My girlfriend booked us a couples massage listed on the website as a Swedish massage side by side. When we went for the massage they informed her that she booked a single appointment and can’t get a couples massage. In reality she booked the Swedish side by side but there booking process requires you to book two separate appointments for the same time to do a couples massage. Allegedly they call people if they book one side by side appointment. You would think to uncomplicate things and reduce work load and redundancy they would just have 1 option for 2 guests vs requiring 2 appointments.Anyways it was her first time booking and did not understand the process. The manager and staff were completely unapologetic and put back on her that it was her fault for not understanding. They did not say sorry or offer any empathy and then proceeded to tell her she has to pay in full for the massage regardless of the confusion, poor customer service, or lack of services rendered.I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake and honestly I obviously don’t recommend this place to anyone. The company should fix their poor online booking system, teach the manager how to offer customer service, and stop charging people for services they don’t render when the root cause is them.Enjoy the $110. We will spend money literally anywhere else.

Lovely little spa. It was my first visit so I had zero expectations but it started off wonderfully with a foot soak and it only got better from there. Summer gave me an incredible massage. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She worked out knots I didn’t know existed. I am really sad that I am from out of town otherwise I would keep coming back from Summer. Everyone at the Spa was great. The steam room is very hot. I wished the showers had cold water to cool off after steam/sauna. Overall a great spa and great massage. Thank you!

Tried a few in town, and this was by far my favorite experience. Just the right mix of price, value, amenities, and vibes. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room, had a tea, then a quick massage and anti-aging facial. Everything was excellent!

I’ve been getting deep tissue massages with Summer. I was having A LOT of muscle pain, and after the first massage I was already feeling better. Summer is professional, knowledgeable, and ask questions about my needs. She is FANTASTIC!! If you are looking for a deep massage, she is the BEST I’ve been to. You won’t be disappointed.

I booked a couples massage and facial for my husband and I. We have had past experiences at different spas but I have to say this was by far our favorite! My shoulders and back no longer felt in pain and my face was glowing after the facial. I was super happy and I highly recommend this spa!

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Three weeks ago I booked a side-by-side Swedish massage for myself and wife. Get a phone call soon after to say there was a mistake in the system and two therapists were not available for time booked. No problem, I tell the receptionist I will call back after I discuss a different date with my wife and reschedule.Called back two weeks ago to schedule for this weekend. Receptionist says the only thing available for 2 therapists is Friday night, so we book for 6pm. I give information for myself and wife to be booked.After re-booking a babysitter and driving 40 minutes, We show up today and the receptionist tells me only 1 therapist is available and that my wife was never booked into the side-by-side appointment. She proceeds to go to the back and get another employee. That employee walks out and sits behind her computer for a few minutes then tells me again about the mistake. After she continues to try to make up excuses, my wife asks for the manager. The first employee that greeted us at the door (who went to get the other employee to handle mistake previously) sitting directly beside us quietly at a computer during this ENTIRE conversion speaks up and says “that’s me.” This manager proceeds to tell us she has no authority to do anything except offer a 10% discount for a different service at a later date. Never introduced herself as manager. Never apologized for the mistake that her or her employees made. She stated that she could not speak on the situation because she was “not here” that day the appointment was booked. This situation could not have been handled more poorly. Very unprofessional.

I had Wes as a massage therapist and oh my God was he the best! Ive never had anyone so attentive, caring and good with their hands. Shawna did my facial and body scrub and she was just as attentive and caring. Hands down this is the best experience I have had. thank you Wes and Shawna

All I can say is WOW! I live an hour away and I sure wish Id had someone to drive me!!! Ive never been so relaxed in my life! Facilities were CLEAN, the staff was wonderful. WELL worth the money! Ill will be back!

My husband and I had massages there last week. Both of us were greatly pleased with the staff and the experience. Carla and Stephanie were both professional and attentive.

Kimberly did a great job. She did a deep tissue therapeutic massage.I just wish the price was more reasonable. Im sure not everyone uses the saunas or showers. I would use her again on a regular bases if it was half the price. I cant afford 125.00 for 55 min. Uhg! If u get paid min wage at ur job, u would have to work for 2 days to be able to pay for one massage. Bummer 😕

I havent had a spa experience in years I came in due to receiving a gift certificate, this was exactly what I needed. Agi was professional and knowledgeable. I have already booked another appointment.

I really liked the experience. The place was very clean. Only down side is I could clearly hear my masseuse texting on hos phone the entire time he was working in my back!

Our massage therapist Gina was absolutely fantastic! She asked what areas of concern she could address and was absolutely wonderful throughout! I’ll be requesting Gina again!

