The younger guy that’s in there not the owner the nephew/cousin is the RUDEST man I’ve come across and that is really saying something!! I came in trying to by the 2 full sleeves of geek bar vapes (which he quoted me at $105 a piece which is not the issue) and he treats me like I’m literally the scum under his shoe!! I’m asking a simple question because I already feel like he was rushing me out the store “are you guys about to close?” It’s 915 so I thought it was a legitimate question and he stares me upside my head and refused to answer!!! Mind you this is after I did do business with him and had already purchased a vape!! Would not recommend due to horrible customer service!! And per a previous employee I am not the only one who has had this problem with this same individual

Ive been to this location 5 times and Asad one of the employees there is awesome and definitely give you the directions you need to what weve it is you need

This vape shop is so clean and has a huge variety of products. The salesman was very nice and definitely went the extra mile to find me a tasty juice. I am an old school vapor, 13yrs & counting. I know vapes! & was excited to see a SMOK V2, Which retails for &17.99, he charged me 49.99. I realize there is always a little fluctuation depending on the store, but 30 bucks? I wont be back.

They told me and my boyfriend we needed to get a five dollar purchase for us to use our debit card but somehow they were able to give us a discount so we could still purchase what we needed to purchase even below five dollars. Definitely would recommend the smoke shop the best in town!!!

The customer experience is great! The place hasn’t been here long and today was my first day coming into this store trying to find my favorite brand of vapes (space max), the manager was so friendly and very accommodating, I told him about my favorite flavor of space vapes and he said he’s gonna order it for me, it’s close to home and it’s honestly very clean, very friendly and very accommodating to your wants/needs. The guy who helped me out new his vapes, his store and got me taken care of right away, anyone would be happy visiting this store

My first visit was tonight! I live right around the corner and when I inquired about my favorite brand, they didn’t carry it but Zaid was so helpful and accommodating! He even offered to get my favorite brand in stock. I will be a regular customer for sure.

Disorganized, worker was missing for 20+ minutes as I waited outside DURING business hours for him to appear to shop, products laying everywhere on floor. Asking for a vape was ridiculous due to vapes me thrown all over the place, unorganized, and it was just sad.
