I love coming here because there is a young sweet girl there name Teddie and she is always so sweet and can explain to me on any questions I have. Thanks to her my experience every time I come in is a relaxing and helpful experience and I enjoy our conversations she is amazing ❤️❤️.

The only vape store I trust in Tyler. “The couple” is well educated about their products, give amazing advice, and are awesome all around. The store is always clean, laid back, and ALWAYS stocked. Love the people and the store!

John and Nevaeh are the best staff i’ve in a vape shop ever, they know what flavors are the best what mods do a certain function over another and have a great attitude everyday. Most of all the know how to talk to people like people instead of workers!

This is the only vape shop I actually like going to when I am in Tyler. John and Nevaeh always are so friendly when I walk in and always help me when I need something. They always tell me about anything that is new or tell me about something that I might like and want to try.

I absolutely love this shop! All of the employees are so welcoming and helpful! It’s a great atmosphere. Any questions I had were explained wonderfully. Their juices are incredible with a wide variety of flavors. I’m so happy I found them! Highly highly recommended!

I got a side piece vape from there and they only have three flavors one of the flavors I have tried I was trying a different flavor and they have only three flavors peach pink Berry or whatever the heck that is and the Cuban trying to get away from smoking cigarettes so I dont want the Cuban I try the pinkberry I have taken three hits off no RP

They have a HUGE selection of juices, disposables, and mods, all of which are decently priced. Nick was super friendly and very down to earth. My husband and I spent over an hour there just chatting with him and had a really good time.

Went in to buy a new RDA and left with a new Pulse Dual kit which Ive been loving. Nick is an awesome dude who built it for me and set me up with some great juice. A few minutes after I left he called and told me I had forgotten my tools and my juice on the counter! Awesome customer service 10/10

Best vape store in East Texas.... My wife and I went shopping for new mods because we wanted to stop smoking. We went to Vapor Galleria first. We were impressed by the selection and quality of the smoke juice. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful... answering every question we had. We decided to shop around Tyler to see what else was available. Every other shop sucked.. if it wasnt the poor selection it was poor customer service. We went right back to Valor Galleria and have been loyal customers ever since. Im in the shop at least once a week. They always greet me by name. Wonderful staff!!!

Pink Ranger is without a doubt my favorite juice! We moved, and I was worried that I wouldnt be able to buy juice again, however, this facility in Tyler provides everything I need. Although it is still an hour away, I believe the trip is worthwhile.

I love this place!! I was upset after calling and finding out that they took away the buy 2 get 1 free. I went in and spoke to one of the owners and found out that they do specials LIKE the buy 2 get 1 free during the month via email. They also have coupons from time to time. This juice has a strong taste which we love. So, with that being said....I will remain a customer and enjoy their juice.

I LOVE this place! There were some rude cheap a$$ guys in there complaining about prices because theyre used to the knock off prices in College Station. Needless to say the employee and owner handled the situation with class and humor. I already adored Vapor Galleria for their awesome selection of flavors and great prices, but now Im in love! Ill never go anywhere else (especially anywhere in College Station).

In the past 4 months I have been to many many CBDs shops all that kind of stuff searching for something to help me with the pain in my back without having to use opiates the Galleria folks have been more than cordial and welcome and very informational everyone that works there is very well informed they dont mind answering questions in fact they welcome questions and if they dont have an answer they will get you one also but checking on my budget the amount of money that Ive been spending the Galleria prices have been better and they give good discounts Im 74 years old and they treat me as well as anyone that walked through the door not like some places to put old folks last when you walk through that door youre number one there and thats what I like Im also a veteran they give good discounts to us you really owe it to yourself to drop in and visit

I really loved the staff, they’re great and super helpful every time I go in. However I don’t buy my juice there anymore. It’s got way too much sugar and burns my coils out in less than a day. I don’t have that problem with other juices.