I went to Spa Lux with my adult special needs daughter and we had the best time!! We got facials, massages, and eye brow waxing. The girls were so professional and accomodating to me and my daughter. We steamed, had the most relaxing facials, and a hot stone massage. It was the best day ever!! All the rooms were clean, they provided water and soft music. Everyone was so nice and made us feel completely comfortable. The services were well worth the money. Nautica and Kimberly were the ladies who took excellent care of us. Update: the owner gave me a complementary massage to make up for last time. I’m very thankful to have had a different therapist this time. Her name is Joy and she is FANTASTIC! Listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable. She took her time and was very respectful and understanding. HIGHLY recommend Joy for prenatals she’s so sweet.I will say the place is beautiful and the front desk staff was amazing. But I had an appointment for a 55 minute prenatal massage and I the lady that did my massage started late which was fine as long as I got my full time. But she didn’t tell me her name and when i was asked where it was that was bothering me the most I told her my lower back and my feet. When we got to the room she said “so your neck is bothering you?” And I had to remind her a couple times what I had said. She proceeded to massage my hip/butt/thigh area on both sides most of the whole time. I paid $115 for a full body massage and she hardly touched any other part of my body. She also kept trying to start a conversation with me the whole time which I understand she was just trying to be nice but I was trying to relax and I felt like I couldn’t do that. I’m not usually one to complain or say anything negative but I paid really good money for this massage and I don’t feel like I was given that. My time was also cut short because she was running behind.

Spa Lux us always amazing! The esteticians were kind, gentle, informative, and super professional. This experience was just what me and my mom needed. She loved it. We will definitely be back!

Best massage of my life. The therapist knew what they were doing and made me feel like a new person. My neck was hurting so bad when I went in and they were able to work out every knot. The spa is nice and the staff was great. I booked again with the same therapist in 2 weeks and I’m excited. Highly recommend.

Had a great Purifying Facial with Shea McClain. She did an awesome facial with shoulder massage...it was very relaxing. Thank you, Shea!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Lux with an exceptional massage, a great facial, and body treatment. The front desk is professional and friendly, the steam room and sauna are wonderful for before/after a treatment, and the waiting area is relaxing and well-stocked with waters and snacks. Prices are a good value for the services. Highly recommend.

This is my fourth time to Spa Lux. If I got massages regularly Id be there more often. I always do a muscle melt down and after my massage today with Angie my back and hips feel amazing. I have some med issues with my hips that make them tight. She gave me some things to try in the mean time as well. Would highly recommend. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and include steam rooms and saunas. My partners massage therapist was with Shoshanna and she was mine in a previous visit. I would recommend either of these practioners.

Showshawna (not sure on spelling) is the most incredible massage therapist I have ever had!! I have been to many different spas and she is the reason I keep going back to spa luxe. She is very knowledgeable and will explain where muscles are and reasons they could have tension. Thank you again for the best massage!! 💆🏻‍♀️🙌🏻 see you in one month!

Decided to do a couples massage for my B-day on short notice, and they were able to get us in. Loved the atmosphere when you first walked in. The dressing rooms are very nice with everything you need, including a sauna, a steam shower, a dressing area, and a regular shower. Their robes were a nice weight (not flimsy) and super soft. They also do a hot foot soak while you wait in the super chill holding room. One of the best Swedish massages Ive ever had. My husband said his was awesome too. Will definitely be back. My new go-to spa!

I had a wonderful experience with Brian. He took great care of me. The only complaint I would have would be the girl who checked me out. I waited a few minutes and she finally came up due to a phone call. It was hard for me to communicate with her that I wanted to leave a message for Brian with my gratuity, and she called me sweetie. Not very professional.

My favorite place to get a facial. Their products are also made in-house, affordable, and great quality.

Knowledgeable, well trained staff. Many different techniques. Flexible and friendly. Quite relaxing. I left relaxed and feeling wonderful.

Fantastic atmosphere. They give a complimentary foot soak after having you change into a robe. This comes with complimentary tea or water as well. My massage was fantastic. Very thorough and worth the price. They have showers there if you would like to not leave the spa oily, plus you have access to a sauna and steam room if your service is over a certain amount.

Weve been twice for a couples massage and facial. Everything is very beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere is great.That being said, I dont think well go back because the massage itself was meh both times, for both of us. Its good if you dont have any actual pain or knots and you just want a very light massage; its more of a gentle back rub than a massage.Id say 5/5 for the atmosphere and the facial, 1/5 on the actual massage, especially for the price.

Summer gave an amazing deep tissue massage. I highly recommend her.

This is our go-to for massages, facials, or any spa treatment. Ive visited numerous times and never had a bad experience. The steam room and saunas are available to guests to use before or after treatment which is a nice added benefit and the foot soak before service is great.

I had a purifying facial here which was AMAZING, it was so relaxing! And the locker rooms have complimentary saunas, showers, and lockers, which was super nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful as well and made me feel welcome.

My favorite spa in Tulsa. The atmosphere is so beautiful, relaxing, AND luxurious. It’s the only spa I go to for massages. The massage therapists there know what they’re doing! They also have a sauna and a shower. Idk about you but whenever I get a massage I want a little getaway from life for an hour where I get to forget all my problems and relax. And this place is perfect for that! I’ve been to many spas in Tulsa but this one is THE BEST. I 100% recommend!

Loved doing 10 mins in the sauna and 10 min shower for an hour before the massage. Massage felt great for the most part. However, part of the time it was too deep for me and I felt sore right after. I will just be more clear to make it light and Swedish next time. My husband raved about his massage. Would recommend this place.

Enjoyed my experience, you get a robe and slippers to change into and can use their complimentary steam or sauna rooms which was nice! I signed up for the “Revitalizing Scalp Treatment” which don’t get me wrong it felt fantastic and Gina did a great job, however I wouldn’t call it a treatment. It was just a scalp massage. The description on the website makes it seem like something more. Again it felt great but I wouldn’t call it a treatment and it also says for 30 minutes, but it was only 20 minutes. I can’t say I would get the scalp treatment again however I’ll definitely be going back for a massage with Gina she did great.

