Amy was amazing! I explained to her the areas that needed the most attention, and she immediately went to work. I left out of my massage feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I must say everyone should experience the Vichy shower for themselves, it is simply amazing. I was so impressed by the service and quality of care that I received, that as soon as I got home I scheduled my husband appointment for two days later.

Very good. After the massage treatment by Amy and Lily, my arm has returned to normal. I couldnt straighten my arm before, but now it is fine. I recommend it to everyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! NEVER GO HERE!! I am a licensed esthetician for 4 years and this was by far the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. No one speaks English in the building. Right when you walk in they motion for you to go in the back and strip naked, without being welcomed at all. The masseuses weren’t even going to leave the room when we took our clothes off! And all that was given was a towel to cover ourselves up while we walked through the spa to the shower room for the body scrub. While there were other customers in the spa who could see us! During the couples massage we received, the masseuses were talking to each other the ENTIRE time, while occasional yelling to other people in other rooms, or talking on the phone!! So uncomfortable, also our masseuses would randomly leave the room for a while without covering us up with the sheet, and they would LEAVE THE DOOR WIDE OPEN!!!! While other people were walking through the hallways!!!! Then they charged us $70 over what we were quoted, were only able to talk through google translate, and fought with us when we only tipped them $10 each , which was more than deserved. As a licensed esthetician I would never recommend anyone to come here, unless your looking for a rude and uncomfortable experience.*edit after I got a response !Interesting you respond to the least important part of my review , not the part where our privacy was violated. And definitely not the best massage in town 🤮 there wouldn’t be an open investigation with the licensing board on your spa if you were the best LOL. Also we were quoted something different when booking, but that’s honestly our fault for trusting a place that barely knows English to communicate the prices , which is why we paid. Will never be returning and would never recommend anyone else to go.

Good pricing and was able to take in last minute. Full body massage and felt relaxed after. May benefit from circulating better air in the massage room but minor issue

Amazing experience here! I got the relaxation package for Mother’s Day and couldn’t be happier. Started with a full body sugar scrub followed by probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Seriously, she rubbed out every single knot in my back. I felt so comfortable the whole time!! Will definitely be back!

I was looking for a massage place that could take an appointment last minute and my friend recommended Relaxing Waters! I have a very very big knot in my shoulder and could barely move my head left and right. Excruciating pain! I was nervous about having a massage but needed relief. Michelle was my therapist and WOW!!!!!!!!!! She worked the hell out of my shoulder and every other muscle! I have never felt better!! BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!!!! I’ve been to so many chain places and none of those compare to the massage I just had! I even made another appointment for a week from now! Michelle really cared about getting the knots out, and really cared how I felt during and after! I walked in there not being able to move my head, and I left there with full range of motion and significantly less pain!!! I will never go anywhere else!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!! Can not wait to come back!!!! Thank you so so much!!

Lucy was amazing! I had a 1 hour full body massage, a body scrub, and a facial! She did such a great job! I felt so relaxed, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend going to relaxing waters spa! Can’t wait to go back! :)

Amys massage was amazing. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue and it was probably the best massage I have ever had (im a massage therapist of 7 years myself). She was very thorough and addressed all of my areas of concern. Keep in mind, you are paying for quality therapeutic pain relief, not necessarily the typical spa fluff you get at a franchise. If you are in pain and need relief,dont hesitate to book here.

Had a delightful mini spa day on April 5th. Michelle did all of my services and it was wonderful. I had a massage, body scrub, body wrap, and a facial. I plan on returning based on my pleasant experience. Thanks Michelle! 🙂

Id love to give a review but as a new customer they forgot my appointment time 2x. Once is fine but 2x. They need to get better organized. I even received a same day text reminder the day of. UPDATE: I was told I needed to wait 30 minutes not 3. Then you have someone call me and tell me how shameful it was to leave a review. I have a 2 min 24 second voice mail telling me Im in the wrong. Really unfortunate and bad business. Again, this was the 2nd time u did this.

DO NOT GO! There is an open investigation with the licensing board on these people. You cannot work on people while using a translator on your phone! Police report was filed. Physically bruised and hurt. I had reached out multiple times for this place to make things right and I was ignored and ghosted.

My husband and I have been going to Michelle approximately six years. She is knowledgeable and talented. She always makes our aches and pains go away and we leave feeling wonderful. I highly recommend relaxing waters.

