2 star because my experience was far better here than owasso I went to 2 months ago and slightly better than the broken arrow location I went to 5 years ago. I’ve completely given up on this place. My boyfriend and I both got massages at the same time, different rooms. I was hoping I’d walk out and he’d tell me his was great because mine wasn’t, again! Very disappointed. This massage they actually massaged everything but the tech was very short with each part and threw my arms and legs back down and quickly tucked them back in when she was done with the area. I felt like a bother. Like she didn’t want to be there in the first place. When I got to the room I had a smile on my face and wanted to talk a little more but she just rushed and hurried to shut the door so I could change and get under the blanket. I mean I’m not even a big talker in the first place but let me tell you what I came in for. The front desk girls were nice. My boyfriend had the same experience like it felt rushed and like she didn’t want to do what she was doing as well. It’s unfortunate to waste a day off for that. Especially for spending 300~ Lost our business indefinitely.

Auriana is wonderful. She gives a great facial — relaxing, soothing, reinvigorating! She also has great energy. I highly recommend her.

I went to Massage Envy for a 60 minute massage. My experience with Paula was great! I had a couple of target areas that I requested extra attention. Paula did a great job communicating on the pressure applied and extra time spent on those areas. The entire process was very professional and discreet.

Experience was great! Check in was smooth and easy. Paula was so kind, gentle and has a talent for massage!! I was impressed with how awesome she did at loosening up some problem areas!

Shae is amazing! She does exactly what you need and is so talented. She knows so much about the anatomy of the human body and her technique is on point! She doesnt talk to you unless you talk to her, which I appreciate when Im getting a massage and just want to relax. She has a very calming, peaceful presence. Shes my girl for the long haul 😊 Thank you Shae for being a Rockstar!

I love Massage Envy…I have my favorite therapist at each place, and Ciera on Brookside is fantastic. I see her AT LEAST twice and month and I feel so amazing when I leave, but even more amazing the next day and following week! I highly recommend her 😊

My massage appt was terrible and very disappointing. She barely rubbed my skin. There was no actual massage of my muscles. She acted terrified to see any part of my body even after telling her I am not modest, she continued to pull the sheet and blanket up to under my chin. It was suffocating. She put a headband on my head and when rubbing my neck she was actually rubbing the material not my neck. She would rub, again skin only, down one arm and hand then the other arm she never touched the other hand. She spent more time rubbing a tiny circle around the ankle bone on each side than she did the rest of my body. She didn’t start until ten minutes after my appt time and stopped ten mins before the end time of my appt. I understand the time needed to get dressed and undressed but an hour appt should not be 40 minutes or less. She just abruptly stopped said ok Sheryl your done and walked out of the room. I have always in the past after having many massages in my lifetime had them end by rubbing my head and then slowly stopping and asking me how I felt. Maybe it was a good thing she didn’t ask me how I felt. It was the worst massage, if you can call it that, I ever received. To say it was disappointing doesn’t even start to describe it. The head rest also was so low I got a headache I tried to pull it up and she told me to stop it was fine. It was not. By this time I just wanted it over and leave so I could get some Tylenol. I hate to be mean to anyone, so I kept quiet and was glad it lasted less than 40 minutes. I would avoid this place or at least this massage therapist.

That was my first facial. Adia was amazing and very informative! My face feels better than it ever has she talked to me about some products and a routine to keep my skin feeling refreshed and glowing . Looking forward to seeing her again soon.

Lucky I am giving the star they gor in this Review. When I was greeted, I was never given the forms to fill out and I was fifteen minutes early. Time passed finally gave me my forms. 10 minutes after my appointment was to start which I booked at 5 oclock. I get pulled back no real info from Cierra other than. Get undressed and lay face down. She come back ten minutes later or so.. You know thats twenty minutes into my appointment time at this point and then it stops, and im getting dressed at 5: 55. I paid for an hour of Massage Barely got 30 to 40 minutes. Also, she never worked my pictorial muscles at all. I also stated that I wanted firm to deep tissue, Cierras pressure is more of a medium than a firm or deep tissue. Yes, I did tip her because its the polite thing to do in the industry. Ive had a work for tips before too. Did I think the massage was worth the tip that I gave, definitely not. You pay for an hour and you dont get an hour, well that to me is shady business, Especially when I am up paying my bill before 6p a hour an appointment was from 5p-6p... Shame shame

Adia is an amazing esthetician. I received a Dermaplaning treatment with her and I was very pleased with my results! Also, her recommendations have never led me astray; my at home routine has shown me great results too, thanks to her suggestions.