This place was wonderful! I had three services and they were all great. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The sauna, lounge, each treatment room and locker rooms were all clean and had a relaxed look and feel. I would 100% come back!

I’ve been here one other time, and I just went back last night. All I can say is WOW. I am totally blanking on the guys name. But man, he was SO strong. I have had chronic knots in between my should blades, since HIGH SCHOOL, that don’t seem to go away. I have tried multiple massage remedies and acupuncture and nothing has ever gotten me enough reliefs to where I could say that it helped. But last night?? This GUY?? Truly the BEST massage I could have gotten and yes, you guessed it.. knots are gone!! I could cry I haven’t felt this relaxed/loose in my body in yearssss, so THANK YOU. (Massage was at 7:30pm, November 15th) I will be back to see him. (Also, for it to be that good, and the last massage of the day?? He deserves a raise LOL)

If youre looking for a great massage this is your place. I visited this place for the first and Summer was my masseuse. And she knocked it out of the park with all my aches and pains. I came here hoping to at least get loose for a chiropractor appt the next day. And she did more than that for me I was in total relax mood by the end of my session and stopped in for a steam afterwards. She worked out all my kinks! Chiropractor even noticed a big difference than before. Fantastic job Summer!

Received a gift certificate from my husband for a complete spa package. It included the steam/seaweed wrap, Swedish massage and a facial. The whole experience was about 4 hours and I have to say it was like a mini vacation from life. The ladies there are awesome and treat you so well. It was the best massage and experience I ever have had. I will be back.

I had a fantastic facial with Shawna! She took the time to ask about my skin and any concerns that I had. She also explained everything she was was going to do and what products she’d be using.The waiting area is very relaxing and quiet with water and a variety of hot teas available. Right before my facial, Shawna came out and poured hot water into a large bowl for me to soak my feet in. Nice extra touch!There is also a steam room and showers in the dressing area that includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash , blow dryer etc. for after your service.My skin was glowing when I left. I’ll definitely be back!!!

My husband and I had a couples massage with Kelly and ShoShanda. It was AMAZING, by far the best massage either of us have had in years! Hubs said that ShoShanda is the first person EVER to get his deep tissue massage deep enough. We will definitely be returning! 10/10 Service!

One of the absolute best deep tissue massages I’ve ever received! Mark was incredible with focusing on pressure points and tension release that i didn’t even know i had! Such a relaxing experience from start to finish and facility was extremely clean and dressing areas were very well maintained!

Updating review. After going back a second time, it was even better than the first. My therapist Angelica was wonderful! The atmosphere of the building was beautiful/relaxing, and all of the amenities were great! I love the steam room. The first visit, I felt like it could have been a deeper massage, but the second time she really took that into consideration and it was phenomenal. The front desk staff is friendly, and professional.All in all, I will go back again, and was happy with the overall experience.I am, however, disappointed reading the responses from the owner on other negative reviews.

First time at spa Lux. Got the same massage muscle melt down as my mom. I had such high hopes because my mom had the best experience here!Here is what happened: They didn’t soak my feet. My therapist didn’t introduce herself so idk her name. She didn’t read my chart bc she had no idea what massage she was doing. I told her to focus on my lower back, she did not focus on that at all but more so my biceps??I wish I had a better experience like my mom did. The touch was too light then painful because she used her knuckles too much. I had such high hopes and was not asked to reschedule my next appointment when I checked out. Maybe this therapist was a new graduate but could improve on skill. Just wasn’t a super relaxing experience. Best of luck!

Absolutely loved my appointment here!! The atmosphere was wonderful from the front desk, the women’s locker room to the actual massage room. I am 9 months pregnant and had never had a massage before. I chose the hour prenatal massage with Sid as my therapist and she’s so great!! Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, will be coming back to see her for sure!

Front desk needs to be better. When we arrived we stated that we had an appointment and that it was a gift. Also in the paperwork we wrote that it was a gift. When we went to check out they tried to charge us, we again stated that it was a gift. They replied that they dont do prepay but then asked if we had a gift certificate. Isnt that prepaying? Eventually they noticed a card and a note was left to use the card for payment. The point of going to a spa is to relax and not be annoyed. The massage we got was OK.

Disappointed got the seaweed body wrap. Not worth the money.it was menthol not seaweed