Horrible service. I called to make an appointment and told them that my shoulders and neck and back were sore and I needed a good massage. The woman who answered the phone told me they were good massages. So I went. I paid for 90 minutes. When I am enjoying the massage , the lady asks me do I need any special services? I was surprised. So I say no.I just want massage. I left a $35 tip when I came out of the massage. the lady seemed very unhappy to ask me “more” ? I don’t understand what she talking about. So I say “ excuse me “ so the lady say “ more tip?” . No way. If you anyone looking for a good massage. This place is not the right place . They charge more than anyone else. The service is bad. And they do “special massage “ . I wouldnt even give a star if I could 。

Terrible experience..booked 4 appointments for facials a week in advance..got to the appointment and they had no record of it. Burned my daughters neck, washed their face with unknown product, no moisturizer used, WORST QUALITY EVER RECEIVED.

2 stars for being able to take me for an appointment right away but definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I was excited to have my first “spa” experience and this was not a great one.As soon as I walked in I was asked to pay, which is fine but it had to be through Venmo or PayPal. They also asked to do the tip BEFORE receiving any services which is really odd because I wasn’t sure how things would go. I probably wouldn’t have tipped as much money after the fact.I paid to go in the sauna and they had me get undressed in one of the rooms and towel up. When I entered the sauna it was not hot at all even though I called beforehand and said I was going to do the sauna and facial. The woman helping me came back 5 minutes into my sauna experience and asked if I wanted to do my facial first while I wait for the sauna to heat up…I don’t think getting a facial and sweating out your pores after makes any sense so I politely declined. I was told to take as long as I would like and to relax. It was not relaxing at all because the break room is right next door and two employees were screaming very loudly at each other fighting and people were walking back and forth the whole time. I regretted my decision to come here instantly but I had already paid and tipped. Sauna finally heated up and 15 minutes in, the woman is coming to ask me if I’m ready for my facial. I paid $30 to sit in a sauna for longer than 15 minutes so I said no and asked if she could have the other employees quiet down because it was not relaxing hearing them yell. It didn’t stop for about another 10 minutes. I stayed in the sauna for 30 minutes and decided to get my facial. There was no instruction on whether to stay undressed so I put my clothes back on and the woman told me after I’m on the table waiting for my facial that I would have to take my top off for the shoulder/neck massage but never left the room for me to do so, so I remained clothed. Facial was subpar, cheap products, a lot of aggressive rubbing with the towel in between products. The massage was good. Also, products burned skin and got into my eyes. When I left, my whole right eye was blood shot.Not worth $100 IMO. Vibes were off. Unprofessional atmosphere. Definitely worth waiting for an appointment somewhere else.

Had the most amazing massage ever with Michelle. She worked out every single knot in my back, neck, and shoulders. Highly highly recommend. They got me in 20 minutes after I spontaneously called, and my God was it worth it … I didn’t want to stop so I changed my 60 min massage to a 90 minute massage. Absolutely amazing.

I booked a Pamper Your Self Package, a massage and vicky shower. I enjoyed both very much! I was offered to upgrade the vicky to a body scrub and I should have said yes! What I got was lovely but the scrub would have been amazing! Next time I will for sure!

It was amazing!! My mom, 2 sisters and I went in for the relaxing package - we received gift certificates for Christmas. They opened early to accommodate us. All of our therapists were amazing. Michelle was mine and she was an expert at finding the spots that needed attention. They’re sauna is amazing. The Vichy shower was awesome too! Such a relaxing experience. We all left feeling 100x better. Can not wait to go back again!! Thank you so much!

I was able to get a same day appointment and that was nice. The massage itself was good but the masseuse left the room for about 5 minutes right in the middle of my massage(not sure why) A lady entered the room twice and talked through the door a few times. I paid $80 for a massage to relax and be comfortable not to be interrupted. I also had to ASK for the door to be shut, that should be the first thing they do. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO RESPECT PEOPLES PRIVACY!!!! Then when I was in my car the lady ran out demanding payment when I ALREADY paid and was nice enough to leave a tip. I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back.

