Had a 60 minute massage, it was awesome! I left feeling very relaxed! I got good take home instructions to maximize the results. The massage therapist was Mike. They got me in as a walk in. He made sure to ask if the pressure was OK. Would go again.

My partner and I got full body massages here with Lucy and Mike. They are amazing! I love a firmer massage and Mike was amazing! My partner is new to massages and Lucy treated him just right! The owner is also very knowledgeable and courteous, I will recommend this place to everyone! We will be returning!

Terrible business. I am a traveling doctor staying in tucson without a vehicle. They say they close at 9. I called ahead and asked for a 60 minute massage. Took a 30 minute Uber and got there at 8:07. I was told I could only get a 45 minute massage at that point. Never had an experience like that with any massage place especially since I described my situation to them. Will have spent $50 on Ubers for no reason and completely ruined my night. F+ for service

First time..a mothers day gift from my daughter. I got the 30 min signature focus massage.. head, neck, shoulders. Very relaxing atmosphere. The owner is very warm and engaging. Clean environment, great prices. Will definitely return. Satisfied customer!👍🏼

I have been going to Spa Valencia for couples messages with my best friend or full body messages for my own self care for about a year now, and my experiences have all been positive. Whether I go in for stress relief from work or for sore muscles from body building, my needs have always been met at Spa Valencia. Since my first visit, William always provided a welcoming environment and he explained ways to communicate with the message therapists to meet my needs. Since discovering this hidden gem, I have skipped opportunities for messages at resorts and wait until I return to Tucson. I do not see myself going anywhere else.

My neck and shoulders were in a lot of pain, and I was looking for a chair massage. Was very happy to find this place. Looks like they have a full menu of spa treatments and all types of massages. The receptionist and the massage therapist were very professional. The facility was new and clean. It is in the same mall as the Safeway on Valencia Road.I also appreciate being able to get in the same day I called.

Don’t recommend. I don’t prefer a “therapist” who doesn’t speak English, or understand a basic request for a blanket because I was freezing cold the whole 2 hour massage. Lena had very strong hands, but was very fast and quick with her flow. She asked at least 30 times, “OK?”, and I asked for a blanket because I was cold and she giggled and said “No English”. So, I froze and still left a generous $40 tip, but come on….Denise at the front desk was no help when I discussed at the end of my appointment and she said “Well, it’s not our job to have them speak English.” I questioned the basic requests a client might have during a service, and she basically let me know it wasn’t a priority for this Spa.LOOK elsewhere when traveling to Tucson for a massage.

Following my massage on Friday, I started having chills and a fever. I think it was the hot towels, that got cold as they were being used. The massage itself was good, but not worth being sick. Today is Sunday and I am still sick.

The combo massage, upper body and foot, was spectacular! The treatment began with a foot soak followed by a scalp massage. The practitioner used different techniques than I normally experience with a Swedish Massage. I was Jelly at the end and needed to sit a bit in my car to regain my wits to drive.

Booked a couples massage with my mom here and though we were both happy with the massages given, both of us didn’t receive care on all of the areas that were bothering us which was a little disappointing- though what really kept taking us out of it was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the room 🤢 both the therapists are clearly smokers and neither took care of the second hand smoke smell before their appointments which was WILD to me. I’ve had countless massages before and there is often an aroma therapy component but woah nobody needed or wanted it to be the smell of an ashtray.

Got a Groupon deal for this spot. Its a bit of a hole in the wall, but it wasnt for me and my wife. We had a 60 minute massage special. Just didnt feel like the quality of the massage wasnt the greatest for what we got. I think well go to a chain massage place next time.

Had a full 90 min signature couples massage on 4 Jan 24 with Mike and Lucy (husband and wife). Hands down, they are the best. They provided exceptional massages for both my wife and me. Highly recommend. Additionally, the facilities are spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind in taking time to share his wealth of knowledge, advice and tips regarding the whole spectrum of the art and science of massage. Top notch start to finish.