WORST MASSAGE OF MY WIFE’S LIFE!!! My wife and I just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary, have made it part of our anniversary celebration to get a couples massage each year at Spa Luxe. This past Friday December 16th 2022, we went in as usual but what we normally received as really good and professional service stopped after the check-in. Once changed and waiting in the general seating area, the therapist assigned to my wife prepared her foot soak and then notified me that my therapist was running late and wasn’t in the building so she’d be getting me ready. A longer than usual wait time occurred and then she came back and helped dry our feet off and had us follow her to the room. The therapist assigned to me was waiting and explained she was late because she got stuck in traffic coming back from going to buy more massage oil. Why didn’t she have enough oil on hand? Wasn’t the first appointment time of the day…but I digress. I decided to not focus on that, even though it was probably eating into the actual massage time. As soon as the time was up and the therapists left the room, my wife said it was the worst massage she’s ever had and thought about telling her therapist to stop on a few occasions and end the session. She said that the therapist barely did the common techniques of long strokes common with Swedish massages and instead would press in a spot and the move her hands rapidly back and forth, as if she was trying to rub out a stain on a shirt. She said this lasted the whole session, and many times was so jerky that she could feel her body moving closer towards falling off the table. She also on a couple of occasions moved the sheet and kept my wife exposed, as if she didn’t care about her privacy. My therapist was good, rough but I needed a tune up so I expected it to not be a relaxing experience and told her to use more pressure. My wife never complains about service, ever, but this time when going to check out and pay for our session, the nice lady at the desk asked how it was, and my wife couldn’t hold back telling her about how bad the experience was and that it was the worst massage she’s ever had, anywhere. The only compensation for the experience she was apparently allowed to give was a 10% discount on the service and applied it to both of our sessions which I appreciated at the time. Having had time to reflect on this, I think they should have done more and not even charge my wife for the time that was wasted and that she couldn’t get back. Something has changed here as the last two years, we’ve not had the experience that we’d had for a long time. At this point, we’ll not be coming back because the nice atmosphere can’t make up for the lack of quality service and making a bad experience salvageable when it’s been explained at the time of payment.

My fiancé and I went in for a couples massage and we loved our experience! The atmosphere was super relaxing, we both got hot tea while we waited for our therapists. The steam room and sauna were both amazing as well. We will continue to come back. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved this experience! Sauna and steam room are complimentary, and my massage therapist was amazing. She listened, guided me, and even gave me information on what to do at home when I deal with tension. All staff was very professional! Highly recommend!!Ask for Jamie!

My ex boyfriend got my mom and I the Duo Package. We finally got to use it and it was fantastic! Full body massage was everything we needed. The Facial was our favorite part. Ali the option of Steam room/Sauna and shower, spectacular. Thank you, Spa Lux!

Was very pleased with the service. The front desk people were warm and inviting. My massage person was very polite and attentive. The overall spa was hip and chic and modern. Fireplace, sea salt foot bath while I waited on my room, lounge area with tea and lemon water. Very happy with experience 10/10. Will say it is slightly pricey though.

I had a citrus body scrub, 55 minute massage and 1 hour signature facial. The staff (Eden, Meaghan and Nautica)was very friendly and professional. They made sure to ask if I had ever been there or any of the services before. As a tired new mom, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Ive decided I want the same package every year for mothers day and at this location! I will definitely be back more often though to try the other services!

Lovely atmosphere. Front desk attendant was very helpful & informative regarding what to expect & what amenities were available. I went only for a massage-- but I arrived early for my appointment, so I got to enjoy the sauna room for a couple minutes, which was nice.My massage therapist (Christina, I believe) was attentive & friendly. I would recommend Spa Lux, & I hope to stop by again soon!

I absolutely love Spa Lux!! They have a very clean facility, the staff is all wonderful and kind, and there are additional amenities that are available to you like a sauna or steam room. I have been here many times and each time I get the same exact experience, which is perfection.I have never broken out by any of the products they use or ever had sub par service.I highly recommend them to any couple that would like a relaxing day at the spa or if you want to treat yourself!

My first visit to Spa Lux was extraordinary. Everything from the scheduling process, the services received, and the beauty and cleanliness of the environment were outstanding. Nautica did a purifying facial and derma -planing for me. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she used such kind words. After one session, my skin looks fabulous, and I have already scheduled additional services!

The esthetician was very knowledgeable and my facial and wax were top notch! 5 stars on that aspect!The spa staff weren’t very welcoming, I was asked if I’d be using the sauna and steam room, said yes...nothing was explained to me about the sauna,steam room, or really how everything worked. It was my first time here so a tour and general how a spa works would have been nice. Also check out wasn’t super great either, No receipt no ask to rebook, no thank you for coming, nothing. I moved farther away from my every 3 week appointments at my previous esthetician but I’m thinking she may be worth the drive for the customer service alone.

Went here with my S/O for my very first massage, we did a couples 1 hour massage. The environment is amazing! The massage therapists we both had were hands down fantastic, it is very quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be returning very soon! I will be sharing this Amazing place with everyone

Spa Lux has the most relaxing atmosphere before you even step into the room for your massage. Even the bathroom is soothing. My boyfriend and I have been twice now for side by side massages. I love everything about this place and look forward to booking different services in the future.

I loved my visit to Spa Lux! It was my first time there and Kimberly at the front desk was kind and welcoming, and Kimberly my masseuse was also wonderful. I didnt catch the ladys name who did my facial but I loved her too! I plan to bring my mother, grandmother and friends back with me for another spa day. My experience was so wonderful that I will be booking with Spa Lux at least once a month from now on! :D

