Did have this set up for a 5 star review but after going there today, definitely gonna give them a 3 stars. And that’s me being nice. I sat there behind two other paying customers while the employee proceeded to open huge boxes of inventory, take each item out of the box, set it all out on the counter, then ran back and forth sticking each item.. I stood there waiting for 17 minutes as he stocked three boxes like this. meanwhile, I have no idea how long the other paying customers were waiting in front of me. And I just spent $80, needing to swap out the incorrect coil he gave me. I completely understand needing to stock the store, but to make 3 separate PAYING customers stand there and wait for you to go back and forth for more than 15 minutes, possibly longer, is insane. I could not imagine doing this at any work place as an employee. Why not take care of the customers who are literally staring holes into you and stock the 3 boxed at a later point???Hopefully management will maybe talk to the kid about how unprofessional this was.

My experience is that every time i go in there, the staff is very pushy to make sales.Today I asked about the vape for a 5 star review to be told that they stopped doing that last week. Rude people. Tried to stop and buy a vape coil (like I’ve done b4) and the employee was condescending because I wasn’t buying a whole box. I only need one coil. He refused to sell me one coil. He said policy is I have to purchase the $26 box. Except I’ve purchased single coils here often. I will not be spending another dollar at this place. I will happily drive across town and give my business to somebody who wants it.

Ive been coming here for years, the shop and staff are always improving. The last several times I have come in, Bear has helped me. Everything from product recommendations to basic check out when I know what I want. I know its a good day to go in when I see him there.

Bear “Robert” at this store is one of the nicest & most knowledgeable people I have run into in the Vapor world. He got me off of disposables for a decent start up cost. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and all of the ins and outs of how to best use it. The set up he walked me through is Chefs Kiss night and day difference in how I feel using it. This place has the best hours, just in case you need juice late in the day. Huge selection as well, I drive here from Catoosa for the service and amazing employees! I was in Tulsa this weekend shopping and my new coil went bad. I have high anxiety and was nervous going into a new shop, but was immediately greeted by Christopher. My husband usually purchases all of our vaping needs so I had no idea what I needed as I usually only purchase my juice. Christopher quickly figured out the coil that I needed and got me set up and on my way. I cant rave enough about the service and kindness that was given to me this weekend!! I will definitely stop here when I am in town and have a need for more products. I wish I had such good service where I live!!

Faulty products and horrible customer service. Bought a funky republic pomelo grape hit in shop fine then walk out and after drawing it wont shut off just keeps burning, called the store they said theres nothing they can do about it but offer a measly 10% off next purchase, I would avoid shopping here due to there lack of customer service skills and faulty products.

Stopped in to pick up another disposable vape but came out with so much more! Walked in and instantly impressed with the inventory, on top of that they were having a really good sale. After mentioning trying to quit, Bear really took his time helping to find the perfect way to ween off the nic! Been coming to this store for 2 years. Definitely was the only store I come to in tulsa, cause of the staff being friendly. Not anymore! Bought 3 vapes from this store and they are burnt and leaking. Call the very next day to ask for a replacement or money back for selling bad products and nothing was done about it. 3 VAPES that lasted the day i bought it and both me and my partner have a bad cough. I will not be coming back to this vape shop for wasted my time and money.

Called to ask about a certain product which the very upbeat, kind employee out forth time and genuine effort and interest toward helping me find a particular product within my price range.However, unfortunately there werent any with prices within my budget so the helpful employee told me about another smoke/vape shop open located within two miles and was their sister store owned by the same company which did indeed have the desired product available for purchase and even more affordable than I expected!Overall, although I didnt purchase anything at the time, when I have some disposable income to spend I will definitely be in to hopefully make a purchase or two at this location!Great experience with awesome staff✨

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always smiling and holds a conversation when you are looking for something and doesn’t rush you to get to the next person. Even if you’re newer, they don’t make you feel stupid- they explain everything thoroughly. And times when I’ve called ahead to ask if they’ve had something in stock, they’ve held it for me until I was able to get there (just til the end of that business day).

This is my go to vape Shop in Tulsa. Bear has been so helpful every single time I come in. Hes very knowledgeable about the products and he always promptly greets me with a friendly hello!

First and foremost, not all employees wear masks. Some do, but Ive seen employees at both locations not have them multiple times. That alone says a lot about how little they care about the health and safety of customers.Ive also noticed that the stock on both coils and juice is constantly low. I understand supply chains are affected by the state of the world at the moment, but Ive been to many other shops and none of them are as consistently low on inventory.Most recently, I went in looking for a recommendation on a new tank. The clerk recommended a giant, rather expensive model and would. not. budge. I made it clear that it was too big and I was not interested. He made a half hearted attempt to recommend one other, but kept steering me back to the tank I clearly didnt want. So I left without one.Last, and this is just a personal preference, but they are always rotating the juices they carry so its hard to get what I want for more than a couple months at a time. I get that they want to add new stuff to keep people interested, but it comes at the cost of being incredibly frustrating repeat customers.I have a VIP account and have been shopping here for many years but Im sad to say I dont know that I will be sticking around. The service and selection have gone downhill tremendously. I used to justify the prices because of the excellent customer service and selection, but that no longer applies.