I had the best massage here today. My therapist, Michelle, was incredible. I’ve had several massages, but this was like none other. She knew I where I’m hurting without my having to tell her... she applied a nice deep pressure that really worked out some kinks. I’ll be back.As far as atmosphere the place was not bad at all, but I wouldn’t say super relaxing. You can hear people talking pretty well and, as some comments mentioned, they could use a formal receptionist so the therapist does not need to leave the room. I think this would enhance the ‘spa’ experience.But having said that I’m going back 100% for the great massage. It was worth whatever you’re losing in ambiance.

I’ve just got my second massage from Michelle and it was as good as the first. It is definitely not a generic, relaxing Swedish massage- it’s in a different league completely…. And for the better.She has the ability to tell right away what is bothering you and what is tight. She works out what is hurting and she’s the best massage therapist I’ve had in 20 plus years.Highly recommend and will be back again.

I booked a massage with Michele for my husbands birthday gift. He arrived for his 4:00 appointment. This was for a 1 hour appointment. He was lucky if it was 40 minutes as he was back in his car at 5 o’clock. She put Him in a room and there he waited 20 minutes. When she finally arrived in there she was interrupted 3 times by another employee. When she thought he wasn’t looking also texted and then answered a call on her cell phone. So unprofessional it makes me sick to think we paid $80 for this. My great guy even tipped this individual. She didn’t deserve a tip for anything she did that’s for sure. We will never go back or recommend this place.

Excellent deep tissue massage! Just had my second massage with Michelle. She is amazing; best massage I have ever had. My first was 60 minutes and this time I booked 90 minutes. Great stress relief! The spa is clean and comfortable, and they are very professional. I highly recommend her!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a massage. Very uncomfortable the entire time, boundaries crossed multiple times. the massage did not feel good what so ever, very painful. Therapist left room unannounced 3 times during the massage. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I’ve been getting massages for a very long time and struggled to find a person who didn’t just rub my body down for $100. I’ve been seeing Michelle for a couple months now and I can confidently say that Michelle is the best masseuse I’ve ever seen. She knows the body and knows how to actually work out the knots and pained areas. She uses multiple techniques to ensure not only a therapeutic session, but also a relaxing one! I highly recommend Relaxing Waters!

I went in for my appointment with an appointment made way ahead… we got there and they said we had no record of an appointment and the lady called the manager and said I have to work and left. We called the manager she answered hung up so we called her and she never answered. I wish I could give this negative scars. Washed my face over and over and over again and wiped my face down over and over done in 15 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour… NEVER COME HERE. My face was itchy and burned and my sister neck burned so bad there was blistered.I wish I could give this no stars.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage here, today. Nice touches like the hot pack placed on my back while my legs were massaged, my back was wiped of the oil with a hot wet towel and an unexpected and nice facial and scalp massage. I also had a skin scrub before my massage which was very nice and you get rinsed with the vichy shower. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who gave me the massage, she was first rate! I highly recommend this place!

I had one of the best 60 minute deep tissue massages of my life here. I left the place feeling like a new man. I was also very pleased that they were able to take my appointment with only 30 minutes notice on a Tuesday. Will definitely be back.

WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!I got a ultimate package for my wife for Christmas and was told they specialize in prenatal massage, they do not…. They don’t even speak English fluently the entire massage conversation had to be done through google translate the massage itself was the worse she ever had basically just rubbing massage lotion on her the entire time the door was left wide open while she was getting a massage as well as some men were walking by there was no background music playing just this Chinese game show that was playing loudly over in the waiting room and then at the very end they hold my wife there and won’t let her go unless I bring this massage coupon that I received when I originally paid for the massage back in December for some reason. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I just got a free 10-minute chair massage there this afternoon. Morgan did a great job! I told him that I had some tension in my left arm and I thought that I may have strained it. And, he worked on it right away. I didnt even have to tell him about the great tension I had in my upper back and shoulders. From the minute I sat down he started rubbing out all of the tension and knots that had accumulated in my upper back and shoulders.I saw the sign when I was driving on 22 mile past Schoenherr for a free chair massage. So, I knew that I had to go in and get my free massage today. Im so glad that I did, too. I feel so much better. Its amazing what they can do in just 10 minutes! I recommend this spa to anyone that needs a good massage.

Easy & convenient to schedule an appointment. The quality of the massage was less then par, I would question if they were licensed or not. Masseuse left the room (not sure why) and left the door open. Luckily no one else was there at the time. Also waited 10 minutes on table for massage to begin (again, no one else there). BIG language barrier as well. When I asked a question, she responded with “let me talk” (not in a rude way, but more as VERY limited English). Had the body scrub too, that was nice but seemed very rushed.