Paula is pleasant, professional, and good. She could be great by learning more detailed massage techniques. I hope to request an appointment with her again.

She was professional and kind. I did get the vibe that she was either new or not confident in her skills. Her pressure is light which I knew going into it but it was light as a feather and the massage process didn’t seem smooth when transitioning to a different area of the body. It almost felt like she was bored and just trying to pass the time. Overall, it was relaxing and not a bad experience.

This one was a little too deep where tissue is thin and skeletal structure is close to the surface. Used too much thumb pressure rather than forearms or elbows or fists. It made me tense up rather than release knots. I did ask for firm pressure , but this wasn’t quite what I needed.

Super comforting atmosphere, the receptionist was very hospitable! I had Marissa, I asked her to massage me hard and she did not disappoint! I would recommend this business to everyone (:

I have been a member since 2017 and will be canceling my membership because of my experience at Brookside. Staff is very immature and incompetent. They also treat you with little dignity or respect. Save yourself some time and never go here. It’s so unprofessional, a joke of a place.

Rissa is great. Nice personality. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Most importantly, she gives a great facial!

Im a server and a baker, and Ciera is attentive to what my worn out body needs, doesnt complain, and treats my muscles deeply with care. I appreciate her experience.

Even though she is new. She is well experienced. My facial was very thorough and I left feeling relaxed throughout the entire experience. Clean, fresh and rejuvenate when it was complete. I even fell asleep during. Thank you Auriana!

All that I want to say is That girl Shae has got skillzzz, man. Ive been getting this monthly massage in Owasso for the past 6 months, and she touched muscles that hadnt been touched yet. I will be back to this location.

That was my first facial with Adia. She was fantastic! I came out feeling so relaxed. My skin was glowing, and hydrated again. We even talked about some products that came help my dry skin during this terrible cold weather. Will be going back again very soon!

Andrea was great. I usually prefer a lot firmer pressure, but if you’re looking to just relax and not think of anything, then she’s your girl! I was so mentally relaxed that I forgot I had to go back to work afterwards!

Check in was speedy and the front desk staff is always helpful and pleasant.My favorite is Norma. Shes wonderful and sweet and is very missed.Creshae (Shae) was not a disappointment in Normas absence. She truly is the best Ive had at Massage Envy on feet and joints.

While I have had the best experiences with many of the massage therapists, I would say that Ciera is amazing. Ive been in extreme pain and she spent so much time working out those painful knots. Marissa is also amazing!

The BEST 90 min massage I have had in all my years of massages. This massage therapist Shae was so nice, professional, and highly skilled. The location was the cleanest and most professional of all the ME locations I have visited.

I booked a 10am. Drove 30+ miles and nobody showed up. The place was closed. No signs or anything posted. I received an appt. confirmation text the day before which I confirmed on with no response. Massage Envy on Brookside better not charge my card on file.

Paula gave me a great medium pressure massage! She asked appropriate questions ahead of time to determine the areas in which to focus and brought hot towels to help loosen my muscles. I felt much better after I left!

Rissa loves what she does and that shows when doing my facials. She makes the whole experience calming and relaxing! Thank you Rissa!

I used one of my massages for my mom and the massage therapist talked the whole time about her personal life and how she was having to take care of her family and all these kids. My mom hasn’t had a massage in years and asked that I not get her one again after this experience. Very very disappointing experience since it was for Mother’s Day. I do understand some people talk to their massage therapists but negative talk is not a way to relax.

I have gone to Ciera twice and she’s great! Super professional and very strong hands. She really took the time trying to get the knots out of my back.

Just got a massage from Desiree and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and she got all the knots out of my neck, shoulders and back! She even used hot towels on my feet and gave me a great foot massage.

This location has such a serene atmosphere, perfectly conducive for a relaxing massage. This was my first time to visit Ciera…but it won’t be my last! She is so good at what she does!

I needed to reschedule my massage and my therapists schedule was full so I tried a new therapist Desirey. She was great and suggested a different level of massage for my crazy muscles. Ill definitely get another massage from her.

