Good experience. Gave me several options for vapes. Will be back

For years I choose this shop due to their amazing selection,atmosphere and great customer service however my last experience has caused me to take my very insignificant business elsewhere. During my last visit one of the amazing sales staff gave me the wrong information regarding a product I purchased. As soon as I realized the error I returned to the store and after I logically explained his unintentional mistake I asked to exchange the product for something of equal value. He called the store owner and hopefully explained his mistake on the phone. The sad thing is that the owner did not offer to do the fair and reasonable thing. A shop shows appreciation for clients by offering solutions when mistakes are made by their staff. How a shop handles these issues shows if they sincerely value their customers!!!

Salesman tried to sell me on what he claimed was his personal favorite. I assume because it was twice as expensive than everything else. Needless to say, it was trash! I even asked if I could leave him a tip on the card. He said I couldn’t but I could leave him a google review. Probably wasn’t the review he wanted but at least it’s an honest one

So I normally leave positive reviews about my experiences and normally just move on and dont dwell on negative experiences. However this time I am going to speak up.Yesterday I was shopping for a new Terp Pen. I was calling around to vape shops that I had googled. I called this retailer and asked if they had the Pen I was searching for, they said yes. I asked how much it was but they wouldnt tell me the price over the phone. They stated it was a store policy designed to encouraged the customers to come in and shop. I purchase stuff with cash so to me I like to be sure I am keeping enough cash on hand and the policy is a inconvenience. I went to the store and purchased the product, there was no way of testing the product there at the time before leaving as the product was not charged at the time I purchased it. The Pen ended up having a manufacture default and did not work. I tried to return it and exchange it for another one as it was less than 24 hours old, $60, and the manufacturers warranty said specifically that the retailer is supposed to replace it and then the retailer will be reimbursed by Terp Pen. STAXX completely refused to work with me to resolve the issue. In fact the employee went as far as to tell me that the Pen was working fine when clearly it will not hold a charge and is not working. So all the way around horrible customer service and treatment from two days and two employees. It wasnt a one time thing. It was also two store policys. Buyers beware before purchasing anything from here and be prepared to called a liar to your face.Edit- notice the receipt says $65I paid cash and paid $60 even. I wasnt offered a receipt at the time of purchase. I requested a receipt and at the time was explained it says $65 because thats what it would have been if you had paid with a credit card.....

Grabbed a leo battery and with great deal the hospitality was to a 10 great service great place lots lots of choices for battery and dope bongs 😀 great location il be bk 4 sure

They Over price on Grabbas and pick who they choose to sell them to! They are very racist and cause problems outside of the store very bad business and employees lie I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit against them for refusing to sell me a specific item but I send in my sisters best friend and they sell it to her all while telling me they don’t carry it anymore!I have excellent proof!Stay away from this smoke shop save money and go down the street to Mingo and 51st

Mom and I love staxxs they are absolutely the most pleasant people to be around. The place is always in excellent condition and the employees really know there stuff and are so helpful every single time we come in.... Definitely worth driving 2 1/2 hrs for

I should give them a big fat 0. 2 weeks ago they sold me a smok 2 vap. I go into another vap store to get pods and they havent sold these in 2 years, they said Smok 4s are out and I paid 30 for mine and it shouldnt have been more than 15 dollars. Iv spent a lot of money in this place and Im not going to pad their pockets anymore. Im done.

They sold me bunk kratom, I told the chick and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me the Oh Welll!!! Look.

After running around Tulsa and BA for 5 hours, I came by Staxx on 51st and memorial. The two men working were extremely helpful. James and LJ got me the only quartz bowl I could find that would fit my janky off brand e-nail, and only charged 20 (compared to 35-40 at most other stores.) Thank you both. Im a customer for life.