It has taken me several days to decide if I wanted to write this review, alas, here it is: This is NOT a luxury spa experience whatsoever.Lets talk about booking first off. The system is extremely clunky and majorly flawed. With every other massage Ive ever had, you KNOW what youre paying for when you book. I booked a side-by-side massage for $150 thinking it was the price for the two of us. Imagine my surprise when I got the $300 bill! If its $300 for two people then put that, or put $150 PER PERSON so everyone is clear and there are no unpleasant surprises at the end.But even at $150 per person, its still massively overpriced. Spa Lux is located in a strip mall (nothing luxury about that) and all the amenities are located in a small locker room. The toilets, the sauna, its all shoved in a small corner space in the building. I dont particularly find it luxurious to hear someone peeing as I get ready for my massage. It felt more like a public gym than a spa.Then our massages started at least 10-15 minutes late (and they DID NOT make up that time). My mother in laws massage started significantly later than mine yet somehow we finished at the same time?By the way, you are not next to your partner. She might as well have been on the other side of the building. Youre in two different rooms with a pocket door that opens up... if we were a couple thatd be disappointing for sure.The massage itself was great. The therapist knew what she was doing and got to work on the kinks in my back. But this review isnt about her skills at all.. its about what you actually get for $150.There are therapists who are as skilled or more skilled and charge significantly less than Spa Lux. So why is it so expensive here when the experience around the massage (amenities, environment, staff etc) is pretty subpar too? Since I cant answer that question, I will not be returning and would advise others not to waste their hard-earned money here either.

My husband and I booked a couples massage for my birthday this year. Neither of us have ever had massages before and we had a wonderful first experience with Spa Lux in Tulsa! It was very relaxing, comfortable and we both really enjoyed the complementary sauna and steam room! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Ive gone twice and ill keep on going! I highly reccomend the full body massage paired with the full facial! Swedish or Deep tissue the massage therapists work out all your stress points. The facial just refreshes you to the max. I left here yesterday and feel fully rejuvenated! Oh and the steam room and sauna are perfect!

Terrible service, the facial lasts 1 minutes. My wife gave me a massage and facial service for my birthday and when I came to leave I had to pay for it because, according to them, I had not complied with the companys policies right after everything had been done. The employees are rude dont lose your time and money here in tulsa are better spas where they can treat yourself as you deserve. I had a back purifier with Robbin- it was my first . I was having issues with bumps on my back between my shoulder blades no matter what I used at home nothing was helping. The treatment was relaxing and well worth it! My husband noticed a huge difference in my skin !I later went in for a massage with Brian- OMG he is the best!!!!!

We had our anniversary here! My husband and I had a couples massage! We loved it! It was quiet, we loved the staff and the time our therapists took with each of us! knots and kinks were worked out and we felt better after leaving! We will be back, I know I will be back soon!! It is overpriced. I booked a Swedish massage and wanted to do add on rock service I was told it was “too late” in my service to add anything. This was my first and LAST time I will be going here. I wasn’t offered additional services prior to start. I was overcharged a tip .. somehow they gave them selves a $100 tip when it wasn’t. I went back and asked to speak to a higher up personal and the receptionist refused to give me a name. I have never had anyone overcharge me a tip until I came here.

Overall the massages were great. But one of the attendees chipped my husbands teeth by accidentally dropping a light on him. They offered us a $45 coupon if we come back and still charged us the entire price for this visit even though we have to now pay the dentist to fix his teeth. Makes no sense. I wont be returning to enjoy my coupon. Obviously.Update: they took off the fee for my husbands service which I appreciate as that helps to ease the financial burden. I get that accidents happen. But I wish they would have addressed the issue and made us feel better the day it occurred rather than making us pay without any kind of information about how they would help down the road.

I was gifted the Signature Package for Valentines day from my husband. Steam room and sauna to start. The body scrub was a perfect starter for the 3 hour package. Massage was glorious. He focused on what I had mentioned was bothering me. I had not had a male massage therapist before. Perfect amount of pressure. Finished with a facial. The woman was so nice and gave me great tips for my skin.I really enjoyed my spa day!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I had never been to this Spa before But I had a gift certificate and decided to book an 85 minute Swedish massage. When booking online I picked an available time listed online and then they took my credit card information to hold that spot and gave me a message to make sure that if I would like to cancel I needed to cancel at least 24 hours prior to my appointment. No other instructions given. I show up for my appointment and I was told they have no record of my appointment. They told me I should’ve received a confirmation email. I never received this email nor was told to be expecting this email. Then the other receptionist at the desk chimed in very rudely and told me they probably rejected my appointment because they weren’t available. I asked why I would not have been notified of this and she said I don’t know. I am very disappointed with this experience and unfortunately I have a gift so I will need to return to use it but this place will not get my business. Very unprofessional and should learn to have customer service skills. 0/10

Mine - a 1 hour massage gift from my daughter. My wife - a 1 hour massage gift from her best friend.We had no problem scheduling our appointments together for a couples session. The checkin time was short, and the foot soak was an unexpected delight.Mary (?) worked with my wife on a Swedish massage, while Kim gave me a deep tissue workout. We both enjoyed and got great benefit from our massages.I like that they do not try to sell a year-long package afterward, no pushy sales pitch.All in all, this was a 5-star experience. We will be back.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, had a great deep tissue massage, masseuse, Aggie. She did an excellent job in getting knots out of my back and helping my shoulder area. It was an amazing experience, will definitely go back.

My husband and I got a side by side facial. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calm. I like how we got a foot wash before our treatment. It was awesome how we had the option to use the sauna before and after our treatment, but i was a little bummed we couldnt do it together as the sauna is in the mens and womens changing rooms respectively. It wouldve been almost perfect if the lady doing my facial hadnt seemed like she was in a big hurry the whole time. The lady who did my husbands facial took her time and I was jealous that I didnt get the same treatment. Thats the only reason I gave this place 4 stars. If I could remember their names Id give you a heads up on who to request, but i didnt think about it at the time. I would absolutely give them a second chance.