Good massage but not sure if Id go back. The sheet on the table was cold and felt a little moist when I went to lay down. As if they had it in the dryer and took it out a little too early. Also, 2 of the ladies were in there at one point and they were talking to each other for a little while. Wasnt really able to relax with all of the talking. Definitely a massage for someone who likes super deep tissue massages for their muscles and are fine with them working the same spots over, and over again.

I went yesterday to get the ultimate spa package. It was well worth it. Michelle was wonderful. I highly recommend everyone to see her. She is very friendly and took care of the all the stress that I had. I am seeing her again Monday for another massage. Check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was A-1. I loved how they opened early on a Sunday to accommodate my daughter and I who wanted to enjoy a pamper day. I have been a client at Relaxing Waters Spa for 3 years. I discovered them through a groupon special, and it was such a wonderful experience I kept coming back. Their prices are more than reasonable for the quality service you are receiving. Their therapists are attentive, accommodating, responsive to your direction, and deliver an amazing full body relaxation that Ive yet to find elsewhere. I have never had a less than amazing experience. Their vichy shower and body scrub is a wonderful addition to any massage. They have packages that include multiple services for an even better price point. Their spa is clean, relaxing, and quiet. I highly recommend Relaxing Waters Spa. Prior to the discovery of this absolute gem, I shopped numerous options. The only spa with comparable services, ambience and quality has been a resort spa where youll pay triple for the services. Do yourself a favor and schedule your treatments here, youll be glad you did!

Both my husband and I have had wonderful experiences. Michelle is an amazing therapist. Is responsive to specific requests and very thoughtful in approach. My husband will become a repeat customer as a result of his massage from Michelle which is unusual —- he is extraordinarily particular with what he expects.

The facial was awful. they put the same thing on my face over and over. it burned and they put no moisturizer. they never asked if i was allergic to anything or if i had any concerns. i was also done in 15 minutes. this is overall they worst facial i have ever gotten.

I will have to admit, I was a little bit nervous after reading the reviews. This was my 2nd massage in my entire life. My husband bought the Groupon for the Ultimate Package. Amy greeted me at the door, and I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment but she took me right away. She did the most amazing job and I feel great. I started with 40 minutes in the Sauna, followed by the Vicchi shower and body scrub. Then I was taken into the room where she did the most excellent job on my back and neck. After that she did the mini facial which made me feel awake. I will definitely make another appointment to see them within a couple months and I will request that Amy does this for me again. Everybody has their own experience, and I understand sometimes they are not so good. But I believe you should really try it out for yourself to see how the experience will be for you. My fiancée went here for a massage today didn’t even close the door for her privacy during her massage. The guy walked out of the room during the massage for 5 minutes. And the lady was very unprofessional.Then she tried to come out to the car to make her pay again after she had just paid for the massage and left a tip!!

I got the Ultimate package (body scrub, massage and mini facial). everything was amazing and very thorough. My back was really tight and and left there feeling much lighter. I will definitely be going back soon!

I treated myself to a spa day for my birthday today. It was incredible. The Vichy shower was completely out of my comfort zone & im not exactly comfortable with my body post quarantine but wow. The woman made me feel comfortable, not judged & it felt amazing. I want to go back every day for the Vichy shower & body scrub! I feel brand new and so soft. The massage was incredible. I got a massage there recently from Amy. The spa is clean and professional. It started with a sauna, Vichy shower, and then a massage. She worked me out very well with a walk on back deep tissue massage. It included stretching and just enough draping for modesty, comfort/warmth, and professionalism. The shower was a mini-massage on a table with multiple shower heads keeping me warm and comfortable. Her deep tissue massage is better than any Ive ever had before. I highly recommend her at this spa. This is my second one with her. Ive recommended her to family.

I had a massage from Michelle and it was excellent! It was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She really knew what type of pressure to apply to make it an actual deep tissue massage. It felt great, and I would deff recommend this place to another.

Booked a massage for my wife. She waited for confirmation and when they responded via text they pushed the appointment to a later time but confirmed. She could make the time so she got a babysitter and dropped kids off and then left to go to appointment only to receive a new text that the appointment was now cancelled. No reason and when i tired to call i got no answer and called 3 more times and then just left a message. This also happened on our last time we came in, made a reservation, they text back to confirm the time and accept it, then before the appointment they text back pushing your appointment back. Whats the point of an appointment if you cant commit when your the business confirming them.