Stopped in an was helped by Javier an Kassidy (hope I spelled that right) today an not only were they a great help they scored a lifetime customer for it with the knowledge base i even changed the brand I vape with 5* 💯

Walked in this evening, (December 23rd), with my husband and dad to purchase some things for Christmas. Upon stepping in my husband was greeted by the friendly red haired guy that always helps us and goes above and beyond with making sure we get the right sizes. The other man, tattoos on neck and hands, didn’t even acknowledge my dad and I to help us. We asked him for assistance with the Camo’s and he acted like helping us was beneath him, didn’t even say one word. My dad then asked him to look at some grinders. When he didn’t give a response and just walked over, my dad jokingly said “you don’t seem like you wanna be here tonight”…the tattooed man then decide to get rude and argumentative with him instead of providing genuine customer service. Wouldn’t show him the grinder he asked to see and instead chose a cheaper one and I finally told my dad to just “give him the grinder back and we’ll take our business elsewhere” to which he gave a snarky response with something along the lines of “didn’t know I need to be enthusiastic, guess I’ll be more enthusiastic the NEXT time.” Never once have I stepped into this shop and been treated as if they didn’t want my business or money. Considering I’ve been coming to Staxx since they opened, this interaction was disheartening. I hope in the future, his demeanor with customers changes drastically and nobody else is treated the way my dad was tonight. Had my husband not already finished his purchase with the red headed guy, who again was the ONLY person there concerned about customer service, we would have left spending $0 at this establishment.

James gets it. His customer service is exemplary. Place is legit. You get what you pay for.

While this store has decent customer service the quality of all their products, are awful!!!Ive bought a few things from them break easy, go out, etc.Tried buying my kratom from them. absolute worst Kratom ive had. Anything here is a waste of money.

My boyfriend and I walked into this store and were not greeted by the three employees working. When we asked where what we were there for was the boy said “over there” and pointed. He then said “this is where our cheap options are” now, my boyfriend walks everywhere and I am off work today so maybe we don’t look our best but we were made to feel a certain kind of way. We didn’t want the cheap option. We do ask what the deals are but we hadn’t even asked that yet. He automatically assumed we didn’t have any money im sure because of our appearance but we were there to spend money so unfortunately for this staxx they lost us as customers forever. There are much better places with much better customer service and much better prices knowing how much staxx upcharges makes me sick. You should never assume people are looking for “cheap” I learned that the hard way myself. Good luck.

Came to STAXX to explore. Really glad Javier and Kassidy (sp) was there that evening, there were incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. Went over several different options, deals and juices. Superb customer service !!

When you walk in it definitely doesnt feel like a friendly, professional environment and when speaking to the employees it will make you wonder if they have any training. Product knowledge is nowhere to be found. Prices are inflated, compare the same style and brand of any item in the store to online and a 70% upsell seems like price gouging more then just making money. All in all bad experience, I do hope your visit goes better then mine but I will not be returning ever.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Very clean and brightly lit with tons of options from wall to wall. Perins smiling face was the first thing to greet me and he was very helpful throughout the whole service. I dont normally need to shop at these kinds of stores, but this will definitely be my go to from now on.

Horrible store now. i used to love coming here when i was a kid. they hooked it up all the time. i was just sold a $16 nectar collector for $30 because they saw i had cash. i was not given a receipt. i had to wait for 15 min for service and the kid had an attitude when i needed him to get what i had already selected out of the glass. they don’t card. they deserve to be stung now.

Everytime I come here Perrin is always the first to greet me when I walk in the door! The quality of product knowledge and customer service I get here is immaculate. I won’t forget the rest of the staff is also very knowledgeable and very kind as well! I highly recommend staxx to anybody who wants a good experience buying glass or any smoking/vaping needs!

Prices change on a day to day basis for the same product. They charge extra for using credit/debit card. Should just incorporate in the cost like most businesses do. They give different prices when you pay cash. Seems shady if you ask me. usually if a business does this theyre not reporting all their earnings to the irs.

I came here for the first time with my fiance on March 29, 2017. I loved the store and i loved all the items for sale. What I loved most of all was the customer service. They have the nicest people Ive ever encountered in a smoke and gift shop. Or even a regular store for that matter. The woman that ran the place, Charlene, was the sweetest and coolest, along with the most helpful person Ive ever been helped by in any store Ive ever went into. This will now be my go to place for anything when it comes to these items. Absolutely awesome store!!!!!