My friend and I went to get a facial. It was an amazing experience. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were clean and being it was my first time at a spa I had no idea what to expect. It was way better than I had imagined. I would recommend Spa Lux to everybody. The only con about it is even though they use organic products, the products are expensive.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff is nice, the environment is cozy, and the Spa Lux Signature Package was just what I needed to help relax. Sussie gave me helpful tips during my facial on how to care for my skin. I will be back for my third visit soon!

Wife and I enjoyed a great time at Spa Lux. My massage therapist was from Poland and she was great. I got a deep tissue massage and she was as good as anybody I have had. And I have had many many massages. Hope to enjoy other parts next time I visit Tulsa.

Spa Lux is one of our favorite places to unwind and have a relaxing day together. We love the atmosphere and the included extras, such as the sauna and steam room. Brian and Aggie are always eager to give us the most therapeutic and enjoyable couples massage and then we top it off with fruit infused water or hot tea and even a light snack. I’ve been to other spas before, but my husband and I always return to Spa Lux.

I have been to spa Lux many times, and this is probably the only place I will continue to go for my massage. This spa is clean, nice and the massage is always what I need. I just noticed some reviews about their customer service when I was on Google today, and it surprised me, because I never had a problem with their customer service. They are always very professional on the phone and treat you well when you come to the spa. I always use the steam room. But, I come in the afternoon. Its just a little funny to me, how some people feel entitled to something and expect everything to go their way. As for me, I would like to encourage spa Luxs staff to continue the good work and stay the best place for massage in Tulsa, as they have been for the past few years!

Im new to getting massages and Spa Lux made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist explained everything to me and showed me around the spa so I would know where to go. Then the therapist talked to me before my massage and explained what to expect. I was nervous at first, but that quickly went away and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I hope I get to go again soon.

I called to book an appointment for my daughter and I for her birthday. Amy answered the phone and absolutely NOTHING was simple! I felt as if I were taking out a mortgage instead of booking a massage and facial. If the process upfront is complicated I cannot imagine how the services would be…After I provided a credit card, with expiration date and security card, name, phone number, she also wanted my daughters personal information as well. NO THANK YOU!

This spa is always so clean and relaxing. Ive never had a bad experience in all the years Ive been coming. The facials are my favorite but love the chance to sit in the sauna between treatments as well.

Called Spa Lux for a prenatal massage due to some soreness and trouble sleeping. Angelica was wonderful! Making sure I had enough pillows, was elevated enough, and the pressure was perfect. Left feeling better than I had all pregnancy and went home to the best night sleep I had in weeks! Its important to take care of yourself in pregnancy and Spa Lux helped me give a much needed gift to myself.

I spent wonderful time in Spa Lux. Friendly personnel, luxury service, professional massage specialists (rare to find in Tulsa!), beautiful environment, did all make you feel comfortable, relaxed, happy comfortable. Very special place. Highly recommend!

I had my first Swedish massage courtesy of a gift certificate from family, and now Im officially hooked. The front desk lady, Kimberly, was super helpful and kind while i was making my appointment. She walked me through the salon to the dressing room and explained the process (undress, use the sauna and steam rooms at my convenience before or after, help myself to water/tea and snacks, foot soak followed by massage). My masseuse, JJ, was amazing. Personable, sweet, funny, engaging without being annoying or condescending. She set me at ease and nearly put me to sleep with her magic hands but also warned that I may be sore for a couple of days after and to hydrate (she was not kidding, definitely hydrate). Ill definitely be back again.

I have been going to Spa Lux for a couple years now and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Summer is an absolutely amazing massage therapist, so I always go to her. I had my first facial with dermaplanning this week with Kristi who is now mentoring and certifying others in this technique. I will return for this procedure again.

Overall, great experience. Spa Lux has a ton of amenities for their customers to enjoy such as: the sauna, the steam room and the heated massage tables. I visited the spa with my fiancée for a romantic afternoon, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely be back for sure.

My husband got me the total body package as a Mothers Day Present last year. Well I finally got a chance to use it. I am not one to relax so I knew it would be challenging for me. Well.. I really enjoyed the sea salt exfoliation and mask. My only wish was that they had a red light above the bed because I was freezing towards the end when it was time to dry off. Next up was a 85 minute massage... the girl was AMAZING!!! I was so relaxed.. until I could hear banging outside the door and people talking loudly and what sounded like a vacuum cleaner (maybe someone was getting tea)... all I know is that it took me from calm and relaxed to not calm and relaxed anymore. Last up was a facial... which was amazing as well.So to sum it up.... the people are AMAZING... the facilities... not so much. Why would you have a massage room right outside of the ladies locker room and the relaxation area with a tea maker (like a keuriq). Also... the facial room is a big room w two shower curtains dividing it in half where you hear the other esthetician talking to someone else. Not that relaxing :( Its sad because like I said the staff is great... the relaxation aspect with it being in a small place not so much.

My massage was just what I needed! Don’t know why I waited so long because of COVID. Haley as great, listens to my needs and adjusted the session to make sure I got the maximum result. Wish I could afford to go every week!