It was amazing! I recently had a fall and I needed to relieve some tension and soreness and I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage with CBD oil and hot towels that were added in for free! They went above and beyond to make my first time there a great experience! My massage therapist was Jen and she did a great job asking me if I was okay. Was great with the massage! Definitely going back and I told all my friends and coworkers about them and to go seek there to get their massages done! William was also amazing going through the process with me and the paper work and everything! He explained all the details of needing to know. Amazing place and great quality which is very hard to find nowadays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage. We had Mike and Lucy, they addressed all areas noted, and asked to ensure the massage was comfortable pressure wise. Great place!! Will definitely go again!!

I have seen Tom at Spa Valencia twice. Both visits have left me feeling relaxed and revived. My upper back, shoulders and lower back always give me trouble. I can feel tension has left my body after he works his magik! Ask for Tom! He’s the best!

My boyfriend and I have each been twice in two weeks already! We stumbled upon this gem a couple of weeks after they opened and we both are so happy we did. We did a 90 min massage the first time and a couples massage last night and both were incredible!! I have had many massages in my life and these last two have been top notch. Great prices and the owner is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I would recommend to anyone!!

I stopped by here yesterday after a gentleman handed me a flyer. I never have time or can schedule a full hour massage and I have been having trouble sleeping due to some neck and back pain. I was excited to see that they had walk in appointments available for chair massages, both 15 and 30 minutes. I got my 15 minute massage and felt so much better and slept wonderfully last night. Not only did I get a nice massage, but the therapist helped me stretch my muscles which I think helped even more! Afterwards, I met and talked to the owner. He is a very nice guy and has some great marketing and promotional things going! The facility is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Im excited to schedule a couples massage soon! Normally, I go to downtown Tucson to get massages, though I live on the West side of town since there were no Spas near me. Through Google search, I found Spa Valencia which is minutes from my home; and boy am I happy with the services I received from their masseuse.William, the owner, booked my appointment and from the start made me feel very comfortable. He educated me on the different massage techniques and which modality would be best for the pain I was feeling. I chose to go with a deep tissue, trigger point and CBD massage after talking with William. It was the most comprehensive and professional service I have received by far in my many years of receiving massages for pain relief. The staff I interacted with were professional, prompt and attentive.Now Im home after the massage and William was absolutely correct about the timeframe when I would be feeling relief. The tightness in my back is gone and I currently feel completely relaxed. They will definitely be getting my business in the very near future.

Originally I had rated this business with four stars, mostly due to my soreness post deep tissue massage, then I received a call from William and he talked me through what I should do to alleviate that soreness as well as things I could do prior to my next massage they would help prevent the soreness. Now I would like to rate with five stars simply due to the customer service and the one-on-one individual education that goes above and beyond the normal expectations of a business!

I feel so good and relaxed today!! And l owe it to a wonderful massage l had yesterday at Spa Valencia. I was on my way to get groceries and did not planned or had time for a massage but l decided to put everything on hold and take care of me, so worth it!!! And l am so happy l found my massage place in this part of town. I can’t wait for the new service that they will offer soon. We work so hard all the time l strongly support the idea of taking care of your body and do what feels good. Massages is on top of my list.

Woke up and my back was sore. I could bearly move. So I booked a Signature Full Body Massage - 60 Minutes. Steven was incredible and amazing. The spa was clean. Everyone was really nice. My back felt so good the next day at work. Im booking another one in two weeks. Thank you Steven. (Update) had another 60 today. This time a deep tissue 60 minute with Andy. Awesome!

This place is absolutely amazing from the moment you walk in. The owner and staff were outstanding in customer service and making me feel comfortable. The massage was incredible. Ive been there three times in the last month and each massage has been amazing. My favorite place to go!

We werent sure about this place with it being so new, but we got some amazing massages from some therapists with years of experience. The atmosphere was very calming also. Were definitely coming back!