Had a deep tissue massage today (first time visiting) - it was so aggressive that I had to ask her to lighten up. She kept leaving the room with the door open; I dont think anyone else was in the spa at the time. There was no music on; it was not relaxing whatsoever. She was nice but the language was definitely a barrier.

This is the BEST massage Ive ever had. These women know what they are doing. Got the body scrub, deep tissue massage and mini facial. This business is extremely clean, quiet, has relaxing music playing and decorated beautifully. Plus everyone there (theres only a few) was extremely pleasant. I believe I had the owner do my services and ahe was so nicIe. I will be going back multiple times.

Forget the negative posts. Yes, they are a bit hard to understand, but they are very nice and will repeat things. Yes the panties and bra-thingy are small and a bit embarrassing, but they give you a wrap around towel to cover you in the sauna plus water to drink. The body scrub and laying down shower was so relaxing, then a great massage and facial. My face was so soft after the facial. So give them a try, it was well worth the money. If you pay in cash you get a bit of a break. It was a wonderful couple of hours, I recommend this place for a very r e l a x I n g time. 🤗

Michelle was amaaazing! I just had liposuction on my abdomen and got a Lymphatic Drainage massage. Michelle was extremely gentle and relaxing...I dozed off a few times during the session. Will be returning for sure.

My friend and I had a special yesterday. Sauna, body scrub, massage and mini facial. Great experience. Massage was wonderful. More back work than with most I have had. Nice warm pack after that was done, nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Made an appointment for 630. I get there and the lady behind the counter pulls a calculator and show me the price on the screen asking for my credit card?!! Im like, wait a minute. Dont you need my name, dont I need to fill out a form, or ask me what I need??? She pulled out a school draft book with nothing in it and said write your name and phone number, and again asked me for my credit card. I said I will not pay in advance for I was not told when I made the appointment that I pay in advance. She wanted to charge me 162.00 including tax for 2 hour massage which I had no problem with but never did I pay before the work was done or at least a conversation or fill out some type of paper work!! So I told her I will not pay before service. She said ok and took me to a room. I got ready, then she came into my room without knocking and said owner wants money now. Im like hail no, I said get out. I put on my clothes and left shocked that places like this survive. I also asked before I made the appointment if the therapists were certified, and I remember the lady saying, yeh sure. I dont think she understood what I said?!

I didnt even know massages like Michelle’s were possible. She makes those chain places look ridiculous. Totally booked on a whim, will never go to anyone else ever again. It’s next level.

I went on my birthday and received the ultimate package. If your someone that is very uncomfortable with your body then this is not the place for you. You are pretty much naked the whole time. You never get instructions on what to do next. I still dont know my person name that was assisting me. I do not believe that anybody there has an esthetician license. I have both a massage and an esthetician license so I know the difference. The lady didnt know how to give a massage on the face, she never put moisturizer on my face and most important she never ask me about my skin! I never filled out a form concerning my skin. That is a no no! If you ever get a facial and the person doesnt ask you about your skin or doesnt have you fill out information concerning skin. Run as fast as you can. As I was driving home from the relaxing massage place I got a text from relaxing massage asking me to sent over my resume because when I filled out my profile to get a massage and they seen that I put that I was a license massage therapist and license esthetician. I Will not be working here!

I really didnt know what to expect. My experience was amazing i felt so pampered Bob took awesome care of me i felt comfortable and he gave me the very best massage that i have ever had absolutely amazing. Loved the shower massage and everything. Thanks so much. Will be going again soon!

Came in with horrible knots and shoulder pain and booked an hour massage, still felt pain after I told the manager and she said sorry nothing we can do. I asked for a refund and they refused and tried to rush me off the phone. Another thing I didnt appreciate was the fact that I had to pay before the appointment and the massage therapist waited for her tip after. I dont recommend this business, I wish I wouldnt have spent my money here, very disappointed!