I’ve been getting massages and facials for the last 7-8 years and the massage and facial I experienced with them was honestly one of the best and my favorite out of ALL of them. THANK YOU ladies. I purchased the year membership and am now beginning to wish I had not. While I have had 2 good experiences with massage at 2 locations I have found it difficult to get appointments. I have, on multiple occasions, called the Brrokside location, and the phone just rings and there is no way to leave a message so no return call. Frustrating since I have invested in the year long contrCt.

I had just been released from a stress fracture in my hip and Ciera was very good to use just the right pressure.All of the front desk workers were friendly and helpful.

I had a membership here for quite awhile. At first it was a great place however, they lost their best massage therapist and its been very difficult to get in to use the services. I have already paid in advance for these services. Front office staff doesnt know what they are doing. Often was booked at different times then what was said. I had issues with them billing my credit card instead of using my service accrued. It took several calls to fix this. Last manager I spoke with was not helpful and not professional.Please dont go here, its basically a scam.

This was my first time with Desirey as my massage therapist. She was thorough with her gathering information from me and the massage was great. I rescheduled again with her in July

Shaw is very professional and great knowledgeable and skilled.

Desirey really listened to me during my consultation and told me her honest and professional opinion on which techniques and add ons would give me results (pain relief, decrease muscle knots etc.) She was 100% accurate and I not only left the massage with NO knots in my trapezius for the first time in years, but also had NO soreness from the massage the next day! If I lived in Tulsa, she would be my only massage therapist.

I love the way Erika does facials; while various creams are soaking into my skin, she does a wonderful neck and arm massageGood hire!!!!

I was gifted a massage here for the holidays. I had a great experience with my therapist so I decided to enroll in a membership. Since my enrollment my appointments have been cancelled by Massage Envy 2/3 of the time (I booked out 6 months spaced out by 4 weeks) and the next available appointment offered was 3-5 weeks later each time. I went to in express my dissatisfaction and request to cancel my membership. The manager (Autumn, I think) was rude and borderline aggressive in telling me that there was nothing that they could/would do without a doctors note. This is absolute nonsense. They are taking my money and providing NO service in return. This feels like a scam to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!

I’ve been seeing Norma for a few years now, and she’s the best especially if you want deep tissue. Extremely pleasant to be around.

Paula is the best. She always asked about my trouble areas, and they vary and strange (trigger thumb/lingering double ear infection), and she truly takes the best care of me.

Ciera did a fantastic job. Asked for firm and she delivered. Shes freaking ghetto strong 🤣

Had a great experience at my appointment! Lauren was tremendously helpful finding a massage cream I wasnt allergic to, she even double checked the sugar scrub when I had forgotten, fortunately she had and we were able to do aromatherapy instead. Whitney was my massage therapist and I highly recommend! I felt comfortable and relaxed and she healed some foot pain Ive had trouble with. I will definitely be going back!

Be very careful about putting payment info on file. My card expired. They have record of a phone call where I declined to update my payment info and that I wanted to cancel. The manager claims they can’t manually enter it in without the full card number but somehow I still got charged each month after. When I noticed and went in she refused to do anything. Not a good way to do business.I now have to pull phone records to prove I didn’t call or they didn’t call me after the phone call they themselves have record of and noted I refused to update my payment info. They should apologize on behalf of the employer that she mentions no longer works there and give a refund for the money charged after the documented phone call. I spoke with another location and they said they should. Still nothing to date.

Signed up for a 12 month membership in July or 2020. Filled out a member cancellation form in person in September of 2020 after getting a not so great massage on back to back visits. A year later, September 2021,I noticed a $60 charge from massage envy I’m still getting charged because my membership auto renewed. I called to ask why and they tell me that I never canceled and I have 14 available massages to use and told me I could keep the 14 massages for $10 more a month…… I just want the $120-180 refunded to me for the 2-3 months they overcharged me.

As a qualified therapist with over a decade in the business, I have the credentials to TEACH massage Therapy. I would use Massage Envy as an example of places to avoid working for.Shady place with high turn over rate. Seems like they cannot keep good therapists OR Managers. They blame their ineptness on their employees.The owners DO NOT value long-standing members, and have continuously mistreated dedicated, talented and veteran therapists. There are no merit-based advancement opportunities. Advancement is based on how much of their B.S. youre willing to put up with. They avoid recognizing and rewarding those people who have worked hard for them, and will happily give a therapists long-term clientele base to a new hire willing to not question their operations. AVOID BECOMING A MEMBER and you DEFINITELY do not want to work for these people. They pay the LOWEST in the industry here locally. I cant wait for the owners response denying what I have shared here. Cheats and Liars.

