I went in to see Rob for a 1 hour massage. I wasnt sure what I was looking for but had a lot of pain in my lower back due to sitting at work and my regular workouts. Rob helped me a lot with my pain and gave me pointers on how to help prevent further pain or injury. Hes super knowledgeable and helpful, you can tell he enjoys what he does so it was a pleasant experience. I just booked an appointment for my boyfriend to try him out too!

Rob is among the best massage therapists I have encountered. He is highly skilled at assessing how your body is reacting to pain/ discomfort and prescriptively massaging the corresponding connective tissue. Over the years, he has helped me through bilateral plantar fascitis, carpal tunnel, and multiple pregnancies. I could not recommend him more.
