I have been going to this smoke center for over a year. I have tried other stores but this one takes the time to explain the different things they have. I spoke to Sam and I was having trouble sleeping and she suggested an item that really did work for me. That store has the only brand of kratom that works for me. Very polite and professional people. I definitely will continue to shop at this store

Decided to try this shop as its closer to my location than some of the other vape shops. Great selection of products, I do feel some are a wee bit over priced, the vape juice is however good quality and retains its flavour unlike some of the buy one get one frees Ive tried elsewhere.I bought a new smok pipe, unfortunately it began leaking the same day resulting in a significant loss of vape juice. After a couple of trips back to the shop, Sam replaced the faulty vape pipe & gave me a bottle of good quality juice Naked Peach, free.I understand the shop is not responsible for manufacturing faults with products they carry but they do empathise with the customer and help any way they can!Im very happy with the level of compassion & customer service she showed to me, therefore I recommend this shop to other potential customers as your money wont be wasted and youll receive good customer service.Many Thanks Smoke Centre I appreciate your assistance!

I was becoming a regular. However, one of the male associates demonstrated that they dont care about their customers. About two months ago, I went in there to buy some ejuice. When I got to my truck, I opened the box containing the ejuice, and it exploded all over me. I had bought the Milk Cinnamon ejuice by Monster Vape Labs several times before. The bottle I got was never sealed properly. I went back in there, but the associate didnt care to even get me something to clean myself off with, and he wouldnt swap it for another bottle. He didnt care.... at all. It was truly pathetic. I would never go back here. The white dude with the beard doesnt care about proper customer service. I would go to any other smoke shop. First Class Glass and 323 are both better smoke shops with higher levels of service. Their loss because I would have continued to spend money there.

Very clean and organized. Pretty good selections on vape juices and CBD products. Staff is pretty knowledgeable about the products they carry if youre new or have questions. Prices are a bit steep, but Im my opinion, worth it.

I went to this establishment to get gummy‘s for pain management. The lady that works there recommended two different types and two different dosages. She said since I was buying two she would give me $10 off. The total ended up being $135. I looked up both brands afterwards where I could purchase each for $55. You do the math. She asked if I was from out of town, which I don’t know is why she thought she could swindle me. Well, here’s the review you asked me to leave.

Very friendly staff have been using them for almost 4 years very familiar with their products. Very helpful with giving information and just all-around good people.

Came in later in the night on the 21st and ended up buying a defective product. When I came back today the 22nd I explained to the lady working what was going on she asked me a few questions but didn’t hesitate to exchange the product for me.

The absolute worst smoke shop in town, the woman rushed me the entire time, there is nothing welcoming about this place. I will never be returning to this place! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Legit go to any other smoke shop.

Whoever the kid working there is, is a terrible human. Just went in for a vape, and gave him 100, and this kid didnt give my receipt and gave me the wrong change, needs to learn to not only count but also to give receipt of purchase.

Had my phone repaired here. Tech used inferior quality display replacement. Has white spots all over and colors are washed out. When I brought it back they refused to replace it. Very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Cigar buyers, look elsewhere! They had one cabinet humidor with very limited cigar section.The store was decent and clean but not what I was looking for. This is not a cigar shop by far and caters mostly to pipes, e-cigs, and other paraphernalia. In other words, a head shop. I think they should take the advertisement of cigar shop down personally. Ive seen a bigger selection of true handrolled cigars in a gas station.Its listed as a cigar shop on Google and has a large selection of cigarillos, but not true cigars. The employee was friendly though, ill give 2 stars for his kindness.

Manager very knowledgeable about CBD products and answers all questions. Lots of choices for smokers as well as gift items.