I really like the lady I was going to, but I’ve had issues with scheduling a couple of time. For instance, I had an appointment today that I was maybe going to reschedule a couple weeks ago, I ended up not wanting to but I guess the girl deleted my appointment anyway. Not using this location anymore which sucks because it’s right next to my work.

I agree with every low star comment on here. They have mediocre customer service, they never have openings. I have been trying to book for months and can NEVER get in. This place is a complete joke. Muchless i know multiple massage therapist that say working for this company is equally awful! $60 a month for nothing is jacked up! My brother also has a membership with 20+ massages in his account cause hes unable to book any services! Spend your money ANYWHERE else. I hear recover is better!

I sent my mom here for her first massage and it was a horrible experience! Lotion warmers broken, cold lotion, she was freezing the whole time. Then the therapist proceeded to shake each limb of her body for about a 1/3rd of the session. She prebooked for lavender and the therapist said she couldnt use it because she was allergic. She went for neck pain and the therapist didnt even massage her neck at all. I really wanted her to have a good experience because she really needs the massages for pain relief and it sucks that this was her first experience because she never wants to go again. They also didnt even read her info on the computer that she filled out because the system wasnt working. I am extremely disappointed with the service she received here for over $100 I would expect way better.

Update: I have been a loyal customer for a year and a half, and their service just keeps getting better and better! I love Massage Envy at Brookside!I have been going here for a few months now, and I have absolutely no complaints about either the customer service or my massage therapist. The monthly membership massage deal is perfect for me, because I need them regularly twice a month during this pregnancy. Dawn is my massage therapist, she is certified for pre-natal massages and she has managed to relieve me of all the sciatica pain which had made it difficult to even drive before I found her... for half the price as what most pre-natal massage therapists try to charge! The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, always available to help and friendly as can be. I knew what I was walking into my first day- this place runs on memberships. People who come in here getting surprised that they try to sell you a membership wouldnt walk into a gym and get surprised when they try to sell a monthly membership after using the gym during a demo. Anyways, thats just my two cents. I highly recommend Massage Envy.

I’ve been going to this location for about a year and pay the annual membership.I will say that the massage therapists are hit or miss, and more often misses. I’ve had 2 decent massages there and the rest are just light rubs or continuous chit chat while I’m trying to relax. Very disappointed in the services and money I’ve spent there.

I do NOT recommend. We bought a massage package and Covid restricted us from using this package. There is a time limit on the Massages. Massage envy would not allow us to use the massages we paid for because we were past the allotted time. There package did not allow for us to extend our massage time limits. We have reached out to the Franchise head quarters, and the response was that we have to reach out to the individual franchise owner where we purchased our package. The communication is lacking to the point that this is still unresolved. So we are now out 500.00. We feel that massage envy is a big scam and we will not use them again.

They dont care about customer service. Only money. I have 3 paid for massages on my account that have not been used, that they will not allow me to use. Because the card they have on file was compromised and i wont have access to new card till tomorrow, that I would update before my appointment. They said their system would be down so I would need to update card today which I cant, or pay $100 in cash tomorrow. Taking my card info and running it manually when system comes back up, like every other business, is too much work. Again I have 3 months of already paid for massages that I have not used. My husbands account also has multiple paid for massages that we were willing to transfer as well. So they are unwilling to work with their customers on prepaid for services, even when multiple options are available. On top of that about 1/4 of there therapist are descent, the rest are mediocre at best and will not accommodate requests such as more pressure.

My first time with Massage Envy and E’ashia did a great job in locating and relaxing my soreness. All staff are friendly and professional

I do not normally write bad reviews but every attempt to contact guest relations has been ignored. this place is a SCAM. i signed up for the membership in march of 2021 and have only been able to get a couple of massages because they are ALWAYS BOOKED UP AT EVERY LOCATION IN MY AREA. i have attempted to contact them 3 times and each time i was ignored. they make it absolutely impossible to contact them so you are stuck in this contract, even if they cannot uphold their end of it. per massage envy contract, i am entitled to massage envy benefits with my $60/month. i have been providing that, but they are unable to provide me with the service i am paying for and make you jump through hoops just to contact them. this place is an absolute joke and a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. i cannot afford to pay $60/month for a service that i cannot even use.

