What a great store. It was so clean inside. The manager was super helpful. I wasn’t sure what cigar to get for my wife and Dee helped me pick her out something special. I will definitely be going back there. Not only because of the atmosphere in the store but because the staff is an entire vibe. What a great team Wild Bill.

Newer to the area and I’m glad I found this store. They have a variety selection of what we smoke and great pricing! Staff and management are really nice. Dee helped me out today because I had a question on a different cigar that caught my eye. Hoping they do events in the future too likethe one on Van Dyke, which is a bit further way.

This is one of the best Wild Bills I’ve gone to in quite some time. I was in a need some of help to find a certain cigar for my father for his birthday and the Manger (I believe her name was Dee) there was very helpful and very knowledgeable on cigars. Thank you to everyone who helped me. My father was super excited and happy with his cigars.

Super nice place to go. I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked in. Very helpful associates. We all know this isn’t common anymore. Happy they have a location close to my job.

Absolute joke of employee trying to tell me I couldn’t buy something because my physical id is still in the mail and my paper id would not be accepted absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service I have been coming here for over a year and I always wondered how this location constantly has new employees every week small little employee will do anything he can with his small little bit of power he has to try to encore any little power he has and the girl manager was snaking him even though she is the manager. If you like wild bills do not ever come to this store. I have a friend with me with an active license that this employee who was on his power trip would not let him buy them either. He’s a complete menace and should not have the type of power to even do this type of things

My favorite place. I went in to get some cigarettes and was greeted by a new person with a big smile Destiny was very nice, she made me feel welcome I know it may seem odd but she made my day. I will be back an hope to see her.

Zach seems to always be the guy working when I pop in to buy smokes and he’s the coolest guy! Super friendly and great to joke around with. I’ll hang out there for a while if it’s not too busy and shoot the *****. Great guy!

STORE 176!! Top store in all of Macomb County! I’ve been helped by Leah, Zach and Jonathon many times and they always greet me with a smile. FULL of knowledge! Guided me in purchasing one of my very favorite glass pieces! Jonathon’s an expert level glass guy and I won’t go to anyone but him from here on out when choosing another. Wild Bill’s is new to my area. I’m so excited since this is the only smoke shop I go to, I’m picky. The customer service is amazing at all Wild Bills. This new location is my favorite. Best Wild Bills location Iv been to. Iv been to 6 in the surrounding Macomb area. Every time I walk in there’s a friendly familiar face working there. They get accustomed to what I order furthering the relationship interaction. The store is ALWAYS organized, and CLEAN. You would think they dust all the shelves every morning. Never have to look In a different spot for what I get as it’s always there. Never run out of what I get either so they must do well with their inventory. I never walk in wondering if I’ll walk out without my order. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Definitely by far the best customer service I have gotten in any sort of store. Matt was the absolute best and is very knowledgeable on discount pricing. You can tell he is very genuine person that cares about his customers. Oh and we definitely had a good chuckle there when we were discussing his amazing smelling lunch!🤣 100/10 definitely would recommend him!

Matt runs a great business here. I could not find my favorite vape anywhere - called 10 stores until I found this place that had it. Matt took the time to help me with this purchase and put them aside until I could come get them. His store is extremely clean and well-polished. It has everything in greater variety than other Wild Bills, too. I drove 30 min to get what I love and Ill definitely come back here in the future. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
