Would give a zero if I could. Terrible customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are over priced and rude not to mention thieves. If you do buy a vape make sure you test it in store so you don’t get scammed by their broken vapes. there could not be a worse place in Michigan to buy your vapes/smoking supplies.

These guys are great. There were two of them and they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and just cool to be around. The store is set up nicely, it looks great. The two men that were in there when I went in complimented each other really well as salesmen too if that makes sense lmao. Dope place. I live in Pennsylvania but work in Rochester and from now on won’t be going anywhere else. Way better than what I have back home that’s for sure.

Amazing orange heads never had a problem with the any of the employees or owners, when you walk in automatically treated as family. The name as it is speaks for itself having more then one location so there doing right, best part right underneath there amazing skill levels in making a great orange head is there location literally 2 mins from my condo good people

Been helping these guys build their new shop at the end of the strip mall. They are super helpful and relaxed. Im not a smoker myself but I do burn incense and have friends and relatives who do or could use CBD. I know they will take care of them.Enjoy the new shop. Cheers

The staff was very knowledgeable, kind, polite, and helpful. I wasnt sure about what I needed so I described it to him and he knew what to do to help me. Very nice place with lots of cool stuff. I will definitely go back again!!!

Amazing customer service.... I bought a vape from this one other shop and it was broken I came to this shop and the guy told me exactly what’s wrong with it and helped me fix it. Ever since then I’ve been coming here. Also there juices are high quality and good price too. Best orange heads ever.

My experience here has been great they know what they’re doing and every time I come in I am always welcomed with great service and they have everything on deck when every other shop doesn’t. Exhale is always stocked up with whatever flavors of vape juice, hookah tobaccos, and Disposable vapes. By far the best shop in the Shelby/Sterling Heights area!!!

No refunds is fine when its a product that at least works. Otherwise youre just being robbed.My friend and I bought over $200 worth of supplies in one day from here. 4 ooze pens & chargers, vape pen, and juice.The vape pen I purchased has been giving me trouble since the second I brought it home. Its been 3 days of me trying to fix it until I decided to go back and see if they can help me somehow.Each issue I brought up to the worker was taken very lightly;Q why has it been leaking every so oftenA they all do that, its normalQ its been hitting super harsh since day one, Ive changed the coil but its still really bad.A you using the coils inside of the box you bought it with? No, those coils are bad. Buy the ones here, theyre super good.Q Is there nothing that can be done with this right now?A no refundsThis has all been extremely frustrating, especially considering Ive picked up this pen to help me quit cigarettes!Without any form of nicotine, Im experiencing the worst cold turkey withdrawal symptoms.Look, a business can decide how it wants to run itself, I wont act like I can do any better. But with the amount of friends I have that wouldve enjoyed an alternative to smoking cigs, this business misses out on that opportunity. Not just my friends, but their friends too.If you fix the issue, even if it cost you the exact price of the product, you lose some money but gain a loyal customer, good and consistent karma/reviews/points/stars/etc, and positive word of mouth.Anyway, off to try another shop to prevent myself from buying another pack...

I could rate this a 0 if I could. The employees are so disrespectful. Their vapes are just a rip off and doesn’t even have any taste. They were open at 12am and said they were “closed” at 10pm?? But had the open sign when I passed by. I would not recommend going to this place!!