Had a terrific experience. I went to purchase a spa package for my girlfriend. The staff was very nice and helpful. They explained in detail what each package entailed and the costs involved. Im sure my girlfriend will have a great time.

Only my second time getting a massage and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and totally relaxed. Facility was clean, safe and super nice. Definitely will make this a repeat thing I do.

My husband had purchased for me to get a facial so I could relax since I had a baby recently. He wanted me to get out of the house for awhile so he chose the 130 min massage. He sent the confirmation e-mail to me as a surprise and all it said was that it was good for one signature facial. So, I called and told them I had a certificate good for one signature facial and they offered me two time slots. First, during the facial I was in a SHARED room and the other people talked the whole time. It was not peaceful or relaxing at all. Second, the facial seemed to have finished up pretty quickly. I texted my husband and asked him how long the facial was supposed to be that he purchased. He said 130 mins however they finished in 50. I went to the front and told them this. The front proceeded to tell me that they would leave me with a $40 credit for future services. I told them I would just like a refund of the difference since I did not receive the service that I paid for. She said ok but that they would keep 20%?!? I asked why would they keep my money if it wasnt my fault they did not do the service that was purchased. At the time of booking nobody asked me how long of a massage my husband purchased. She said she would have to get with her director to see if they could also refund the 20%. They did not. Needless to say I didnt fight the 20% any longer and just let it go because I will just not book anymore services here and tell others to not to as well. Berkshire Salon & Day Spa is way better.

I love this place and have been going to it for years with my husband but Ive noticed its slowly starting to decline. My husband bought me and him a couples massage for my birthday, they didnt come out and soak our feet like they normally do, they just made us go straight to the room. I had a female therapist who was way too overly rough. So rough in fact that the next day there were bruises all over my body from her. It just wasnt relaxing the slightest bit unfortunately. I did tell her to ease up twice but gave up after that when she wasnt listening to me. So I laid there and endured the most painful hour or so of my whole life. It was worse than child birth lol I want to go back but Im honestly scared to be in that much pain again, not just during but after the massage as well.

Rude arrogant staff. Place was dirty. We showed up for a massage scheduled online. Received confirmation. When we arrived they did not have staff available. Don’t waste your time here. Find a quality professional group and save the disappointment

My husband and I had a massage scheduled here for a date night and the therapist told us he didnt want to work and walked out! We told the manager the next day and no apology was ever made. I decided months later to call and explain to see if anything could be done and they still had no apology for the horrific service! I will never use them again.

I have been neglecting myself for a very long time. Spa Lux is definitely the best place to take a ln Adult time out. You get to turn off your phone and tune out the world for a little bit. The massage was wonderful; however, I wish I had known that they were going to combine the reflexology and massage so that I could have asked for more pressure and received a more personalized experience.The mini facial and body scrub were supposed to take 30 minutes each but only took 15 to 20 minutes. I feel somewhat cheated having paid for way more time than I was given - I will not be purchasing nor recommending these services in the future. The body scrub was definitely a let down as I can rub some sugar on myself and then just rinse it off in the shower. Also the facial seemed just as basic and impersonal. I filled out an information form saying I had oily skin, yet all the products that were used on me were moisturizing and left my face feeling more oily.I truly wanted to love this place - the ambiance and spa feel are definitely there, I am afraid the services need some attention.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The entire place is clean and relaxing. While you wait for your papointment to begin you can use the sauna or relax in the lounge and enjoy free hot tea, water, and snacks. Before you start, you are given a relaxing and cleansing foot soak. I had a body scrub, swedish massage, and facial, all of which were perfect. The spa also offers showers to rinse off. Everything about this place was calming, professional, and everything you would want from a spa.

My wife and I went here a couple weeks ago and she had a horrible experience. When the lady asked how the pressure was my wife told her it was a little to rough and she continued to stay with the same pressure and as a result she was left with bruises all over her back and shoulders. I tried reaching out to the company but haven’t heard anything back.

They offer couples massages which us nice if you want to share the experience with your spouse. This would be a great place for a girls spa day. They also have spa packages. Got a couples massage with my mom. This has everything you could want from a spa! If you get there early, you can use the sauna and steam room in the restroom of your gender. You can then wait in a relaxing common room, your massage therapist comes to get you there, after a quick and relaxing foot soak with some Epsom salts. The massage is wonderful and very relaxing as well.

I had a deep tissue massage with Jaime yesterday. It was definitely one of the best massages of my life. I highly recommend her for anyone needing deep tissue work. Absolutely amazing.

So i work as a CNA and was in desperate need of a good deep tissue to massage 💆‍♀️ and Rebecca delivered! Not going to lie sore today but I was told of everything to expect and what to do after to help with the soreness. Also received a deep sea salt scrub by Angelica she did an awesome job as well this was my first experience but definitely not my last plan to make this once a month!