First time in, loved the place instantly. Great displays of all products, and the prices are very manageable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I purchased flower, gummies, and honey sticks. I have tried all of them already and I am very happy with I got.

Overall Ive been happy with my experience at Staff. Ive visited both their Tulsa and B.a. stores. The staff has been nice and helpful. I personally feel some items are a little over priced but I do get the product then and there rather than buying online.

Charlene is amazing. She makes the experience so much fun. Even if you dont buy anything just talking with her makes the time spent in their a great experience. I actually only shop here now for my vape needs, purely off of their customer service!! I brought my son in today with me (which is something I try to avoid anywhere) and made me nervous to do but the entire staff were just so kind and made him feel so special! They gave him a balloon they happen to have. As a single mother of some crazy little boys it’s a very relaxing feeling to have others who accept our just understand. Ontop of that they told me about the new dispensary next to them named famous dispensary, uhhhh just as amazing of customer service I would send anyone I know on this earth to these places!💙💙💙💙💙💙

My girl is new to vaping and the staff there was very patient and helpful with good information and assistance. The prices beat several other places that we have been in around town. This is probably some of the best customer service I have experienced. I drove from Wichita KS to get a specific item that I seen at their competitor, all to find out when I got clear there (the competitor) it was a fake product. In desperation since I drove 3 hours to get it I called around and found that Staxx carried it. Sure enough it was legit and they treated me extremely well. Thank you Staxx staff.

It was my first time going in there. I tagged along with my sister. The customer service there was outstanding! We received a warm welcome from a young dark haired gentleman with facial hair immediately after stepping in the door. They were all very knowledgeable of the products. We were helped by the 2 gentleman and a gorgeous young lady with pink hair. James(guy with the dreads) rocks!!! He was superb at answering all of my questions(Believe me. I had a ton. Lol!)The entire experience at Staxx was filled with great music,great vibes,and great service. I will be referring family and friends looking to start vaping THERE!

They sell faulty products and don’t accept return. I purchased an item for myself liked it and went back and bought one for my friend and didn’t work this is my experience I’m out of money and I had to buy new gift. So I would not recommend anyone to go shop at this place or any branch. They need to either test their products or offer some sort of return policy. Otherwise I called it said daylight robbery congratulations!

Every time I have went into this location I have had a great experience. There is a girl there named Charlene that is always so helpful, and provides me great customer service. I don’t go anywhere because she helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. I don’t believe this place could run properly without her!

So I went into the store yesterday and the person who I assumed was n charge was behind the counter yelling at the kid who was behind the counter working there about the customer before me and how bad of a job the kid was doing about how bad he screwed the sale up and I he thought that the customer wouldnt come back and I thought,as a customer, hell i may never come back jus because of the completely unethical way of handling his employees. But the kid ended up being a great help and i hope his day got to be better after that.

Never been to a head shop like the staxx on 51st & memorial. Lawrence and James went out of their way and catered to my every need. They also have the coolest pieces in Tulsa. Definitely need to check them out.

The place is nice & clean. Great assortment of items. Most of the staff is nice except for some of the girls at night. Very nasty attitude which needs to be kept at minimum. Would give you more stars but you should really beware of the unprofessional of some of the ladies at night. Will not go at night when they are closing. They just sit back like they dont wanna help you with anything. Sad🤤

Been going there for years and thought Id put in my honest review. They have an excellent selection for hookahs, water pipes, ecigs, as well as concentrate vaporizers. However, get ready to pay a bit extra than expected. Though they do have a great selection the prices are a bit over the top. You can find a lot of the same things they sell from certified vendors online for much cheaper. Always do research online before buying, because it could save you some money.

I have been coming here for 4 months now and Lawerence was very knowledgeable and kind hearted and was willing to help and learn about the feedback of the great products of O.P.M.S. Kratom they have and he spent the time to to actually listen and have a heart and treated me as a human instead of just another customer! I cannot say enough great things about this store! They were all willing to help with all the questions I had about their products! Most importantly they made me feel great and confident in what I had purchased! Terrible customer service from the owner as he was talking down to me about a simple reurn by shoving a concentrate reclaim container in my face asking me to smell it and claimed I used it when it was clearly still brand new. Its really the principal as I was just asking for an exchange for something I would utilize more, but was treated with such hostility over something that should have been just a simple no that is not our policy it turned into a shade throwing event from the last person you would expect. This is why I go to quickie mart.