Kudos to the sweet and lovely new hire who greeted every customer with a smile, and was eager to help. Too bad she was stuck with a pretentious, a-word who acted as if doing his job was interfering with his well being. Ugh! This shop is for those who have to have everything hot, new, and fresh on the market. From my experience with this place of business, I wouldnt suggest this place if it was the ONLY vape shop in the state of Texas. Disgusted with this place. Wont be back.

Me and my wife went in to Vapor Galleria needing to fix an issue we had and they did everything perfect. They were very nice and helpful. Our problem was fixed and we were out the door within 20 minutes... Awesome!

Erin was nice and let me try different flavors until i found 2 that i liked... I recommend others to go there..Awsome Customer Service... And when i need a new mod and more juices i will be shopping there.. U wont be disappointed. And they even have points to get free juice.

Definitely the best place I’ve ever been to. Young guy in there was super nice and friendly. Me and my buddy purchased a couple mods from there recently and I can say with out a doubt I will never step foot into any other vapor shop in Tyler. This place is just simply the best.

This is the best vape store I have ever been to! I’m from Austin area and was looking for a good vape store when I moved here! I found it. The customer service is awesome! I have had a coil that didn’t work out of the package and brought it back up here. They replaced it and helped me check it out with no questions asked. I went in to get a new mod and they didn’t have any batteries charges so the lady behind the counter let me use her batteries until the next time I went in and they had some. I just went in and they were out of a flavor in my nicotine level and the guy behind the counter gave me his own to try! Never been in a more accommodating vape shop! I will not go anywhere else from now on! You guys rock!

Staff is great but quality is atrocious. To much sweetener in their juices. Burned a total of 3 coils with one bottle of juice. Never in 4 years of vaping has that ever happened. Nothing against the staff! Really nice guys and all, but I will not shop here again

I have been out of vaping for a while, but I went to vape galleria today to get a new set up, soooo happy I did! The staff is absolutely wonderful and their juice is outstanding! This place is awesome. Found a vape I really wanted but they didn’t carie it so instead of sending me down the road they took the time to look it up with me and founded it cheap than I could. It is on order and am so excited to go pick it up. Thank you Nick for the great experience

Walked in, greated immediately. Helped by the two women there. They gave us our options. (Vape Smok Stick X8 battery wasnt working) they didnt have replacements but!!! They did tell us that it does have a warranty and gave us our options in the mean time. Spent a whole lot less than figured. And in the mean time we got a Vape pen 22 and that is a powerful little thing!! I am very happy and pleased with my visit to this shop and will be returning.

2 stars for customer service because they do have great customer service. The juice though...I got 4 30 mls of vape juice and all of them are extremely thin. And since Ive been using this new vape juice in my vape Ive had to change my coils out twice in one week. Usually my coils can last from 2 weeks to a month no problem. I guess Im not really used to the super thin juice because it also chokes the hell out of me and my husband. Wont be getting any more vape juice from yall.

I did not know of this new place in Tyler but I called a week ago asking about a product and this was the only place that helped me find what I was looking for. Mendy did a great job in letting me sample the products and now I will be coming back to this place.

When in vapor galleria the other and was really wanting to find something to help me stop smoking. So walked in and mendy was there and she did everything to help me. And walked out happy and now i am happy to say i have been 5 day with out a cigarette.. great place.

Melinda was Amazing!!!I run a bait shop in Alabama and Im here in town and some friends needed some supplies I literally called 5 vape stores looking for a simple thing as a replacement glass for a Kanger Tank. Every single store that I called before talking to her whoever answered the phone and working at the shop so were very short very rude like they seem surprised that anybody would ever need replacement glass for a subtank go figure. well Mendy was absolutely amazing she was very polite very professional when she answered the phone offered me to come down to the shop seeing if I needed anything else offered to order it for me if I needed it which I had to turn down obviously cuz Im in town for a short timeBecause of her awesome service Im headed to the shop right now to spend some money like I said I work in a work shop I came down here with several bottles of juice but Im going to check this shop out great job guys great customer service hiring her was a good idea
