We are very experienced cigar smokers and always stop in Wild Bill when we are in town and take advantage the of the great selection and the 25% off 20 cigar special. This time we met John who introduced us to some wonderful new selections. He clearly has a great knowledge of cigars and was very friendly and made the visit even more wonderful.

Everyone is always pleasant , love the store has all my smoking needs at what I consider fair prices. Nerak has been very helpful and pleasant she even helped me find CBD for my dog that was on clearanceI do like this store!

Wild Bills is always there in a pinch for all my smoke needs and accessories. Huge shout out to Nerak too for always having the best vape suggestions and maintaining a professional attitude!

Wonderful friendly helpful staff, products always in stock. Very well maintained and clean. Im in their store about twice a week for lottery and other things, never had an issue. Thank you Narek for always welcoming me with a smile!

Always quick ringing people up with the customer service to go with it. Also recommend products when I’m indecisive.Recently got a vape that didn’t work- so I emailed mr vapor. No response from them so I emailed again and nada. Manager asked if I got it resolved yet and told him what I just wrote. He said bring it in we’ll swap it out for you.If you’re around the area definitely check them out!

Nerak and Michael have been so helpful. It’s the best Wild Bills around. Miss the twins though. 😂 Glad they fixed the parking lot.

Harlen and Nerak are simply the best! It’s always a warm bright experience whenever I walk in. They are quick to help with any questions I have, and conversations with them always brighten my day. I recommend coming here over everywhere else!

I like the selection they have and the people who work there are really nice.Today I paid 52% tax on tobacco and when I asked the girl who works there she said “ this is America” and when I asked her if she knows how much taxes on tobacco, she said i don’t know, I only work here, I find it funny and I feel bad for the girl surviving with this mentality. In Michigan; the taxes on tobacco is 32%

Great place to shop if youre a true smoker. There glass bong room is incredible!

They sold me a $289 cigarette rolling machine saying how great it is. The machine is garbage and takes me twice as long as my old $80 dollar one. After 3 weeks I went to return it and they said no returns on machines. If youre buying a rolling machine dont get it here because if it works or not they wont take it back. Ive been a customer of theirs for over 8 years and I will never go back after this scam! To many other stores to shop at!

I’m a pretty big fan of Wild Bills in general but this location is my all time favorite! The owner and staff are beyond friendly and helpful. I literally look forward to stopping in.

One of my favorite Wild Bills to go to, staff is very funny and nice. Beware that all vape juices (anywhere you go) may smell good but they might not taste that way!

I dont recommend this particular location. Ive purchased multiple vape pens and they were defective every time. Its also hassle to return or exchange them here. I dont think its right to sell inferior goods to people. I advise spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

I was help today by a employee named Johnny. He greeted me nicely and with respect. I asked many questions about a orbit vape when I went in to get a new coil for it. He told me a lot about the pen anwsered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was very helpful even answered questions I had that were miscellaneous about other products. I was so happy with the service I bought a OCB rolling tray I didnt need it but when you are treated like that it makes you want to do more business with the store.

I love this location. I have driven past 2 other Wild Bills just to stop here. The people are always super helpful and patient and they usually have a pretty great glass selection.

STALE CIGS. Make sure you check your cigs before you pay. I checked them immediately after paying. Did not even need to open the pack. Of course they’re crunchy. No refund. I should’ve known but I figured unopened 1 min after purchase they’d understand.. NOPE

Stay away from this store. I have bought a few items from this store and all have been faulty. I have had to return all products. The store will not return mods they make you go through the manufacturer saying they dont own the item. Save your money and go to one of the many other smoke shops in the area.

Great location with nice staff and service. If youre at this location, look for the store manager, Johny. Hes extremely helpful everytime I come in and its refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable help me with vape equipment and juice needs.

Skip the gas station rip-off mark-ups. WBs has great deals and fair market value.

This is the best wild bills I’ve ever been to, Scott, Trish, and Colton are all extremely nice and informative. The store is very clean. I’ll be a lifelong customer.

Love this place, great staff and large selection of vape products. Lift the ban of flavored ejuice liquids. This is affecting all vape shop businesses, staff, and customers who have quit smoking safely using vape products.

For a Tobacco shop they didnt have much. I can get more smokes at a gas station then I got here. Unfortunate.. I tried somewhere new, but walked out with only 2 packs of smokes. All they had.

Hello discounts on Wednesdays service people are very helpful and cooperative some prices are high average on other things tobacco is cheap been going there around 12 years just bought a new vape pipe had problems with it they help me out and fix my problems very nice personnel quite knowledgeable hard to get out of the parking lot and high traffic times nice store has everything that you need thats

Bought some Romeo Y Julieta Reserve cigars. They are poorly made, mushy and would not properly light. Their match are even lousy. Cigars are probably seconds and when I return them we will see what they say.