Most of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to sell. Only one employee Im aware of consistently acts like its inconvenient for her to do her job. Luckily, I dont deal with her often because everyone else is eager to assist.

The first visit was wonderful and the employee was very helpful. My second visit was not so pleasant as the employee that day had an attitude, threw a product on the counter and said it was all she had and continued to talk to her co-worker. I turned around and walked out. I wont be back!

The store is full of smoking accessories for those that smoke their green tobacco! Next time Im there Ill try to add pics. Prices are great as well.

Best customer service I’ve found. I love the CBD products here, and the staff is always so great to endure my endless questions and explain anything I ask. Staxx has to be the best glass shop in town, and surrounding area’s. I bought a piece off them took it home, and left it in my garage while I played basketball. I’m not good😂😂😂 but the ball knocked my piece to the ground all I heard was glass shattering, I get in there my water pipe is on the ground still in tact with the bowl that bounced away. This is quality glass, and a great company. I won’t be taking my business anywhere else!

I recently went to a Staxx Smoke and Gift Shop and was not only amazed by the initial gigantic showroom and spectactular show pieces but I was even more wowed by the one on one real customer service. This business is definitely growing. During my experience never did I ever feel unvallued as a customer or like a rushed sale. Its great to see a company in the retail industry strive to provide great customer service to all. I am definitely coming back to your store again, Thank you Charlene.

This is a phenomenal store!! Theyre always willing to work a deal with you. And if they dont have what youre looking for the owner is willing to try to find it for you at a reasonable price. Currently he is looking to find me a sloth tobacco pipe.😊

Friendly customer service and good prices. The guys there were very helpful in helping me find the vape mod I wanted, even recommended a store that had one I was looking for! They do have a great selection just didnt have that particular one in at the time, thought that was very telling of their commitment to customer service.

Staxx has so much great inventory to choose from. They sell a little of everything and I go there for my vaping needs and to browse because they always have new inventory. They also make their own incense that is better and lasts longer than any Ive ever used before! The store is clean and well stocked, but their pricing/mark-up was noticably high... like double what you would pay online. With other shopping options for the same type stuff nearby, this store is not my first choice.

Excellent customer service. I bought some vape juice and it wouldnt open. I called because i couldnt come right back in. When i came back later they replaced it, no questions, and even made sure the new bottle opened easily for me.They have a great selection of vape smoking products and always helpful and knowledgeable.

Been shopping here for years for glass. Went in a couple days ago to buy a vaporizer bought the last/only airizer extreme Q I told the guy I was gonna check online because they price match he said they already did and it was as cheap as online well I trusted him and went ahead and purchased I got it home no instruction manual ok no prob went online for instructions as Ive never had a tabletop vaporizer found out the kit I got was supposed to come with a remote to control the unit one of the rubber feet are missing then the kicker he charged me 260 when you can find them for 150 online... really ticks me off

I have bought two bongs from here that were garbage. 1 was roor that ended up being fake that was blown with a failure point waiting to show. 1 extremely thin spot-not even the thickness of a dime! ROOR DOES NOT DO THIS! And one was a lookah that would not hit until I removed the shower head perc-literally had no airflow. The glass here is not reliable. The quality control doesnt exist and when I brought these concerns up with the owner he offered me a measly 40 dollar discount. Thats 10% of what i paid for a fake product.All told i wasted 650 plus tax between the 2 pieces. Dont give staxx your money!They dont deserve it bottom line. There are other smoke shops that do like starship and oz

Went in a couple days ago and wanted a specific kind of E juice. Come to find out when I arrive home they gave me the wrong juice and opened it to smell if it was the same one just Incase the name was changed. Unfortunately it wasn’t the same one and I went back to correct their mistakes but they said there’s nothing they good do!!! I have to pay for Staxx employees mistakes!