Great customer service. Front desk staff is nice and efficient. Facilities are clean. Massage techs are outstanding. Niko does a wonderful job, he listens to concerns, tailors massage to your needs, and provides you with options. Great place.

I had a massage last week with Niko & will be coming back!I scheduled a deep tissue massage focused on neck/back/shoulders area, & the front desk staff gave Niko their personal recommendation for such.After my massage last week, I also recommend Niko for this area of specialization.He is friendly, attuned to the client, & provides a sense of safety.Front desk staff is friendly, accommodating, & professional.

Been there 2 years and they up and fire my therapist. He has been there over 5 years. People will complain about other people- seems to be what we do anymore. But that doesn’t mean you fire someone bc of it! This therapist was so well liked I had to book out 3 months in advance? Customer isn’t always right! Know your employees!

Just went in to cancel my membership. On both the contract as well as the cancellation form it says cancellation for any reason except inappropriate conduct you have 60 days to use your credits accrued. One girl was telling me had 60 days some girl comes out from back saying nope you cancelled and you loose your unused credits. I pointed out it not only says it in cancelled form but on form you have to int. Ipon signing up. I tried showing her she refused to look and dismissed me. Beware

Management is sub-par. Recently had to place my account on a freeze due to my child being injured in a car accident in January and could no longer afford the monthly fee given physical therapy expenses. Given my situation I requested that the account be frozen. I was told I could freeze the account a max of 5 months. February rolls around and the account is not frozen yet another draft has been deducted from my account. Emailswere sent back and forth with the office manager Bre N. where I was assured again my account was frozen for the max allowed time. Here we are again in MARCH and yet another draft has been deducted. When speaking with staff about this issue yet again I was assured I would get a call or email once it was done. Each and every single time this has happened; Ive had to reach out to this location which is done after 10AM I might add and each time and nothing has been done. I requested today the corporate office number and was told that there is no number and that I was speaking with the manager. I asked for her managers name and number because I have been in contact with her each month and every month its the same thing. I was told that she isnt allowed to give out her DM email or number so I could file my complaint. I ended up cancelling my membership due to these inconveniences. So lord forbid anyone reading this review have a life changing situation that strains you financially dont expect things to be done right with freezing your account or any compassion about the situation your in.

The woman who answers the phone - she has an older, scratchy voice; she was incredibly rude to me when I relayed that I wanted to return some Murad products. She sounded annoyed. I told her I didnt have my receipt and she said shed see what she could do. She sounded like she was doing me a huge favor! Ive spent tons of $$$ at this place on massages, facials and Murad products. If you want to keep me as a customer - you could be fair and credit me for the products!!

Beware of Their Scam - if you move out of Tulsa you will not be able to cancel your membership or transfer your membership. If for some reason you cannot use your monthly massage, you have basically lost your $60. And good luck hoping they will be helpful and try to accommodate you as the customer. I have never experienced an organization with worse customer service policies or policies that serve their business to the detriment of their customers. Avoid Massage Envy at all costs...

Desirey was great. She has a sports background and really helped with a lot of problem spots.

Staff is great never had an issue with them ,but i have a monthly membership that i pay for, there is never any open spots so Im just paying for nothing and then paying to go where i can get an appt Im lock into a 1 year contract that i cant get out of so if your time is important to you ,this is not your place

I was going to just shrug this off but now that Ive had to call them multiple times because they charged me twice for my massage, Id also like to mention the fact that it seemed like they werent going to let me leave without selling me a membership.

They didnt tell me about a year long membership and didnt let me cancel. They also charge you an addition month after you cancel. So 13mo at minimum.Be warned: they dont care about you, all about the money

Therapist walked out during the sessionCharged for 90 mins was treated for less than 60.

Rarely have I been so dissapointend in just an establishment. At fist my 4 year old was.welcome. after, I felt completely put out especially after being lectured by an assistant manager. So unpleasant and wishy washy and will never use this location.

Only 2 therapist worth (both Kevins), the rest seem like they need to do schooling again because they didnt learn anything. Even though it is suppose to be a spa, it felt like a cheap rub. Management/reception girls are a joke.
