I saw Holly for a highlight...it was the worst experience Ive ever had! I only wanted highlights and she insisted on putting a color between the foils that didnt match and bled all over in off patterns...I just cried and when asked she wouldnt refund the money so I could go have it fixed. She also never offered to look at it or fix it...she did say for another $150 she would finish the job as she only did 1/2 the job. She also insisted she gave me a haircut that never happened! When I told her how unhappy I was she blew up my phone with private messages at inappropriate hrs...she did All this knowing I had Just had a stroke...if I had my way she would have her licenses removed! Celeste does such an amazing job on hair. Not only does she leave you smiling with your beautiful new hir, but she is so kind. She keeps conversation with you and truly makes you feel so safe and at home in her chair. I couldnt be happier with her work. Highly recommend seeing her.

Tristen in suite 39 does my hair and she deserves a 10 star rating. When I first went to her I had been in east texas for 4 years and had yet to find a stylist that understood my weird demands and could execute them. I had gotten my hair cut by several people throughout east texas and every time it was a disappointment. When I sat down with her I explained the rebellious nature of my straight thick hair and needing something cute but low maintenance due to some injuries that prevent me from using styling tools. When we were finished it was the cutest my hair has ever looked. Got compliments and didnt even have to do it. It was so low maintenance that air drying it was all it needed. Tristen has the most easy going personality that she makes you feel relaxed without being judged. Absolutely adore her and her commitment to listening to her clients. She will go above and beyond to give you what you ask for.

My Hairstylist is Dorothy Arreola in Suite #38. She is so... Awesome & she always does a really good job on my hair. Dorothy has been my Hairstylist for 5 years & Ive never had a bad haircut or hair color. She really takes care of her clients. And makes sure her clients look, and feel good before walking out of her salon suite.

Kate is absolutely incredible. Every time I have sat in her chair she has truly listened to my needs and educated me to help me keep my hair healthy.She invests in the people that sit in her chair. She is caring, she is hilarious and always makes you feel so good about yourself.I have been her client for 10 years and have always felt like she rolls out the red carpet for her people.She’s bomb and she knows her stuff.She has the most pleasant chair side demeanor and will take the time to explain the process and the best way to keep your hair well-maintained and healthy. She is so meticulous and detail oriented with color blends and placement. Her cuts are always perfect and she has gently steered me away from choices that she knew I would regret later. She will take care of you.When I wanted to go super blonde, she got me there with what seemed like zero damage. She will let you know that the hair you want will take time, if you want it to stay healthy. She will recommend products and good hair habits that help you go longer between appointments.I genuinely cannot sing her praises enough. She has been the only person that I have let touch my hair for the past 10 years and my hair is healthier for it. Give her a call, get on her

Just got my hair cut by Rebekah for the first time. Shes amazing and has a great personality. She gives a massaging hair wash and once your in the chair, she massages your head, neck, and shoulders with a relaxing oil. I have very difficult hair to cut and I left looking great and very happy.I styled my hair today for the first time and its exactly what I was hoping for.Thank you, Rebekah. See you in a month!!

The concept of individual salon booth rooms at Salon Boutique @ Tyler is really nice so you get your own private salon experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful after Rebecca Roy has worked her magic! She’s such a pro. Always up to date on best and latest products and care — and of course does a consistently stellar haircut!

Hair designs by Rachel Brinkley. This visit was the best, and let me tell you why! First she worked around my schedule second I didn’t feel awkward telling her how I wanted my hair and third she help me pick out colors that would best complement me. I am completely gratified that Rachel Brinkley was able to do my hair today! Take my word “this woman knows what she is doing!!!”

Rachel Brinkley gives me the freshest haircut everytime! As well as makes my beard look like a greek god! Very professional and great experiences every time! GO SEE RACHEL BRINKLEY! Youll be glad you did!

I’m only giving this place 1 star because you have to select something. Also because I never got my service done. I made a appointment 5 weeks ago with Holley through Facebook messenger. I arrived at the salon early due to this being my first time there. I walked in and looked her room number up on the board. Walked around till I found it. When I found the room a man was standing in the door talking to two ladies inside. He left so I messaged her to make sure I was at the correct room. I heard her phone go off, and the lady that was inside with her walked over and shut the door. I sat outside her room for almost two hours while the lady inside was coloring Holley hair. The fact that she never acknowledged me had me livid. I finally messaged a friend who works in Whitehouse who said she could do what I wanted. Which was a simple all over color, and trim.Holley finally messaged me at 3:15 claiming I never showed. I informed her yes I did, but you were inside getting your hair colored. She informed me that no she wasn’t her niece stopped by to visit, and she was wasting on me. That I needed to just open the door. You could see them through the window, and yes she was getting her hair colored. I do not recommend Holley Mullins at this boutique, and I’m so thankful Lacey Dryman at Studio C in Whitehouse was able to do the job for me. I loved my new hair!!

Hair Design by Chris was were I visited here, and that was a 5 star experience hands down. Chris makes you feel comfortable and keeps professional at all times, and his skills are extraordinary.

I went almost 2 hours before close and they told me they were closed because the door was locked. Not even 5 minutes later as i was pulling away 3 people were allowed inside. The mask was required which i had on. Maybe they just discriminate against pregnant women. Or maybe its just chubby women.

I cant speak for everyone there, but if you need your hair did, go see Rebecca Summers Roy at Studio B. Best in town.