I called to get information on a massage and I got no answer but a few minutes later I received a text “How may I help you”. My first thought was no way a business is TEXTING me (it wasn’t the business number provided). I brushed it off due to the fact that I stay in the area and drove up there since their site clearly says walkins welcomed. When I got there I was pleased because there were no other cars in the lot (faster service). NO. The door was locked, the OPEN sign was on (it was about 1pm) so I called again they did NOT answer but they texted me and said “ Relaxing Waters Spa, How May I help you?” They also did not respond to my reply stating how I did not want to text. I personally do not think this is how you conduct business and serve to your clients or future clients! I would not recommend a business does not converse with their customers!

Im 40 weeks pregnant. Went in for reflexology. The massage was wonderful, however, upon gathering my things another lady that didnt do my massage interfeared and said did u give her a tip? Now while I had all intentions on tipping I told her NO I didnt bcus I paid for the massage. Word of advice, dont open your mouth too soon about a tip. :)

Have the best Asian therapists. Deep tissue massages are the best I’ve ever had. Like the hot towels, and the Vichy shower too.Very knowledgeable and Dedicated to their clients needs.

Massage with decent at best.. Im a little confused with all the reviews stating customers were offered extra time and extra massage packages I requested an extended massage and was turned down not sure if i will return

Yesterday was the time having a deep tissue massage at this establishment. Michelle was amazing and I highly recommend her. She listened and focused on focus areas. I will be returning soon.

The biggest issue here was customer service. I had never been there before and I did not feel informed of the process of everything they wee going to do. However, the actual services received were excellent. Upon leaving the lady who serviced me had the audacity to ask if I was leaving her a tip. I started to say NO. I had referred a friend of mine who was there as well and paid to upgrade our packages from what it was initially. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. You should never ask a customer if they are going to tip you. Overall, I did not feel recommended and customer service is a important thing to me when Im spending over $100 bucks!

**RIP OFF** *WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE**Checked with MI dept of Licensing and Regulatory affairs. They are NOT licensed to perform skincare services. If you do not believe call LARA and they will let you know. I will also be filing a petition with the county prosecuting attorneys office for providing unlicensed services as I was instructed to do by the state of MI.If it would have been possible to give them negative stars I would have.I found this spa on groupon. I called before I purchased to be sure that I could use the groupon on a Saturday. I was told not to worry about purchasing the groupon and that they would honor the price. For starters when I got there I had to pay $3 more because I was not paying in cash.The body scrub was a JOKE. After my sauna session I was put on a table in the shower room. This had potential to be a legitimate relaxing service. However, the whole service was completed in minutes. A soap was slapped on my body and then a scrub. I have received body scrubs at legitimate spas before. They take the time to scrub it into your body, incorporating a light massage to sluff of dead skin. This did NOT happen here. It was slapped on then rinsed off.My deep tissue massage lasted only 40 min despite the fact that the groupon deal was for a 60 min massage. I had instructed that my neck was giving me lots of problems and my neck was touched for maybe 30 seconds.The biggest RIP OFF of the entire experience was the mini facialGroupon listed the mini facial as a $45 value. According to their website the mini facial which was also valued at $45 was to include cleansing, exfoliation, a customized mud mask, and a moisturizer. This was advertised to last for 30 min. My facial lasted for TEN MINUTES. I was cleansed and exfoliated then something was sprayed on my face and I was told I was done. My face was tight and dry and uncomfortable. I have NEVER received a facial without being moisturized.When I the woman who provided my service why the services were so short, her reply in broken English was that was what the groupon was for. I told her that I was unsatisfied. She gave me a card with the business owners phone number on it. I called the number immediately. The man that picked up the phone said he was not the owner but he could help me. I have NEVER been treated so rudely before in my life. When I told him what happened he was rude and told me that they have 100s of satisfied customers. Apparently I was S.O.L. I told him that if this issue was not resolved for me I would speak with the BBB. He said that I was threatening him and he did not have to take it. I received a call back a little while later that If I wanted to come in at another time the normal Massage Tech would complete the service as it was described. I asked if this would be complentary. I was informed NO that I would have to pay for this service again. Seriously, great customer service. I told him that was not acceptable and that I wanted 25% of my money back since only 25% of my service was completed. I was told that was not going to happen. I was even told that I was there for over 2 hrs and that they would be happy to review the cameras. I guess the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG at Relaxing Waters Spa.So in summary, do NOT go here unless you enjoy mediocrity, being spoke to rudely, being laughed at in another language and throwing away your money.I will make sure that they do not do this to anyone else.

