particular coils, ignored me when I told him where to look for the power range. Then laughed at me when I explained my hesitation with switching from freebase to salt nic. He didnt even have a rebuttal and clearly thought I was an idiot. Thanks but no thanks. The prices arent good enough for me to be talked down to.

All I can say is wow was I left satisfied 😝😗 I walked in and was faced with the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life, Zachary answered all 57 Questions I asked and was not frustrated in the slightest, had everything I needed and more!! Will Be Back!! Meow Meow Meow :)) 😸👍

I absolutely love this place! Huge variety of stuff to pick from. They seem to cover just about every smoking need. Prices are better than other local smoke shops in Troy. Great deals on vapes if youre looking for them. I will definitely making this a frequent stopping spot. Highly recommend

This shop price gouges all of their china glass. Went here for a slide & they wanted $15 while Monkeys on the other side of town charges $6 for the same piece. $7 for a can of butane & they sold me terp pearls that melted in my banger. Do yourself a favor and go to Monkeys or even better Crazy Martins in Piqua.

Me and my coworkers came in and Zach immediately jumped out to help us pick out and explain to us every single question we had he answered with answers that actually made sense in a smoke shop for once he knows his stuff about his store

When you go in, all of the vapes are on the wall back behind the counter and you can’t read what kinds they even have, rather than displaying them in a case to make shopping easy for the customer. I have asked them if they could make a list so that I could read it since I like to try different kinds and they said they aren’t able to do that. Tonight I went in and asked if they had an apple flavored specific brand and was met with “ I don’t know, we have several apple flavors” rather than asking more questions to find out what I was looking for. I then asked how I could try different varieties if I’m not able to see the different flavors and the guy said “I could read them all to you, I do it a million times a day”. I then decided it wasn’t worth spending my money in a shop that isn’t interested in making a good amount in sales by making the shopping experience enjoyable for the customer. I bought 2 I was familiar with and left when I had came to purchase a variety to try. They also do not have you try your vapes before leaving, which is bad business in the vape industry. I went ahead and asked if I could, and was told “I know that it works”. No you don’t- a disposable vape can definitely be faulty and if the customer leaves and gets home and it doesn’t work, they would be out of luck. I will definitely be taking my money somewhere else next time.

Very nice store but only giving 3 stars. Its posted on Google they OPEN at 10 am on Sundays. I waited there till 10:06 am Sunday and the store was CLOSED.