Staff is super helpful. Made suggestions to improve some issues I was having with my tank and coil that will end up saving me quite a bit. The shop itself provides a chill environment and they have a good selection of juice, including my usuals and then some. Ask for Austin.. hes very informative and just a rad guy in general. Just went in to grab a disposable and got a whole pep talk on how bad the disposables are for me and that Im going to get pneumonia.... like sir, Im well aware that it is bad for me, all smoking is bad but I didnt come here to get talked to like Im a child, I came here to get my vape and go to work. Not sure if he was just trying to upsell me or was actually being sincere but he kept trying to get me to get a refillable vape instead of a disposable because of the preservatives/additives. Needless to say, I will be finding a new shop to go to.

This is where I bought both my wife and my Aegis Geekvape mods, we both got the colors we want, tanks, everything we wanted and the staff made it easy for newbies. And thanks to their reward system, we saved $100 on that purchase, and had $15 left over for our next one. Definitely will recommend, my only negative is that their juices are a little high priced compared to other stores.

I went in to buy a new tank since mine was leaking. Cameron immediately came up to help me. Not only did he not push me to buy a new tank, but he fixed the old one that I hadn’t even bought there. Then he hooked me up with some free coils. Because I was able to save some money on those things, I was able to upgrade my cart battery to something I wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise and it has a FIVE year warranty through the store. I used to come to Vapor USA regularly, but had switched to another store when I moved. I’ll definitely be making the extra drive to make them my regular store again.

I tend to usually show up when people have bought out some of the stuff I need, but they usually always have the flavors I like. The staff here are pretty awesome and laid back. I dont think there has ever been a time I havent laughed. They always offer tea and coffee to be bet generous. I enjoy it. This is a great place.

I went there a few times with no problems then I got a disposable “Escobar” like usual and as soon as I got home it tasted burnt and disgusting. I waited a month to come back and got a different flavor hoping I would have better luck but guess what, as soon as I got home it was burnt. I should’ve waited till morning for my other place to open so I could’ve spent $15 and gotten a good one. Wasted $40 here and got no compensation. (I think the fact this is my only review is saying something)

Updated 9/23:3 years later and this is still my go-to vape shop. The staff is extremely helpful and recently helped me pick out a new device after support for my old device was discontinued. Im extremely happy with the service Ive gotten here and will continue to patronize them for the foreseeable future.By far my favorite vape shop in town. The staff has been extremely helpful in helping me choose the best juice for my setup, and they are one of the few shops that I have been to that carry 60/40 blend juice. My only complaint is that they rarely have my coils in stock.

Kaitlin is the most helpful person. Really everyone is. The place is so clean and the quality of the products is far superior to other stores in the Tulsa metro area. The staff on the Yale store are so alive and friendly and they GIVE SERVICE. It’s just an overall great experience. I live out of town, and go out of my way to come into this store because it is worth it !

The guys in there are so super helpful and always have figured out issues I have (sometimes I can’t figure out the issues I have). I highly recommend this business because they will do their best to give you advice, suggestions and support.

A bit pricey but the service is the best in town. Ive never been given a bad recommendation for vapes or juices, which is impressive because Im pretty picky! Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and wont push you to buy the most expensive option just to make sales. The rewards program is pretty great too, I recommend signing up for it if you plan on visiting regularly.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff. They also have some cheap cigarettes so if you find yourself far away from the smoke shop you can get a pack of Edgefield for $5.57.

It went very well. I was in the Tulsa area much longer than I expected to be which left me low on battery power. I googled vapor shops and yours was very close. The service was friendly and helpful. I got what I needed right away but ended up hanging out for a while talking with staff and customers. Vapor USA has a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

People are very friendly and knowledgeable, love the shop and will definitely making it my stop for vapes!

The representative Austin was super professional and very knowledgeable of all the products. He set up different mods that he thought would best fit me, and I ended loving every single one of them! Nice guys, good deals, and decent Kratom. My only complaint is that they charge $5 more on disposables than most places in town so if you like those over refillable mods check out Hardflips on Pine and Lewis. Otherwise Vapor USA is goated for juice/devices.

In store the got amazing customer service. Vlad is always extremely helpful but don’t right these google reviews and plan on being entered I’ve been left off like 6 out of the 7 last months which sucks cause there is very few entering. They can be a lil pricey but like I’ve said before customer service is A++++.

Went to the 71st and Memorial location, and they didnt have what I wanted, they called 51st and Yale, and had them hold what I needed. They really care about customers!

Vladimir was probably the coolest salesman I have ever came across. I was looking at several mods and was literally going from display to display and he just kept up and kept explaining and answering me and my husbands questions about every one. Amazing staff, wonderful service. Never feel pressured to purchase anything I dont need or want. They are always welcoming, helpful and personable. Theyve made the process of quitting smoking extremely easy. They try and use a lot of the products they sell in store so they can give their personal preference and opinion instead of just recommending whatever will make them the most money. Amazing customer service! Kaitlyn and Austin who helped us, picked the exact two devices and juices my girlfriend and I needed to quit cigs! They helped us stay in a budget and because it was such good service and prices, I bought a whole other setup. Nice rewards program and good prices!

I liked this place and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. I was happy that I could buy individual coils. My only complaint would be prices, I would give it a 5 star if they were somewhat competitive. If I can buy online for half the price its hard to look past the markup.