I called to use 2 gift certificates. 1 massage and 1 facial. The front desk looked up my gift certificates in their system and made my appointment. I went in and a masseuse retrieved me for a message and after a lady retrieved me for a facial. A few hours later lady called from Spa Lux letting me know that I basically walked out on my bill. I needed to pay they $80.00. I thought she had me confused with another person from that day so explained to her I was there redeeming 2 gift certificates. She said my gift certificates were not for the services I received.........what? I told her I have certificates for a message and facial, that is what I received..... She will not listen to me at all and is adamant I owe her $80.If the front desk person put the services I requested incorrectly HOW DO I KNOW! She took the info directly from my certificates! I asked for what was on the gift certificates! How in the world would I know if I was getting the incorrect massage or facial. She said If you had a gift certificate for a hamburger and walked out with a steak you would owe money..........Ummmm lady, I walked in for a massage and facial. thats what I got....I see your response. I requested to redeem certificates and nothing else. My texts gifts did not have details but numbers. My daughter told me it was for a massage and facial you had all other details. If you did something that I did not request that would not make me a criminal. Attached is the text of 1 certificate.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND ADMIT NO WRONG, just look at the reviews that dont favor them. Their responses are terrible! Heres my experience:My fiance got me the bridal package, and it was so disappointing. He spent over $300 and I was rushed through the entire thing. They cut my massage short by at least 15 mins, then they just rush you from one room to the next. I didnt feel relaxed at all. Definitely will never waste money going here again. I expect to be treated better and at least feel a little bit pampered for over $300. And the girl who did the facial didnt even get all of my makeup off so obviously their cleanser thats supposed to disolve ALL makeup, didnt (I only had on mascara and it wasnt even waterproof). I removed the rest afterwards in the bathroom (thankfully I brought my own makeup remover which I used in the bathroom afterwards, otherwise I would have left with a smeared mess of mascara all over my face) I wont ever go back there. Booked a 90 minute massage. Didnt get all of it. Told the girl what area I wanted her to focus on and she didnt do anything with that area. Pretty basic massage. Didnt feel like I got my moneys worth.

I have already provided my specific review for the staff, however, I spent some time scrolling through the other reviews when I finished. I am rather shocked at how defensive the responses of the spa staff are. In some cases they make the client out to be the problem rather than addressing issues that need to be dealt with (ie. noise, a less than skilled massage therapist that my husband had and others complained about, lack of privacy in the dressing rooms and gathering area, music choice, thin robes and uncomfortable slippers, etc.) I have been to other spas that were excellent!!! Whatever award they say theyve won I question. This spa is lacking in areas and there is NO acceptance of a need to change anything. Go elsewhere seems to be the response when changes are needed. Therefore, we will!!!!!

In essence, this business is using shady methods to stack reviews in their favor.They offered a 10% discount in exchange for a good review as I was walking out the door after a couples massage, which is a violation of Googles review policy.I have no problem with their services, however they sent me an email asking for feedback.Upon investigating the link to the review site that it redirects to, I found that they vet their reviews from this landing page. They post the positive reviews to public places and send negative reviews to a feedback page with no direct link to post the review publicly.Theyre basically breaking two policies by soliciting reviews in bulk, and by selectively prohibiting negative reviews through their feedback email.These are shady business practices, and I hope that Google will act accordingly.

I was given a spa package for Christmas… Went in on 1-12-22 and had COVID by 1-15-22……. Going to this spa was the ONLY thing I did out of my normal! Called them to advise of this and the girl that answered didn’t really seem to care!!!

I Totaly recommenced this place! It’s really clean & relaxing, Jamie took great care of me went in & got a 30 minute massage for lymphatic drainage, she is good at what she does and will totaly be going back soon!

Had a great experience from check in to the staff. The 55 minute Swedish massage and mini facial were perfect and a great value

I love this place. They have a sauna and a steam room that are complimentary, so I turn a 60 minute massage into a 2 hour experience. Ask for Bryan!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Look at their responses to people- accusing them of being cheap, and almost always trying to blame paying customers dissatisfaction on the customers themselves instead of ever taking a shred of accountability.Ilhoff is much better!

This was my first time here and I honestly wish Id found it sooner. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the therapist was wonderful and attentive to my needs.

Ok...My husband booked a couples massage for us today 2 weeks ago.We both received a confirmation text 2 days ago.We both confirmed.Got another confirmation text 3hrs prior to our appointment time.We live an hr away and have been going here for special occasions etc. for probably 3 years now.I even treated my daughters for a special spa day.Today on our way there 40 minutes from our appt time we get a phone call stating our appt had been given away and we could reschedule for next week.We have dinner reservations and movie reservations already scheduled and all they could say was...Sorry we can give you a 30 % discount for next week for your inconvenience.REALLY!!They need to work on their customer service WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!

My boyfriend got a gift certificate for me Swedish massage and hydro therepy for 115.00 u guess a add on service it was a special going on at the time he purchased it when I went to use it I was told hydrotherepy out not available so I ask what can I get for same serice as hydro they tell me a facial Im like ok at the end Im out 55.00 more that I didnt expect to pay staff I felt was rude to me I will not go back for a spa treat I will also not argue with staff and thats what they did instead of offering some things to help with unexpected money out of my pocket or being blamed or my boyfriend it is spa luxes responsibilty to make that happenand they did not do I will not be back again I will tell others not to go there I was stressed when I went on and stressed when I left wow

It was a great massage only “complaint” was that the room was extremely cold. It was not a typical massage room I think as it had facial supplies in it.

I love this place. Their showers could be cleaner and I wish they had some makeup remover wipes and disposable combs in the bathroom. Other than that, they are great.