Had the worst massage ever. Did not tailor my massage to the two I requested and paid for. It hurt, not the least relaxing, and just beat on one area of my body . I will never return nor recommend.

I cant begin to tell you how AMAZING this place is we purchased the Ultimate package and was in a couples room... this company was so kind, professional, decently priced, clean, and that doesnt even cover how phenomenal their talents are on getting every single knot an kink out of the overly stressed body. I jus left this place and I am absolutely jello!! They are so nice and were very concerned on how well we felt. Its not often you find good service and people that are passionate at what they do but I intend to give this company so much word of mouth advertisement cause I am ecstatic. I will be back every month cause this is simply jus good for the soul!!!!

I never even went here. I bought a groupon for a spa package. I called to make an appointment and someone picked up and hung up, called again and in broken English she rudely told me to text a number for appts. I thought that was very odd and rude but I did. A lady responds to me very short and again in broken English and kept telling me how I must tip and bring cash. Again, I thought that was rude. Im no stranger to massages I know how to tip. Please dont insult me just because I bought a groupon. I called the day of the appt to reschedule as I had been in a fender bender on my way there and would miss the appt. The lady who answered again was extremely rude stating Id need to bring in my police report or Id be charge a 20$ fee. She also said they lost my groupon number so I check online and see its bc they marked it redeemed weeks ago at booking my appt. Immediately I reached out to groupon and was issued a refund, I will NOT be ever coming in or giving them business and I highly suggest you dont either. Read the other reviews! There are soooo many other reputable businesses out there to get these services at.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!! Me and my boyfriend went to get a couples massage. We got there 20 min early because thats just who we are as people, always early. So they asked us if we wanted to go into the sauna before becauae we were early for no extra charge so 10 min before our massage we enter the sauna and relax. After not being able to stand the heat after about 15 min we walk out and want to start our massage. They tell us to wait in one room because the room isnt ready... Still.... Our apt was set for 5 and weve been there for about 40 min 20 min early and 20 min undressing and sitting in the sauna. Why they were taking so long to get the room ready i will never understand. So at about 515 or 520 the room was finally ready. We lay down and start massage. Me and my bf both after about 10 15 min ask them to go a little easier cause the pressure was to much... They didnt ease up the pressure at all... And its the day after and my back hurts worse than when i went in. So after were done we get dresed and begin to walk out they hand us a complementary baby wayer bottle we both say thank you and thanks for your services and turn to the door. One of the ladys ask us where her tip was is very broke english. We hand them 25$ and say its for the both of you to split, from my knowledge you tip for good service and we wernt happy. She then says that there was 2 of them and they needed another tip so we hand the other lady another 20$. Thats a 45$ tip on a 150$ service that we were not pleases with they had us walking around the loby not knowing whats going on half naked and had us sitting in a room for over 20 min waiting for our room to be ready. They are very good at pretending to not understand english. And the whole time i was thinking i feel like they may not be licenced or that somthing dosnt seem right. I read another review before writing my own and turns out there not licenced.So over all they haggled us for a tip which is so rude and then they may be doing it all illegally. They made is feel very uncomfortable. Do not waist your money here. Ive seen places with couple messages for 60$ and they probally wont haggle you for a tip. Go somwhere else where they speak fluint english so you can get what you want. Worst 200$ spent.

Exceptional service. Very knowledgeable staff. I workout religiously and I needed a deep tissue massage. The staff knew exactly what they were doing. I felt amazing afterwards.

I bought my daughter a deluxe massage , body scrub and facial for Valentines day, a few weeks later she came down with a mrsa infection in her foot. Cant think of anywhere else she would have picked this up. Will not use the other two gift certificates I bought for husband and son.

Well I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my massage from Michelle today at relaxing Waters it was the best massage that I have ever had I would highly recommend best place for a massage it was my first 90 minute massage I usually am only fortunate enough to get the hour but I got for this has a gift for Valentines Day and it was amazing !! Michelle was awesome I have been getting massage for years and years I also went to school for massage as well and no one nowhere has ever done it exactly like I wanted with stretches and pressure points that I had that were so sore they used hot towels as well as peppermint oil everything was nice and warm and cozy I will be bragging about this massage forever as well as telling all my family and friends about this place I wish I would have went to this establishment sooner I have been missing out and I will definitely be a regular customer now thank you Michelle for the amazing massage!!
