I have using Ecosmoke for years now. Best prices, options, and staff. Unless I have no choice, I won’t go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone I know. Kyle is very knowledgeable and more helpful and friendly then than I can explain.

EcoSmoke has a very friendly staff, biggest selection of juice regular and salts, best prices I’ve found in Tulsa and the bonus is they open a hour before everybody else. If you haven’t shopped there you need to.

On October 5th, 2023, I purchased the Aarhus Pro from a store, enticed by its touted auto draw feature that eliminates the need for a button press. However, just two days later, on October 7th, the device stopped working on the a you to draw. Frustrated, I contacted the store for assistance, only to be met with an explanation that this issue was common with the product.They assured me that if I brought it to the store, they would examine the settings and replace it since I had purchased it a mere three days ago. Trusting their word, despite living 13 miles away, I made the trip to the store. Much to my dismay, upon reaching the store, they informed me that the device was still functioning, albeit not as intended by the manufacturer. Therefore, they refused to exchange or refund it.As a long-standing customer who has never encountered such issues with this store before, I was deeply disappointed. It is perplexing that they would knowingly sell a product with a known defect. Furthermore, their unwillingness to honor their promises and provide proper customer service is disheartening.Most reputable stores typically offer a minimum 30-day exchange policy for faulty items, but this particular location doesnt seem to uphold such standards. The lack of warranty coverage and their unwillingness to rectify the situation are major letdowns.I have informed the store of my intention to report them to the Better Business Bureau, as this experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I will not be returning to this store in the future. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and honor their commitments.

I have been using this store for about a year. Service has always been way above average. Employees have always been very helpful. Today however I bought a Snew Voopoo Seal. The price was $44.00 dollars and as usual the employee could not of been more helpful. Later while on the internet I checked the price oat other locations and was shocked to learn the average price was $29,95. I would advise others to shop elsewhere. Good service is a big deal, but paying $15.00 more is a bigger deal. I will be shopping elswh

Caitlin, I hope I spelled it right, and the other girl working there were the greatest and most friendly people around.Also I had a problem that they took care of quickly.Clean store and helpful people, what more could you ask for.If you are over their way, stop in.

Used to love them, now on upset. Before I post this I wanna say this is about the policies the store has, not about the employees that are forced to follow them. Its not the employees fault. But now they keep the door locked and dont let you in without a mask. Im literally gonna drive five miles away to Glassworks now because they know its none of their business if I muzzle myself or not.

Been a customer for 5+ years spending $30 a month or more, but when I bought a defective caliburn and wanted to exchange it (after 20 days) they said no and lost me as a customer.Hey I guess they needed the $15 more than I did

Great selection with everything from description to price to sizes and MGs right in front of you so you dont have to bug them every 30 seconds with a question. Brian is super knowledgeable about their products, he legitimately wants to do whatever he can to help you out and not just sell you something. Amazing service from Howard!! Very helpful. I went in looking for an isub atomizer I couldnt find any where else, not only did he have it in stock, but also took the time to break down and explain a lot of questions my mom and I had. The guy working was extremely judgemental and when asked questions acted as if he had no knowledge on vapes. I asked multiple questions and he more or less just shrugged his shoulders and just stared at me blankly. When we left the store, we felt extremely uncomfortable with our purchase. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be shopping here again.

I visited today because ecoSmoke had the best reviews of the vape stores in my vicinity. The store lived up to my expectations. I generally expect this to be a youth-oriented industry, but even as Im an old-fart these days, the young men working in the store were very pleasant, polite and helpful to me. After a few minutes in the store, they opened up a bit and revealed their enthusiasm for their vape products and even the toys that they sell in the store. I shall return.

This place stands out from the rest with their vast gear selection and extremely affordable big bottle juices (60-120ml). Hey Karl have a discount table at the bank with a lot of premium juice for $15 or 3 for $40.

Excellent Vape store. Very broad juice and vape unit selections. It has always been staffed correctly (very rarely do you wait). The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable about the equipment they sell, and efficient. The prices are competetive.
